  • Darkfield Microscopy of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Chivas Regal and Beer
And a look at distilled water. It's mostly good news

    Professor Anita Baxas,MD

After examining water from different sources, I turned to testing my favorite Californian Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, Chivas Regal Scotch Whiskey and Budweiser Beer. The good news is that the Chardonnay and Chivas are the cleanest drinks under the microscope. No hydrogels, no fibers and no bacteria. The Sauvignon Blanc had structures that look like microchips but it turns out they are probably crystals. The Budweiser beer too had some structures that could be hydrogels.

    Here is Chardonnay:

The blurry circles are out of focus artifacts baked into the slide. The focus is on the level of the liquid as I could see it flowing. As you can see, there is nothing to be seen in the liquid.

    Here is Chivas Regal:

There is absolutely nothing to be seen here. The image below shows few glowing white dots that may be tiny sediments that weren’t filtered out or crystals that formed over time as this bottle has been open sitting in my bar for many years.

Following is what I found in Sauvignon Blanc from Chile.

These structures look like microchips, but they may just be crystals. I found this information about wine crystals:

Most of us have experienced opening what promises to be a phenomenal bottle of wine, only to be surprised by small crystals on the cork or particles suspended in the wine. Don’t panic—those crystals are called tartrates and they are simply a sign of how the wine was made. They are harmless to you and do not affect wine quality. In fact, tartrates in wine often indicate a higher quality wine. Tartrates—also affectionately called “wine diamonds” —are formed from tartaric acid, which is naturally occurring in all wines and provides structure, balance, and flavor.

    What are tartrates?

Tartrate crystals, also known as wine crystals, are crystalline deposits of potassium bitartrate that can form in wine during fermentation and aging. Tartrates in wine develop when tartaric acid binds with potassium under cold conditions.

Let’s be geeky for a minute

What is the story with acid in wine? Tartaric acid is one of three main acids found in wine grapes alongside malic and citric acids. Each type of acid plays a key role in the wine production process and contributes different flavors and textures to the end wine. While malic acid does contribute to the aromas of a wine, it is more known for its role during the winemaking process when the winemaker opts to include malolactic fermentation; in this process, the stronger malic acid is converted into the softer, smoother lactic acid. On the other hand, tartaric acid is arguably the most important acid in wine due to the prominent role it plays in maintaining the chemical stability of the wine, the color, and influencing the taste of the finished product.

During the fermentation and barrel aging process, less than half of the tartaric acid present in a wine will settle out and bind with lees, pulp debris, and precipitated tannins and pigments. The majority of the tartaric acid will stay soluble throughout the production process. The remaining tartaric acid in a wine is the primary acid you taste, and is essential to the final mouthfeel and balance, adding an additional layer of complexity to a wine.

    From: https://www.stonestreetwines.com/understanding_tartrates_crystals_in_wine_effects_of_cold_stabilization.html

The Sauvignon Blanc is definitely of a higher quality than the Chardonnay which could explain why the Chardonnay didn’t have any crystals.

I also examined a Budweiser Beer from a pre-Covid glass bottle. It had some structures in it that might be hydrogels. There were a lot of moving bacteria which is normal for beer. The following images are at 1600x magnification.

In brightfield there were two fibers that don’t look like fungi (Saccharomyces) to make beer. It’s not always possible to determine what we see under a microscope as it doesn’t come with a chemical analysis.

To the delight of many wine and scotch afficionados it seems that wine and scotch are safe to drink in regards to being free of hydrogels. Cheers!

    Distilled Water

Some readers asked me to check distilled water. I bought a gallon of the only brand our grocery store had on hand, Crystal and examined it:

It had foreign material in it that really isn’t supposed to be in distilled water. I don’t think they are hydrogels though as there are no active quantum dots inside the structures.

The out of focus circles are etched into the slide. The focus is on the liquid level, not the slide level.

This video below shows a lot of bacteria in the sample. To ensure that there was no contamination from the slide or cover slip, I checked a fresh set of slides and cover slips without any sample just with the oil on the condenser to ensure it wasn’t the oil that was contaminated. They all checked out clean. I redid the test after disinfecting a new slide and cover slip and it again showed bacteria in the sample. It also showed a few very bright dots roaming around which could be larger bacteria. In any case this isn’t water I would want to consume.

I can’t check self made distilled water as I have no equipment to distill water. I also don’t have a “still” to make alcohol (just joking).

Note to readers in the UK: Plaquex therapy will be available in the UK probably by the end of October. The clinic will also be introducing detox treatments for the Covid jabs at a later date. Once the clinic begins offering Plaquex, I will post it on this Substack with the contact information.

  • Microscopy of Rain-, Well- & Reverse Osmosis Filtered Tap Water, Boiled Fiji and Pre-Covid Fiji Water and Mountain Valley Water

Based on reader comments and suggestion, I did darkfield microscopy of the same Fiji water I tested for my recent Substack, but I boiled it first. I found an older bottle Fiji water from the “pre-Covid” era and tested that too. Then I took samples of rainwater, of my well water fed by rain, as well as of the water after it runs through the whole house reverse osmosis (RO) system. I also sampled water I get delivered every month from Mountain Valley water as I prefer the taste to the RO water. It comes in 5-gallon glass jugs.

The Fiji water from the same bottle as the sample I showed two weeks ago still had hydrogel-like structures in it after boiling it:

So boiling is useless when it comes to hydrogels.

The older Fiji bottle as well had something that looks like a hydrogel:

But the older bottle had crystals the new bottle didn’t have.

Fiji water is famous for its silica content, but an image search for silica crystals made it clear these are not silica crystals. So far, I haven’t been able to identify them.

I then collected rainwater and examined it as well. It contains hydrogel like structures in various forms:

Next up I examined my well water which is known for its sulfur content which is why the yard smells like rotten eggs once the sprinklers go off. That’s why everyone here in the Acreage uses the sprinklers around 2 am when you don’t smell it (if your windows are closed which they are most of the time except on cool winter nights when we need the sprinklers most as it’s the dry season).

The moving things are bacteria that live in the soil. Thankfully and surprisingly, there were no hydrogels to be found. It may be that the filtration of rainwater passing through soil layers removes these. The soil here consists mostly of sand.

The well water runs through a complex filtration system using a carbon filter, a 5- and 20-micron filter I change monthly and then two reverse osmosis filter membranes. Then calcite is added to the water, and it’s finally stored in a 300 Gallon tank with a UV lamp. That’s what comes out of the tap.

My wholehouse RO filtration system with two white horizontal membrane filters on the wall and a 300 Gallon tank on the right in grey. Two pumps provide the water supply: a well pump to get the water out of the well into the system and a house pump to pump the filtered water into the house. This also means when there is no power, there is no water which is why I have a solar power back up system.

There are no hydrogels and almost no bacteria floating in the tap water (to my great relief). The out of focus circles are artifacts on the slide. Just disregard them.

Lastly, I examined Mountain Valley Water which has a great reputation with colleagues such as Dr. Tom Cowan MD and others.

I found these two things. The lower image looks like a hydrogel, but it is tiny and these were the only two things that seem not to belong in water.

So far it looks as if reverse osmosis filtered well water and coconut water are the safest drinks. Maybe I should also check wine, beer and scotch……… Cheers!

I got some coconuts today and three of them filled an entire 1 quart (liter) bottle:

Coconut water seems to be safe to drink in regard to hydrogels. It may be because the coconut water is inside two shells. There is the softer, but very thick green outer shell and then inside of that is the smaller wooden coconut shell that contains the water. Thus it’s protected from rain and chemtrails.

Note about your comments: I read them all and I appreciate your questions and suggestions. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to respond to all of them as I’m doing this research besides my regular work, advising the detox clinic that’s hopefully about to open soon, and taking care of my little sister who has Down Syndrome as well as my house and vegetable and fruit garden.

Darkfield Microscopy of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Chivas Regal and Beer After examining water from different sources, I turned to testing my favorite Californian Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, Chivas Regal Scotch Whiskey and Budweiser Beer. Here is Chardonnay: The blurry circles are out of focus artifacts baked into the slide. The focus is on the level of the liquid as I could see it flowing. As you can see, there is nothing to be seen in the liquid. Here is Chivas Regal: There is absolutely nothing to be seen here. The image below shows few glowing white dots that may be tiny sediments that weren’t filtered out or crystals that formed over time as this bottle has been open sitting in my bar for many years. Following is what I found in Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. These structures look like microchips, but they may just be crystals. I found this information about wine crystals: Most of us have experienced opening what promises to be a phenomenal bottle of wine, only to be surprised by small crystals on the cork or particles suspended in the wine. Let’s be geeky for a minute What is the story with acid in wine? From: https://www.stonestreetwines.com/understanding_tartrates_crystals_in_wine_effects_of_cold_stabilization.html The Sauvignon Blanc is definitely of a higher quality than the Chardonnay which could explain why the Chardonnay didn’t have any crystals. Cheers! Distilled Water Some readers asked me to check distilled water. I bought a gallon of the only brand our grocery store had on hand, Crystal and examined it: It had foreign material in it that really isn’t supposed to be in distilled water. • I Quit Eating White Flour & Threw Out All My "Vitamins" - Here's What Happened (Part 1)
After I learned synthetic vitamins are poison, the United Nations is behind the Food Fortification program (which drugs the food supply with vitamins) and, like viruses, vitamins have never been properly isolated because they too are a Big Pharma scheme to sell us health made in a laboratory, I began taking a hard look at what I was eating.

At this point in my life I had completely quit taking all supplements and I thought I was eating healthy, but upon closer inspection, I was alarmed to discover my entire diet was being synthetically vitaminized and poisoned. Literally everything was tainted, right down to my Paradise Green dehydrated peas…

From my bag of rice to my afternoon kombucha drinks, all of the products in my pantry had chemicals slipped in to places least expected - they drugged the peas for f*cks sake! DEHYDRATED PEAS!

Many months later, I was in the process of writing The Vitamin Swindle Part 1: The White Bread Scandal, when I learned rats that get into white flour mills won’t touch the flour. The more I researched, the more disturbed I became, specifically regarding white flour and the history of it. I learned about a massive conspiracy between the flour mills, the American Medical Association, Big Pharma and the US government. Long story short, they knew white flour was causing major health issues and they knew living off of it was the cause of “Beriberi”, yet they went out of their way to assure the public it was a great, nutritious product that people should eat for their health.

REMOVAL OF WHITE FLOUR FROM MY DIET

You see, because white flour, like rice flour, has vitamins dumped in at the mills via the UN “fortification” and “enrichment” program, it is nearly impossible to eat products containing this flour and avoid also consuming synthetic vitamins: (17 second video)

So, although I had quit consuming bottled supplements, I was still consuming the same vitamins via the food supply. But after the rat discovery, without hesitation, I axed white flour from my diet. Let me tell you, while not taking vitamins was easy (and saved me money too!), not eating white flour was incredibly difficult because I had to relearn how to eat and, being that I loathed cooking, I didn’t know what to do. I was so used to buying premade health food that I felt lost; everything I was purchasing had white flour (or synthetic vitamins) in it somewhere. With zero kitchen skills, my meals became a head of broccoli with natural butter and Real Salt or diced cucumber with garlic, feta and extra virgin olive oil or a plate of sliced tomatoes and lots of baked potatoes. Here’s an example of my dinner:

The first five-or-so nights of being white-flour-free, I sweat like crazy while I slept and my sweat smelled ghastly. It was a strange odor I had never smelled before. I can’t quite explain it, perhaps something like plastic burning in a hot dumpster that is full of roadkill and rotten dairy. It was so foul that I had to run my bedding to the washing machine every morning for nearly a week. No matter how much I showered I could still smell this awful stench for the first couple days.

    NO WHITE FLOUR, WEEK #2

I woke up one morning and discovered my underwear were stretched out. I grabbed a different pair and those didn’t fit either. What the heck? Did the washer ruin my clothes? When I pulled on my work pants, those didn’t fit either! I realized I had lost weight - a lot of it. I hurried to the closet to grab my belt, threw it around my wait and slid the buckle right past my usual connection hole. I had lost so much weight in 14 days that I downsized one belt hole! I was quite puzzled because I lost this weight by doing nothing other than quitting white flour; no gym and 0 exercise because I traded that time for writing Substack articles for you.

I also noticed my facial skin looked more youthful. The bags under my eyes nearly vanished. I told my spouse I think I have the energy of a 20 year old, *wink, wink*.

