Greetings my friends, I resume lecture on crypto and today I will be talking about crypto currency mining and we will learn if some can be mined or not.


1) What is cryptocurrency mining?

Cryptocurrency mining is the process by which new units of cryptocurrency Are created and transactions Are verified and added to the blockchain . It involves utilizing computational power to solve Complex mathematical problems which helps maintain the integrity & security of the decentralized network .

2) How does it work?

The mining process typically involves network of computers known as miners competing to solve the mathematical puzzle. They do so by continuously making attempts To find a hash Value that meets specific criteria.

Once miner successfully solves The puzzle they broadcast the solution to the Network along with the verified transactions. The solution is then verified by other nodes in the network and if it is deemed Correct the miner is rewarded With a certain Amount of newly minted crypto currency

3) Can SOMEE token be mined?

As for SOMEE the native token of the SOMEE blockchain it operates on a different consensus mechanism called Delegated Proof Of stake (DPoS) . In DPoS SOMEE tokens are not mined in the traditional sense. Instead they are distributed through a process called " witness voting" & "delegated proof of stake ."

In the SOMEE ecosystem users can become witnesses by receiving votes from stakeholders. Witnesses are responsible for validating and producing blocks on the blockchain . they are rewarded with SOMEE tokens for their efforts. Additionally Users can delegate their SOMEE tokens to Other users who act As " delegated proof of stake" (DPOS) validators and they Also receive rewards for their role .

Therefore while SOMEE tokens Cannot be mined through the traditional mining process they Are obtained through witness voting and delegating stake in the SOMEE network.

Today we will be talking about Staking, Delegated staking and impermanent loss

1. WHAT IS STAKING
The concept of Staking is seen in this lesson which is based on the Proof of Stake mechanism on the consensus protocol. Here we see Staking as a system of locking assets over a period to generate interest and get benefits.
We see this aspect as diverse assets could be blocked from investors' control or not blocked at all and in other words making profit levels different.

2. What is Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS)?

Under the shadow of Staking where we see the Proof of stake, we have the delegated Proof of stake mechanism seen as a system that operates with a delegatable kind of mechanism making the process more democratic. It could be seen as an Innovation of the Proof of Stake concept where users of the network vote and elect to activate the next block in the network.

Here delegates are considered, block producers since they are the owners of the choices as to which blocks are produced next and vice versa.
Reduced numbers of delegates are chosen from 20,25 even up to a hundred and making the block delegates different and not just in order.

The major catch of this process is the reward given to delegates who stake their share of their fees of the validated block in the delegate pool which is successful. The rewards are shared based on each user stake ie what percentage you stake is your percentage reward
The first holding of DPOS was by former EOS Chief Technology Officer Dan Latimer who initiated the first algorithm on the decentralized platform of the renowned Bitshares in 2015, while whole numerous exchanges now use the DPOS

3. What is Impermanent Loss?

The relation of an Impermanent loss to this work could be seen as when a trader stakes his assets and a volatile fall in the market happens beyond his asset value, there is said to be an impermanent loss.

An impermanent loss could be seen as a situation when a trader ie the liquidity provider incurs a loss of his /her assets due to volatility in a trading market.

Well, this is a bit petty and on a post that only states facts? Is this the best use of the [SomeeOfficial] account and the free #SME they minted to delegate out for #ProPAckages? On Hive it's customary to explain the reason for the downvote and is simply the grown-up thing to do. I obviously made the right decision to start a power down, but do have one more post or two to show that Community is not what the Company is interested in and only a select few of you matter to them.

You'll find a better community on Hive and the potential earnings will always be better there. As long as the #Company pushes their worthless packages with no mention of the Hive Engine Market, #SME will likely never reach its potential.

My entry for the #Awesme Tutorials Advice to Live By #Contest

The best advice or tip I have used in my life myself and taught my kids was one I believe I coined myself. It's, "Being an adult isn't about doing the tough things that you like or are good at, but doing what needs to be done, simply because it needs to be done." I guess other more well known or common uses would be to tell someone to "man-up" or as they say in the Southern U.S., "Cowboy/girl-up."

The multi-skilled adult or even child in many cases from before the tech boom is becoming extinct. We used to do most everything we needed done ourselves, but as the consumer society becomes more ingrained, we tend to delegate many of the simple basics out to others. The average person I meet these days don't even know how to give their vehicles an oil change. It's a 20 minute job with little to no real skill needed, yet most will gladly pay someone else to do it. I find this to be disturbing.

Basic skills are necessary for independence and freedom, yet so many prefer to rely on others. The kids today are even worse and it's only going to worsen. When you embrace the responsibility that you need to do it, regardless of whether you like the chore or not, you build character, responsibility, maturity, independence and more skills to increase that your worth. It's the attitude within in me, which resulted in this advice that I believe we need to preserve and teach to our kids. It also creates a defined line in the sand between adolescence and adulthood.

It's obvious to many that age has little to do with defining one with the characteristics of being an adult. As a matter of fact, many adults would be not be considered as such when held to this standard. I think this is important, so that not only do our children learn the importance of hard work, but have a good gauge of what truly makes a good role model.

Do it because it needs to be done, whether or not it's hard or that you are good at it.
