Former INSCOM/ CIA/ US ARMY Stargate Training - The Monroe Institute Gateway Process - Human Potential IS The Ultimate Deep State Antidote Ana Maria Mihalcea, MD, PhD I recently had come across this declassified CIA/ US Army Intelligence Document and was very intrigued to study more. My reasoning was to understand the potential weaponization of this research that has existed for 50 years. Two years ago I had explained the research outlined in the book Nanobrain, in which hydrogel and carbon nanotubes were programmed via resonant frequencies to create an artificial brain. This research has succeeded but it was noted that the results are classified. I had explained how this technology can build a parallel processing platform in the human brain when the building blocks via self assembly nanotechnology are injected. Understanding Mind Control and brain hacking became more understandable when I found the correlation between the diameter of carbon nanotubes and microtubules in the brain, which are known to be the processing place of human consciousness - they are the same and can be interchanged. The laws of quantum physics apply on this nanoscale - which is the same for the self assembly nanotechnology. Nanobrain – The Making of an Artificial Brain from a Time Crystal By Anirban Bandyopadhyay – Senior Scientist in the Advanced Key Technologies Division at the National Institute of Materials Science ( NMS) in Ibraki, Japan. Robert Monroe left his body first in the 1950’s and later created the Monroe Research Institute. He was in the sound business and developed Hemisync, a technology to synchronize brain waves by using binaural beats. In the research the brain EEG patterning of different deep states of consciousness related to theta, delta and other states were decoded and hence individuals could be put in a state of deep sleep of the body while their consciousness was fully alert. Monroe collaborated with the Stanford , where beginning in 1972, three physicists at Stanford Research Institute (now known as SRI International)––Harold Puthoff, Edwin May, and Russell Targ–initiated free-response remote viewing experiments with psi gifted participants. The United States government sponsored Psi research from 1972-1995 with 20 Million Dollars. To all those closedminded people to attack any research in consciousness and maintain their religious or fossilized scientific doctrine, read that sentence again. Would it not be wise to investigate what exactly was researched and funded for that amount of money? It is evident, that Robert Monroe’s intent was to enhance the freedom of humanity by taking away the fear of death through experiencing that we are more than our physical body. I was very curious to see what these Intelligence officers were trained in, so I signed up for the Gateway voyager program which still exists today - and I completed it this past week. Hence I am very familiar with remote viewing and out of body states. However, it takes a tremendous amount of discipline in focus to be able to sustain prolonged states of dimensional phasing. The Hemisync technology has the capacity to keep an individual in deep theta and delta states ( these are the brainwaves of deep sleep - so the body is asleep but the mind fully awake) and facilitate out of body states, remote viewing and “travel beyond the veil” or beyond the dimension of time into no time and interactions with nonhuman intelligence. Exactly like the CIA/ ARMY document states, these levels of consciousness Focus 10, 12, 15, 21 allow a whole different level of exploration. Indeed, our human consciousness is the ultimate time machine. This has been well documented by former psychic spy, Army Intelligence officer and remote viewer Joe McMoneagle who provided intelligence support for the CIA, DIA, NSA, DEA, Secret Service, FBI, US Customs, NSC, major commands within the DoD. Much of the information of course is completely contradictory to what humans believe history was like, since the perceptions of the masses have been boxed in with belief systems and false dogma that served those who want and misuse power. The reason why this is important to my research is because the self assembly nanotechnology and the EMF/5G/HAARP Mind Control Grid uses the very principles developed by researchers like Bob Monroe in a weaponized way. Hemisync uses binaural beats of 100Hz in one ear, and 104 Hz in the other. The wave cancellation produces a 4 Hz wave. Where have we heard that before? I have discussed it in the research findings done by Clifford Carnicom and I, when he exposed COVID19 vaccinated and unvaccinated blood to frequencies from 0 to 25000Hz. The result showed that the one difference we found between vaccinated and unvaccinated blood is that the COVID19 vaccinated blood is extremely sensitive to 4 HZ. This is the ELF frequency used by HAARP for mind control. 4 Hz also was specifically mentioned in the CIA/ Army Gateway declassified briefing. My own view of reality has been much expanded in this past week. It was very easy for me to work with the technology due to my previous training and experiences. In that dimension beyond time, there is no judgement of good or bad, there is only being. Each entity creates its own reality, each thought is a manifestation and each action has a consequence. For example hostility, anger, hate, jealousy are very low vibratory frequencies - that create what people call thought forms - some call them demons. The demons are nothing else but the coagulated energy of their own thoughts - you meet what you are, like attracts like. I was glad to see that Joe McMoneagle saw in the year 3000 - no religions exist but a deep spiritual understanding and awareness of the interconnection of all life. Of note there are also a lot less people, because biological weapons that governments created wiped out much of the population. Note he published that book in 1998, so I would say he is right on target - only time is speeding up because knowledge explosion is quantum leaping our experiences. There is no linear time. What is the purpose of the self assembly nanotechnology? Why is mind control so important for the enslavement of the human race? Because if the spin states of subatomic particles can be manipulated within the body - specifically the quantum computing brain - the electrical patterns of brain waves will change without the individual being aware that the change was not generated by them. The Belt Road Map – before Italy announced the leaving of the project These Eurasian development corridors are rightfully seen as an existential threat to Western imperialists as they provide the foundation for the viability of a new economic architecture based on long-term thinking and mutual cooperation. The role Israel is expected to play in an anti-BRI agenda is meant to take the form of three major projects within this ivory tower fantasy game of imperial Rand-style scenario builders. These are: 1) The US-led India-Middle East Europe Economic Corridor (IMEEC) announced at the G20 on October 15, 2023, which envisions a vast network of rail and roads stretching from India through the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Europe. This proposed vast network of railways, pipelines, shipping corridors, ports, and data cables would bypass Turkey and undermine China’s Middle and planned southern BRI corridors. 