    WEEK #3

By the third week I lost another 10-or-so pounds, now my shirts looked a full size too large. But that’s not all, another huge change occurred. During this week I began becoming naturally tired in the evenings. Writing articles until 9pm then watching a documentary until 10:30-11pm no longer worked for me. I was tired at 8, asleep by 9 and up at 3am so I could get in a few hours of writing before work. This may sound like a really insane time to wake up, but I love it. My mind is so clear, I am so focused and the world is so peaceful. I think my best content and research is what I am producing at this early hour.

Strangely, even though I was waking up so early then spending three hours working before I go into work, I had energy the entire day. Additionally, my mood had become overall more optimistic about everything in life. I began hacking away at the list of sh*t I have been putting off forever. (Responding to Substack direct messages is on that list. Only 580 more messages to go…)

    WEEK #4

By the fourth week, my love handles vanished. I pinched my love handle area and could only pinch an inch of skin between my fingers. My stomach began to flatten. I even noticed my face looked thinner and the droop in my chin that I blamed on age disappeared. My shoulders began looking defined again and that sure wasn’t from spending 12 hours a day on a pc. Then something really wild happened…

    MONTH 1

Around the end of the month, I realized my taste buds completely changed. Everything I loved (especially potato chips and dip, Lord I loved me some cheddar & sour cream chips with French onion dip), became disgusting. After being flour-and-chemical-free for over four weeks, Tostitos tortilla chips were inedible because the chemicals in them burned the sh*t out of my gums. Fast food, even my beloved Taco Bell, tasted f*cking terrible - so disgusting that, for the first time ever, I threw it out after two bites. When my spouse, who is not on board with my diet, ordered a pizza, I took one bite then instead made another baked potato.

It was at this time that foods containing chemicals or GMOs began killing my stomach. I dreaded dinner at my parents house because I knew I would be dealing with hours of pain. I was forced to cut restaurants our of my life because, even when I selected the best options, I was still forced to endure hours of torture afterward. (btw, I learned we should never be consuming products like Pepto Bismol, instead eat some nutmeg. It works fast too!)

But it gets crazier - I started craving produce. For the first time in my life (I’m in my mid-40s), I wanted bananas and I would think to myself, “some cauliflower sounds good today”. I craved a baked potato without cheese - just real butter, real salt, real pepper and herbs (and organic sour cream because I’m no saint). Even more mind-blowing, cheese, as a whole, stopped being a necessity and food tasted great without it. In fact, I began tasting a plastic-type flavor in shredded cheese (even cheese my better-half shreds from full blocks), which was pretty repulsive so I no longer used cheese unless it was goat or sheep.

Then, things got even stranger. I was able to somehow tune in with what my body wanted and my body wanted less meat and more beans. I know, it’s wild, right? I never in my life wanted beans unless it was a can refried bean dip for a bag of Doritos. I began to truly enjoy black beans which I previously hated. [If you hate cooking, the best canned bean manufacturer in the world is Siete. They are who singlehandedly got me to love black beans. Siete has products that allow an anti-cook to enjoy Mexican food and still eat clean without compromising taste. Their products are probably at wherever you shop, plus they are sold on Amazon.com, in Costco, etc. Here’s their site, SieteFoods.com and here’s their black beans:]

Another unexpected change occurred around this time: my entire adult life, I have classified myself as running hot. It drove the spouse nuts because I would want to sleep with the window cracked, even in the winter. During the peak of summer I would sleep in the basement because the house was too hot, even with the AC on blast… but this all ended.

    MONTH #2

At the beginning of the second month, I estimate I lost around 40 pounds! I didn’t realize I had that much to lose because I am an overall slimmer person and if you would have asked me how overweight I was, I would have said, “I guess I could lose 10 or 15 pounds.”. I lost so much weight that people started asking if I’ve been hitting the gym. When I replied, “Nope, just quit white flour and vitamins”, they looked at me like I was a lunatic, but that was ok.

I now looked like I was wearing my father’s clothing, so I had to get new everything in a full size smaller.

Then, one more crazy thing happened… and, for me, this was one of the most unexpected changes of all…

I stopped drinking my beloved whiskey, not because I wanted to, no sir, I love whiskey. I stopped drinking it because I came home from work one day, walked to my whiskey shelf, picked up a bottle of Blanton’s and, as soon as I removed the cork, I realized I just didn’t want it. This is a feeling I had never experienced in my life. I began drinking when I was 15 years old and had drank ever since. When life felt at its worst, I would buy multiple bottles of whiskey at a time. In fact, I was buying so much that the liquor store would save empty case boxes for me so they were easier to carry to my vehicle.

So, on this specific day, as I stood at my whiskey shelf, when I didn’t want to fill up my glass, it was as if my mind misfunctioned. As bizarre as this sounds, I tried to talk myself into having just one glass. My odd conversation with myself ended with the decision to not pour the whiskey and instead drink something else but to come back in an hour and fill the glass up. … an hour later, it still didn’t sound good. I was baffled.

That was the first night in my adult life that I went to bed voluntarily choosing not to drink alcohol… and feeling GREAT! I wondered if I would feel horrible withdrawals come morning, but the withdrawals never came. I bounced out of bed, ready to seize the day. And when I got home from work on day #2, drinking again didn’t sound good.

    MONTH #3

By the third month, my life had completely changed. I was a new person mentally and physically. I felt like I was the best version of myself that I could be. Like a superhero, my senses were all heightened and I became even more aware of things I had been missing around me. Let me give you an important example:

Being that my spouse and young adult children are not participating in my diet, they eat all the processed garbage. Vegetables and fruit tastes terrible to them because their taste buds have adapted to the white flour diet. I will be writing more on this topic soon, so do it if you haven’t already:

Anyway, I noticed that, when they wake up in the mornings they are physically fine however, within 30 minutes of them consuming breakfast (white flour and chemicals) they begin to develop a slight cough; a single cough or a throat-clearing that repeats approximately every 15 to 20 minutes after the consumption of these products. I observed the identical occurrence with my coworkers.

I also noticed, after lunch (a second dose of the same toxins), in addition to the random cough, my older son will start slightly sniffling like allergies. At my job, my associate who stops at Panera Bread each morning for a muffin and a coke, needs allergy medication by noon. In the spring and summer she blames pollen, and when the identical symptoms occur in the fall and winter she blames dust. I had never really put 2 + 2 together... “allergies”…

Throughout the first five months, I had a total of maybe 3 drinks, and the wildest part was that I cut myself off after a single drink because it just didn’t taste good. Even my top shelf whiskey, Heaven’s Door Bootleg Series, just didn’t do it for me.

The one evening I was peer pressured into excessively drinking (buddy’s 40th birthday party), I didn’t enjoy it at all and woke up the next day feeling like hell. This further reinforced that I didn’t want to consume alcohol anymore.

    SIX MONTHS LATER: THE RELAPSE

After a half year of being in the best health of my adult life (even better health than when I was bodybuilding because I was poison-free this time around), I had to go out of town for five days. On the upside, I got to stay at a resort. On the downside, I quickly realized there was absolutely nothing for me to eat that didn’t involve white flour, additives or vitamins. I arrived at the resort at 10pm and the only available food was pizza, white bread sandwiches with processed meat and cheese, fried chicken strips with white flour breading, and so on. I went to bed with my stomach growling.

The next morning I awoke naturally at 3am, long before the resort breakfast area was open. I got out my laptop and tried to focus on writing while my stomach screamed. At 7am, when the breakfast bar opened, I raced to it, only to discover white flour bagels with processed cream cheese and chemical margarine packets, Dole fruit cups in heavy syrup, Quaker Oat single serve oatmeal with sugar and vitamins, Tropicana fortified orange juice served alongside fortified milk, and Quaker chocolate granola bars. Then there were also seven bananas. I grabbed a plate, took all seven and beelined back to my room.

When lunch came, to my dismay, there were no non-tainted food options, and this is when my nosedive began…

I selected the beer batter fried fish sandwich which seemed to be the least of all evils. I asked for no bun or toppings, just give me the breaded fish on a plate. Trying to remove the batter from the fish proved unsuccessful. It tasted horrible but I needed something in my stomach.

That evening I had time to relax in tropical paradise. I found a good chair to watch the geoengineering over the ocean, it was painfully obvious they were in the process of making Hurricane Debby. While staring at planes spraying the sky and watching frequency being deployed to push the spray in one direction while the natural clouds were moving the opposite direction, the waitress convinced me to try their dark rum pina coladas which, as she stated, were indeed delicious. In fact, they were so delicious that I ordered two more. Thankfully they were also filling, so I didn’t go to bed hungry.

The following day was a repeat of the prior. I stole all of the bananas, ate fish covered in white flour then fried in horrible oil, then enjoyed a half dozen high-fructose-corn-syrup-and-chemicals pina coladas for dinner. Later that evening, with clouded judgement, I decide to give those fried chicken strips a try. I even ordered chemical ranch dressing to go with them… then got a shot of whiskey, my first shot of whiskey since getting clean. Before bed I watched the electrical storm over the Atlantic: (11 second video)

The third morning I did not naturally wake up at 3am, I instead slept in until after 7. When I got to the breakfast bar, the bananas weren’t available so I chose the fake oatmeal packet. I had this day off work so, come 10am, I was poolside being served dark rum pina coladas. There were now two clearly-defined layers of clouds, quickly moving in opposite directions, and the media was beginning to run their Debby fear campaign. That evening I ordered the pizza and it tasted great.

Come morning #4, I didn’t want bananas, I instead opted for waffles with fake butter and cheap syrup. Lunch was a processed meat sandwich. Dinner was a burger with French fries dipped in ranch (I’m not a ketchup person, give me ranch or mayo). And this is where the unexpected happens…

I also had the fifth day off work and again overslept by many hours. When I woke up I put on my shorts and noticed my stomach hanging over them. It wasn’t just a little bloated, it was bulged out substantially. I looked at my body in the mirror and I looked like I had gained at least 15 pounds! Dismayed but determined to enjoy my day, I repeated the day prior.

All the way home, in the airports and on the planes, I ate trash and drank. Upon getting back to Michigan, I looked and felt like a different person. I was pudgy, tired, short-tempered, unmotivated, and I had a craving for fried foods, pizza and alcohol. Nothing sounded better than a bag of Lay’s and a can of Frito’s Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Dip.

That evening I had some of the fast food my spouse and kids picked up for dinner and I finally poured that Blanton’s I passed on many months prior.

My first morning back home, I debated stopping at McDonalds on the way into work because a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit sounded incredible, but I refrained only because my motivation had been so stripped that even stopping to get fast food sounded like too much work.

The next week was incredibly difficult because my taste buds had completely shifted and all of the clean foods I had purchased tasted bad but all of the processed foods were mouth-watering. My mind was telling me to make a baked potato or slice up cucumbers but my body was telling me “do that tomorrow, for now order Uber Eats.” . After around 12-days of mental war, the cravings ended and I was back on track. It took several weeks for the bloating and water-weight gain to reside completely.

    10 MONTHS LATER

It has now been around 10 months and I am back to my high school athlete weight. I have zero desire to eat processed food or white flour because it tastes so bad again.

I had to get new apparel a second time because, even with the full size smaller clothing, I again looked like I was swimming in someone else’s shirts.

In full transparency, not drinking alcohol resulted in a new coffee addiction. Yes, I am completely aware it is bad. In further full transparency, I still enjoy my cigars, but I’ll work on this as time progresses, one thing at a time, my friends. And in a final moment of transparency, I classify a single drink every couple months as “not being an alcohol drinker” and I see nothing wrong with this.

LAUNCHING THE INVESTIGATION INTO WHITE FLOUR

Perplexed by how quickly I fell off the rails and was overtaken by old habits, I couldn’t help but want to learn more about my whole experience, so I began looking deeper into white flour. The very first thing I discovered was that my weight loss and positive changes, especially to sleeping patterns, were nothing special, in fact, it’s the norm if you cut white flour from your diet. Here’s other people, before and after quitting flour, and their amazing transformations within only 30 or 60 days:

I began pondering white flour more. Remember how, at the beginning of this article, I explained there was this crazy conspiracy involving the government and the American Medical Association to make sure we consume this flour? I didn’t understand why the AMA was so hellbent on getting this inside of us. They wanted us to eat this so bad that they were willing to destroy their reputation over it. It seems hard to believe that this was just related to bribery or blackmail. It felt like their had to be more to the story.

