  • UNDERSTANDING GOD IN A SIN BROKEN WORLD!

    WE DISOBEY GOD, YET WE WANT HIM TO OBEY US (Heb.4:1,Num.14:34)

    Our ever Good God works with Covenants(agreements)...and any agreement (undertaking) is usually between two or more persons.
    FROM GENESIS TO REVELATION, GOD'S DEALINGS WITH HIS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN COVENANTS... PLAY YOUR PART,I WILL CERTAINLY PLAY MY PART....WE MAY WANT TO READ DEUTERONOMY 28:1-68!

    But pitiably for the more than 90% of us that claim Christianity as our way of life, WE ACTUALLY WANT GOD TO DO THE KEEPING PART FOR US.... WHILE WE DWELL ON THE BREAKING PART! THAT'S WHERE WE ONLY ACCEPT HIM AS OUR SAVIOUR,BUT NOT AS OUR LORD.

    “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.(John 14:15)

    Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.” (John 14:21)

    …I do as the Father has commanded me, so that the world may know that I love the Father. Rise, let us go from here.(John 14:31)

    NOW,WE HAVE THE BIG QUESTION BEFORE US!
    [YOU AND I]
    WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LOVE AND OBEDIENCE? DO I EARN GOD'S LOVE THROUGH MY OBEDIENCE?

    And it's a question we must address right away!

    Obedience is an essential quality of a disciple of Christ Jesus.

    Christ Jesus gives us the true pattern. In verse 31, HE says that HE does what the Father commanded *so that* the WORLD MAY KNOW THAT I LOVE THE FATHER.
    Christ Jesus’ obedience was intended to be a demonstration of His Love for the Father. Is that the ultimate motivation for Christ Jesus? And, does that mean that we obey so that the world will believe that we Love Christ Jesus? Is that the motivation for our obedience?

    The answer is a No,No and No again!
    Christ Jesus obeyed the Father because He Loves HIM. The fact that His obedience demonstrated to the world that HE LOVES the FATHER is a side-benefit.
    Christ Jesus loves the Father because it is HIS NATURE;
    God is love (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit, as one, all are LOVE).
    Each member of the Trinity(please no theology here) CANNOT NOT LOVE. IT IS THEIR NATURE.
    Obedience of Christ Jesus to the Father is a natural effect of being God and being a Spirit-filled Man without sin. I know this can get confusing, and so, let's concentrate on Christ Jesus as a Man rather than Christ Jesus as the Son of God.

    Christ Jesus was the perfect Man without sin.
    When John baptized Him(Christ Jesus)
    in the Jordan River, the Spirit descended as a dove as a sign of the coming/filling of the Holy Spirit in Him, the man. Christ Jesus never stopped being fully God while at the same time was fully Man. We believe that the Scriptures teach that Christ Jesus operated as a Man without sin, in perfect fellowship with the Father and filled with the Holy Spirit. What’s the point?

    Christ Jesus lived in obedience to the Father because He Loves the Father, not to prove his Love or earn the Father’s Love or approval. His obedience did, however, demonstrate His Love for the Father.

    WHAT IS IN THIS FOR US?

    The issue for us is to love God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength and our neighbor as ourselves. If we do that, obedience will never be a problem.

    So, is obedience required of a Christian? Can’t I just believe the Gospel and I’m good? No.

    The answer can only be a *yes* if we understand the full ramifications of the Gospel that not only are our sins forgiven and we are guaranteed a PLACE in HEAVEN, but we have also DECLARED that CHRIST JESUS IS OUR LORD,(NOT ONLY SAVIOUR).

    Which means that we are HIS SLAVES. SLAVES OBEY (OR THEY ARE IN REAL TROUBLE).

    Another ramification of the Gospel is that God LOVED us so much that HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON, and when He regenerates us, our hearts are made new, and we are now able to love HIM.

    And the Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring, so that you will love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.
    (Deuteronomy 30:6)

    Having a circumcised heart is an Old Testament metaphor for being regenerated or born again. One reason to be born again is so we can love God. It comes with the territory.