2) The revival of the David Ben Gurion Canal, which was first proposed by American engineers in 1963. This plan called for using 520 nuclear detonations to cut a nearly 260 km canal from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean, bypassing the strategically valuable Suez Canal. 3) The exploitation of vast offshore oil and natural gas deposits that have been discovered off the coast of Gaza between 1999-present, which renders Israel a primary oil hub of the world on the scale of top OPEC nations. The IMEEC Fantasy Considering the long and pathetic list of US-controlled ‘I-can’t-believe-it’s-not-BRI’ boondoggles’ that have been pitched to great acclaim and fallen apart within seconds of conception (ie: Build Back Better for the World, One Sun One World One Grid, Blue Dot Network, Green Global Gateway, Global Green Deal, or Green Belt Initiative), it is safe to say that the IMEEC is a non-starter made for geopolitical wet dreamers by geopolitical wet dreamers incapable of discerning reality from fantasy. Not only does the West lack the financial means to invest in such long-term projects as IMEEC, but it has also lost the engineering skills requisite to build such a megaproject. This perfect storm of incompetence makes this impressive-sounding project entirely unviable. No additional remarks will be issued about this in this article. The David Ben Gurion Canal Fantasy For the prospects of the David Ben Gurion Canal revival, which has become an internet sensation over the past weeks, a word is worth mentioning, and a few fallacies should be clarified. While this was first proposed by engineers at the US Department of Energy in 1963 (and promptly classified until 1993), there isn’t any evidence that institutional discussion has taken place about reviving this project for decades. While many online commentators claim the project calls for ‘dropping hundreds of nukes onto Gaza’ (implying that Israeli threats to nuke Gaza are a cover for building this canal), the actual engineering study called for specially designed nuclear detonations that utilize directed blast geometries not entirely different from TNT detonations in tunneling (although more powerful by many magnitudes). Simple brute force ‘dropping of bombs’ onto a desert would never work, and the engineering skills, costs, and many years of construction required appear, in this author’s mind, to make this project as unrealizable as the IMEEC. It appears more likely that the Greater Israel fanatics simply want to take control of the Suez Canal (after a war can be provoked with Egypt of course), and so building the 1963 canal is irrelevant in the minds of ‘the Chosen People.’ A Real Concern: Gaza Offshore Energy Steal The east Mediterranean offshore oil/gas fields are much more strategic and feasible and have taken on additional appeal for a desperate Europe cut off from Russian fuel since Russia’s special military operation (SMO) began in February 2022. If developed, it is believed that these offshore resources would transform Israel into a global energy hub supporting the glory of Greater Israel as a new empire, which, according to 2010 US estimates, represents over “1.7 billion barrels of recoverable oil and a mean of 122 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas” valued at over 453 billion dollars. This vast deposit off the coast of Gaza (and thus under the legal ownership of the people of Gaza), was first discovered in 1999 when a company called British Gas discovered deposits of approximately one trillion cubic feet of natural gas 19 miles off the Gaza coast. Agreements to develop this project at a cost of $1.2 billion soon followed. Although Yassir Arafat expressed an active interest in developing these resources two decades ago, Israel worked tirelessly to block the Palestinian Investment Fund (the fund responsible for carrying out the development) from extending investments into the project, using the argument that “funding may be used to support terrorism.” When Hamas was elected in 2007, Israel’s efforts to block funding for the Gaza marine field vastly increased. This is perhaps why Hamas’ 2007 victory was celebrated by none other than Israeli intelligence Chief Amos Yadlin, who cabled US Ambassador Richard Jones that he would be “happy” if Hamas formed a government because “the IDF could then deal with Gaza as a hostile state.” In the cable made available by Wikileaks, Yadlin also dismissed concerns about Iranian influence within a Hamas government “as long as they [Hamas-controlled Gaza] don’t have a port.” Yadlin’s comments were echoed in 2019 by Netanyahu himself, who said to Likud Knesset members: “Anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state has to support bolstering Hamas and transferring money to Hamas … This is part of our strategy – to isolate the Palestinians in Gaza from the Palestinians in the West Bank.” [emphasis added]- Washington Post: “Netanyahu was protecting Hamas” When a consortium of Israeli, American, and Australian energy companies discovered even more oil and natural gas deposits in the Levant Basin “off the coast of Israel” in 2010-2011, the western Mediterranean became a potential global gamechanger in oil geopolitics with the US Department of the Interior 2010 report estimating “1.7 billion barrels of recoverable oil and a mean of 122 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas in the Levantine basin.” Experts estimate that these deposits carry at least $453 billion in value. “Jihadist Terrorist Danger in the West”. The MOU will enable Israel, for the first time, to export Israeli natural gas to Europe, and it is even more impressive looking at the significant set of agreements we signed over the last year, which position Israel, and Israeli energy and water sectors as a key global player.” Israelis Harvest Human Organs from Massacred Palestinians! Under the ICC Prosecutor’s Nose El Harrer’s words carried a bitter aftertaste as it had already been proven that Israel intentionally blocked the development of these offshore fields for two decades—to the detriment of millions of Palestinian lives (and ironically Israel’s own economy). This fact was outlined in great detail by a 2019 report by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), which stated: “Geologists and natural resources economists have confirmed that the Occupied Palestinian Territory lies above sizeable reservoirs of oil and natural gas wealth, in Area C of the occupied West Bank and the Mediterranean coast off the Gaza Strip. “However, occupation continues to prevent Palestinians from developing their energy fields so as to exploit and benefit from such assets. As such, the Palestinian people have been denied the benefits of using this natural resource to finance socioeconomic development and meet their need for energy. “The accumulated losses are estimated in the billions of dollars. The longer Israel prevents Palestinians from exploiting their own oil and natural gas reserves, the greater the opportunity costs and the greater the total costs of the occupation borne by Palestinians become. “This study identifies and assesses existing and potential Palestinian oil and natural gas reserves that could be exploited for the benefit of