Deeper reflection lead me to wonder, what if the chemicals in white flour products can f*ck with our brains? Could it be possible that these ingredients can literally hijack our thought process and mind control us? That would indeed explain why I fell off the wagon and lost all sense of judgement in only a couple days of consuming the flour. But claiming this food might have the ability to mentally change us is a pretty wild hypothesis which would require a lot of deep digging and dot-connecting, but if that is indeed what is going on here, holy sh*t, that is massive.

As I began to dive deep into old documents, records, videos and scientific paperwork, I became utterly shocked at what I was uncovering… NEXT READ: WHITE FLOUR IS A LITERAL DRUG, but first, if you appreciate my time, energy and devotion to bringing you content, please consider hooking me up with a whiskey coffee or a lil donation:

I learned about a massive conspiracy between the flour mills, the American Medical Association, Big Pharma and the US government. Long story short, they knew white flour was causing major health issues and they knew living off of it was the cause of “Beriberi”, yet they went out of their way to assure the public it was a great, nutritious product that people should eat for their health. REMOVAL OF WHITE FLOUR FROM MY DIET You see, because white flour, like rice flour, has vitamins dumped in at the mills via the UN “fortification” and “enrichment” program, it is nearly impossible to eat products containing this flour and avoid also consuming synthetic vitamins: (17 second video) So, although I had quit consuming bottled supplements, I was still consuming the same vitamins via the food supply. Here’s an example of my dinner: The first five-or-so nights of being white-flour-free, I sweat like crazy while I slept and my sweat smelled ghastly. NO WHITE FLOUR, WEEK #2 I woke up one morning and discovered my underwear were stretched out. WEEK #3 By the third week I lost another 10-or-so pounds, now my shirts looked a full size too large. Only 580 more messages to go…) WEEK #4 By the fourth week, my love handles vanished. Then something really wild happened… MONTH 1 Around the end of the month, I realized my taste buds completely changed. It works fast too!) But it gets crazier - I started craving produce. Here’s their site, SieteFoods.com and here’s their black beans:] Another unexpected change occurred around this time: my entire adult life, I have classified myself as running hot. It drove the spouse nuts because I would want to sleep with the window cracked, even in the winter. During the peak of summer I would sleep in the basement because the house was too hot, even with the AC on blast… but this all ended. MONTH #2 At the beginning of the second month, I estimate I lost around 40 pounds! Then, one more crazy thing happened… and, for me, this was one of the most unexpected changes of all… I stopped drinking my beloved whiskey, not because I wanted to, no sir, I love whiskey. MONTH #3 By the third month, my life had completely changed. I was a new person mentally and physically. I felt like I was the best version of myself that I could be. Like a superhero, my senses were all heightened and I became even more aware of things I had been missing around me. Let me give you an important example: Being that my spouse and young adult children are not participating in my diet, they eat all the processed garbage. Vegetables and fruit tastes terrible to them because their taste buds have adapted to the white flour diet. I will be writing more on this topic soon, so do it if you haven’t already: Anyway, I noticed that, when they wake up in the mornings they are physically fine however, within 30 minutes of them consuming breakfast (white flour and chemicals) they begin to develop a slight cough; a single cough or a throat-clearing that repeats approximately every 15 to 20 minutes after the consumption of these products. “allergies”… Throughout the first five months, I had a total of maybe 3 drinks, and the wildest part was that I cut myself off after a single drink because it just didn’t taste good. SIX MONTHS LATER: THE RELAPSE After a half year of being in the best health of my adult life (even better health than when I was bodybuilding because I was poison-free this time around), I had to go out of town for five days. When lunch came, to my dismay, there were no non-tainted food options, and this is when my nosedive began… I selected the beer batter fried fish sandwich which seemed to be the least of all evils. Before bed I watched the electrical storm over the Atlantic: (11 second video) The third morning I did not naturally wake up at 3am, I instead slept in until after 7. And this is where the unexpected happens… I also had the fifth day off work and again overslept by many hours. 10 MONTHS LATER It has now been around 10 months and I am back to my high school athlete weight. LAUNCHING THE INVESTIGATION INTO WHITE FLOUR Perplexed by how quickly I fell off the rails and was overtaken by old habits, I couldn’t help but want to learn more about my whole experience, so I began looking deeper into white flour. The very first thing I discovered was that my weight loss and positive changes, especially to sleeping patterns, were nothing special, in fact, it’s the norm if you cut white flour from your diet. For me moisturizer was not possible and aggravated my skin. I take lots of And many saw noticeable changes after only a week in the form of their skin looking brighter and cleaner and facial wrinkles lessening or vanishing. • Stuck Between a Rock and the ER
Dealing with kidney stone emergencies requires a different approach than that which resolves the chronic underlying causes

    Dr. Syed Haider

We usually advocate for careful, measured medical solutions. We rail against the tendency to try to “hack” biology, because biology can’t be hacked without hacking it to bits.

And yet, sometimes you just have to cut the Gordian knot, because there’s a difference between emergency care and chronic care.

In emergencies you’re willing to do things that you might never do outside of them because in every situation you have to weigh the risks and benefits. When you have time on your side you can take it easy and do things the right way, without little or no risk at all. When you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place like the ER you often have to make concessions because the ER can mean even risker treatments and procedures that are often quite expensive as well.

Kidney stones can be excruciatingly painful to pass, and sometimes they won’t pass at all if they’re too large. No matter how much painkiller you receive it may not do much at all when the spasmodic pains hit. And using the strongest opiate painkillers like morphine can worsen spasms of the ureter so patients are usually started on high dose ibuprofen, perhaps alpha blockers like tamsulosin to reduce spasms, and plenty of fluids to help flush the kidney stone out.

Kidney Stones (Nephrolithiasis) - Symptoms and Causes
If that doesn’t work then some types and sizes of stones can be broken up by a shockwave (lithotripsy) procedure, others require retrieval via a freaky endoscopic procedure call ureteroscopy, and still others may require a full on open surgery. 1 in 1000 to 1 in 2000 ureterscopy procedures will result in severe complications like avulsion of the ureter, requiring extensive surgical repair. Of course any major surgical procedure can involve complications, but for most people the biggest complication will be to their pocketbooks. With insurance you’re looking at $1000s in copays and without insurance 10s of $1000s. Finally and perhaps worst of all is the amount of time it takes to finally get relief from the stone. It could be many hours in the ER just waiting for the procedure to be arranged.

In this and other similar situations it’s always good to have a plan B, or even a plan A that you can institute yourself.

We’ve seen incredible results from two simple approaches to acute kidney stones. The first can be done by nearly anyone at any time and you just need a bunch of lemons and water. The second is more specialized and is the herb Chanca Piedra, which might be good to keep on hand if stones are a recurrent problem.

Lemons are well known to help prevent the two mosts common types of kidney stones - calcium oxalate and uric acid, they’ve been mentioned by the Harvard Health website and many dialed-in urologists will let you know about lemon juice for prevention. Lemon juice has citric acid, which becomes citrate when excreted in the urine. This reduces acidity of the urine which can dissolve uric acid stones. The citrate also binds calcium ions to prevent calcium oxalate formation.

It is not usually considered likely for citrate from lemonade or any other source to be able to shrink a calcium oxalate stone once it forms, but it seems like it should be possible. And we have to understand that even shaving off a tiny bit of an impacted stone can mean the difference between surgery and spontaneously passing it.

Now at the surface of a calcium oxalate stone in the urine there would always be some flux of calcium ions either joining the stone or leaving it. The tendency towards one or the other would be influenced by how many calcium ions are dissolved in the urine. With the addition of citrate which binds and removes calcium ions from the urine, more calcium would be released from the calcium oxalate stone, thereby leading to progressive shrinkage of the stone. Perhaps a biochemist can chime in with a predicted rate of dissolution, but lets see what we can come up with.

The likelihood of a stone passing naturally depends on its size (diameter):

1 mm: 87% chance of passing

2–4 mm: 76% chance of passing

5–7 mm: 60% chance of passing

7–9 mm: 48% chance of passing

Larger than 9 mm: 25% chance of passing

Kidney stones Memes and Images - Imgur
Based on the weight of calcium oxalate and assuming a spherical stone shape, the following are the typical weights of various diameter stones:

    Small Stones (1-5 mm):

Volume range: 0.5 mm³ to 65.45 mm³

Weight range: Approximately 1 mg to 137 mg.

    Medium Stones (5-10 mm):

Volume range: 65.45 mm³ to 523.6 mm³

Weight range: Approximately 137 mg to 1100 mg.

    Large Stones (10-15 mm):

Volume range: 523.6 mm³ to 1767 mm³

Weight range: Approximately 1100 mg to 3710 mg.

So if we can somehow manage to dissolve gram ranges of calcium oxalate we would have a very good chance of partially or completely dissolving any stone stuck in the ureter.

    1. Amount of Citrate in Lemon Juice

Citrate Content: Lemon juice is a rich source of citrate. On average, one lemon (about 48 grams of lemon juice) contains approximately 1.44 grams of citrate.

Daily Intake: If someone were to drink the juice of 16 lemons in day (8 glasses of 500ml with 2 lemons in each), this would provide approximately 23 grams of citrate.

    2. Citrate Absorption and Excretion

Absorption and Metabolism: After ingestion, citrate is absorbed in the intestines, and a portion is metabolized in the body, while the remainder is excreted in the urine. The efficiency of absorption and excretion can vary, but it’s generally estimated that about 20-40% of ingested citrate is excreted unchanged in the urine.

Urinary Citrate Increase: If we assume a 30% excretion rate, consuming 5.76 grams of citrate would result in approximately 7 grams of citrate entering the urine.

    3. Citrate Binding to Calcium

Calcium Binding: Citrate binds to calcium in the urine, forming soluble calcium-citrate complexes. The effectiveness of this binding depends on the concentration of calcium and citrate in the urine.

Binding Capacity: Each mole of citrate can theoretically bind one mole of calcium (even though citrate is trivalent, often only one binding site is involved in a stable complex in biological conditions). The binding of calcium by citrate is pH-dependent, with better binding at higher urinary pH (above 6.5), and citrate itself tends to raise the pH of urine. If we estimate that 7 grams of citrate could bind to a proportional amount of calcium (assuming typical urinary conditions), it could potentially bind up to around 1500 mg of calcium (since citrate and calcium have different molar weights).

    4. Impact on Calcium Oxalate Stones

Impact on Stone Size: This should significantly reduce the stone size because 1500 mg of calcium represents about 5400 mg of calcium oxalate (the oxalate contributes its own weight when combined to calcium in the stone) and 5400mg is more than the weight of even most very large ureteral stones.

    Homemade Lemonade
It seems from the above that drinking plenty of lemon juice could have an outsized impact on any stone stuck in the ureter or anywhere else, and even on much larger stones stuck in the kidneys. Perhaps unsurprisingly many people have reported anecdotally that drinking lots of lemon juice when they develop any type of kidney stone has helped dissolve it.

In light of the calculations and reports it’s possible that lemon juice shrinks stones via the above laid out acetate in the urine mechanism (assuming there are no mistaken assumptions, like how fast the stone releases calcium at its surface), or that there is some other active principle in lemon juice that shrinks stones or stimulates relaxation of the ureters to allow them to pass, or that there is a placebo effect, or that people tend to be able to stomach more lemonade than they can plain water, and it’s just the relatively increased urine output that helps the situation.

In any event if I had a stone I would drink as much lemonade as I could to see if I could get rid of it, despite every publicly searchable source swearing it wouldn’t help because I tend to believe other people’s experience over biased researchers and scientists. If I weren’t quite so confident I might drink the lemonade on the way to the ER, and while waiting for a urologist to show up - if it worked, great, if not, no harm, no foul.

Chanca Piedra, Spanish for the “Stone Breaker”

The other kidney stone remedy has more research to back it up than lemon juice does, though you’ll usually have to go out of your way to find it instead of just visiting your local grocery store. Chanca Piedra is an Amazonian herb that is well known in local lore to both help prevent and treat kidney stones. Similar to lemon juice it increases citrate secretion into the urine which will bind calcium. It increases the secretion of magnesium, which also inhibits calcium oxalate formation. It also has known diuretic (increased urine flow), antispasmodic, antioxidant and antiinflammatory effects that may all contribute to fast and pain-free stone passage.

