I tried some Bicolano food, and I have to say, it was delicious! The flavors were so unique and vibrant I couldn't get enough. One dish that stood out to me was the Bicol Express, a spicy stew made with pork, coconut milk, and chilies. I also tried something called Laing, which is made with taro leaves and coconut milk, and it was equally delicious. And to top it off, I tried chili ice cream for the first time, which was surprisingly delicious! The combination of sweet, creaminess, and spicy was just perfect.

Bicolano cuisine is one of the best in the Philippines! ☺️