the Palestinian people, which Israel is either preventing them from exploiting or is exploiting without due regard for international law.” If Israel wishes to have full control over Gaza’s maritime oil/gas reserves, it can only achieve its goal if the legal owners and beneficiaries living in Gaza disappear. Israel’s hostage Deal with Hamas after reaching Target of Genocide and Diaspora in Gaza On October 13, 2023, a policy paper authored by Israel’s Ministry of Intelligence was leaked. It recommended “the forcible and permanent transfer of the Gaza Strip’s 2.2 million Palestinian residents to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula,” as +972 reported. The paper laid out three possible scenarios for the people of Gaza. The first involves the replacement of Hamas with the Palestinian Authority in Gaza. The second involves the emergence of a new local Gaza authority (not Hamas or PA), and the third includes the expulsion of all civilians into Egypt. The Plotted GENOCIDE: Leaked Israeli Plan to Ethnically cleanse Gaza The report clearly identifies the third scenario as the most preferable option. The report’s authors write that this third option “will yield positive, long-term strategic outcomes for Israel, and is an executable option. It requires determination from the political echelon in the face of international pressure, with an emphasis on harnessing the support of the United States and additional pro-Israeli countries for the endeavor.” Of course, US support for moving Gazans into the Sinai Peninsula began literally minutes after October 7. This would create a serious problem for future retaliation by extremely radicalized and traumatized people whose families have been killed by Israel’s crimes for decades. Hamas’ Qatar-based Muslim Brotherhood leadership of multi-billionaires would then easily be able to coordinate with Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood to act as agent provocateurs attacking Israel. The Muslim Brotherhood has served as a major organizing force led by Anglo-Zionist intelligence for decades, was instrumental in orchestrating the Arab Spring, and supported the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad. The South Dakota bill seeks to re establish true ownership rights such that in the event of an insolvency, your private property is automatically returned to you. If you have watched Beware of the leopard you will fully understand the power of this proposed clause removal from section 57A-503 of the UCC Naturally, this is being strongly resisted by those in the pay of the banking lobby. Whether the legislature has the sense and cojones to pass such an amendment remains to be seen. Well worth also listening to the hearing in the Tennessee legislature. Amazing sophistry as the hired goons try to say David is wrong. David Webb and a colleague again seek amendments. The amendments proposed go a small way to restoring some of the property rights of those who think they own securities. ‘Entitlement’ is not ownership Currently, because of changes made to the Uniform Commercial Code, those who think they own securities now only have an “entitlement”, which is much weaker and is contractual, not absolute. Because it’s a contractual right, there’s a counterparty. If the latter goes insolvent, the effect of changes to the UCC is that the entitlement holder (e.g. you) is ranked lower on the list of creditors than the Secured Creditors, the parasites at the top of the food chain. Say Boris lends Frank some books. Then Frank sells one of them to you for £10 and disappears. You may be reading it in the park one day when Boris grabs it off you and says ‘that’s my book’. Everything you have turns out to be like that book. And Boris planned the whole thing. A financial crisis will certainly see all assets legally stolen. Most people are unaware of this. There’s literally nothing you can do about it, except not to own securities. If you hold physical gold in a safe nobody else knows about, that’s the only way you can be secure. Cash unfortunately suffers the same fate, because it isn’t segregated and is controlled by the big clearing banks and ultimately the central bank, nationally and internationally. What is Beneficial Ownership? Over 50 years, financial assets (“securities”) that you previously owned under private property rights, as bits of paper, have been dematerialised (digitised) and pooled. Most importantly, a new legal category of “beneficial ownership” has been created and substituted for “ownership”. Why this matters is that ultimate ownership falls to a minuscule number of holders of collateral against debts incurred. Central banks, which are privately owned, are able to seize everyone else’s assets in a crisis because those assets are pledged as collateral. A shared view Webb says that deliberate collapse of the entire global economy is imminent and this mass theft will cause and amplify violence and tremendous hardship. A hard rain’s going to fall. Webb sees the endgame as I do: evil, totalitarian, digital control system. No liberty or democracy anywhere is going to be tolerated nor will the development of a parallel economic system be allowed. It is probably already way too late to prevent the economic collapse. Whether anything can be salvaged by way of reverting changes to private property rights locally remains to be seen. It’s not necessarily a political issue but a criminal matter that private property rights have been subverted. Unfortunately, the way I see it, the perpetrators of the ongoing “covid super crime” need do nothing more than to play out their existing hand, to reduce the population to any value they choose. Here’s my near term summary of what I think they’re up to: A new event will trigger obligatory digital ID (eg for rations). If 1. isn’t a financial crisis,they can trigger one at any time, destroying all sovereign currencies and stealing almost all private property (David Rogers Webb). Total dependence upon the state in order even to be fed. CBDC (digital-only money) introduced. Lies about a wave of pandemics. Pharma will pretend to make mRNA vaccines. So large that there’s no hope ever of recovering even pennies on the pound. If you’ve a workplace related pension, the assets being used to pay your monthly pension will also be automatically transferred electronically to those on the top of the stack of creditors. I understood that assets in your physical possession which are free of debt and were not purchased with now-cleared debt, might still be seized. If your car, say, when it was an asset of the manufacturer or of the car retailer, was pledged as collateral for some transaction they’d entered into, it seems absurd but true that your car, too, might never have had its collateral status revoked. If so, even that vehicle might be forfeit. Boris will claim it back. On cars, it may become moot, because so many cars definitely are assets of finance companies that can be seized. We know how very keen are the perpetrators to find ways to get our car keys out of our cars. I could envisage a situation where demand for petrol and diesel would fall so hard that fuel stations would have to close. At that point, your car becomes a very heavy paperweight. Webb doesn’t offer a prediction on timing or the way that has been (or will