    Gallstones

Now, no treatment of acute painful stones that land you in the ER would be complete without touching on gallstones. There’s sure to be a way to treat these, but unfortunately we’re not as certain of a one size fits all remedy for this (let us know what you’ve got). I would caution against removing the gallbladder though, as it’s a crucial organ for proper digestion and for maintaining proper hormonal balance since bile is directly involved in fat digestion, including cholesterol, which is the precursor of all hormones. It’s also required for the digestion and absorption of the important fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Of course bile will continue to be produced even without a gallbladder, but its synchronized, well-timed release during the process of digestion will be impaired.

Gallbladder Disease in Children - HealthyChildren.org
Removing the gallbladder can also contribute to estrogen excess, since extra estrogen is partly dumped into the gut via the bile and when not normally depleted may contribute to many common modern diseases such as:

    Obesity

    Heart Disease

    Diabetes

    Strokes

    Cancer

    Thyroid Dysfunction

    Endometriosis

    Uterine Fibroids

    Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

    Osteoporosis

Many people have already had their gallbladders removed, but they do keep producing bile and the situation can still be balanced out by optimizing lifestyle factors and oftentimes a psuedo-gallbladder will even reform due to dilation of the remaining bile ducts, which allows larger boluses of bile to be injected into the gut when called for, similar to what would happen with a normal gallbladder.

    Coffee Enemas and Gallstones

Various enemas have been used since ancient times by every ancient medical system. Coffee enemas were first documented in the early 20th century. They were reportedly used by soldiers in WWI for pain control. They were popluarized by Max Gerson in the 1930s as an alternative therapy for liver and gallbladder flushing and support and in the alternative treatment of cancer. The best type for this purpose is organic, green, unroasted, heavy metal and mold free coffee.

This is how coffee enemas may help with gallstones:

    Absorption:

Whither Caffeine? The difference between a coffee enema and simply drinking the coffee lies in where the coffee and caffeine ends up. When you drink coffee the caffeine is primarily absorbed by the stomach and small intestine, and enters the systemic circulation traveling throughout the body before going to the liver to be metabolized out of the bloodstream. However with an enema the coffee and caffeine are primarily absorbed into the portal vein which feed straight into the liver. Here the effects of coffee will be concentrated, and coffee will also be metabolised and removed from the blood, rather than traveling on to the rest of the body. Research confirms that blood levels of caffeine are 2.5X lower after a coffee enema, compared to drinking the same quantity of coffee, and this is important because caffeines effect on the brain and rest of the body is not usually conducive to healing from chronic illness.

    Stimulation of Bile Flow:

Bile Production & Flow: Caffeinated coffee specifically has been shown to stimulate the production of bile by the liver and promote its flow through the bile ducts by stimulating the contraction of the gallbladder. Enhanced bile flow can theoretically help prevent the formation of gallstones by keeping bile less concentrated and reducing the likelihood of cholesterol crystallization. It should also help break up or flush out stones already present since stagnation of bile is a risk factor for stone formation.

Bile Duct Dilation: It’s possible coffee enemas cause dilation of the bile ducts, which could facilitate the passage of small stones or sludge, though this effect is not well-documented.

    Lemon Juice and Gallstones

Not the first thing we think of for gallstones, but since we used it for kidney stones, lets check it out here as well. Traditionally it has been used and is usually taken with olive oil for gallstones.

    Bile Production and Flow:

Lemon juice is high in citric acid, which stimulates bile production. Bile is essential for the digestion and emulsification of fats, and an increase in bile flow might help prevent the formation of gallstones and help break them down, particularly cholesterol stones. The antioxidant vitamin C in lemon juice could help support liver function including bile production.

    Chanca Piedra and Gallstones

Again since we mentioned it for kidney stones it’s worth looking at here as well.

    Hepatoprotective and Choleretic Effects:

Chanca Piedra has been traditionally used for various liver and gallbladder conditions. Some studies have indicated that it has hepatoprotective (liver-protecting) properties and may increase bile secretion (choleretic effect) which could help dissolve and flush out stones.

    Potential Stone Dissolution:

Like its use in kidney stones, Chanca Piedra is believed by some to have poorly characterized litholytic (stone-dissolving) properties. While most of the evidence for this comes from studies on kidney stones, there is some traditional use and anecdotal evidence suggesting it might also be helpful for gallstones.

    Other Herbs for Gallstones

There are many herbal remedies for gallbladder issues, but they’re beyond the scope of this article and should be recommended by a practitioner who analyzes the patient’s specific situation.

    Bile Acids for Gallstones

Not considered an acute remedy, but more long term, is the supplementation of bile acids that are found in normal bile, but may be “deficient” in someone with gallstones. Ursodeoxycholic acid is often used. It helps remove cholesterol from the bile and dissolves cholesterol gallstones over time. There is a pharmaceutical version and you can also get animal sourced bile acid supplements. Should only be considered as an adjunct to real deep resolution.

    Bonus: Third “Rock”

There’s one acute condition you’re unlikely to get treated in the ER and that’s a severe toothache, because dentists don’t usually visit ERs. This can be as painful as any other pathology and even strong painkillers have a hard time blunting it. The ER is likely to give you an antibiotic and a painkiller and then refer you to a dentist. If you’re lucky they’ll inject a temporary nerve block that will probably wear off in a few hours. All this for a price that may be in the thousands of dollars and can involve a lot of time in excruciating pain waiting to be seen.

The single most effective and fastest treatment for any toothache, including an abscessed tooth is to bite on a fresh clove of garlic with the painful tooth. Pain is typically gone within a couple minutes. Though the garlic juice released can cause some brief burning in your mouth it’s well worth it. Garlic combines a nerve block and antibiotic in one. I have personally witnessed the effects which can last for 12-24 hours. It can be repeated as needed and can completely resolve not only the pain but even the underlying infection itself, reversing swelling, warmth, tenderness and temperature sensitivity within a day or two.

The primary side effect aside from the mucosal burning from the juice is nuclear breath and distorted taste.

Something that is much less smelly than garlic may work as well and that’s black cloves. You can try biting on 1-5 cloves with the affected tooth and often achieve the same effect, but if not you can always graduate to the garlic.

Some people hate the dentist so much they go on to live with cloves in their mouth, allowing them to continue ignoring the underlying problem of dental disease caused by dietary and other lifestyle indiscretions. This is of course a recipe for eventual disaster.

Like all the short term solutions, it’s not meant to be used as a long term bandaid. Anecdotally it is possible to actually heal teeth and avoid dentistry, but it does take dedication and significant lifestyle change. As with any disease process the approach is essentially to remove toxins and chronic pathogens which many people like have growin in the roots of multiple teeth - eg press your gums looking for any tender spots. Along with removing the harm we have to support the teeth with the right lifestyle choices and diet. Then we just have to wait long enough for these changes to take effect.

    Acute Care vs Chronic

Some people figure out how to mitigate their acute kidney or gallstone issues, and then they turn that into their chronic care plan. There are many cases of patients who once they figure out that lemon juice will prevent further attacks simply drink lemonade daily and think no more of it.

The problem of course is that this doesn’t address the root cause of the problem.

It’s like having a leak in from the second floor bathroom and just painting over it, or when it gets worse just repairing the area that was leaked and making it waterproof.

Sooner or later the water will just go somewhere else and spring another leak.

The same happens in your body. The first symptom is just an early warning sign. It’s like the canary in the coal mine. When that canary died, the miners hightailed it out of there before they dropped dead too. The toxic gas dropped the little bird at much lower concentrations than it did the big miners, but once the gas started leaking they knew it would just keep building up until it got them too.

The same in your kidney or liver/gallbladder. There is some mixture of causes: toxins/pathogens and nutrient/nourishment deficiencies that is harming your organ. Left unaddressed it will keep harming your organ even if you neutralize its ability to create stones.

You’ve kept yourself comfortable by shutting up your early warning system. It’s like theres an enemy attacking and you were annoyed by the air raid sirens so you just shut them off and ignored the developing situation.

So what do you do instead?

Knowing the cause means knowing the solution.

In traditional medical thought the kidneys were linked to fear and willpower. Kidney disease or dysfunction was associated with deep-seated fears, insecurities, and a lack of resolve and resilience.

The gallbladder was seen as the organ responsible for decision-making, courage, and the capacity to act, so gallbladder issues were often linked to indecisiveness, trouble standing up for oneself, or suppressed anger/feelings.

The body often gives you a sign by compensating for lack of one thing by overdoing another. There is a common psychological thread linking the emotional aspects of both organs related to willpower and decisiveness. In both cases there may be a kind of pathological softness, in other words an inability to be firm. And this excessive softness may eventually be balanced by the hardness manifested in the stones that may form in one or the other organ.

    Two Peas in a Pod

Kidney diseases usually happen in those who have prolonged internal or external conflicts with spouses, partners or other people close to them.

The kidneys are a paired organ, and its been said by the ancients they represent two people gazing at each other intently, or one person looking deeply at their own reflection in a mirror. This symbolism underscores the traditional view of the kidneys' connection to one's partner and oneself. It suggests that one can either view their partner as an extension of themselves or as a separate entity. When individuals begin to see their partner as an outsider rather than a reflection of themselves, it disrupts their unity and causes significant stress, leading to disconnection. Ideally, a husband and wife should function as a single entity, in perfect harmony, like one soul inhabiting two bodies. This reflects the traditional ideal of marriage.

Another layer to this is seeing other people and the rest of the creation as one’s own reflection also. This is a spiritual perspective that engenders radical responsibility for everything that happens in life, including what is done to one by other people.

The idea is that the Divine Will is the only Actor in the Universe and from the perspective of each individual, everything that happens is due to Divine Providence. The purpose of existence is to better know oneself and perfect oneself to better know the Divine and draw closer to that Reality. In order for that to happen the Universe and everything in it must reflect each individuals failings, so everything that happens and everything anyone does to one is meant to illuminate ones own imperfections so they can be worked upon.

From this perspective individuals don’t blame others, but only blame themselves for whatever happens to them. It is an empowering perspective, rather than one of victimhood.

So the kidneys actually represent more than just a person’s relationship with their closest partner or companion, but actually reflect their relationship with themselves. This relationship with onesself is simply most evident in the relationship with those closest to one, but it extends to the entire universe. So even a lack of harmony with nature, particularly the light encoded circadian rhythms, can also have a significant negative impact on kidney health.

It should therefore come as no surprise that in Classical Chinese medical thought, the kidneys are considered the seat of wisdom, because it takes great insight to see one's partner and others and the entire universe all as a reflections of oneself - or in other words a Divine Act meant to illuminate your self to you. Considering the slings and arrows of fortune as “the other” entails a rejection ones own true nature, which is what is being reflected back at one. Deeply accepting oneself means accepting ones own responsibility for everything in life and improving it.

In our experience, patients with kidney issues, invariably, upon a thorough exploration of their lives, reveal some form of conscious or subconscious conflict with others. While these conflicts may not always be immediately visible, they can manifest in various subtle ways. A skilled physician needs to listen attentively to every detail of the patient's description of their condition and life experiences to identify these underlying conflicts. If patients faile to recognize and address these conflicts, and if they don’t accept guidance to resolve them, we can only offer temporary patchwork solutions rather than truly restoring kidney vitality and providing deep healing.

There may be exceptions where kidney damage results from toxic protein shakes, bodybuilding supplements, excessive intake of processed meats, or poor sleep habits (conneccted to circadian rhythms). However, even in these cases, outright kidney damage typically occurs only if the kidneys' underlying vitality has already been undermined by internal relationship conflicts, and those should always be assumed to be present, since who doesn’t have them to some degree or other?

    Trickle Down vs Bottom Up

It may seem fantastical to some, but this higher level is where the weakness in organs usually originates. After organs have been weakened chronically by the energetic deficiency that manifests from an underlying psychological issue, the problem will manifest physically as typical nutrient deficiencies and toxin/pathogen build up in that organ.

It is possible to mitigate these problems from higher up, at the level of the psyche, or lower down at the level of the physical body, but for a real deep resolution you often have to work on both, because they are both interconnected and interdependent. They are just manifestations of a single whole.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to describe a generic physical or emotional protocol for every case of kidney or gallbladder disease, but the general approach will be the same because it’s founded in the basic principles of human health and disease: we are one interconnected whole, our body responds to our thoughts and emotions. Chronic harmful thoughts and emotions create chronic bodily dysfunction which manifests as deficiencies and toxicities.

