Without a full understanding of the “sunshine vitamin,” we must be careful in promoting solutions that may actually be driving disease manifestation higher in the population.

So the neighbors who happen to be long time acquaintances of my brother, rented an excavator to put roads in on there large property they purchased not long ago. We were curious when the thing was going up the hill next to us, so after checking it out and talking with them they decided to help us fix the driveway and flatten an area for a future garden. That's sooo amazingly friendly and a good way to help build community friendships amongst those who choose to rough it out here. They also let the neighbors down below us use it to fix their dirt road.. way to maximize rental usage and help out where your homesteadping. I'm very grateful this manifestation happened! ✌🏼🏼🏼