be) chosen to create a new global financial crisis and implode the globeconomy, taking everything with it. He does, however, list a set of preconditions necessary to initiate this global heist. He was quite sure that this is what is going to happen. As mentioned above, he puts all his hopes onto the shoulders of wealthy but uninvolved people. Musk says next Neuralink brain implant expected soon, despite issues with the first patient Ashley Capoot Elon Musk said Wednesday that his brain tech startup Neuralink hopes to implant its system in a second human patient within “the next week or so.” Executives also said the company is making changes to address the hardware problems it encountered with its first participant. Neuralink is building a brain-computer interface, or a BCI, that aims to help patients by using breakthrough paralysis-control technology. The company’s first system, called Telepathy, involves 64 “threads” that are inserted directly into the brain. The threads are thinner than a human hair and record neural signals through 1,024 electrodes, according to Neuralink’s website. BCIs have been studied in academia for decades, and several other companies including Synchron, Paradromics and Precision Neuroscience are developing their own systems. No BCI company has received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to commercialize their devices. In a livestream with Neuralink executives on Wednesday, Musk said the company is hoping to implant its device in the “high single digits” of patients this year. It is not clear when or where those procedures will take place. A spokesperson for Neuralink was not immediately available for comment. In January, Neuralink implanted its BCI in its first human patient, 29-year-old Noland Arbaugh, at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, as part of a clinical study approved by the FDA. Neuralink said in an April blog post that the surgery went “extremely well.” However, in the weeks following the procedure, Neuralink said some threads from the implant retracted from Arbaugh’s brain. The company reportedly considered removing the implant, but the problem hasn’t posed a direct risk to the patient’s health and safety, according to The Wall Street Journal. Musk and the Neuralink executives on the livestream said only around 15% of the channels in Arbaugh’s implant are functional. Even so, he uses the BCI to watch videos, read and play chess and other video games — sometimes up to 70 hours per week. For upcoming implants, the company said it is working to mitigate retraction and measure it more closely. Neuralink president DJ Seo said one way it plans to do so is by sculpting the surface of the skull to minimize the gap under the implant. Neuralink also plans to insert some threads deeper into the brain tissue and track how much movement occurs, according to the company livestream. The bizarre Soviet zapping of the U.S. embassy in Moscow, an incident which has been known as "the Moscow Signal," may well have been the opening volley of the Invisible War of electromagnetic weaponry. Naturally, the Pentagon and the intelligence community became alarmed at the possibility of neurological and behavioral effects on diplomatic personnel. Microwave authority Dr. Karel Marha of Czechoslovakia declared that microwave bioeffects included pains in the head and eyes, fatigue and overall weakness, dizziness and vertigo, poor night sleep, irritability, fear, hypochondria, tension, depression, inhibition of intellectual functions, and decreased memory. Yet, most of those at the symposium ignored the dangers of human bioeffects. Research biophysicist Dr. Allen H. Frey was more than interested, however. Frey had determined that humans could actually hear pulsed microwaves at frequencies ranging from 300 to 3,000 megahertz. The News Starts to Leak It was not until syndicated columnist Jack Anderson broke the "Moscow Signal" story in 1972 that the public began to learn the truth. Several months after Anderson's microwave column ran, the Soviets accused the U.S. of irradiating chess wizard Boris Spaasky with electronic devices, causing him to lose a championship match to Bobby Fischer. On February 7, 1976, The Los Angeles Times quoted U.S. Ambassador Walter J. Stoessel Jr. as telling his staff that the microwaves could cause leukemia, skin cancer, cataracts, and various forms of emotional illness. Stoessel himself was reportedly suffering from a mysterious illness resembling leukemia, which caused nausea and bleeding in the eyes. Two of his predecessors at the embassy died of cancer. According to National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezhinski, U.S. embassy personnel in Moscow suffer the highest cancer rate in the world. Today, despite a brief respite, the bombardment of the embassy continues, while much of the evidence gathered by U.S. intelligence agencies remains classified. However, raising the lid on Project Pandora has uncovered a box full of secrets about microwave effects. The Eugene Wavelength "A powerful radio signal that may be affecting human health has been monitored in several Eugene locations and in the air three thousand feet above the city," proclaimed The Eugene Register-Guard on March 26, 1978. "The source of the radio signal is unknown." Thus did Eugene, Oregon, become the first major population center to suffer the effects of electromagnetic biohazards. Shortly before the Register-Guard printed the story, a middle-aged Eugene man named Walter Deposkey came down with symptoms remarkably similar to those attributed to microwave sickness. He noted a strange vibration emanating from within his home. He heard voices. He could not sleep. He suffered burning of his cornea. University of Oregon industrial hygienist Marshall van Ert, called upon to investigate Deposkey's complaints, found that he suffered the same symptoms while in the man's home. Disturbed, van Ert recruited several local engineers to investigate. The engineers measured an unusual radio signal which they determined to be capable of producing potential biohazards. After unsuccessfully dogging public health agencies to investigate the matter further, van Ert broke the story in the papers. The Eugene Signal was described as a radio frequency pulse at 4.75 megahertz. It was recorded within at least two local homes and at 3,000 feet above the city. The signal's strength was rated at 500,000 watts - 10 times the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) radio licensed limit. The signal extended as far away as the next town, Corvallis. After receiving 150 documented complaints about the signal, Governor Bob Straub, Senator Mark Hatfield, and Congressman Jim Weaver were prompted to demand an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) investigation. A data analysis by the State Health Department's Radiation Control Section determined that there was "probable cause" linking the complaints to the strange frequency. Said Clifford Shrock, a Textronix, Inc. radio frequency analyst who had written electronics manuals for the CIA and the National Security Agency (NSA), "I was surprised. I'd never seen anything like it before." Reactions to the story flooded in from around the world. Calls came in from people who had similar stories to tell about their own distant