Below is an excerpt from the goal of one of our pages,*Modernized Christianity; No Longer a Myth*!

That ESSENCE and IDENTITY was essentially birthed in Antioch, when those outside the NEW CHURCH community saw the behaviour of the early adherents of the new FAITH, and NOTED that these new community persons were with Christ Jesus, and are behaving CHRISTLIKE, were behaving and living like CHRIST JESUS. There, the NAME "CHRISTIAN" was birthed and regarded as the title, the identity and profile of these new crop of believers.

Since I revisited the goal last night,my mind has been subjected to self ridicule and criticism, and rightly so too. WE HAVE DEVOTED MORE OF OUR TIME, ENGAGING ONE ANOTHER,IN SCRIPTURAL INTELLECTUAL CONFLICTS, ABOUT THINGS THAT GOD MAY NOT WANT US TO BOTHER ABOUT AT THE MOMENT! I don't know about you reading this, but for me,we are extremely far from God's expectations for us.

Can we fit into that description above? WHERE,OUR INPUT AND OUTPUT IDENTIFIES US AS CHRISTIANS,AND NOT OUR MOUTHS!

With all the obvious signs pointing to the impending turbulence ahead,we are still comfortable playing *church and religion*.

Logically, one of the most heart wrenching death,is dying the death that you could have easily prevented or avoided. But,died all the same, because of our stubbornness.

This is our position today as believers. Pharaoh saw clearly, the handwriting on the wall, but pride led him to an avoidable death.

And Pharaoh's servants said unto him, How long shall this man be a snare unto us? let the men go, that they may serve the LORD their God: knowest thou not yet that Egypt is destroyed? (Exo 10: 7)

The scriptures are rife with accounts of those who had an opportunity to *change their fortune*,but eventually preferred the *praises of men*!

God,in HIS INFINITE MERCY AND GRACE, continues to unveil and expose the devil's antics,we would still not hearken to HIS WARNINGS, instead we get entangled more in the pursuit of trivialities... mundane lusts that will deny us *ETERNAL REST*.

Must we be like Judas Iscariot? Take an example from the king and citizens of Nineveh...who hearkened to God's warnings and saved themselves.

    Let's hear from apostle Peter;

    10. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? (2Pe 3: 10-12)

Listen, brethrens, the same way God doesn't fail on HIS promises, the same way HE doesn't fail on HIS punishment of disobedience.

Samaria and Judah NEVER believed God will allow those they termed the *uncircumcised* to burn HIS Temple down. But,HE did! Don't forget HE allowed the Philistines to capture HIS ARK,to send a message to Priest Eli and sons led Israel.

So, church building owners, continue to compete for whose worship centre will be the largest and more modern,to the detriment of salvation of souls. Establish schools, hospitals, banks and whatever, that the less privileged in the church wouldn't even be able to access. Business structures,in the name of Evangelism. How many*Genuine Souls*,have all these facilities added to church?(please, I know what I mean).

God didn't call us to be LANDLORDS ON EARTH,NO..WE ARE TENANTS ON EARTH!

We are only PRACTICING HERE ON EARTH,HOW WE SHALL LIVE IN THE NEW LIFE, GOD HAS PREPARED FOR US!
That's why Peter said, everything we are beholding today, will be reduced to rubble. Yet,we still don't care. We are more concerned with our physical body than with our souls and spirits... pitiable indeed.

If the place of worship was a top priority for God, Solomon's temple wouldn't have been burnt down. BY ALL STANDARDS, NO CURRENT BUILDER CAN EVER BUILD ANYTHING CLOSE TO SOLOMON'S TEMPLE, THAT WAS LAID WITH THE MOST EXPENSIVE GOLD, IN AND OUT! THE BUILDING ISN'T WHAT GOD IS AFTER...HIS PRIORITY IS THE QUALITY (FIRST) OF THE WORSHIPPERS, BEFORE THE QUANTITY! I hope someone understands this.