It may appear to some people that their dysfunction was obviously due to a purely physical insult, like a parasite, other microbe, or a vaccine or other injury, or chronic stress or other toxicity. However these same causes affect innumerable other people who don’t end up with kidney or gallbladder issues like stones. Who gets what in response to common toxins in the environment depends on which organs are constitutionally weak. Constitutional weakness can have a genetic element as well, which predisposes someone to certain psychological issues. But this can still be fixed. Genes aren’t your destiny, their just the first draft script you've been given to edit as you see fit.

Graduating to the level of taking radical responsiblity for yourself will allow any disease to be healed. This is the most satisfying path because it’s a journey of spiritual progress which gets at the reason for your entire existence, which is to better know the Divine, by better knowing your own failings and correcting them bit by bit. The more you grow the closer you become and the more subtle your failings become that you continue to uncover. Everything that happens is just a reflection of you, taken by the Divine and cast back at you to get you to wake up and change.

Stuck Between a Rock and the ER Dealing with kidney stone emergencies requires a different approach than that which resolves the chronic underlying causes Dr. Syed Haider We usually advocate for careful, measured medical solutions. It also has known diuretic (increased urine flow), antispasmodic, antioxidant and antiinflammatory effects that may all contribute to fast and pain-free stone passage. Gallstones Now, no treatment of acute painful stones that land you in the ER would be complete without touching on gallstones. Gallbladder Disease in Children - HealthyChildren.org Removing the gallbladder can also contribute to estrogen excess, since extra estrogen is partly dumped into the gut via the bile and when not normally depleted may contribute to many common modern diseases such as: Obesity Heart Disease Diabetes Strokes Cancer Thyroid Dysfunction Endometriosis Uterine Fibroids Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Osteoporosis Many people have already had their gallbladders removed, but they do keep producing bile and the situation can still be balanced out by optimizing lifestyle factors and oftentimes a psuedo-gallbladder will even reform due to dilation of the remaining bile ducts, which allows larger boluses of bile to be injected into the gut when called for, similar to what would happen with a normal gallbladder. Coffee Enemas and Gallstones Various enemas have been used since ancient times by every ancient medical system. This is how coffee enemas may help with gallstones: Absorption: Whither Caffeine? Stimulation of Bile Flow: Bile Production & Flow: Caffeinated coffee specifically has been shown to stimulate the production of bile by the liver and promote its flow through the bile ducts by stimulating the contraction of the gallbladder. Lemon Juice and Gallstones Not the first thing we think of for gallstones, but since we used it for kidney stones, lets check it out here as well. Traditionally it has been used and is usually taken with olive oil for gallstones. Bile Production and Flow: Lemon juice is high in citric acid, which stimulates bile production. Bile is essential for the digestion and emulsification of fats, and an increase in bile flow might help prevent the formation of gallstones and help break them down, particularly cholesterol stones. The antioxidant vitamin C in lemon juice could help support liver function including bile production. Chanca Piedra and Gallstones Again since we mentioned it for kidney stones it’s worth looking at here as well. Hepatoprotective and Choleretic Effects: Chanca Piedra has been traditionally used for various liver and gallbladder conditions. Some studies have indicated that it has hepatoprotective (liver-protecting) properties and may increase bile secretion (choleretic effect) which could help dissolve and flush out stones. Potential Stone Dissolution: Like its use in kidney stones, Chanca Piedra is believed by some to have poorly characterized litholytic (stone-dissolving) properties. While most of the evidence for this comes from studies on kidney stones, there is some traditional use and anecdotal evidence suggesting it might also be helpful for gallstones. Thanks for reading Dr. Syed Haider! This post is public so feel free to share it. Share Other Herbs for Gallstones There are many herbal remedies for gallbladder issues, but they’re beyond the scope of this article and should be recommended by a practitioner who analyzes the patient’s specific situation. Bile Acids for Gallstones Not considered an acute remedy, but more long term, is the supplementation of bile acids that are found in normal bile, but may be “deficient” in someone with gallstones. Ursodeoxycholic acid is often used. It helps remove cholesterol from the bile and dissolves cholesterol gallstones over time. There is a pharmaceutical version and you can also get animal sourced bile acid supplements. Should only be considered as an adjunct to real deep resolution. Bonus: Third “Rock” There’s one acute condition you’re unlikely to get treated in the ER and that’s a severe toothache, because dentists don’t usually visit ERs. Acute Care vs Chronic Some people figure out how to mitigate their acute kidney or gallstone issues, and then they turn that into their chronic care plan. Thanks for reading Dr. Syed Haider! This post is public so feel free to share it. Share Two Peas in a Pod Kidney diseases usually happen in those who have prolonged internal or external conflicts with spouses, partners or other people close to them. Trickle Down vs Bottom Up It may seem fantastical to some, but this higher level is where the weakness in organs usually originates. Everything that happens is just a reflection of you, taken by the Divine and cast back at you to get you to wake up and change. https://blog.mygotodoc.com/p/stuck-between-a-rock-and-the-er

  • So “Palestine” accepted Russia’s invitation to BRICS? All well and good? Not really. I would hope the actual establishment of the state of Palestine would join BRICS but that’s not what the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) controlled by Israel is.

There is a needed serious conversation about what happens not “after the war”-because this isn’t a goddamn war, it’s a fucking genocide, but after Israel is stopped from committing a genocide against Palestinians.

Now what we have is a traitorous group of powerless officials who succumb to every one of Israel’s wishes, posing as representatives of Palestine going to BRICS. That’s the truth.

As much as I would love nothing more than a multipolar world this is putting the cart before the horse and a hell lot of feel-good PR. Too many people have rose-colored glasses on and yes it does sell well on social media but it’s not accurate.

    1) Stop the genocide. Stop dealing with Israel. Boycott divest. Sanction. Israel and its leadership is tried for war crimes. Period.
    2) One state for all where it’s not government by the Zionist entity or its lemmings.
    3) Now you can talk about PALESTINE with free Palestinians that aren’t bombed and have sovereignty joining BRICS.

A two state solution with a sliver of Palestine under apartheid and occupation and another under ethnic cleansing isn’t a solution, it’s complacency to the Zionist entity. It’s complacency to genocide. It’s also unrealistic.

You won’t have a multipolar world until this is something that is dealt with, at least not in reality.

Russia has done a great deal to act as an effective mediator in many conflicts. They even hosted Hamas and other leadership earlier this year. Perhaps other factions attending would be a better representation of Palestine as I know for a fact that the majority of Palestinians do not feel represented by the PNA. This would help validate Palestine as a state. However until Israel is rendered powerless, it won’t stop its crimes and they’ve told us this themselves.

When a violent, shocking, spectacular American-history-turning event occurs—examples include the sinking of the USS Maine and Lusitania, the attacks on US ships at Pearl Harbor or the Gulf of Tonkin, the Kennedy assassinations, and 9/11—history teaches us that things are seldom what they seem. All of those incidents, and more, were deceptions orchestrated by forces that stood to benefit. The schoolbook narratives of all of these events, and many more, are lies.

The key that unlocks the truth is the Latin phrase cui bono: who benefits? In all of the above cases, a powerful faction that wanted war—call it the war party—orchestrated deceptions that enabled the wars they wanted.

Does the alleged shooting of Donald Trump last Saturday fit that pattern? Like the others, it was a spectacular act of violence that, in retrospect, is likely be seen as history-changing:

“The election is likely to be a landslide. This probably reduces uncertainty,” said Nick Ferres, chief investment officer at Vantage Point Asset Management, citing polls that showed a surge in support for Reagan after the attempt on his life.

The weak counter-argument admits that the shooting significantly improved Trump’s odds, but those odds are not 100% since “nothing is set in stone.”

The long and short of it is that those who want a second Trump presidency were the obvious beneficiaries of an apparently random event that, were it a PR stunt, would have been worth hundreds of millions of dollars to the Trump campaign. The iconic photo of Trump fending off the Secret Service agents tasked with whisking him away ASAP and shaking his fist defiantly as he yells “fight! fight! fight!” could not have been more perfectly scripted. Reality TV actor Trump has never been more in his element.

Nor could the shooting have been more perfectly timed. It occurred at the ideal moment to interrupt the news cycle that was about to force Biden to step down in favor of a stronger Democratic candidate. And it happened in the best possible time-frame for energizing the Republican base—and taking the wind out of the anti-Trump media’s sails—just ahead of the Republican convention, which became a spectacularly unanimous coronation-by-acclamation.

The “shot that winged Trump’s ear” was even luckier for Trump than for the world’s-worst-marksman who allegedly took it. Most obviously, it gave Trump some blood for the photo op. It also gave him the opportunity to put on an ear bandage that served as a sort of purple heart, or rather a white badge of courage, at the convention. If billion-to-one odds had not been defied, and the world’s-worst-marksman had just plain missed—or, vastly more likely, never been allowed to get off a shot—the whole thing would have fizzled and been forgotten, like the failed attempt against RFK Jr. last September. Indeed, of all human beings throughout all of recorded history, Trump may have been “the luckiest to have gotten shot.” Had he “turned his head at the wrong moment such that the bullet completely missed” he would face much better odds of spending the rest of his life in the big house rather than the White House…or of being actually assassinated, presumably by efficient and deniable means.

Indeed, the “shot in the ear” was like another kind of shot we have been hearing a lot about—an inoculation shot. It inoculated Trump against further assassination attempts, including the professional kind that rarely miss. Prior to his miraculously lucky ear shot, Trump was vulnerable to being taken out by any of a long list of deniable methods available to his deep state enemies. They could have laced one of his diet cokes with an untraceable heart attack agent, poisoned his toothbrush as happened to J. Edgar Hoover, or had him shot in such a way as to keep him out of the White House rather than to put him in it. But in the wake of the “lucky ear shot” and apparent Secret Service breakdown that enabled it, if anything happens to Trump, his base will burn down the country. That ear shot quite likely saved Trump’s life, not to mention his political career.

That the first serious amateur attempt on Trump’s life actually got off shots, and—mirabile dictu—winged his ear, providing hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars worth of PR for the Trump campaign, proves that Yahweh, or his agents, must have had a hand in it. On the assumption that Yahweh delegated the job to his agents, rather than just rolling up his sleeves and doing it himself, the question arises: “How did Yahweh’s agents manage to pull it off?”

Some of my excitable friends will no doubt exclaim: “It was all done with crisis actors! Nobody really got hurt or killed!” They will troll the web for photographs that faintly resemble the gunman and his victim, point out that they are still alive, and claim they have proved that the whole thing was a hoax. Alternately, they will dig into birth, death, and social security records, as well as social and mainstream media, and claim that whatever they find isn’t enough to support the presumption that Thomas Matthew Crooks, Corey Comperatore (who died from a gunshot at the rally) and “a 57-year-old New Kensington, Pennsylvania, resident and a 74-year-old resident of Moon Township” ever existed.

These are the people who insist that no planes hit the World Trade Center and that most or all of the 9/11 victims never existed. They think nobody really got hurt at the Boston bombing or the Las Vegas shooting or Sandy Hook. It’s all crisis actors, they say. False flaggers who stage violent events actually hate real violence, so they fake as much of it as possible…sometimes all of it.

I am, to say the least, not convinced by those arguments. My study of spectacular, spectacularly deceptive deep state events suggests that the perpetrators generally manipulate perceptions of actual violent events, rather than simply staging fake ones. (The violent events, of course, are generally orchestrated or steered by the perpetrators.)

    If I were one of Yahweh’s agents…

If I were a high-ranking member of the deep state who wanted a second Trump term, here’s how I would have done it.

