The beginning of my journey in Terracore
It took me a while before I decided to join this idle game because of the initial investment you need to make. I know is not a big amount of money, but you need to spend just to have the privilege to be in the game.
The cost is around 30 Hive!
So far you see me in the picture looking to grow on the planet. I want to go with the free route without adding Stash.
Like every game, I am in the learning curve process, and is not always easy to understand right from the bat.
Stash or not Stash
My first aim in the game is to mine the Stash token for boosting my character! I discovered it will not be easy and the route might take a while before I see something concrete.
What I have learned prior to writing this blog post!
You can stake your Stash Size and in return, you can expect to have more Stash, dodge, and luck. Maybe I might increase what I receive there to give me a little boost.
It is hard to know where to focus your attention when you just starting. I feel like a redfish in a small aquarium!

Damage versus defense
To make fun of the game, it is to fight against other players. In the beginning, it will not be my main focus but is something I intend to do.
You need to get Scrap for boosting your stats in this section of the game. In my current stage, I don't receive much in Stash.
Rome was not built in one day so I need to have patience to receive more Stash as I grow in the game. I love when a game is not so easy because is an important element if I am going to stick or not.
I have stopped to play many games in my life for different reasons. But I know it needs to be challenging to keep my interest high.
Another important factor the game needs to be fun as well. Otherwise, you can get bored easily if the game just sucks!

Play to earn concept
I believe almost 95% of the games in the crypto sphere that brings the element of play to earn have failed in their mission. Most of the developers build a smart contract with millions of tokens, then tell the players to incentive them to play with a juicy APY.
Most of the time, players play and dumb the tokens to make a small profit of their time. In the end, the price goes downward continually without ever touching the bottom.
Selling pressure without building a utility for the token is the death of the game.
Something I noticed in the smart contract of Terracore. It is the insane amount of tokens the game might release in the economy in the near future.
This is a guarantee and the price of Scrap might go in the red direction. I don't know if they burn the token when you upgrade your favor, engineering, damage, and defense.
It might be a wise decision to keep the price stable...

What to expect of Terracore
I will play because I have committed myself to pay for the entrance fees but is not guaranteed I will stick to it.
Time will educate me on the ins and out the game. The most important is to have fun building a strong character in the game.
Maybe receiving a lot of Scraps and make some profit from my time in Terracore

Let me tour you and show you my Greek adventure especially in Athens, Greece. For those who loves the story about the Greek Mythology you will definitely love this place. As we all know the Origin of the god and goddesses were Cronus and Gaea, and here in Athens one of the temple built here was the temple of Athena the goddess of wisdom and the daughter of Zeus.

The temple of Athena or known as the Parthenon is built here in Athens the central of Greece.


From the port of cruise terminal going to this temple took me 30 minutes only through a cab, reaching the destination will encounter challenges because this place is full of tourists from different part of the world especially by cruise ships of different cruise lines.


The highlights of this adventure is the Parthenon, this temple was preserved so many years and you will also see the trail of the old wars here in Greece between other nationalities.

Climbing here is not easy because of the crowds you may encounter, the crowd mostly were cruise ship passengers where in at that time there are more than 5 cruise ships docked in the cruise terminal here in Athens.
There was a long queue for buying a ticket or entrance ticket so that is why it is not easy. most of the tourists here doesn't bothered to go along the long queue it is because their aim is to witness and see the iconic place.



getting to the top is really challenging because of the crowd and the terrain. The stones are bit slippery and sharp you need a proper foot wear and the sun was intense.


and once reach the top this is what you will see, they have places for entertainment. During the old times one of their entertainment was a duel between two gladiators.

So much to see here especially the architecture, you couldn't imagine how did they built those pillars or big stones using old technologies.