areas. Several calls came in from technicians offering their hypotheses about the signal, suggesting a possible link to secret weapons radiation. The people of Eugene began to learn about Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) biohazards in a hurry. No one, however, could get to the bottom of Eugene's problem. The FCC's Enforcement Division assistant chief, Richard Smith, flatly attributed the frequency to a naval transmitter at Dixon, California, nicknamed the "Dixon Duck." Van Ert and others disputed this conclusion. The Navy denied that the Dixon Duck was responsible. When the EPA technicians finally arrived, however, they proclaimed that the mysterious signal did not exist at all. Van Ert, Shrock and others who had felt the signal and measured it strongly disagreed with them. But the EPA investigators held a press conference at which they discredited the reports of the strange Eugene Signal and promptly returned to their Las Vegas headquarters, where they refused to speak to reporters. After this, the investigation folded altogether. The Eugene Signal remains an official mystery. Although the people of Eugene didn't know it, both the U.S. and Soviet military had been working for years to perfect the use of electro-magnetic frequencies as lethal psychological weapons. Similar symptoms reported in such places as Timmons and Kirkland Lake in Canada were traced to a notorious Soviet radio broadcast dubbed by amateur radio operators "the woodpecker." These effects bear a strong resemblance to the biohazards inherent in invisible weapons like the Electro-magnetic Pulse (EMP) under development by the Pentagon. "The Woodpecker" - On October 14, 1976, radio communications throughout the globe were disrupted by powerful radio waves emanating from the Soviet Union. The broadcasts appeared irregularly and varied between very high and very low frequencies. When the U.S., Canada, Great Britain and the Scandinavian countries protested the broadcast, the Soviets apologized, blaming the disturbance on "experiments." After this, the nature of the wavelengths changed, and huge electro-magnetic standing waves formed, thousands of miles long, penetrating the earth and extending into the ionosphere. Because of its characteristic sound, the signal was dubbed "the woodpecker." The sound which ham radio operators heard all over the world sounded like the tapping of a pencil on a table at between eight and fourteen times a second. The wavelength was traced to alleged experiments in the Soviet cities of Riga and Gomel. The standing waves accompanying these experiments stretched down both coasts of North America and along the Eastern frontier of the Soviet Union. "The woodpecker" has been blamed for subsequent shifts in weather patterns resulting from altered trade winds. The change of winds created a drought in the western United States, with severe effects on farming and the U.S. economy. Several agencies fear that such standing waves might well have caused the disintegration of ships - including oil tankers - in the Atlantic. But the potential effect of these standing waves on human beings is cause for much greater concern. Just as the human body's nervous system operates electro-magnetically, so the earth has an electro-magnetosphere which, scientists claim, can be altered to produce dramatic weather shifts. In fact, the earth's ionosphere oscillates at approximately the same frequency as human brain waves, making it a perfect "carrier" off of which electromagnetic radiations - in the brain wave range - can be bounced without any change of frequency. That's in the report, clear as day, but nobody talks about it because only a few people understand exactly what that means to our planet. Lynas spent 3 years of his life poring over 10,000 scientific papers and found that, although it doesn't sound like a lot, a 6ºC temperature rise will pretty much wipe out just about every life form on the planet, us included. Although IPCC scientists had previously projected that there was only a 5% chance of more than a 6.4ºC warming by 2100, the assumptions on which those projections are based have already been exceeded, which is pointed out in this paper in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The paper points out that the assumptions in all 6 emission scenarios considered by the IPCC have already been exceeded. So that's why I am using the numbers from the A1FI scenario, which gave a 5% chance of exceeding 6.4ºC by 2100. If it doesn't happen by 2100, it will not be long after. The bottom line is this: unless we change our ways, there is more than a 5% chance of a mass human extinction in less than 100 years. Most people either don’t understand where disease really comes from and how to get rid of it, or they’ve never really thought through what they do believe about it. Once you think it through you may find that what you thought you understood or believed is not actually rational. Or maybe your approach to it is isn’t. People aren’t always rational, and that’s fine as long as they know it. But in the case of disease the powers that be have purposely obfuscated the truth for profit. The truth itself isn’t profitable. Now some people will already know what I’m going to spell out here, but in my experience they still don’t always apply that knowledge in practice, and the reason seems to be that they haven’t fully understood all the implications, and maybe they are still missing pieces of the full picture. In any event it pays to examine the subject, especially since it’s so near and dear to us. The one who reads through this and still persists in opposition to the principles outlined, without providing any rational argument against them, yet citing “authorities” and “science” as their support, seems to me similar to those distant ancestors who believed illness stemmed from evil spirits, and as their support cited the “authorities” and “science” of their own time. The science supports what I’m going to outline here, and yet the implications of the clear, well-established and not that new science are ignored for profit and will continue to be ignored for profit as long as most people remain unaware of it. So to get on with it: illness and health just come down to a balance between “toxins” and “nutrients”. That’s because we live in a rational universe governed by knowable causes and effects. More toxins, less nutrients: you get sick. Shift the balance back far enough and eventually you get better. We used to think this didn’t apply to every tissue, like the heart or the brain were exceptions, and then we realized they can also heal and regrow, it just takes longer and may require more effort (with nerves the principle “use it or lose it” changes after an injury to: keep trying to use it or never regain it). But if you keep cutting yourself in the same spot every day, you’ll never heal no matter how much Neosporin you slather on. Cutting doesn’t sound like a toxin, so we should define what is meant by a toxin and a nutrient, at least for the purposes of this discussion, where I’m trying to categorize everything at a high level into two opposing buckets. So what I mean by “toxin” is anything that opposes health and by “nutrient” anything that supports it. What are all those toxins and nutrients? How can we go about