    Loving God and obeying God are two sides of the same coin. You can’t have one without the other. So, we can confidently say that if we have confessed Christ Jesus as our Lord and WE are NOT LIVING in ESSENTIAL OBEDIENCE to HIM, WE are MISERABLE. We are miserable because we are behaving contrary to our new nature.

    We may not have the full capability to ESSENTIALLY obey Christ Jesus (I say “essentially” because I know none of us can live in perfect obedience to Christ Jesus now, but our lives can be characterized by *ESSENTIAL* obedience to HIM.)
    This means that we aren't really disciples of Christ Jesus at all, if we can't ESSENTIALLY use our newly formed nature and the POWER IN HIS NAME to strive to obey Him. Only one explanation stands...and that's we have truly not been born again at all;

    Till now you have not given your blood in your fight against sin: (Heb 12: 4)

    26. For if we do evil on purpose after we have had the knowledge of what is true, there is no more offering for sins,
    27. But only a great fear of being judged, and of the fire of wrath which will be the destruction of the haters of God. (Heb 10: 26-27)

    The absence of Christ Jesus as our Lord in our lives , is what makes OBEDIENCE to Christ Jesus a burden to us, because,by then,we are still living in darkness and under the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who works in the sons of disobedience.

    If we know we are sons of God and are having difficulty with our obedience, there is a solution.

    AND THIS IS IT

    Submit yourself to God

    Repent and confess our sin of disobedience
    Repent also of the underlying heart condition that contaminates our love for Christ Jesus.
    (Do we love the world more than you love Christ Jesus? Do we fear Man more than we fear God? Just a couple of possibilities)

    Resist the devil

    The devil is a tempter and a deceiver. Speak to him and tell him you belong to Christ Jesus and he has no right to harass you. Tell him to leave.
    This won’t get rid of your own flesh, but it will rid you of any demonic temptations that you may be dealing with. Your repentance deals with your flesh.
    We, believers, do live in a war zone, a spiritual war zone. We are battling with the world, the flesh, and the devil. None of these have the ability to defeat a child of God who walks in the Spirit. If you find you are not being obedient to Christ Jesus, ask yourself, am I Loving HIM? Do I need to repent of a cold heart? Have I left my FIRST LOVE FOR CHRIST JESUS?

    Deal with it! God will extend all grace to us as we fall before him. He loves us as only God can love even when our love for HIM grows cold and needs the fire of spiritual romance with God to be stoked. Purpose to set your heart on HIM, set aside the time and place to make YOURSELF AVAILABLE to GOD and HE will meet YOU there.

    REMEMBER THIS, AS I SPEAK TO YOU, I SPEAK MORE TO MYSELF... PERHAPS, I EVEN NEED THE MESSAGE MORE THAN YOU OUT THERE READING THIS.
    MAY THE HOLY SPIRIT INTERCEDE FOR US IN CHRIST JESUS' NAME AMEN !

  • UNDERSTANDING GOD IN A SIN BROKEN WORLD!

    SIN BRINGS SHAME, BUT DOESN'T BRINGS GOD'S REJECTION IF YOU'RE SINCERELY REGRETFUL (DON'T BELIEVE IN SATANIC LIES)

    Talking about satanic lies, they're not peddled by satan himself,but by self-righteous judges,who see themselves better than others.

    By default,we all are sinners, if we weren't, then there would be no Immanuel and the Bible will be a big lie. I love the way Paul puts it;

    If we have only hoped in Christ in this life, we are of all men most pitiable. (1Co 15: 19)

    We are going to try see God's response to sin,self condemnation,shame and fame, and how He uses them draw us closer to Himself if we allow Him to. And it begins by realizing our helplessness without Him.

    Adam hid from shame when he sinned,while Christ Jesus openly faced it on the Cross, leading to His glorification.
    For the Prodigal son,he used his regretful disobedience to illustrate God's character of compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance, demonstrating how He welcomes those who turn back to Him regardless of their past. But many of us think our sins are BLACKER than what God can accept and make WHITE(Isa.1:18)

    Shame experienced from our confessed and forgiven sin actually give us a fame to use as a tool of evangelism for those who think it isn't to be accepted by God. It's the reason shame and fame coexist. What we make of them depends on our response.

