I Quit Eating White Flour & Threw Out All My "Vitamins" - Here's What Happened (Part 1) After I learned synthetic vitamins are poison, the United Nations is behind the Food Fortification program (which drugs the food supply with vitamins) and, like viruses, vitamins have never been properly isolated because they too are a Big Pharma scheme to sell us health made in a laboratory, I began taking a hard look at what I was eating. At this point in my life I had completely quit taking all supplements and I thought I was eating healthy, but upon closer inspection, I was alarmed to discover my entire diet was being synthetically vitaminized and poisoned. Literally everything was tainted, right down to my Paradise Green dehydrated peas… From my bag of rice to my afternoon kombucha drinks, all of the products in my pantry had chemicals slipped in to places least expected - they drugged the peas for f*cks sake! DEHYDRATED PEAS! Many months later, I was in the process of writing The Vitamin Swindle Part 1: The White Bread Scandal, when I learned rats that get into white flour mills won’t touch the flour. The more I researched, the more disturbed I became, specifically regarding white flour and the history of it. I learned about a massive conspiracy between the flour mills, the American Medical Association, Big Pharma and the US government. Long story short, they knew white flour was causing major health issues and they knew living off of it was the cause of “Beriberi”, yet they went out of their way to assure the public it was a great, nutritious product that people should eat for their health. REMOVAL OF WHITE FLOUR FROM MY DIET You see, because white flour, like rice flour, has vitamins dumped in at the mills via the UN “fortification” and “enrichment” program, it is nearly impossible to eat products containing this flour and avoid also consuming synthetic vitamins: (17 second video) So, although I had quit consuming bottled supplements, I was still consuming the same vitamins via the food supply. But after the rat discovery, without hesitation, I axed white flour from my diet. It was so foul that I had to run my bedding to the washing machine every morning for nearly a week. No matter how much I showered I could still smell this awful stench for the first couple days. NO WHITE FLOUR, WEEK #2 I woke up one morning and discovered my underwear were stretched out. I grabbed a different pair and those didn’t fit either. What the heck? Did the washer ruin my clothes? When I pulled on my work pants, those didn’t fit either! I realized I had lost weight - a lot of it. I hurried to the closet to grab my belt, threw it around my wait and slid the buckle right past my usual connection hole. I had lost so much weight in 14 days that I downsized one belt hole! I was quite puzzled because I lost this weight by doing nothing other than quitting white flour; no gym and 0 exercise because I traded that time for writing Substack articles for you. I was tired at 8, asleep by 9 and up at 3am so I could get in a few hours of writing before work. This may sound like a really insane time to wake up, but I love it. My mind is so clear, I am so focused and the world is so peaceful. I think my best content and research is what I am producing at this early hour. Strangely, even though I was waking up so early then spending three hours working before I go into work, I had energy the entire day. Additionally, my mood had become overall more optimistic about everything in life. I began hacking away at the list of sh*t I have been putting off forever. I pinched my love handle area and could only pinch an inch of skin between my fingers. My stomach began to flatten. I even noticed my face looked thinner and the droop in my chin that I blamed on age disappeared. My shoulders began looking defined again and that sure wasn’t from spending 12 hours a day on a pc. Then something really wild happened… MONTH 1 Around the end of the month, I realized my taste buds completely changed. Everything I loved (especially potato chips and dip, Lord I loved me some cheddar & sour cream chips with French onion dip), became disgusting. After being flour-and-chemical-free for over four weeks, Tostitos tortilla chips were inedible because the chemicals in them burned the sh*t out of my gums. Fast food, even my beloved Taco Bell, tasted f*cking terrible - so disgusting that, for the first time ever, I threw it out after two bites. When my spouse, who is not on board with my diet, ordered a pizza, I took one bite then instead made another baked potato. It was at this time that foods containing chemicals or GMOs began killing my stomach. I dreaded dinner at my parents house because I knew I would be dealing with hours of pain. I was forced to cut restaurants our of my life because, even when I selected the best options, I was still forced to endure hours of torture afterward. (btw, I learned we should never be consuming products like Pepto Bismol, instead eat some nutmeg. It works fast too!) But it gets crazier - I started craving produce. For the first time in my life (I’m in my mid-40s), I wanted bananas and I would think to myself, “some cauliflower sounds good today”. I craved a baked potato without cheese - just real butter, real salt, real