determining what they might be? A useful framework for thinking about the question begins with considering that the optimal environment for the human body that should lead to a healthy state of being is the natural environment of this planet. The environment the body is designed for, whether by natural evolution or intelligent design, or whatever your preferred world view might be. If a space alien came from a distant planet with an entirely different environment what is the likelihood they would be healthy on earth or any other random rock in the universe? Obviously they are optimized for the environment they originated in. The idea that something within that environment is by its very nature toxic to them would seem absurd. Yet people here on earth think that the sun itself is toxic. Some dermatologists recommend applying sunscreen even if you’re just going from your house to the car, or your car to the office. We know some humans live in physical and social environments closer to the optimal and are therefore much healthier on average. They are outdoors more, exposed to fewer industrial chemicals, eat cleaner, more natural foods. When they move to unnatural environments that foster disease, their health and the health of their offspring deteriorates. Just like a fish in a dirty fishbowl will be less healthy than one in a clean fishbowl which will be less healthy than one in the ocean it was designed to inhabit, the same goes for human beings. Improvement and moving concept with a goldfish jumping from a dirty aquarium to a clean one I AM SO OVER THIS DIRTY FISHBOWL. HEALTHY ME HERE I COME. So we don’t have statin deficiencies, we have environment deficiencies. Most people would agree with a lot of what’s been said so far, excepting the sun perhaps, since it’s been so thoroughly pounded into us that it causes cancer, which brings me to my next point. What makes this topic more complicated is that there are many toxins and nutrients that people don’t usually consider to be such, because they’ve been profoundly miseducated about the way the world works, because there was a time when science had not yet uncovered the mechanistic means by which all these things benefit and harm, so in our eternal hubris we assumed our ancestors were idiots and we knew better. Now we actually do know better - than many of those in our parents and grandparents generations who thought they knew better than the people who came before who really did know better all along - but old lies die hard: one funeral at a time. And new truths are hard won, by slow awakenings, one doc at a time. So, along with sunlight lets uncover some more misunderstood or even unknown toxins and nutrients. On the “toxin” side: nocebo effects can come from your thoughts and beliefs. Negative emotions can physically harm you. These aren’t fantasies, they are physical realities, because the mind affects the brain affects the body and it’s been proven time and again by real scientists, if you don’t believe it you just have to go read up on it, because not knowing it can kill you, or at least keep you very sick for a very long time. There are also many other toxins that most don’t consider like pervasive heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, and various other chemicals, artificial light exposure, other non native electromagnetic field (nnEMF) exposures, etc (all of which can be avoided to some extent and in the case of those harbored within us, gotten rid of to a great enough degree that your body is no longer significantly harmed by them). On the “nutrient” side these are frequently disregarded: sun, relaxation, just turning off, real intimacy and a lot of it, deep sleep, grounding, timing of food, positive thoughts and emotions, nature in all its glory (eg “forest bathing”), fresh air, clean and perhaps even “structured” water, etc. If people do become aware of these and become convinced they might have some benefit or harm in them, they still think to themselves: yeah, but how much can it really matter to me after all? How much can it possibly move the needle? The answer is surprising: seemingly insignificant things can sometimes make all the difference. When a woman eats most of her calories can dramatically affect her risk of PCOS and it’s severity. If she has bigger breakfasts and smaller dinners it lowers insulin resistance, raises ovulation frequency, and lowers testosterone levels. A team of scientists from University of Aberdeen has found ways of controlling people's meals to compare the impact of a large breakfast or a large dinner. How much intimacy you have in your life can mean the difference between having a heart attack or not (up to half the incidence of heart disease might be linked to intimacy alone). How many intimate relationships you have is the number one predictor of how long you live. Oh, yeah let’s not forget the much maligned sun. AKA the glorious fusion-reactor-in-the-sky-energy-source for all life on this planet. If the sun winked out everything, everywhere would die. How much sun exposure a population has predicts all manner of health outcomes from diabetes to cancer to obesity to heart disease and more. Not that more sun makes you sicker. The more sun the better. And it’s not vitamin D levels that make the difference, because profit driven supplement manufacturers made sure to get that hypothesis tested and it failed - i.e. supplementing vitamin D didn’t achieve the profound effects seen in populations that have high vitamin D due to sun exposure (sure, maybe they didn’t take enough, or took too much, but that’s one of the basic problems with supplementation - it bypasses the bodies feedback loops and can cause it’s own problems too - eg I’ve seen multiple patients who over supplemented D and ended up with immune dysfunction up to and including new autoimmune disease, even though autoimmune disease is thought to be caused by low D, that low D may actually be a helpful maneuver by the body due to the disease itself and evidence does not show improvement of autoimmunity with D supplementation, rather evidence suggests that supplementation worsens it!). Share The point is that it’s definitely not just vitamin D that’s important in populations with high D, because in nature when you get vitamin D you get so much more than just vitamin D at the same time. It is sunlight sufficiency that’s important, because sunlight that isn’t filtered by modern window glass (that blocks crucial invisible wavelengths) has dramatic biological effects beyond just raising vitamin D: it lowers blood viscosity, dramatically improves mitochondrial activity and health, improves sleep timing and depth, improves the gut microbiome, raises the right hormones at the right times, activates certain otherwise dormant hormonal pathways, and much more, probably including many things we still don’t fully understand. YOU NEED ANYTHING? TEA, COFFEE … VITAMIN D? And there are many more idiosyncratic relationships between seemingly insignificant lifestyle choices and your health that can be highly specific to you and not most other people. But, the good new is that 95% or more of what you need to focus on is well known and basically generic to everyone. So, if this is all rational and logical and doable, why don’t people believe it will work? Why even