Last week I announced the
#HelloSoMee Group and will be promoting it regularly, so we get enough users with stake to support the new users who post there. The goal is to make sure they are seen early on and supported in an attempt to make sure they become active members of
#SoMee. I hope this will become SoMee's version of the Neighborhood Welcome Wagon.
When we get to 100 members, I'll hold an Avatar and Banner Design

Right now, because group posts only show in the feeds of those who've joined the group and the friends of those who post to it, they aren't the best option for
#visibility. For that reason, if you would like to help SoMee grow with active users by offering your attention and votes to newcomers, I hope you join the
#group.
The two biggest reasons people sign up on new platforms then leave is because they go unseen and the learning curve of a new platform overwhelms them. If we can address these two issues right when new users sign up, more will stay and become active members building stake and spreading it around to others.
I think this is key for our success, because as the 'Influencers' come aboard and bring their 'Followers', unless SoMee becomes the Influencers exclusive platform, the Followers will have no reason to use SoMee for access to the Influencer. We need to step up as a
#Community and show them why SoMee is the place for them.
Once we have them using the platform for themselves, rather than just to keep up with the Influencers content, we've got them locked into the platform. The Followers are the key to SoMee's
#growth and success, not the proverbial Influencer.
The reality is... We Are All Influencers. We have a roll here and are all equally responsible for SoMee's success.
#TheCompany can bring new members in, but it's the community who creates the culture that will draw them in to actually use the platform and stay. That is the power of
#GamifiedBlockchainSocialMedia.
On the Centralized platforms The Companies have to offer monetary incentives to these big names to bring them in and retain them. We now are all holders of the purse through our attention and upvotes. I hope you join me to help build a closeknit