It's another beautiful moment to bring forth my heartfelt and experience to this platform which could add value or save someone at the verge of giving up with similar experience.
Waking up this day, the word burnout stirred up in my heart and I remembered vividly how devastating it could be. I intend to explain what burnout is, highlight some symptoms and how one can overcome it.
What's burnout?
Burnout is another form of stress that an individual is exhausted as a rest of lack of adequate rest. Burnout affects the physical, mental and emotional being of humans. When burnout is not properly managed it could lead to critical condition that can cause death to an individual.
Burnout normally reduces the efficiency of someone's activity and productivity because you're exhausted.
I have realized most of the people that I know very hardworking eventually collapsed due to inability to notice burnout hence this also inspired me to drop this note.
What are the symptoms of burnout?
Some of the symptoms of burnout includes;

Helplessness. When you're burnout, you'll begin to feel as if you're helpless because you've exhausted even the little quantum strength you have. There won't be good coordination of things.
Failure becomes uncontrollably because you're wore out. You won't be able to produce any result therefore most of the things you attempt to do will end up in failure.
When there's lost of motivation certainly shows that one is burnout. What inspires you to work? What keeps you going in the journey of life? When the main factor that triggers your movement slacked definitely it will affect your output.
What are the causes of burnout?
There are so many causes of burnout however I'll highlight few thus;
Lack of division of labor. Most organisations have a challenge of succession and sustainability simply because they didn't raise others neither did they inculcate the vision into their subordinate. Work need to be shared some everyone can give his quota to the enhancement and development of such organization. When there is no trust it also affects the circulation of work.
When there's no proper planning and good management culture, certainly expect burnout. Is not everything you go for and also do at a time. When you don't have schedule then everything that comes will get at you and you'll find yourself doing some activities outside the core of your assignment. Have a scale of preference and order of priority.
Overworking. Hmmm this factor really affected me sometimes back. I normally tell people that work no dey finish and you'll die and leave the work and others will still continue with it. Never you overstretched yourself but instead do the work bit by bit.
When you set an unrealistic target definitely you won't be able to achieve it hence can easily lead to burnout. Please ensure that your target or goals are smart, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and bounded by time.
Lack of evaluation or appraisal. When you don't appraise yourself, you would think everything you're doing is right and accurate. Always take stock periodically.
How to overcome burnout?
Don't accumulate every task for yourself alone try to engage other people even if they're not competent as you are.
Eat adequate diet. Don't stay hungry but ensure that you eat at the right time.
Create time for recreational activities like jogging, indoor activities etc.
Plan your schedule and rest very well.
Don't stay in isolation but associate with good friends.

I have been burnout before due to the aforementioned factors/causes however the remedy given above really helped out.
Don't die in silence. If you don't rest you'll be given a bed rest, if you refused it then you'll be laid to rest. Please endeavor to rest is one of the greatest remedy of burnout.

Today we officiated at the graduation ceremony of 1, 341 officer-recruits at the Zambia Police, Lilayi Training College in Lusaka.

Our message to the graduates was that their job is to protect citizens. Let citizens run to them for protection and not running away from them as assailants. We told them to apply the law fairly without recourse to political affiliation or indeed social status.

Fellow citizens, let’s join hands with the men and women in uniform and curb crime of whatever form. Let's protect each other without infringing on each other's rights.

The men and women in uniform have our support and we encourage each one of them to serve the country to the best of their abilities as our ambassadors of change.

Once more, congratulations to the officers who have graduated today.

Shiba Inu meme coin
A big audience in the crypto sphere seems to enjoy the benefits of meme coins. This type of coin has a supply of tokens in the trillions of tokens.
A number that is like 10000000000!
So in return, the value of one token is like 0.0000001. It is hard for the brain to make a comparison.
Shiba Inu Token has a lot of liquidity, and you can trade in a lot of trading exchanges. You can have the faith that you can always swap it for another one with no trouble.
I am not a fan of Shiba Inu but what brings my attention is a lot of headlines about the potential upside of this asset.
Shibarium on the pipe
Shibarium is something new in the ecosystem of Shiba Inu. A layer 2 ecosystem where you can build DAPPS over it.
I believe it might be something like Polygon, or Optimism from what I understand.
A place where you can run a smart contract and bring your idea to the ground. So we expect to see potentials DAPPS build over it like a cool Shiba Inu game.