We are in injury time..time is fast running out..all the signs are indicative of all Christ Jesus told us in HIS WORD!
    Listen to this;

    1. Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2. After TWO DAYS will he REVIVE US: in the THIRD DAY he will RAISE US up, and we shall LIVE in HIS SIGHT. (Hos 6: 1-2)

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that ONE DAY IS WITH THE LORD as a THOUSAND YEARS, and a THOUSAND YEARS as ONE DAY. (2Pe 3: 8)

We are currently in 2022 years AD!
I ain't suggesting anything, but I pray the HOLY SPIRIT guides us into the knowledge of our time on earth being almost up. IN ANY CASE, IF I CLOSE MY EYES IN DEATH THIS MOMENT, MY TIME IS ALREADY UP!

So brethrens, let us redeem the times please. We shouldn't allow the flesh to deny us a glorious eternity. This matter has become more serious than ever, in line with current happenings globally. There's no one so dull, that can't notice *all isn't well*,as it used to be. CAN'T ANYONE SEE,THAT INCREMENT IN KNOWLEDGE IS ALSO MULTIPLYING SORROW AND GRIEF, EQUALLY INCREASING MODES OF SELF DESTRUCTION, INSTEAD OF JOY ?

Please, like Hosea pleaded, let us RETURN TO GOD AND HIS WORD, AND IT SHALL BE WELL WITH US,AMEN !

  • THAT I MAY KNOW HIM!(PHP.3:10)

THE CONSEQUENCES OF SHUTTING GOD OUT OF OUR LIVES! [PS. 51:11]

So many of us are do so much take God's Love for us for granted. And one of the fact responsible is wrong following and mentoring by self centered custodians of God's Word.

Most of them teach that God Loves us so much that He can't leave us no matter how we wilfully offend Him. But, I tell you now that God does abandon us to our fate,if we consistently disobey and disregard Him. And it's horribly dangerous.

In Psalm 51:11, David pleads with God, saying, “Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.” This one-sentence prayer, part of David’s prayer of repentance to God, reveals a sobering spiritual reality we need to understand, namely, it is possible for God to remove His blessed presence from our lives.

Let that sink in for a moment. It is possible to no longer experience the intimate relationship, deep friendship, and even family closeness with God that we once knew. And to lose the close fellowship of God’s Spirit is to lose His guidance, empowerment, and the joy of His salvation working mightily within us.

No one who once knew God wants to reach a point where they can no longer feel His presence or hear His voice... and, I mean, no one.

WHAT DOES LOSING GOD'S PRESENCE MEAN?

To be out of God’s presence means to no longer have His spiritual fellowship and blessing over our lives. It means we have forfeited any intimate communion with Him and can no longer experience the comfort, direction, purpose, and power that comes from His Spirit dwelling richly within us. And it’s a lonely, dark, miserable, and depressing place to be. Certainly so pathetic a situation!

Tragically, in the book of Judges, we see this described in Samson’s life. Though freakishly strong, Samson lost the blessing of God’s PRESENCE and POWER to work through him as a leader over Israel because of his lust and sin. And his lack of obedience to God’s standards of holiness, along with his blatant disregard for God’s purpose in his life, resulted in his tragic public downfall.

Samson’s sad EXAMPLE WARNS US NOT TO PRESUME UPON GOD'S ABIDING PRESENCE toY ALWAYS BE WITH US, IRRESPECTIVE OF HOW WE CHOOSE TO WALK BEFORE HIM.(Judges 13-16)

Remember, sin and disobedience have consequences, both in this life and in the life to come. And our unrepented and persistent sin and rebellion can, and will, easily quench and grieve the Holy Spirit (Eph. 4:30), putting a great gulf between us and joyful fellowship with God (1 Thess. 5:19). I mean, why should we expect to relish in the joy of His approval and presence when our actions show our complete rejection of His standards and ways? It just doesn’t work that way.

BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF LOSING GOD'S PRESENCE.

Scripture contains several sobering examples of God’s people forfeiting His blessed presence for a season because of their sin and rebellion against Him.

Israel’s refusal to enter the Promised Land because of fear and unbelief resulted in 40 years of wandering in the wilderness.

King Solomon’s turning to idol worship because of his many foreign wives led to God’s promise to tear the kingdom away from his descendants. And God truly did!

Saul’s pride, envy, and independence from God’s word resulted in his losing the kingdom and his reign as king over Israel to David.

And even David lost the joy of his salvation after his sin against Bathsheba and the murder of her husband, Uriah. Yet He found forgiveness and restoration only after fully repenting, without excuses (Psalm 51).

Through these accounts and others, we learn how unchecked, besetting sins can earn God’s discipline and the chastisement of withdrawing His presence from those He loves in order to bring them back into a relationship with Him.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF LOSING GOD'S PRESENCE.

To grasp the gravity of this loss of His presence, consider the very first Biblical example: Adam and Eve being banished from Eden and God’s Presence after their sin and rebellion. We see their heartbreaking exile from God’s Presence in Genesis 3:23-24:

“Therefore the LORD God sent him out of the garden of Eden. So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.”

Now, no longer able to walk with God “in the garden in the cool of the day” (Gen. 3:8), Adam and Eve, and all humanity after them, faced toil, pain, hardship, and death outside of God’s protective presence. Similarly, Cain faced wandering and fear as a “fugitive and vagabond on the earth” after murdering his brother Abel (Gen. 4:12). The loss of the safety and security of God’s intimate presence left him isolated and alone, which was not God’s original plan for them. Not at all.

Losing the fellowship of God’s Spirit dramatically affects every area of life. We may struggle with feelings of isolation, anxiety, aimlessness, despair, and debilitating guilt. Without access to God’s wisdom and perspective, we fall victim to poor decision-making, with moral confusion not far behind. Our spiritual vitality evaporates, leaving behind deadness, dryness, and powerlessness in its wake. We become just a living shell of what we once were when we could experience the presence of God in our lives.

Indeed, shutting ourselves off from the Source of life has tragic consequences that touch every aspect of our lives. So, we must carefully guard against anything that could earn the removal of such an infinitely precious gift.

    RESTORING GOD'S ABIDING PRESENCE.

The good news is that Scripture offers hope for restoration through genuine repentance. Just as “weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning” (Psalm 30:5), so God promises that if we draw near to Him, He will forgive, forget, and graciously reciprocate and draw near to us once again (James 4:8). No matter how far we have strayed through our disobedience, it is not too far nor too late to reclaim the blessings of His abiding presence.

BUT HOW IS THIS DONE? HOW CAN WE EXPERIENCE GOD'S PRESENCE ONCE AGAIN?

By examining the accounts of divine forgiveness and restoration in Scripture, we can uncover some spiritual principles to apply in reclaiming God’s manifest presence:

    Examine Your Heart Before God:
Invite His searching gaze to reveal any areas of offense that may be hindering close fellowship, such as unforgiveness, pride, or secret sins (Psalm 139:23-24).

    Confess Everything Completely:
Hold nothing back from God (like He doesn’t know already?). Agree with Him about the true ugliness of your sins, calling them what Scripture calls them, “Against You, You only, have I sinned, and done this evil in Your sight” (Psalm 51:4, 1 John 1:9, 1 Samuel 15:23).

    Repent Thoroughly and Honestly:
Turn away from all that offends God and turn wholeheartedly towards Him in submission and obedience to His complete Lordship over every area in your life. Again, hold nothing back from God, give Him everything (John 14:15, Romans 8:13).

    Walk Accountably:
Surround yourself with wise, merciful companions who will help you persevere in living uprightly and fruitfully before God (Hebrews 10:24-25). Don’t try to go it alone. After all, it didn’t work the first time, did it?

