So we headed to the only open place on the beach which were a 5* Resort with a beach side restaurant. So today marks a week back on a strict carnivore diet. There are ups and downs, but I believe the worst of the keto flu, headaches, and tiredness is over with. The food does get a bit monotonous at times, but it's mainly at the beginning when I'm still experiencing carb cravings. When SoMee moons some more I will be upgrading to more steak instead of ground beef. I've already lost some weight, but no progress on the vitiligo yet. But, all in all a great week and I'm happy going into my second. #SoMeeat

I am feeling carnivorous in Prague. So I tried the Hovězí tatarák s topinkami a česnekem (steak tartare) at U tří zlatých hvězd. The dish is composed of raw ground beef served with fried bread, garlic, and raw egg yolk on top. The flavors are out of this world and the presentation is top-notch. 🥩 I also tried other Czech dishes such as Gulášová polévka v chlebu (goulash soup in bread) and Svíčková. 🇨🇿
