SoMee Production Update from the CTO 4/4/2022:

Updated Wallet Buy button to have a pointer and border too look more like a button
Tweaked the placement of the Transak API Window
Balance for posts was showing replicated across some of the other posts due to an object reuse issue. I have updated this so it doesn't do that. This was just a cosmetic issue, not an actual functional issue.
Optimized the loading of the Balance widget to ensure it loads a slight bit faster
Will be doing several updates to the balance side as well, because imho it's still too slow on the first load.

Mother Nature opened her Rath again. It snowed and has been as cold as ever, thus preventing the construction crew from working. I have the most amazing crew to be working with, truly blessed...
Not to worry, I was told next week the roofs should be on, next concrete will be poured and then the buildings will be skinned.
The necessities like water, septic and electric..still need to be put in too..
Then my big old beautiful barn will be lovingly taken down and removed. I hope I don't hyperventilate during this process ...We will reclaim and reuse as much of the old building materials as we can, to keep the memories and legacy alive. See I LOVE ❤ this old barn, she's beautiful and I fell in love in when I saw her.
Unfortunately she is in such bad condition she has to come down.
This project is a labor of love and who knows, I may turn this into an NFT collection when I done.

Do you buy #bonebroth from the store or make your own? I only make my own, because the store bought brands filter out all of the good stuff.

#Collagen is a #protein used by just about every system in your body that is naturally abundant in the bones, skin and cartilage in all animals. When you buy bone broth from the store all of the fats and collagen are filtered out. It's used as a thickening agent, so you know a product doesn't have it when it doesn't gel up when you put it in the fridge or haven't cooked the bones long enough.

My routine is to freeze all of our meat bones in a gallon #Ziploc bag until its brimming full. Then I add them to our 8qt slow cooker topped off with water and #slowcook them on high for at least 40 hours. I've found that it takes about that long to get the most out of them. The end result is around a gallon and a half of delicious #broth for soups and at least a pound of meat that we feed to the dogs. The softened bones can then be added to your compost.

Nothing in my house goes to waste. We #reuse, #compost and use every method possible to get the most out of our resources.