By applying these Biblical strategies, you can find healing, hope, and restoration in your walk with Christ. And by His astonishing grace (which I still can’t comprehend), He invites us to come freely and find the refreshing rivers of His presence flowing freely once again in the wastelands of our lives.

Standing Ready to Welcome Us Home
Never forget that we serve an incredibly merciful and compassionate God who stands ready to lavish His presence abundantly upon all who seek Him. He yearns for reconciliation even more than we do. Christ Jesus’ parable of the prodigal son reminds us that the Father is constantly looking expectantly down that road for signs of His wayward child returning home. And when He catches sight of us finally turning back, He runs to embrace us, fully restoring all that was lost in that painful absence (Luke 15:11-32).

What wondrous love is this...that our God never gives up on us, regardless of how far we stray? He graciously disciplines those He loves to spur our return to Him freely and wholeheartedly (Revelation 3:19). And understanding both the blessings of walking in God’s presence and the agony of losing that gift, He offers us a powerful motivation to pursue intimate fellowship with God above all else.

By His grace, may we fervently guard our hearts against anything that could earn separation from the One who is Life itself...the Loving Lord Christ Jesus.

[PS. 51:11] πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’« So many of us are do so much take God's Love for us for granted. No one who once knew God wants to reach a point where they can no longer feel His presence or hear His voice... and, I mean, no one. πŸ‘‰ WHAT DOES LOSING GOD'S PRESENCE MEAN? Samson’s sad EXAMPLE WARNS US NOT TO PRESUME UPON GOD'S ABIDING PRESENCE toY ALWAYS BE WITH US, IRRESPECTIVE OF HOW WE CHOOSE TO WALK BEFORE HIM.(Judges 13-16) Remember, sin and disobedience have consequences, both in this life and in the life to come. It just doesn’t work that way. πŸ‘‰ BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF LOSING GOD'S PRESENCE. Scripture contains several sobering examples of God’s people forfeiting His blessed presence for a season because of their sin and rebellion against Him. πŸ’Israel’s refusal to enter the Promised Land because of fear and unbelief resulted in 40 years of wandering in the wilderness. πŸ’King Solomon’s turning to idol worship because of his many foreign wives led to God’s promise to tear the kingdom away from his descendants. And God truly did! πŸ’Saul’s pride, envy, and independence from God’s word resulted in his losing the kingdom and his reign as king over Israel to David. πŸ’And even David lost the joy of his salvation after his sin against Bathsheba and the murder of her husband, Uriah. Yet He found forgiveness and restoration only after fully repenting, without excuses (Psalm 51). Through these accounts and others, we learn how unchecked, besetting sins can earn God’s discipline and the chastisement of withdrawing His presence from those He loves in order to bring them back into a relationship with Him. πŸ‘‰ THE CONSEQUENCES OF LOSING GOD'S PRESENCE. To grasp the gravity of this loss of His presence, consider the very first Biblical example: Adam and Eve being banished from Eden and God’s Presence after their sin and rebellion. We see their heartbreaking exile from God’s Presence in Genesis 3:23-24: “Therefore the LORD God sent him out of the garden of Eden. So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.” Now, no longer able to walk with God “in the garden in the cool of the day” (Gen. We become just a living shell of what we once were when we could experience the presence of God in our lives. πŸ’Indeed, shutting ourselves off from the Source of life has tragic consequences that touch every aspect of our lives. So, we must carefully guard against anything that could earn the removal of such an infinitely precious gift. πŸ‘‰ RESTORING GOD'S ABIDING PRESENCE. No matter how far we have strayed through our disobedience, it is not too far nor too late to reclaim the blessings of His abiding presence. πŸ‘‰ BUT HOW IS THIS DONE? HOW CAN WE EXPERIENCE GOD'S PRESENCE ONCE AGAIN? By examining the accounts of divine forgiveness and restoration in Scripture, we can uncover some spiritual principles to apply in reclaiming God’s manifest presence: πŸ’Examine Your Heart Before God: Invite His searching gaze to reveal any areas of offense that may be hindering close fellowship, such as unforgiveness, pride, or secret sins (Psalm 139:23-24). πŸ’Confess Everything Completely: Hold nothing back from God (like He doesn’t know already?). Agree with Him about the true ugliness of your sins, calling them what Scripture calls them, “Against You, You only, have I sinned, and done this evil in Your sight” (Psalm 51:4, 1 John 1:9, 1 Samuel 15:23). πŸ’Repent Thoroughly and Honestly: Turn away from all that offends God and turn wholeheartedly towards Him in submission and obedience to His complete Lordship over every area in your life. Again, hold nothing back from God, give Him everything (John 14:15, Romans 8:13). πŸ’Walk Accountably: Surround yourself with wise, merciful companions who will help you persevere in living uprightly and fruitfully before God (Hebrews 10:24-25). Don’t try to go it alone. After all, it didn’t work the first time, did it? By applying these Biblical strategies, you can find healing, hope, and restoration in your walk with Christ. And by His astonishing grace (which I still can’t comprehend), He invites us to come freely and find the refreshing rivers of His presence flowing freely once again in the wastelands of our lives. πŸ’Standing Ready to Welcome Us Home Never forget that we serve an incredibly merciful and compassionate God who stands ready to lavish His presence abundantly upon all who seek Him. He yearns for reconciliation even more than we do. Christ Jesus’ parable of the prodigal son reminds us that the Father is constantly looking expectantly down that road for signs of His wayward child returning home. • Imagine looking at a tapestry woven with threads of technology, tradition, and the ever-shifting landscapes of human connection. !
Consider the artisans of the past, meticulously crafting goods by hand, their skills passed down through generations. Now, think of software developers building intricate algorithms, creating digital art and shaping virtual worlds. Both groups possess unique skill sets, but both are striving to create value and meaning in their respective contexts. Are we simply trading one form of craftsmanship for another, with the definition of "value" itself undergoing a transformation?