after reading this will people still not do anything different? Because they have heard the message every day of their lives in so many ways from so many people that the cause of disease is some deep mystery. The old Nazi propaganda secret that’s not so secret any more: a big enough lie repeated often enough becomes the truth. How many news articles have you seen in your life that bemoan the lack of understanding of xyz disease? What causes it? How to treat it? Scientists just don’t know! He thinks how hard can this be and bets big on the outcome. Quickly he realizes he has been taken for a fool and is far outmatched. The longer he plays the worse it gets. At some point he bows out and brings in a really skilled replacement to help him. The farther along the game is, the harder it will be for the skilled replacement to correct the situation. Cockroach Milk: A Promising Superfood or Nothing but Hype? The term “superfood” has become quite popular in recent years. Nutritionally speaking, there is no such thing. However, certain foods have been called superfoods for marketing purposes if they are considered nutrient-rich and have been associated with health benefits. Recently, cockroach milk has been coined as an up-and-coming superfood, as it’s said to be incredibly nutritious and healthy. This article explains what cockroach milk is, including its possible benefits and drawbacks. CockroachesShare on Pinterest Cockroach milk is a protein rich, crystallized substance produced by a specific type of cockroach called Diploptera punctata (1Trusted Source). This species is unique because it gives birth to live offspring. Members make “milk” in the form of protein crystals to serve as food for their developing young (1Trusted Source). In recent years, scientists have discovered that this milk-like crystalline substance is nutritious and considered a complete food, as it’s a good source of protein, carbs, and fats. Additionally, cockroach milk is considered a complete protein source, as it provides all nine essential amino acids ⁠— the building blocks of protein that can only be attained through your diet (2Trusted Source). This fact is important because most non-meat foods lack one or more of the nine essential amino acids, which is why cockroach milk has gained buzz as a nondairy milk alternative (2Trusted Source). However, harvesting this milk-like substance is currently a labor-intensive process. In fact, lab research has shown that it’s more than three times as nutritious as cow’s milk, buffalo milk, and human breast milk (2Trusted Source). Given that cockroach milk isn’t commercially produced, general nutritional information is unavailable. However, a 1977 lab analysis showed that it comprises the following (5): 45% protein 25% carbs 16–22% fat (lipids) 5% amino acids Moreover, analyses have shown that the milk is a good source of other nutrients, such as oleic acid, linoleic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and short- and medium-chain fatty acids (2Trusted Source, 5). Also, it’s a nondairy milk alternative that is a complete source of protein, providing all nine essential amino acids. This is rare in non-meat foods, as they tend to lack one or more of them, making cockroach milk a unique alternative. May be an option for people with lactose intolerance or milk allergies Lactose intolerance is a common condition that affects 65% of people worldwide (6Trusted Source). It’s caused by a deficiency in lactase — an enzyme that digests lactose, the sugar in dairy products. Symptoms of lactose intolerance include diarrhea, bloating, stomach pain, nausea, and gassiness after consuming dairy products (6Trusted Source). Because cockroach milk is a nondairy product, it’s naturally lactose-free. This means it could be a suitable alternative for people with lactose intolerance or an allergy to cow’s milk. That said, note that there is no shortage of lactose-free dairy milk options that are nutritionally equivalent to cow’s milk and well tolerated by those who have difficulty with lactose. What’s more, it’s rich in key nutrients, such as protein and fatty acids, which tend to be found in lower levels in nondairy milk products. This may make cockroach milk a desirable alternative to cow’s milk from a health perspective (2Trusted Source). Summary Cockroach milk is very high in nutrients and lactose-free, making it a theoretically suitable nondairy milk alternative. Though cockroach milk is a unique nondairy milk alternative, it has several downsides. For starters, although it’s nutritious, it’s very high in calories. One cup (250 ml) of cockroach milk would contain around 700 calories. That’s more than three times the number of calories in a cup of regular cow’s milk. That means consuming too much cockroach milk could lead to weight gain. In addition, there’s currently no research demonstrating that cockroach milk is safe for human consumption. So vulnerable populations, such as children and pregnant women, should avoid consuming it (7Trusted Source). Moreover, cockroach milk isn’t the most ethical drink. According to a co-author of the famous cockroach milk study, making just a single glass of the drink would involve killing thousands of cockroaches (4). Lastly, cockroach milk is not currently readily available and unlikely to become affordable in the future given the difficulty involved in producing it. Plus, many people would find the idea of drinking cockroach milk unappetizing. Summary Cockroach milk has several downsides. It is very high in calories, backed by limited research, and quite unethical and difficult to produce. Thus, it’s not commercially available. Feel free to repost and share widely Global Research articles. *** During the Summer of 1975 I worked as a volunteer on a Kibbutz in Northern Israel, close to the border with Lebanon. As a recent organic farming exponent in the UK, I wanted to explore how this unique socioeconomic experiment on the land was working. Although my stay in Israel was relatively short, it was an intense and meaningful experience. One which, as you will see as this story unfolds, throws a highly prescient light on the current catastrophe. There were maybe two hundred residents of the kibbutz, named ‘Rosh Ha Nikra’. One rose early and went to work on the land, coming back for a common breakfast at 9.a.m. It was too hot to work later in the mornings so one returned to the fields late afternoon to put in another session. At its inception, the basis of this community was carved out of a desert. Only an intense commitment to establishing an enduring self-sufficient village could turn the sour, salty land into something capable of growing sufficient food to provide for its occupants and a trading income. By the time I visited, there was already a thriving rural economy in operation, growing and exporting avocado pears and dairy products. Houses and land are integrated as a cooperative in the kibbutz movement, with no private ownership. Being situated close to the Lebanese border had its disadvantages. Missiles were periodically launched into surrounding territory as unresolved hostilities flared-up intermittently on the border land. It was disconcerting to an outsider, but the Rosh Ha Nikra community was hardened to this reality and did not let it break their daily routines. I