Shibarium Beta
When something new comes out of the pipe, we can sense the hype and euphoria in the market. The marketing tries to shine, or at least brings attention to the new feature in town.
In the current state, you cannot do much at Shibarium. Right from the bat, the only thing you can do is staking or seems you need to buy tokens and delegate them to a validator.
In return, you might expect a reward, but I am not sure.
I don't know what we might expect!

If you are a believer in Shiba Inu
You might be very excited about this new feature if you are someone who already deals with Shiba Inu. Imagine all the benefits and potentials to play a game and the backbone of the economy deal with the native token.
We might see great applications over Shibarium that might have an uprise effect on the token. People need to find value or stuff to do and they might find it with the Shibarium ecosystem.
I know is only a Beta but we can sense the excitement around!
The future of Shibarium
I don't have a crystal ball and I don't know how much builders will develop on Shibarium. One thing I notice is the number of blockchains we have on the market and it is humanly impossible to be present on them all.
You need to be selective and stick around to a few. Maybe with a dedicated community of Shiba Inu, we might expect a lot of users that will be present there.
The secret ingredient is to see appear incredible DAPPS fun and easy to use. Not something boring, but something wonderful and cool.
Shibarium will enhance the experience and ecosystem of this hot meme coin in the top 20 in the crypto market cap.

My entry for the third edition of week 65 engagement which is based on social networks. My acknowledgement goes to the management and every participants for being active on this platform.
One of the greatest assets I know is the gift of friends in fact good friends. Since I have grown to this extent, is not every one that I regard as a friend. The big question is who are my friends?
My friend is someone who is sacrificial, patient, loving and caring that is ready to give all for me. My friend sticks closer than my brother. My friend is the reflection of my kind of personality. A friend in need is a friend indeed.
The league of my friends tells a lot about me. There is a saying that says show me your friends and I will tell you who you're. That simply means your network of friends is the reflection of who you are.
Recently we have a community of friends that we called like-minded. In this kind of group consists of different friends with different kinds of ideas, profession, skills, perception etc that congregate in order to proffer solutions to needs that confronts us. Since the emergence of this kind of network some of the life challenges has been tacked even though everything is not about money but having the right sense of understanding.
A network of like minded where you can freely share and discuss your challenges is a very important platform. It's not just about an individual but the it's about the general members of such group. Everyone is blessed with a gift or talent that can add value to someone else.
Will my network have my back when times are bad? Yes of course. I have been there and I still remain there reaping the benefits of true friendship.
I could remember vividly when i was preparing for my wedding hmmm that's when I knew that there is power in having league of friends.
My friends teamed up to a reasonable number, met and discussed how they can step in for the success of my wedding. I was thinking I was just dreaming not knowing it was reality in display. A month to the wedding, I started receiving some heavy alerts in my cellphone. I was shocked to my bones over such act of benevolence.
I thought is just all about contribution of resources for the success of the wedding but I realised something Wow the day of the main event of the wedding. Early in the morning as we were preparing to step out to church behold everywhere was littered with my friends in their uniforms which gladdened my heart and added a very good colour to the wedding.
LESSONS

Before you maintain any network of friends, kindly identify your life's goal. Your goal or purpose on earth determine the kind of friends you'll keep. Vision, purpose and mission is very important.
Don't be in a rush to pull friends just in the name of having network but allow time to define certain things.
Your kind of network of friends is the function of who you are. Therefore be very careful in choice and association.
Some friends are source of inspiration.
CONCLUSION
One of the outstanding thing in my life today is my best man during my wedding. I call him shock absorber and twin brother simply because he's a true definition of friend. He patiently bore all my weaknesses and projected it as strength hence today, I am better and always on the improving side.