The world is becoming increasingly interconnected. News travels at lightning speed, opinions are shared globally, and cultural exchanges occur constantly. This increased connectivity can foster empathy and understanding, allowing us to see the world through different perspectives. But it can also create echo chambers, where we are primarily exposed to information that confirms our existing beliefs, reinforcing division and polarization. How do we navigate this complex landscape to cultivate meaningful dialogue and bridge divides?

The concept of ownership is also being redefined. In the physical world, ownership is generally clear-cut. But in the digital realm, where copies can be made infinitely and easily, the lines become blurred. Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are an interesting example of this, offering a new way to establish ownership of digital assets. But questions remain about the long-term value and sustainability of these digital certificates. Is this simply a passing trend, or a fundamental shift in how we perceive and interact with digital property?

Looking ahead, it's clear that the future will be shaped by the choices we make today. Will we embrace technological advancements in a way that promotes inclusivity and equitable distribution of resources? Will we find ways to leverage the power of technology to address pressing global challenges, such as climate change and poverty? Or will we allow technology to exacerbate existing inequalities and further fragment society?

Perhaps the most important question we should be asking ourselves is this: what kind of world do we want to create? What values do we want to uphold? And how can we use the tools at our disposal to build a future that is both prosperous and sustainable for all? The answers to these questions will shape not only the technological landscape, but also the social, economic, and political realities of the generations to come. It's a conversation worth having, and it's a conversation that requires the participation of everyone. It’s about understanding each other's perspectives, and then working together to weave a tapestry of technology, tradition, and human connection that reflects our shared aspirations for a better future. It requires us to constantly adapt and learn. The world keeps turning and evolving. The only thing certain is change. Adapt or fall behind. Let us embrace this change with open minds and full hearts.