Get the necessary personnel on board. After looking at the extensive files on all relevant personnel, from Trump himself to Secret Service people to potential patsies, I would know who to approach and how to approach them. Here’s how I might approach Trump: “Don, the deep state faction that despises you currently has about an 80% chance of success, defined as keeping you out of the White House by either killing or disabling you or winning/rigging the election. The odds that you end up dead or in prison by the end of 2024 are over 60%. We need to significantly move the dial on those odds. There’s only one way to do it: You need to be ‘wounded’ in an assassination attempt that generates a spectacular, iconic photo, and riles up your base to the point that the Never Trumpers avoid taking you out for real.” “Gosh, Kevin…didn’t Nixon once say ‘that would be wrong’”? “Don, your enemies are absolutely ruthless. We have to be ruthless too. So here’s the deal: A lone nut who couldn’t hit the side of a barn is going to fire a few shots at a Trump rally, and one of them is going to supposedly ‘clip your ear.’ You’re going to flinch at the first shot, reach for your ear, hit the deck, and let one of our guys mess with that ear so that when you stand up, there’s blood. You’re going to take command as they try to drag you off, shake your fist, and say ‘fight fight fight.’ Can you remember those lines?” “Roger.” “And don’t worry about how you’re going to look when the first shot rings out, because you’ll know real bullets are flying so you won’t have to do much method acting.” (Then the same basic approach is used on anyone else who needs-to-know. Obviously, only people whose files reveal them to be strongly pro-Trump and ethically flexible are approached. If Trump, based on his files, is not ethically flexible enough to go along with a shooting that will likely hurt or kill one or two of his supporters, he’s told nobody will get hurt…and if and when he learns otherwise after the event, it will be too late. And if Trump is so ethically inflexible that he won’t do a fake shooting at all, which seems ridiculously unlikely, we’ll keep him out of the loop and find a way to shoot his ear with a BB or something from close range at the moment the first shot rings out.)
Recruit a shooter who is a poor marksman from the MK-Ultra contingent. For extra insurance, give him a rifle with a bad sight. Stage a “Secret Service screw-up” to get him on roof and give him time to squeeze off several fruitless shots. (The odds that one of those random shots would actually kill or disable Trump are very low—vastly lower than the 60% odds Trump ends up dead or in prison by the end of the year if he doesn’t take the risk.)
Look for places to hold Trump rallies with suitable buildings nearby.Set up contingency plans for three or four possible locations, like JFK’s killers did by having plans in place for Miami (canceled), Dallas (successful), and Chicago (unnecessary), according to James Douglass.
Count on mainstream media’s distaste for “conspiracy theories”—and be ready to enforce it. Normally a plan like this would seem risky or impossible, because much of the media hates Trump and would love to destroy him by exposing his or his supporters’ crimes. But there are crimes, and there are crimes. Two-bit crimes like 30-year-old he-said-she-said alleged sexual assaults, paperwork screw-ups, and so on are fair game for media and prosecutors. But massive, horrifying political crimes are routinely covered up by media due to the taboo against “conspiracy theories.” So the odds that significant, influential mainstream media will expose the false flag are very low, and can be made lower by scouring the personnel files of all relevant figures in advance and being prepared to stop them if necessary, as was done to Paul Wellstone and Hunter Thompson after 9/11, and many dozens of JFK witnesses and journalists in the wake of the 1963 coup.
But would the deep state even want a second Trump presidency?

In the past, it has always been the war party that orchestrates this kind of deception. The Maine greased the skids for the Spanish-American war. The Lusitania greased the skids for US entry into World War I. Pearl Harbor singlehandedly enabled US entry into World War II, by flipping the massive anti-war majority into an equally massive pro-war one. The Gulf of Tonkin incident hugely escalated US involvement in Vietnam. 9/11 unleashed a series of wars for Israel that cost $7 trillion and killed millions of people.

Interestingly, the JFK assassination, which led to both escalation in Vietnam and (more importantly) US support for Israel’s 1967 war of aggression, was not the only time that a US president has been inserted, by murderous deception, to enable war. The 1940 Republican convention was rigged, after the murder of the convention manager, to ensure that pro-war unknown Wendell Wilkie, rather than any of the other more plausible candidates (who were all antiwar) emerged as the candidate. Since any antiwar Republican would have easily beaten Roosevelt, the murderous insertion of Wilkie was a necessary step towards US involvement in World War II. (The story is entertainingly recounted in Gore Vidal’s The Golden Age.)

But Trump?! He and his vice presidential candidate, J.D. Vance, are skeptical about Biden’s war on Ukraine. Isn’t Trump the peace candidate?

In a word, no. Trump’s first term was a war presidency, even more than Obama’s. The Trump team: *Armed Ukraine to the teeth and flooded it with NATO advisors, setting the stage for the current war. *Assassinated Iran’s General Soleimani, a shoo-in to win that nation’s presidency, thereby almost setting off World War III. *Ratcheted up the covert US war on China, in part by attacking China with the COVID-19 anti-economy bioweapon. *Refused to withdraw from Afghanistan. *Refused to withdraw from Iraq and Syria despite demands from both governments. *Massively increased military spending. *Declared World War III against the world’s nearly two billion Muslims by approving Israel’s theft of territory, moving the US embassy to Jerusalem, and generally obeying Netanyahu’s every order, setting the stage for the current genocidal war.

If the deep state wants to cut its losses and shift the war front from Russia to China and/or Iran, Trump is the man to do it. Trump is surrounded by fanatics who, like the soon-to-be-pardoned Steve Bannon, believe it is the US’s destiny to defeat China in a hot war. And he is even more surrounded by even crazier fanatics who want to blow up the world in general, and Iran and its allies in particular, on behalf of the looniest wing of the Zionist genocide project.

With a Democrat in the White House, Netanyahu has no hope of “finishing the job” of the genocide of Palestine. The massacre of a few million Palestinians, and expulsion of millions more, could only happen under the “fog of war” of an all-out US-and-Israel vs. Axis of Resistance confrontation. And that’s what Netanyahu has devoted his entire political career to engineering. He won’t get it without another Trump presidency.

Regardless of the details, whether it involves turning Taiwan into China’s Ukraine, or joining Israel’s campaign against West Asia, America can’t mobilize for all-out war with a Democrat in the White House. Only a chest-thumping macho leader like Trump can infuse America’s fighting men (not women, sorry) with the necessary testosterone-fueled enthusiasm. Nobody with fighting spirit is going to sign up for Biden’s rainbow-flag-waving bisexual army. But Trump’s base will flock like lemmings to fight and die for the Orangeman waving the red-white-and-blue. So if you want war, big-time, you need Trump in the White House. End of story.

    Please convince me I’m wrong!

I wish I were wrong about all of this. I wish Mike King, whose view of Trump almost rivals Q Anon’s, were right. I wish Trump were a real America First candidate, rather than an actor who plays one on reality TV. I wish he were the savior America needs, rather than a false messiah. I wish the “magic ear shot” were a real miracle from the universal God (as opposed to the bloodthirsty tribal idol Yahweh) whose purpose was to put a peace candidate in the White House.

So go ahead, try to convince me. I want to believe you. Explain to me, in detail, why logic and evidence proves that the “magic ear shot” could not possibly have been orchestrated in the way I am suggesting, or another roughly similar way.

I want to believe you. But the onus—the burden of proof—is on you. Given the historical context, we must assume that the “magic ear shot” event was an orchestrated deception, like its historical precedents, unless there is slam-dunk proof to the contrary. So please, drop that slam-dunk proof in the comments section! If you convince me, it will really cheer me up ; – )

Like the others, it was a spectacular act of violence that, in retrospect, is likely be seen as history-changing: “The election is likely to be a landslide. This probably reduces uncertainty,” said Nick Ferres, chief investment officer at Vantage Point Asset Management, citing polls that showed a surge in support for Reagan after the attempt on his life. The weak counter-argument admits that the shooting significantly improved Trump’s odds, but those odds are not 100% since “nothing is set in stone.” The long and short of it is that those who want a second Trump presidency were the obvious beneficiaries of an apparently random event that, were it a PR stunt, would have been worth hundreds of millions of dollars to the Trump campaign. On the assumption that Yahweh delegated the job to his agents, rather than just rolling up his sleeves and doing it himself, the question arises: “How did Yahweh’s agents manage to pull it off?” Some of my excitable friends will no doubt exclaim: “It was all done with crisis actors! (The violent events, of course, are generally orchestrated or steered by the perpetrators.) If I were one of Yahweh’s agents… If I were a high-ranking member of the deep state who wanted a second Trump term, here’s how I would have done it. And if Trump is so ethically inflexible that he won’t do a fake shooting at all, which seems ridiculously unlikely, we’ll keep him out of the loop and find a way to shoot his ear with a BB or something from close range at the moment the first shot rings out.) Recruit a shooter who is a poor marksman from the MK-Ultra contingent. For extra insurance, give him a rifle with a bad sight. Stage a “Secret Service screw-up” to get him on roof and give him time to squeeze off several fruitless shots. (The odds that one of those random shots would actually kill or disable Trump are very low—vastly lower than the 60% odds Trump ends up dead or in prison by the end of the year if he doesn’t take the risk.) Look for places to hold Trump rallies with suitable buildings nearby.Set up contingency plans for three or four possible locations, like JFK’s killers did by having plans in place for Miami (canceled), Dallas (successful), and Chicago (unnecessary), according to James Douglass. (The story is entertainingly recounted in Gore Vidal’s The Golden Age.) But Trump?! • Why Did Washington Memory-hole Gaza?
Suddenly a White House “priority”—getting aid to starving civilians—has vanished from the news cycle.

    Foreign Affairs

US Military Constructs Temporary Pier To Deliver Humanitarian Aid To Gaza
Some are calling it Kamala Harris’s “Sister Souljah moment,” referring to when, in June 1992, then-presidential candidate Bill Clinton publicly rebuked racist comments made by a popular female hip-hop artist as a way of distancing himself from extreme elements of the Democratic base.

For her part, Harris appeared to be drawing her own line Wednesday, shutting down chants from pro-Palestinian protesters at a Detroit rally on Wednesday, with a firm, “I’m speaking now.” The chants— “Kamala, Kamala, you can’t hide, we won’t vote for genocide”—received this stern rebuke from the vice president: “You know what? If you want Donald Trump to win, then say that. Otherwise, I’m speaking.”

Harris’s team said the Democratic nominee for president had already met with the protesters earlier so any suggestion she was ignoring this important segment of her constituency was wrong. Her defenders on social media applauded her willingness to call out disruptive tactics that feed into the notion that the party is divided. “At a moment when former President Donald J. Trump is attacking her as ‘radical’ her confrontation with protesters on the left offered a visual rebuttal,” wrote the New York Times’s Rebecca Davis O’Brien.

Heckling protesters and Sista Souljah moments aside, the incident raises another question, just as important—is Kamala hiding from the Israel–Gaza issue? And are the mainstream media and the Biden administration helping her do it?

Consider that just four months ago, her boss had stood up at the State of the Union and pledged a military “surge” of humanitarian aid into Gaza to save starving Palestinians on the ground. “To the leadership of Israel I say this: Humanitarian assistance cannot be a secondary consideration or a bargaining chip,” Biden said. “Protecting and saving innocent lives has to be a priority.”

By July—just four months later—the humanitarian pier project was built and then dismantled amid stunning failure. A major reason: The Israelis never provided safe passage for the aid delivery. The entire spectacle has been memory-holed. But the population in Gaza is getting less aid than it was in March, and is now at risk of suffering from diseases not seen since the 1950s—like polio—and somehow the “priority” has just vanished as a topic at White House and State Department briefings.

Calls for Israel to allow more trucks into Gaza? Silence. Questions about what aid organizations are equipped to deliver global donations waiting at the border? Crickets. Updates on the maritime corridor which in May was hailed as a “multinational and combined effort” between the U.S., Cyprus, Israel, the UN, and international donors, including the UAE, the United Kingdom, and the European Union? None.

“For the White House, no news on Gaza is good news, for food aid or otherwise,” charged Steve Semler, journalist and co-founder of the Security Policy Reform Institute (SPRI). He diligently tracked the rise and fall of the military “pier” that was supposed to bring salvation to the 2 million population, but ended up floating away with millions of U.S. tax dollars instead.

“The Biden-Harris administration realizes its Israel policy is a massive political liability, but refuses to compromise with its base on that policy. Instead, the administration tries all sorts of things to make the issue go away,” he told TAC. “It stops talking about food aid in press conferences, it omits details about taxpayer-funded military aid to Israel, it pretends Biden has no leverage over Israel to open humanitarian corridors despite those billions in military aid.”

The focus instead is on the looming conflict between Israel and Hezbollah and the potential for the U.S. to get dragged into the fight, which could include a direct confrontation with Iran. The U.S. is moving more military assets into the region, including giving F-22 Raptors to Israel. CENTCOM chief Michael ‘Erik’ Kurilla, has met twice with Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) leaders in the last week.

