    In the initial study of the Pfizer vaccine, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, with around 44,000 people, with 22,000 in the placebo group and about 22,000 in the vaccine group, more people died from all causes in the vaccine arm than in the placebo arm. Initially, it was 15 to 14. Shortly after, when updating this number at the Food and Drug Administration, the US regulatory agency, the number changed to 21 to 17. Now, without any surprise, in the most recent update, it’s already 22 to 16.

    “Most importantly, we found evidence of an over 3.7-fold increase in number of deaths due to cardiac events in the BNT162b2 [Pfizer-BioNTech] vaccinated individuals compared to those who received only the placebo.” wrote the scientists in the latest update.

    After the mass application of the product, an excess of population mortality was recorded. In The Lancet, the world’s most impactful scientific journal, they analysed UK data: a 7.2% excess in 2022 and an 8.6% excess in 2023. The highlight? Cardiovascular diseases. The comparison is with the 5 previous years.

  • While taking our dog Kona walking Im starting come across early spring flowers. Im using my Canon 250mm lens, so I just stand back about 3 feet from the flowers to get these close up shots.

    The red flowers are a wild Currant. The hummingbirds really like these flowers.

    The small yellow flower is an Evergreen Violet

    The yellow composite flower is an Oregon Grape. The state flower of oregon. It produces dark blueish edible berries. Eaten alone, they are really tart. Ive tried them and I recommend a sweetener. The berry is supposed to aid digestion, and acts as a antimicrobial.

    Hoping to come across more native flowers as the weather gets a little warmer.

  • I've been following a mostly #KetogenicDiet since late Spring and have had some great results through it. Of course I've experienced a healthy weight loss, which I've been able to keep off, but some digestive issues I've had have been brought under control as well.

    Many people think that a limited diet based on high fat consumption or a lack of carbs means that you must make sacrifices. This is not the case with Keto, because there are sweeteners out there that taste just like sugar, but aren't digested. Stevia is one and there are others that taste better, because #stevia has an aftertaste. #Truvia is the alternative I use and it tastes great.

    Limiting your carbs is going to bring on cravings, so you do need sweet snacks handy to curb them that won't take you out of keto. The nice thing is that these days we have pretty good alternatives for most of the comfort food ingredients we are used to.

    One thing that you do more of on a keto diet is make most of your food from scratch. It's a lot of work if you aren't used to it. For this reason I make up large batches of everything and freeze them into portions. This works out great and saves me so much time. Here's me making up a batch of #Keto cream cheese based #CinnamonRollFatbombs. They are amazing.

  • For these purple sweet potato cookies, I created a new recipe. Despite the fact that they did not turn purple (because to the other components in the dough), they taste fantastic. They're a little darker because I used dates as the only sweetener instead of apricots. I couldn't find dried apricots in my kitchen yesterday, and I wasn't in the mood to wait, so I made the most of what I had ????????

    I prefer real sugar and just eat less sugar instead. No sodas and chips but some candy during the weekends.

I make it without any sweeteners, you can add some honey or any other sweetener you like. Even though with this recipe we made real almond milk compared to the store-bought almond milk, we shouldn't consume it every day. I know that from my own experience when I overdid it for a while and had elevated oxalates in my body.