    For instance, let's identify with the characters in Prodigal story. The story features two brothers, one who strays, representing those who abandon faith, and one who stays, representing the attitude of cynicism in believers towards others coming to faith.(self-righteous)

    True fame cannot exist without acknowledging past shame. We all have some forms of skeletons in our cupboards that we had to empty before our current state. Hiding shame leads to destruction instead of authentic fame.

    Like I said, we all have our moments of recognition of straying. Both believers and non believers have moments of recognizing their need for God's mercy and forgiveness, often catalyzed by hitting "rock bottom" in our lives.
    And in such situations,where we experienced God’s Kindness,we should also be ready to share to those who feel alienated from God that His kindness allows people to realize their separation from Him and prompts them to return, which is a pivotal moment in the journey toward faith. RATHER THAN OUR HOLIER THAN THOU ATTITUDES THAT SENDS FARTHER FROM THE SAME GRACE WE ENJOYED.
    Unfortunately, our churches today are highly filled with this categories of likely selfmade Christians. A country music singer, Johnny Cash experienced firsthand, and it hurt him so much he wrote a song on it.

    In the church and the secular,every prominent leader has experienced both shame of sin in one way or the other,and turned it into fame,using it as a guiding principle highlighting the universality of these experiences.
    Embracing shame can lead to personal relief , while allowing the fame of being too proud to confess overshadow one's integrity and can lead to downfall.
    The examples of Biblical figures, such as Abraham and David, illustrate how their legacies include both shameful moments and fame.

    For example,in the Prodigal son's story, the feelings of unworthiness is a virtue expected by God from a gone astray believer and unbeliever alike.
    The wayward son's belief that he is unworthy of being a son reflects a common feeling among individuals who feel ashamed of their past sins and doubt their place in God’s family.

    Yet, God’s Compassionate Response eagerly awaits us... the return of the lost, even though we're being condemned by men. He welcomes those who come back with love and compassion, indicative of His eagerness to mend relationships. AND IT'S THE SHAME OF OUR UNWORTHINESS THAT ATTRACTS THE FAME OF GOD'S ACCEPTANCE AND RECOGNITION AS HIS SONS ONCE MORE.
    Forgiveness Is a Gift: God offers forgiveness as an unearned gift, stemming from Christ Jesus’ Sacrifice, rather than something one can achieve through their efforts.

    The shame of sin should not be treated as a death sentence; instead, it should be acknowledged and brought to the Cross for healing.
    Concealment of sin leads to stagnation, while confession at the Cross leads to liberation and righteousness.

    Christ Jesus’ Sacrifice transforms our shame into righteousness, allowing believers to rejoice in their identity free from condemnation.
    We are encouraged to boldly confess our failures, knowing we are supported by grace and have nothing to lose.

    Permanent Acceptance: When someone repents and turns to God, they become His children, permanently accepted and welcomed into a close relationship with Him.

    Remember,we all have our seasons of weakness, no matter how committed we are as Christians IN A WORLD WHERE THE DEVIL HOLDS SWAY. We may experience periods of distraction or doubt, but we can always return to God's open arms for renewal and rekindled relationship.
    We should be encouraged that whether one has strayed or is struggling in their faith walk, God’s love and acceptance are constant and available to anyone who seeks Him.
    DON'T EVER ALLOW ANYONE TO CONDEMN YOU THAT'S OVER WITH YOU;
    17. For God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
    18. He who believes in him is not judged. He who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God. (Joh 3: 17-18)

    18. "Come now, and let us reason together," says the LORD: "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
    19. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; (Isa 1: 18-19)

  • JUST A MINUTE, PLEASE!
    [THE PREACHER'S CORNER]

    LIVING IN A BROKEN WORLD !
    [MK.13:1-8]