Appearing only to buy time for Israel to continue laying waste to Gaza, Secretary of State Antony Blinken shuttles back and forth to say the same things over and over about urging Israel and Hamas to sign a ceasefire agreement. After Israel’s assassination of Hamas’s chief negotiator, Ismail Haniyeh, the prospects for a deal have dimmed significantly. The administration puts no obvious pressure on the Israeli government to stop the ongoing bombing of civilian structures, including schools used as shelters (more than 100 were killed in such an attack Saturday), tent cities, water facilities, and private homes, not to mention its complete refusal to ensure aid to the starving and diseased population inside.

According to a Reuters report a month ago, humanitarian aid is barely getting into northern Gaza. While some commercial food supplies are making it into the southern crossings, deliveries are erratic—trucks have to be manned by armed guards paid for by the companies and that means prices, when they actually get to market, are far too high for regular Palestinians to afford. There are now fewer than 80 trucks of any stripe getting into Gaza a day, far below the 600 trucks needed to feed the population.

“Food aid is getting in as a trickle, just a trickle, a few dozen trucks a day,” Chris Gunness, Director of the Myanmar Accountability Project, and former spokesman for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), told TAC. “That is why people are literally starving to death.”

Trucks coming from Israel and the West Bank have been attacked by Israeli settlers. If they do make it to the crossings, food piles up and rots while waiting for delivery. Even when trucks make it through the laborious Israeli inspection process, they run into a buzzsaw of security issues inside: Israeli military attacks, armed gangs. Some 70 percent of humanitarian aid trucks, which typically do not have guards (too expensive) are looted. There are few or no police on the streets anymore, the Israeli military have killed or sent them all fleeing, according to this Wall Street Journal report.

Interestingly, USAID Director Samantha Power, probably the administration’s most prominent humanitarian, plays only a bit part these days. The last time she spoke candidly out about Gaza was to say that Israel was the chief impediment to food deliveries. That was back in May. She has since announced $100 million in U.S. aid, but we know it is not going anywhere. The administration apparently won’t talk about it openly, just to reporters on background.

And yet the administration is actively continuing to fuel the Israeli military with weapons used in Gaza to make the situation worse, releasing a fresh $3.5 billion tranche on Friday and deciding not to withhold aid from an IDF unit accused of human rights abuses in the West Bank. It turns a blind eye to comments made by Likud party members and ministers who have defended the use of rape against Palestinian prisoners and the starving of the entire population as “morally justified.”

Speaking on the Judge Andrew Napolitano podcast this week, Ret. Col. Doug Macgregor, a TAC contributing editor, pointed out how high-level Israelis have talked about how “they're dealing with the Amalek—animals—that deserve the worst, and that anything you do to the animals that are In front of you is justified, so the notion of any sort of moral restraint is completely absent.”

“The only way to deal with that is to confront it directly but we're not going to do that. Our government will not confront it. They may say something in private, but from the standpoint of the current leadership in Israel, they know they exert infinitely more influence and control over the Senate and the House in the United States than President Biden, or, for that matter, President Harris, does,” he added.

Harris did raise hopes when she said the following after her visit last month with Benjamin Netanyahu: “The images of dead children and desperate hungry people fleeing for safety, sometimes displaced for the second, third or fourth time. We cannot look away in the face of these tragedies. We cannot allow ourselves to become numb to the suffering and I will not be silent.”

But is this more rhetoric than substance? Her office’s response to the heckling protester story Wednesday smacked of trying to have it both ways, the default administration tone. It came in a X post by her top advisor, Phil Gordon:

.@VP has been clear: she will always ensure Israel is able to defend itself against Iran and Iran-backed terrorist groups. She does not support an arms embargo on Israel. She will continue to work to protect civilians in Gaza and to uphold international humanitarian law.

Harris is obviously engaged in a delicate dance. Her progressive base is in no mood for triangulation on this issue, yet she is running a national campaign in which many Democratic top donors are especially pro-Israel, as is the leadership and party establishment.

Semler sees a glass half full and doesn’t think, given the political dynamics, the Harris team can ignore the issue for much longer: “In Minnesota, for example, one in five Democrats voted ‘uncommitted’ in the presidential primary. Current Minnesota Governor and [vice-presidential nominee] Tim Walz has no choice but to talk about Gaza, and so the media has no choice but to cover it. So while the food aid issue is for the time being in retreat, I think the broader Gaza issue is here to stay.”

Perhaps especially if a candidate only gets only one “Sista Souljah moment” per campaign.

“That is why people are literally starving to death.” Trucks coming from Israel and the West Bank have been attacked by Israeli settlers. It turns a blind eye to comments made by Likud party members and ministers who have defended the use of rape against Palestinian prisoners and the starving of the entire population as “morally justified.” Speaking on the Judge Andrew Napolitano podcast this week, Ret. Col. Doug Macgregor, a TAC contributing editor, pointed out how high-level Israelis have talked about how “they're dealing with the Amalek—animals—that deserve the worst, and that anything you do to the animals that are In front of you is justified, so the notion of any sort of moral restraint is completely absent.” “The only way to deal with that is to confront it directly but we're not going to do that. We cannot allow ourselves to become numb to the suffering and I will not be silent.” But is this more rhetoric than substance? Her office’s response to the heckling protester story Wednesday smacked of trying to have it both ways, the default administration tone. It came in a X post by her top advisor, Phil Gordon: .@VP has been clear: she will always ensure Israel is able to defend itself against Iran and Iran-backed terrorist groups. So while the food aid issue is for the time being in retreat, I think the broader Gaza issue is here to stay.” Perhaps especially if a candidate only gets only one “Sista Souljah moment” per campaign. Himalayan Salt Lick on/with Rope for All Animals 5 to 6 Pound – El Navidon
Animals make a point of traveling miles to a salt lick, not for the taste, but because it’s an essential nutrient for life. Salt was considered so valuable in the ancient world that at some points it was used as currency. People have used it to preserve meat, and no one in the premodern era could have ever predicted it would one day be vilified and maligned.

Like all nutrients including water, you can overdo salt, but it’s unlikely that consuming salt to taste, when eating real food, is itself inherently harmful for almost anyone. Salt has negligible impact on blood pressure (BP) outside of a tiny percentage of hyper-sensitive individuals, so we’ve long known that conventional cardiologist’s low salt recommendations for the purpose of controlling BP are probably mostly bogus (however there could certainly be something else harmful in particular patients about salt, aside from its effect on BP - this isn’t medical advice which is always highly personal and hence variable).

Anyway this post was triggered by the following tweet, take a look:

My theory is that what’s more likely at play in the above trials, than the salubrious effect of lowering salt, is the beneficial effect of increasing potassium (though the two go hand in hand so are actually impossible to study in isolation, as salt excretion will increase when potassium intake rises), either due to a nutrient deficiency (eating too much processed food may throw off the balance between sodium and potassium), or as a purely therapeutic, pharmaceutical-type effect, for example on increasing the otherwise diminished zeta potential of red blood cells, which is of crucial importance to cardiovascular health as it impacts all blood flow, and thereby all nutrient delivery and waste removal.

On a related note someone asked me about preventing migraines today and in my experience I tended to get them back when I was less resilient when two or more of the following were stacked atop each other in some combination or other: poor sleep, skipped meals, anger outbursts, dehydration, and a hot day. Migraines can also be related to electrolytes like Magnesium and Potassium. In fact one study I came across this morning suggested that the incidence of migraines dropped about 5% for every 750 mg of Potassium added to the diet. Another study showed an inflection point around 1500 mg daily potassium intake, above which migraines were less common. Again taking potassium and preventing a migraine may not indicate a strict nutrient deficiency, but rather a therapeutic effect, by which I mean something like biohacking, which isn’t necessarily a healthy thing to do, because it means you’re offsetting a problem without addressing the problem directly. It’s always best to remove the actual cause, rather than patching up the symptoms and imaging you don’t have a problem any more because you can no longer see it.

Anyway a lot more could be said about the balance between sodium and potassium especially in particularly diseases like kidney disorders where some patients retain excessive potassium which can trigger deadly heart rhythms.

If you do need more potassium a good way to get it may be fresh or pure glass-bottled coconut water, which is particularly high in potassium and also magnesium. People have reported rapid diuretic effects with lessening of puffiness in their faces almost immediately after consuming pure coconut water. We have plenty of coconuts here in Puerto Rico, so I’m going to give this a try and see how it makes me feel.

Let me know if you’ve had experience with purposely increasing potassium intake, or ever had a clear beneficial effect from lowering salt based on the prevailing wisdom of the last half century.

  • Food is Not What You Think
And quantum computers have existed for billions of years.

Why meals are movie magic: The best food scenes in film history | Salon.com
    1. “You know, I know this steak doesn't exist. I know that when I put it in my mouth, the Matrix is telling my brain that it is juicy and delicious. After nine years, you know what I realize? Ignorance is bliss.” 2. Ignorance is only bliss until it gets you killed.
People think they need food for energy, but they don’t.

You may have heard of “Breatharians”, a movement that believes humans can live on air and sunlight, or prana, and either very little food or water, or even none at all. Nicolas Pilartz, a prominent breatharian, claims he only needs sunlight, water, and one meal per week. Other breatharians, like Akahi Ricardo and Camila Castello, believe that food and water are not necessary at all and that humans can be sustained solely by the energy of the universe.

Story of a Breatharian- Elitom El-Amin
This may sound like a flight of fancy, but sometimes reality turns out to be stranger than any fiction.

We now know for a scientific fact that humans can make energy from just light and water (I’ll explain how shortly so hang in there).

Admittedly food is still necessary (as far as we know!) for building materials like amino acids and carbon. But you don’t need nearly as much of these building blocks as you think you do (our bodies are masterful at maintenance and recycling).

This is not to say you can’t use food for energy. You can, and do, especially if you don’t get enough sunlight. But when you do get enough sunlight your body appropriately inhibits your appetite to the point where you’re using food as it’s meant to be used. Not so much as energy, but as information and raw material.

To best harness as much energy as you can from sunlight and water you need a tan, i.e. you need melanin in your skin.

Now an important caveat. Every locale provides what humans need for optimal health. If you live in Northern Europe you don’t need as much sun as someone who lives in Africa. It’s not complicated, you just need to get yourself outside as often as possible, expose yourself to the seasonal variations in temperature, e.g. get cold adapted in the winters and heat adapted in the summers, eat local and seasonal, wake and sleep with the sun. But if you’re of Northern European descent in the tropics, you’re not going to be optimally healthy without getting yourself a tan.

    Safely Getting Tan

I know some people think they can’t get tan. They’re wrong. They just aren’t doing it right. Even for Fitzpatrick I skin types who have been told from the time they were toddlers that they had to lather on three layers of sunscreen every time they stepped outside.

How to Grow and Care for Easter Lilies
    White Lilies of course
First of all if you’re lily white and burn when you even think of the sun, you will have to work up to it. Second of all you can’t just get UV-B midday. What you’ve been told ad nauseum has an element of truth in it. UV-B will burn you. What they don’t tell you is that the other “photobiomodulating” anti-inflammatory wavelengths of light (UV-A, NIR and IR) that are more concentrated in the early morning and late afternoon sun will both protect from damage and heal any that occurs.

Exposing skin and unshielded eyes (no glasses or contacts) to morning sunlight, which is rich in UV-A, IR, and NIR and lacks significant amounts of UV-B light, helps build what’s been termed a “solar callus” that helps the skin resist the harm of tanning UV-B rays later in the day (don’t worry it does not resemble an actual callus, it’s an invisible change).

Thank you for reading Dr. Syed Haider. This post is public so feel free to share it.

Aside from non specific anti-inflammatory effects, the IR-A light also stimulates the production of filaggrin, a protein in the skin that enhances its protective barrier and ability to handle subsequent UV exposure. Filaggrin breakdown products, such as urocanic acid, also play a role in protecting the skin from UV damage by acting as a natural sunscreen by absorbing UV radiation and reducing harmful ROS (reactive oxygen species) formation.

Any time you get sunlight it’s important to expose not just the non-visual photoreceptors in your skin to the full spectrum, but also the visual and non-visual photoreceptors in your eyes too (no sunglasses, or contacts, and if there are intra-ocular lens implants that block UV, I would replace them with ones that don’t block anything if possible). That’s because your brain may be involved in the feedback loops that protect your skin from burning.

Midday, during high UV-B times, when you get to the point where you need to go inside your skin will release histidine and create some redness and flushing as a warning that you’re exceeding your threshold of resistance to the damaging effects of UV-B. Theoretically this warning sign may not occur if there are micmatching signals on your skin and in your brain, because the brain detects it has not yet received sufficient UV-B to stimulate it’s own critical processes that depend on that wavelength including wakefulness, mood regulation, emotional processing, and memory consolidation.