pepper and herbs (and organic sour cream because I’m no saint). Even more mind-blowing, cheese, as a whole, stopped being a necessity and food tasted great without it. In fact, I began tasting a plastic-type flavor in shredded cheese (even cheese my better-half shreds from full blocks), which was pretty repulsive so I no longer used cheese unless it was goat or sheep. Then, things got even stranger. I was able to somehow tune in with what my body wanted and my body wanted less meat and more beans. I know, it’s wild, right? I never in my life wanted beans unless it was a can refried bean dip for a bag of Doritos. I began to truly enjoy black beans which I previously hated. It drove the spouse nuts because I would want to sleep with the window cracked, even in the winter. MONTH #2 At the beginning of the second month, I estimate I lost around 40 pounds! I didn’t realize I had that much to lose because I am an overall slimmer person and if you would have asked me how overweight I was, I would have said, “I guess I could lose 10 or 15 pounds.”. I lost so much weight that people started asking if I’ve been hitting the gym. When I replied, “Nope, just quit white flour and vitamins”, they looked at me like I was a lunatic, but that was ok. I now looked like I was wearing my father’s clothing, so I had to get new everything in a full size smaller. Then, one more crazy thing happened… and, for me, this was one of the most unexpected changes of all… I stopped drinking my beloved whiskey, not because I wanted to, no sir, I love whiskey. I stopped drinking it because I came home from work one day, walked to my whiskey shelf, picked up a bottle of Blanton’s and, as soon as I removed the cork, I realized I just didn’t want it. This is a feeling I had never experienced in my life. I began drinking when I was 15 years old and had drank ever since. When life felt at its worst, I would buy multiple bottles of whiskey at a time. In fact, I was buying so much that the liquor store would save empty case boxes for me so they were easier to carry to my vehicle. So, on this specific day, as I stood at my whiskey shelf, when I didn’t want to fill up my glass, it was as if my mind misfunctioned. As bizarre as this sounds, I tried to talk myself into having just one glass. My odd conversation with myself ended with the decision to not pour the whiskey and instead drink something else but to come back in an hour and fill the glass up. … an hour later, it still didn’t sound good. I was baffled. That was the first night in my adult life that I went to bed voluntarily choosing not to drink alcohol… and feeling GREAT! I wondered if I would feel horrible withdrawals come morning, but the withdrawals never came. I bounced out of bed, ready to seize the day. And when I got home from work on day #2, drinking again didn’t sound good. MONTH #3 By the third month, my life had completely changed. I was a new person mentally and physically. I felt like I was the best version of myself that I could be. Like a superhero, my senses were all heightened and I became even more aware of things I had been missing around me. Let me give you an important example: Being that my spouse and young adult children are not participating in my diet, they eat all the processed garbage. Vegetables and fruit tastes terrible to them because their taste buds have adapted to the white flour diet. I will be writing more on this topic soon, so do it if you haven’t already: Anyway, I noticed that, when they wake up in the mornings they are physically fine however, within 30 minutes of them consuming breakfast (white flour and chemicals) they begin to develop a slight cough; a single cough or a throat-clearing that repeats approximately every 15 to 20 minutes after the consumption of these products. I observed the identical occurrence with my coworkers. I also noticed, after lunch (a second dose of the same toxins), in addition to the random cough, my older son will start slightly sniffling like allergies. At my job, my associate who stops at Panera Bread each morning for a muffin and a coke, needs allergy medication by noon. In the spring and summer she blames pollen, and when the identical symptoms occur in the fall and winter she blames dust. I had never really put 2 + 2 together... “allergies”… Throughout the first five months, I had a total of maybe 3 drinks, and the wildest part was that I cut myself off after a single drink because it just didn’t taste good. The one evening I was peer pressured into excessively drinking (buddy’s 40th birthday party), I didn’t enjoy it at all and woke up the next day feeling like hell. SIX MONTHS LATER: THE RELAPSE After a half year of being in the best health of my adult life (even better health than when I was bodybuilding because I was poison-free this time around), I had to go out of town for five days. On the upside, I got to stay at a resort. On the downside, I quickly realized there was absolutely nothing for me to eat that didn’t involve white flour, additives or vitamins. I arrived at the resort at 10pm and the only available food was pizza, white bread sandwiches with processed meat and cheese, fried chicken strips with white flour breading, and so on. I went to bed with my stomach growling. The next