    I'm certain by now,MANY OF US WILL SEE ME AS KING AHAB SAW PROPHET MICAIAH;
    It happened in the third year, that Jehoshaphat the king of Judah came down to the king of Israel. (1Ki 22: 2)

    4. He said to Jehoshaphat, "Will you go with me to battle to Ramoth Gilead?" Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, "I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses."
    5. Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, "Please inquire first for the word of the LORD."
    6. Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, "Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I refrain?" They said, "Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king."
    7. But Jehoshaphat said, "Isn't there here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of him?"
    8. The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, "There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of the LORD, Micaiah the son of Imlah; but I hate him; for he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil." Jehoshaphat said, "Do not let the king say so." (1Ki 22: 4-8)

    IT'S THE SAME SITUATION TODAY...NO DIFFERENCE...JUST BECAUSE WE, (MAKE BELIEVE CHRISTIANS) WANT TO BE COMFORTED IN OUR SINFUL PLEASURES, WE LOOK FOR CHARLATAN PASTORS AND PROPHETS WHO CLAIM TO HEAR FROM GOD,YEAR AFTER YEAR,HOW PROSPEROUS WE WOULD BECOME...SOME TAKE STOCK AND ARE DISILLUSIONED,WHILE OTHERS CONTINUE YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT IN HOPELESS HOPE(DECEPTION)

    I may not a big fan of *The good old days,*but there are times when I long for the days where we always left our doors unlocked, rather than locked, bolted and secured with an alarm system.

    BUT CHRIST JESUS GAVE US THE REASON WHY WE SHOULDN'T EXPECT THOSE DAYS EVEN THOUGH WE WISH THEM... CERTAINLY NOT ON THIS SIDE OF ETERNITY.

    Lets take a critical and unbiased look,under the strict guidance of The Holy Spirit into this passage given to us by our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus in Mark 13:1-8 or thereabout.

    The scene of this Gospel story took(takes) place near the Temple. Some of the disciples are impressed with the New Temple that Herod the Great started to build.
    It was larger than any previous temple(though very incomparable to Solomon's). Don't blame them for they NEVER saw,but rather heard of its glory. And certainly,this temple is one of the most impressive structures in Jerusalem.

    The temple was more than simply a beautiful building, though. The temple was a sign of God’s presence with Israel. The temple was Israel’s connection point with God and also a symbol of their identity as God’s people. THE VERY SAME WAY WE(PASTORS) ARE COMPETING FOR WHO WILL BUILD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND BIGGEST CHURCH AUDITORIUM(PERSONAL GLORY, NOT GOD'S), WHEN THOSE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE BUILDING FOR ARE STARVING AND HOMELESS,ETC!

    Look at what Christ Jesus tells them that the very beautiful temple, they're admiring will be destroyed and a time will come when not one stone is set on another. Christ Jesus’ words resound in our ears today. Unfortunately we yet pay no attention to this INVALUABLE TRUTH THAT GOD WANTS HIS CHILDREN OUT OF OUR COMMON ENEMY'S CLAWS THAN STATE OF THE ART CHURCH EDIFICES!

    Just like many of us today, the disciples scramble to figure out how to live in such uncertain and trying times. Yes,the misapplication continues today.

    The disciples first ask Christ Jesus to tell them the signs that will precede the end times. They believe that if they know the future they will be able to deal with it. The present might be uncertain, but if the future is assured they can live with the uncertainty.

    THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE PURSUIT OF NEEDLESS KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO HELP GOD REPAIR AN EARTH HE CREATED HIMSELF, WITHOUT ANY MAN IN THE EQUATION, BECAUSE THE OF LIES HE IS FED BY THE DEVIL!

    Everyone is seeking what the future will be like. People look to the stars, crystal balls, tarot cards, and palms to get a jump on the future. They do all of this to no avail. Knowing the future doesn’t help them.

    Christ Jesus answered the disciples with strange words. He tells them that there will be wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes and famines. These calamities were common in the days when Christ Jesus spoke to His disciples. He was not giving them the inside track on knowing the future. He was telling them that they did not need to know the future, they just need to know the One who holds the future in His HANDS.

