  • Lovely architecture at the Port of Xabia. Once an Iberian settlement, the Spanish coastal town of Xàbia/Jávea is perched on a hill above miles of rocky coastline. In terms of architecture, it has quite a uniformed look, as many of its buildings are made of the local Tosca sandstone. They add to the town's distinct character and charm. #architecture #somee #awesme #cine #pay #sbt

  • I just did some research and in my previous posts showcasing this area, not all the information was correct. It turns out the #trailhead is actually called the #JuniperSpur and the #trail Itself is the #MaahDaahHey. MaahDaahHey is a #MandanNativeAmerican word meaning, "AN AREA THAT WILL BE AROUND FOR A LONG TIME."

This is the beginning of the 144 mile trail that connects to many others on the way. It winds through #scenery from nearly every category and crosses the #MissouriRiver twice. The mound in the photo is made of #Sandstone, which people have carved their names and various other things all over it. There are some cool rock out croppings all around it that are pretty fun to climb on and they make for some cool looking #RockFormations. I have a lot of photos from this area that I'll be sharing here and there as time goes on.