am not Jewish, but have worked closely with Jewish colleagues in theatre and education projects based largely in the USA and Belgium. This led me to become interested in further exploring the background to the Israeli/Palestinian tensions that dog the peaceful functioning of the ‘two-state’ land division established in 1948. In a break from the Kibbutz work schedule, I was fortuitously given the opportunity to meet a senior figure of the Israeli military in Haifa. A kind, thoughtful individual who was close to retirement. Questioning him about his perspective on Israeli/Palestinian tensions, he responded in a way that threw a highly significant light on the reality. I recount here my memory of the deeply prescient contents of what he said: “Israel is not a country. The word in Hebrew means ‘to strive with God’ (to work with God). It is a tribal aspiration, it is not a place. To give the name Israel to this area of land is a falsification. It comes from the Zionist belief that this country is the original homeland of the Jews. There is no historical evidence for this belief, it is a dangerous fixation. Zionism is not Judaism.” At the time I was not fully aware of the ramifications of this reply; however it vividly endured in my mind from there on. My host asked what places I intended to visit in Israel. Definitely Jerusalem, I replied. His response was quite firm “Go beyond Jerusalem into the West Bank; into Jordan. Experience this place where Jordanians and Palestinian refugees live and work together.” I took his advice, initially boarding a bus to Jerusalem. It was here that I first experienced an uneasy tension between Palestinian and Jewish citizens. It should be remembered that a number of holy sites in Jerusalem are places of worship for both Palestinians and Jews. The ancient claims of both parties to the rights of ‘ownership’ of these sites causes an atmosphere of distrust and suspicion to never be far from the surface. Over the years, many bloody incidents have flared-up out of this febrile tension. Within deeper spiritual texts of old, bestowing imaginary religious powers on material objects and buildings, is considered a form of blasphemy of God, whose omniscient presence is recognised as a manifestation of infinite spirit, giving equal status to all races, colours, creeds and places. A manifestation of universal truth, not a proclamation about rights of ownership. This reflects on just why associating ‘Israel’ with a material possession would completely distort the true significance the epithet ‘To strive with God’. After exploring the impressive but austere architecture of old Jerusalem, I stepped into a colourful, creaking bus heading down into the ancient city of Jericho. Immediately the atmosphere lifted. The bus and its occupants slowly weaved its way down a long twisting road into the fertile valley below, while Arabic songs wailed out from the radio and the air became perfumed by sweet incense. Arabic headdresses replaced the casual Westernised attire of most Israelis. Outside, barren mountain slopes predominated, but in a number of places basic agricultural cultivations were in progress. Upon arriving in Old Jericho, a hoard of young men exuberantly offered their services to show visitors the local sites. I duly accepted the services of a young man with a broad smile, a good approximation of the English language and a promise of full knowledge of the relics of this ancient city. After a long day spent walking the ruins and rugged path ways, my guide asked me where I was staying. I don’t know, was my reply. Did he recommend anywhere? No he didn’t, advising it was not a good idea to stay in a local hotel. Instead, he invited me to his family home and to attend a ceremony celebrating the birth of his brother’s first child. A raucous event of much fraternal dancing and singing into which I was fully integrated. During more quiet moments my host told me about living in a form of Israeli police state. He admitted the tensions, but never spoke badly of the occupiers of his homeland, even praising Jewish agricultural achievements made on the barren hills East of Jerusalem. I spent a further few days visiting local townships; mostly peaceful, but some of the larger market towns, like Nablus, widely patrolled by Israeli armed police clearly expecting trouble. A few weeks later I left the country, with a strong impression left imprinted on my mind: on the kibbutz I was treated as a co-worker – and in Jordan I was treated as a brother. It was possible for me to see how these two quite different cultures could coexist in peace. But this could only work if the Israeli population would adopt the wisdom of the military leader I met in Haifa; and the Palestinians echo the respect for Israeli workers shown by my young Jordanian friend. Such qualities, forming the foundation of humanitarian inter-cultural respect, are the best, and perhaps only, chance for lasting peace and unity. Almost fifty years later, my reflections are not dimmed. However they have been dashed on the rocks of a terrible political deception which has now emerged as the catalyst for an ethnic cleansing nightmare that blows apart any opportunity for a peaceful resolution. This is a conflict created by the dark spin doctors of the New World Order. It is part of a deadly and carefully planned chess game designed to wipe Palestine, Gaza and the Palestinian people off the map and free-up the country of Israel to become the Zionist capital of the world. Prime Minister Netanyahu has publicly declared as much. For him and his fanatical Zionist colleagues, it is ‘God’s will’ that they should obliterate any and all opposition to the ‘chosen race’ achieving its ends. The great majority of Jews I know – and I believe the one’s I don’t – are appalled by this utterly insane megalomania. They have seen through the distortions and lies that surround the supposed preordained right of total ‘possession’ of this ancient strip of land at the Eastern most point of the Mediterranean sea. Those warm hearted brothers, sisters and elders who presently live in Israel, hold the key to the restoration of sanity. I most ardently call upon them to show the courage and irrevocable determination to resist Netanyahu’s mass extermination plans. Such resistance has the potential to catalyse a large ground swell of bottom-up support from around the world; but to do so – it must start from within Israel itself and embody: Total non compliance with political orders. A nationwide refusal to to be party to the murder of fellow human beings. A solid rebuttal of the demands of military recruitment. A ‘pro humanity’ expression of unequivocal solidarity with Palestinian brothers, sisters and children who share the same territory and know it as home; and whose fate it is to be subject to the view that they are ‘animals’ destined for the slaughter house. No thinking, feeling, self-respecting Israelite could fall into line with such depravity. Israel, as I learned, means ‘to strive with God’. A fine and liberating ideal. So if one is proud to be an Israeli citizen, one should know that this means to carry out actions that will be smiled upon by one’s Creator. This is the true ideological goal of the tribe of Israel. Anything else is a falsehood and must be recognised as that.