    Let's look at those warnings of Christ Jesus also for a bit. We are told the future will be filled with trials and tribulations just like the present is. As Christians we will continue to live in a broken sin filled world.

    Talking about the future or prophesying the future is not living our lives out in faith. Trusting in a God who holds the future in His HANDS is how we live by faith.
    The saddest thing is that there are church folks who go from one pastor to another worrying about when the rapture will happen and never grow in their faith. Oh they think they are because they devour every book written on the subject trying to figure out the date when Christ Jesus never called us to do that. Christ Jesus told us to only BE READY. Christ Jesus wants us to live out our faith.

    Faith does not believe that God will make our lives comfortable and affluent. Faith knows that whatever situations we face God will be with us through those situations.

    Faith is not worrying about the future. Faith is being concerned about the needs of others today.

    Faith is not longing for a heaven when we die. Faith is being concerned for others, witnessing to them, and inviting them to experience the heaven on earth (God’s presence) with which we have been blessed.

    During the whole of chapter 13 Christ Jesus issues clear advice about how we should react to events, so as to help us keep a long-term perspective. (13:5), “Watch out that no-one deceives you.” In other words take care not to be fooled by false teachings, and there are false teachings at work in the national and global church today. (13:7), “When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed.” Wars are awful. They are horrible; but they must not draw us into thinking that God has withdrawn from HIS WORLD. The Son of Man will return with GREAT POWER AND GLORY (13:26); and HE will send HIS angels and gather HIS ELECT from the ENDS of the EARTH (13:27).

    Later in the chapter are CALLED to be steadfast in our FAITH: Christ Jesus says v 11 “Do not worry beforehand about what to say”; and v13 “Stand firm to the end”.

    So when our circumstances shift from comfort to discomfort; when our world moves from certainty to uncertainty; and when perhaps even friends and family turn against us, these are not reasons to reject God or to cease to believe in Him. They are the opposite. They are times to remind ourselves that Christ Jesus predicted these events. They are times to stand firm.

    Another theme running through the whole chapter is that of being alert and watchful. Verse 5 “watch out”, verses 9 and 23, “be on your guard”, verse 33, “be on guard, be alert”, and verses 35 and 37, “keep watch”.

    Will Christ Jesus return? Is He coming back? He said he will! He is coming back. Before that day, He’s told us what to expect. Christ Jesus calls us to be alert, and not to worry even if circumstances are awful.

