Hey there! Today's weather is absolutely bonkers, isn't it? At least in the UK. It's like the wind has taken a page from a Shakespearean play and is putting on a dramatic performance. I half-expect it to start reciting soliloquies any moment now. But honestly, all this wind is making me feel like a tumbleweed. I need some sunshine, pronto! In fact, in my mindfulness schedule for today, I've already imagined myself lounging on a beach in Zanzibar, soaking up the sun and sipping on a coconut drink. 2 months on carnivore comes to an end. I lost 11,3 pounds in february which is honestly quite amazing considering I eat when I’m hungry and and as much as I want. Today since it’s Sunday, I had the chance to cook alongside my son. In the kitchen, he was the primary helper. He is curious about the foods I prepare and the methods I use, and it is wonderful to know that he is eager to learn. Perhaps he will continue to eat healthily while he is living by myself at the University next year, preparing his own meals rather than relying on ready - to - eat that are loaded with processed ingredients, sugars, and other unhealthy elements.