    Nutritional Support for White Lilies

Avoid high PUFA (polyunsaturated fat) vegetable seed oils completely. You need saturated fat. PUFAs from seed oils are already oxidized (essentially rancid) to begin with due to their heavy processing. This makes them highly inflammatory and they will make you less resilient to UV-B exposure than if you have a good amount of saturated fats in your cell walls and the right amount of safe PUFAs from eating fatty fish that make it into your body undamaged (fish oils can also be damaged and become inflammatory during extraction).

Chitin, Iodine, and Carotenoids: The exoskeleton of shellfish is rich in chitin, iodine, and carotenoids. These compounds help build a solar callus by improving the skin’s ability to assimilate light and protect against blue light and UV damage. Carotenoids, such as astaxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin, are particularly important for their antioxidant properties and ability to quench inflammatory ROS.

Astaxanthin: This carotenoid acts as an "edible sunscreen" not only for the skin but also for the eyes (which are also protected by UV-A, IR and NIR) because of its antioxidant properties and ability to penetrate the blood-retinal barrier.

Even before you’ve got your nutrition squared away you can begin getting early morning and late afternoon sun. Aim for 30 minutes each. Then you can start slowly working on your midday sun exposure and a healthy tan.

    Ditch the Sunscreen and Sunglasses

tanned-and-blonde | Future baby, Kids, Cute kids
Get the photop then toss those glasses back in the junk drawer
Finally in case you’re wondering, sunglasses and sunscreen that block UV-B are not safe. The underlying assumption behind the belief that they are necessary is that either evolution did a poor job, or God did. Without that basic assumption of error, scientists and doctors would look at fatally flawed research suggesting UV-B is harmful with a much more critical eye.

Nature isn’t so error prone. In fact it doesn’t make mistakes at all. Everything that’s there is there for good reason. What this means is that far from being harmful the sun and all of it’s wavelengths are necessary nutrients, signals and energies, both on your eyes and your skin.

POMC is an absolutely crucial precursor for the production of 12 hormones that regulate human immunity, metabolism, light seeking behavior, stress responses, pain tolerance, and melanocyte functions. Production of POMC requires the very same UV-B radiation from sunlight that dermatologists and PCPs love to hate.

So How Do You Make Energy From Water?

Fraud and conspiracy theory or something more sinister? Be careful what you discover, you may not live to tell the tale.
Once you have a tan, sunlight hits the melanin and the melanin, just like the chlorophyll in a plant, can separate water into hydrogen, oxygen and electrons. These are the essential fuels used by your mitochondria to produce the chemical energy in your body called ATP. You can get just the hydrogen and electrons from food, the electrons alone from grounding, and the oxygen alone from air, or you can get all 3 at once from sun and water by using the not so simple pigment melanin.

Sunlight also adds energy and efficiencies in other ways by structuring water and giving it quantum coherent domains, which store electromagnetic energy like biological batteries and allow quantum effects to persist at biological temperatures.

Both “4th-phase” structuring and quantum coherent domains (water molecules vibrating in unison) are necessary for ATP synthesis, protein synthesis and conformation, metabolic processes and enzyme activity, as well as blood flow, which happens spontaneously within the natural electromagnetic field of the planet due to these effects on water, even without the pumping activity of the heart (as shown in embryos with blood circulation before the heart begins pumping).

The Second Law of thermodynamics isn’t broken by anyone except those who assume the only calories you need are the ones you eat.

In fact you can’t eat enough calories to replace light.

The Unrealistic Energy Requirements of Life

“The energy provided by ATP hydrolysis is far less than what is required to maintain the myriad of cellular activities. This discrepancy suggests that there must be another source of energy or an overlooked mechanism that facilitates cellular functions” (Ling, G.N. A Revolution in the Physiology of the Living Cell).

If you don’t get enough light you just slowly start to whither away, things that should happen just don’t happen because there is not the energy or information or structure necessary to make them happen.

Seven of the Deadliest Infrastructure Failures Throughout History - The New York Times
Trying to live without sunlight is like trying to live in a country that doesn’t invest in rehabbing its roads, bridges and other public infrastructure. Things don’t grind to a halt on day one, but I wouldn’t want to be using those bridges 50 years later.

To explain why we have to explore just a tiny bit more about quantum mechanics, light and water.

Thank you for reading Dr. Syed Haider. This post is public so feel free to share it.

    Light is Life

Quantum tunneling of protons is an effect used by your mitochondria to produce the chemical energy molecule ATP. Quantum tunneling means the proton can pass through an otherwise impenetrable barrier. It’s like throwing a ball at a solid brick wall and somehow the ball magically passes through it without breaking the wall.

Quantum effects like this are only seen in life at normal temperatures, they are not present at everyday temperatures in any inanimate object. They can be induced in non-living materials at extremely low temperatures and otherwise very highly controlled environments. Living systems have been shown to somehow maintain a highly controlled and coherent environment conducive to maintaining these miraculous-seeming quantum effects and utilizing them to do things that would otherwise be energetically and physically impossible.

Living systems are unbelievably advanced quantum biological information processors that take instructions from the internal and external environment and produce the appropriate effects to sustain life.

One crucial way living systems maintain coherent structure is by the effect of natural light on water. Light energy structures water and therefore all tissues, which are 50-70% water depending on age, in such a way as to allow quantum effects to occur.

The Unsolved Travelling salesmen problem | by Harinath Selvaraj | coding&stuff | Medium
Another truly incredible example of this in biology relates in a way to the traveling salesman problem of computer science: what is the most efficient route for a salesman to take between multiple stops? As the number of stops increases the problem becomes exponentially more difficult as the square of the number of cities, eventually becoming too difficult to be certain of the solution using normal methods. The best way to solve it rigorously would be with some kind of quantum computer that can travel all possible paths simultaneously and report back the best answer in one go.

Incredibly such a computer exists and it has existed for a couple billion years now. It’s called chlorophyll. The chlorophyll molecule is almost exactly the same as our own hemoglobin (which also absorbs light), the primary difference being the atom at it’s core is magnesium and our hemoglobin holds iron.

Hemoglobin vs Chlorophyll | Cascade, GA Patch
What chlorophyll does with electrons is more like solving a constantly changing maze than solving the traveling salesman problem, but the way in which it solves the maze on the first try every time would be capable of solving the traveling salesman problem if we could generalize the process.

Chlorophyll (quantum) magically allows light to travel every possible path simultaneously during photosynthesis, and then the one that goes fastest is what actually happens. It sounds bizarre and it is. Quantum effects don’t make sense to us, but they form the foundation of life. Meaning life itself is utterly miraculous at it’s very core compared to the way we conceive of reality.

    The Miracle of Photosynthesis

    What is photosynthesis?
The details of photosynthesis are worth briefly exploring. Chlorophyll molecules in plants absorb photons (light particles), which excite electrons to higher energy states. This energy needs to be transferred to a reaction center where it can be used to convert carbon dioxide and water into glucose (the plant starches we eat) and oxygen that we breathe.

Quantum coherence here refers to the phenomenon where particles such as electrons or photons exist in a superposition of states, allowing them to take multiple paths simultaneously. In the context of photosynthesis, it means that the excited electrons can explore all possible pathways through the chlorophyll network at once. This means that the energy transfer process can dynamically find the most efficient route at any given moment.

Solving Biology's Mysteries Using Quantum Mechanics | Discover Magazine
The cellular environment is subject to constant fluctuations in temperature, pH, and other factors. These changes can influence the most efficient pathway that energy takes through the chlorophyll network (think of a traveling salesman faced with constantly varying traffic, breakdowns, and road closures complicating the situation).

Because of the dynamic nature of the environment, the most efficient pathway for energy transfer is constantly changing. The quantum computing chlorophyll system continuously adapts to find the most efficient route in response to these changes.

    Food is Information

A digital, stylized image of an array of foods (fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood) outlined in green code, similar to the visual style of 'The Matrix.' The foods should appear as though they are part of a computer simulation, with green code symbols cascading over and around them. The entire scene should be predominantly green, with the foods and background blending seamlessly into the iconic digital aesthetic of 'The Matrix.'
    Neo’s feeling hungry
Food is also information. It helps tell your body what to do (along with day/night and seasonal temperature cycles) and gives it the appropriate building blocks it needs to do it.

If it grows in the summer it contains information and molecules help you store more energy for the lean winter months, work harder during the longer days and sleep less during the short summer nights.

If it grows in the winter it helps you burn more energy to create more heat and sleep longer during the long winter nights.

Free: Calendar of seasonal vegetables and fruits Free Vector - nohat.cc
Summer Foods: Foods that grow in summer, such as fruits and vegetables, are typically high in carbohydrates and water content. These foods provide quick energy and hydration, supporting higher activity levels and longer days. The increased carbohydrate intake can lead to increased insulin production, promoting the storage of energy in the forms of glycogen and fat. This storage is essential for preparing the body for the leaner winter months (in a natural context).

Winter Foods: Winter foods, like root vegetables and animal products, are often higher in fats and proteins. These nutrients support a higher metabolic rate necessary for generating body heat. They also promote longer sleep cycles, aligning with the longer nights of winter. The increased fat intake can enhance thermogenesis, helping the body maintain its temperature in colder climates.

Natural systems work optimally when they aren’t perturbed. Follow the rhythms of mother nature and you’l be healthy. Another way of looking at it if you believe God created the universe and everything in it is that He creates signs for you to tell you what to do.

Some of the signs are so obvious no one could miss them, and yet they do. For example a truly gigantic flaming ball of fire rising in the morning and filling the entire world with bright light is a pretty unmistakable sign that it’s time to rise and shine.

Other signs are more subtle at least for modern people who are so thoroughly disconnected from their natural environments. These include seasonal variations in foods.

But it pays to seek out the signs in Nature, because they tell you what you need to do if you want to survive and thrive.

Nutritional Support for White Lilies Avoid high PUFA (polyunsaturated fat) vegetable seed oils completely. Ditch the Sunscreen and Sunglasses tanned-and-blonde | Future baby, Kids, Cute kids Get the photop then toss those glasses back in the junk drawer Finally in case you’re wondering, sunglasses and sunscreen that block UV-B are not safe. The Unrealistic Energy Requirements of Life “The energy provided by ATP hydrolysis is far less than what is required to maintain the myriad of cellular activities. Seven of the Deadliest Infrastructure Failures Throughout History - The New York Times Trying to live without sunlight is like trying to live in a country that doesn’t invest in rehabbing its roads, bridges and other public infrastructure. Things don’t grind to a halt on day one, but I wouldn’t want to be using those bridges 50 years later. To explain why we have to explore just a tiny bit more about quantum mechanics, light and water. Share Light is Life Quantum tunneling of protons is an effect used by your mitochondria to produce the chemical energy molecule ATP. The Unsolved Travelling salesmen problem | by Harinath Selvaraj | coding&stuff | Medium Another truly incredible example of this in biology relates in a way to the traveling salesman problem of computer science: what is the most efficient route for a salesman to take between multiple stops? Hemoglobin vs Chlorophyll | Cascade, GA Patch What chlorophyll does with electrons is more like solving a constantly changing maze than solving the traveling salesman problem, but the way in which it solves the maze on the first try every time would be capable of solving the traveling salesman problem if we could generalize the process. The Miracle of Photosynthesis What is photosynthesis? Solving Biology's Mysteries Using Quantum Mechanics | Discover Magazine The cellular environment is subject to constant fluctuations in temperature, pH, and other factors. Thank you for reading Dr. Syed Haider. Share Food is Information A digital, stylized image of an array of foods (fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood) outlined in green code, similar to the visual style of 'The Matrix.' The foods should appear as though they are part of a computer simulation, with green code symbols cascading over and around them. The entire scene should be predominantly green, with the foods and background blending seamlessly into the iconic digital aesthetic of 'The Matrix.' Neo’s feeling hungry Food is also information. Free: Calendar of seasonal vegetables and fruits Free Vector - nohat.cc Summer Foods: Foods that grow in summer, such as fruits and vegetables, are typically high in carbohydrates and water content. But it pays to seek out the signs in Nature, because they tell you what you need to do if you want to survive and thrive. https://blog.mygotodoc.com/p/food-is-not-what-you-think