    Today Christ Jesus asks us to stay in the race of life no matter what happens to us. And Christ Jesus promises us that as long as we are with Him . The disciples learned to live their faith one day at a time. Let us follow their example and the example of countless Christians who have gone before us trusting, loving, serving ...never knowing if this is our last day or not, but being assure that no matter what God is with us.
    JUST A MINUTE, PLEASE! [THE PREACHER'S CORNER] ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ LIVING IN A BROKEN WORLD ! [MK.13:1-8] ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ๐Ÿšฅ I'm certain by now,MANY OF US WILL SEE ME AS KING AHAB SAW PROPHET MICAIAH; It happened in the third year, that Jehoshaphat the king of Judah came down to the king of Israel. (1Ki 22: 2) 4. He said to Jehoshaphat, "Will you go with me to battle to Ramoth Gilead?" Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, "I am as you are, my people as your people, my horses as your horses." 5. Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, "Please inquire first for the word of the LORD." 6. Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, "Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I refrain?" They said, "Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king." 7. But Jehoshaphat said, "Isn't there here a prophet of the LORD, that we may inquire of him?" 8. The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, "There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of the LORD, Micaiah the son of Imlah; but I hate him; for he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil." Jehoshaphat said, "Do not let the king say so." (1Ki 22: 4-8) IT'S THE SAME SITUATION TODAY...NO DIFFERENCE...JUST BECAUSE WE, (MAKE BELIEVE CHRISTIANS) WANT TO BE COMFORTED IN OUR SINFUL PLEASURES, WE LOOK FOR CHARLATAN PASTORS AND PROPHETS WHO CLAIM TO HEAR FROM GOD,YEAR AFTER YEAR,HOW PROSPEROUS WE WOULD BECOME...SOME TAKE STOCK AND ARE DISILLUSIONED,WHILE OTHERS CONTINUE YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT IN HOPELESS HOPE(DECEPTION) I may not a big fan of *The good old days,*but there are times when I long for the days where we always left our doors unlocked, rather than locked, bolted and secured with an alarm system. • UNDERSTANDING GOD IN A SIN BROKEN WORLD!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    SEEING GOD FOR WHOM HE REALLY IS! [PART THREE]
    ===============================
    I said earlier in this study in seeing God for Whom He really is,as we live in a sin infested world,that the MUCH TOUTED GEN Z GENERATION IS A TOOL OF THE DEVIL TO DRAW MANY A PARENTS AWAY FROM THEIR GOD GIVEN DUTIES.
    (Again,I want to quickly remind us that the so called Gen Z doesn't refer to the teenagers and youth only...WE ALSO HAVE MATURED ADULTS YET WEARING DIAPERS(PAMPERS)
    AND I MAKE BOLD TO SAY THAT, SHOULD CHRIST JESUS TARRIES, IT'S GOING TO BE MUCH MORE WORSE...THOUGH WE HAVE A HOPE AS BELIEVERS.
    There's no part of the world where this scourge isn't taking place, though it's more rampart in the United States where the devil seems to locate his coordinating office. Everywhere,youths are on the rampage trying to change the rules... parents becoming children and vice versa ... it's become a very nightmarish experience...even making some parents to question the necessity of having children.
    It can be scary for parents as well really! Within the reality of this broken world, and with a sober understanding of the dangers found within, how can the few committee youth leaders encourage and equip parents to help their kids process these realities?
    We Need to Deal with Young People Truthfully!
    Our impulse often compels us to try and shield young people from the reality of our broken world. Sometimes that impulse can go so far as to lead us to lie or to cushion the truth by offering reassurance that does not comport with the whole truth. Students do not need us to protect them from reality. They need us to help them process it in a Biblically accurate way. While I am certainly not saying that parents and student ministry leaders should inundate young people with the unfiltered and gory details of all that is evil in the world, we do need to be truthful with them.
    The brokenness of our world is profound. It is painful. It is ugly and frightening. The danger it poses is real.
    And so is our enemy, who prowls around seeking whom he may devour. We see all throughout the Bible a picture of this reality that doesn’t pull any punches. But along with the painful reality of life under the sun is also found the clear truth of the Good News of the Gospel, which offers insight into how we help young people process this brokenness. All of creation is groaning; and that groaning is difficult to look at and comprehend sometimes. But it is groaning in anticipation of what is sure to come (Romans 8:18-25). The truth of this broken, sin-sick world is that we will face difficulty, strife, and hurt.
    The good news of the gospel is that Christ Jesus has overcome this world, so we can take heart (John 16:33)! It is often in the darkness and ugliness of the reality of sin and its consequences that the reality of the Gospel shines the brightest. Only by dealing in the truth of this brokenness with young people can we truly offer the remedy in the gospel. This sort of transparency allows us opportunities to point them to a hope that transcends that brokenness. When we show a willingness to deal in truth when it comes to the bad news, they can be truly confident in our truthfulness in presenting to them the good news. We need to be truthful.
    We Need to Point Them to True Safety!
    If we are completely truthful with young people we must admit to them that we can have no true certainty concerning the future, as much as we wish we could. This is what presses us in faith into Christ Jesus. We cannot offer our ever inquisitive young ones the assurance that everything in this world will be OK. We cannot promise that they will live a long and tragedy-free life, because the Bible never promises those things.
    What the Scriptures do affirm is that God is good and sovereign. They reveal to us that our days are numbered (Psalm 39:4) and that God knows the number of our days (Psalm 139:16). The Scriptures remind us that the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16) and exhort us to number our days so that we might gain wisdom (Psalm 90:12).
    We don’t want to lull young people into a false sense of security by offering them empty assurances concerning the future. We should want to urge them to seek refuge in the only place it can be found. The only way we can do this is by clearly pointing them to Christ Jesus. We should want to consistently remind them that true safety can only be found in Christ Jesus. Period. Our goal in this is not to paralyze them with fear but to mobilize them into HIM! Our desire is that they would know eternal security in HIM, even while living in a world filled with insecurity.
    None of us can know fully why certain things happen within our broken world. But we can be confident that all situations offer the opportunity for us to fix our eyes on the Lord, lean onto Him by faith, and know HIM more intimately. For believers, we can have confidence that HE is using every situation for our good in conforming us to the image of Christ Jesus (Romans 8:28-29). How can we expect to compel students to press deeply into the Gospel if we continually attempt to shield them from the harsh realities of a broken world?
    What makes the world even and ever more broken is the brand of technology that presents both significant challenges and opportunities for the so called devil initiated and manipulative Generation-Z, necessitating careful education and ethical guidance to navigate its complexities effectively.
    WHAT TO DO AS ADULTS NOT WEARING DIAPERS WITH THEM!
    Addictive Design:
    Social media platforms are engineered to be addictive, creating a cycle where users constantly seek validation through likes and comments, affecting their behavior and self-perception.
    Pace of Change:
    The rapid advancements in technology outstrip legislative efforts to mitigate potential abuses, raising concerns about their impact on democracy and personal freedoms.
    Manipulated Exposure:
    Algorithms on platforms like Facebook and Google limit users' exposure to diverse viewpoints and tailor content based on user data, compromising the integrity of information access.
    Impact on Youth:
    The so called Generation-Z is the first to grow up fully immersed in social media, leading to a disconnection from pre-digital childhood experiences and a distorted perception of reality.
    Need for Education: There is a pressing need for comprehensive digital literacy programs in schools to help students recognize and manage the risks associated with technology and social media.
    Encouraging Responsible Use: Educational institutions are implementing strategies to limit phone usage during school hours, aiming to foster a sense of responsible technology use among students.
    Teenage Awareness:
    Many teenagers are becoming critical of social media's influence, with a significant majority expressing indifference towards its existence, indicating a shift in attitudes.
    Positive Social Skills! Development: Evidence suggests that social media can facilitate important social skills and provide necessary emotional support, demonstrating its potential benefits when used wisely.
    Ethical Use of Tech:
    The future impact of technology will largely depend on how Generation-Z chooses to engage with it, emphasizing the role of educators and parents in guiding ethical discernment.
    Innovative Solutions:
    New initiatives, like the app Beam aimed at tackling homelessness through crowdfunding, illustrate how technology can be harnessed for social good, highlighting its potential as a positive force.
    AND ALL THESE CAN'T EVEN BE ACHIEVED UNTIL WE THE ADULTS STOP WEARING DIAPERS,AND TAKING UP OUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN CHRIST JESUS...NOT THE AMERICAN CHURCHES AND WILDFIRE LIKE SPREADING OF ENTERTAINMENT CHRISTIANITY. WHAT THE DEVIL MEANT FOR EVIL, WITH CHRIST JESUS,IT CAN BE MAXIMIZED FOR GOD'S FAVOUR. JUST CONSIDER THE INTERNET... TURNING THE WORLD INTO A GLOBAL VILLAGE...I CAN ASSURE YOU DEVIL IS REGRETTING HOW FAR IT HAS TAKEN THE TRUE GOSPEL OF CHRIST JESUS.
    Right now,Gen Z have what they call a bible. With confident Christian parents,it will amount to nothing. Criticize me if you like,but it comes with the mandate... Remember;
    3. Behold, children are a heritage of the LORD. The fruit of the womb is his reward. 4. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. 5. Blessed is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won't be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate. (Psa 127: 3-5)
    God blessed them. God said to them, "Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." (Gen 1: 28)
    Amen,as we pray for strength,grace,mercy and ability to upturn satanic dominance in our God given heritage !