morning I awoke naturally at 3am, long before the resort breakfast area was open. I got out my laptop and tried to focus on writing while my stomach screamed. At 7am, when the breakfast bar opened, I raced to it, only to discover white flour bagels with processed cream cheese and chemical margarine packets, Dole fruit cups in heavy syrup, Quaker Oat single serve oatmeal with sugar and vitamins, Tropicana fortified orange juice served alongside fortified milk, and Quaker chocolate granola bars. Then there were also seven bananas. I grabbed a plate, took all seven and beelined back to my room. When lunch came, to my dismay, there were no non-tainted food options, and this is when my nosedive began… I selected the beer batter fried fish sandwich which seemed to be the least of all evils. I asked for no bun or toppings, just give me the breaded fish on a plate. Trying to remove the batter from the fish proved unsuccessful. It tasted horrible but I needed something in my stomach. That evening I had time to relax in tropical paradise. I found a good chair to watch the geoengineering over the ocean, it was painfully obvious they were in the process of making Hurricane Debby. While staring at planes spraying the sky and watching frequency being deployed to push the spray in one direction while the natural clouds were moving the opposite direction, the waitress convinced me to try their dark rum pina coladas which, as she stated, were indeed delicious. In fact, they were so delicious that I ordered two more. Thankfully they were also filling, so I didn’t go to bed hungry. The following day was a repeat of the prior. I stole all of the bananas, ate fish covered in white flour then fried in horrible oil, then enjoyed a half dozen high-fructose-corn-syrup-and-chemicals pina coladas for dinner. Later that evening, with clouded judgement, I decide to give those fried chicken strips a try. I even ordered chemical ranch dressing to go with them… then got a shot of whiskey, my first shot of whiskey since getting clean. Before bed I watched the electrical storm over the Atlantic: (11 second video) The third morning I did not naturally wake up at 3am, I instead slept in until after 7. When I got to the breakfast bar, the bananas weren’t available so I chose the fake oatmeal packet. I had this day off work so, come 10am, I was poolside being served dark rum pina coladas. There were now two clearly-defined layers of clouds, quickly moving in opposite directions, and the media was beginning to run their Debby fear campaign. That evening I ordered the pizza and it tasted great. Come morning #4, I didn’t want bananas, I instead opted for waffles with fake butter and cheap syrup. Lunch was a processed meat sandwich. Dinner was a burger with French fries dipped in ranch (I’m not a ketchup person, give me ranch or mayo). And this is where the unexpected happens… I also had the fifth day off work and again overslept by many hours. When I woke up I put on my shorts and noticed my stomach hanging over them. It wasn’t just a little bloated, it was bulged out substantially. I looked at my body in the mirror and I looked like I had gained at least 15 pounds! Dismayed but determined to enjoy my day, I repeated the day prior. All the way home, in the airports and on the planes, I ate trash and drank. Upon getting back to Michigan, I looked and felt like a different person. I was pudgy, tired, short-tempered, unmotivated, and I had a craving for fried foods, pizza and alcohol. Nothing sounded better than a bag of Lay’s and a can of Frito’s Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Dip. That evening I had some of the fast food my spouse and kids picked up for dinner and I finally poured that Blanton’s I passed on many months prior. My first morning back home, I debated stopping at McDonalds on the way into work because a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit sounded incredible, but I refrained only because my motivation had been so stripped that even stopping to get fast food sounded like too much work. The next week was incredibly difficult because my taste buds had completely shifted and all of the clean foods I had purchased tasted bad but all of the processed foods were mouth-watering. My mind was telling me to make a baked potato or slice up cucumbers but my body was telling me “do that tomorrow, for now order Uber Eats.” . After around 12-days of mental war, the cravings ended and I was back on track. It took several weeks for the bloating and water-weight gain to reside completely. 10 MONTHS LATER It has now been around 10 months and I am back to my high school athlete weight. I have zero desire to eat processed food or white flour because it tastes so bad again. I had to get new apparel a second time because, even with the full size smaller clothing, I again looked like I was swimming in someone else’s shirts. In full transparency, not drinking alcohol resulted in a new coffee addiction. Yes, I am completely aware it is bad. In further full transparency, I still enjoy my cigars, but I’ll work on this as time progresses, one thing at a time, my friends. And in a final moment of transparency, I classify a single drink every couple months as “not being an alcohol drinker” and I see nothing wrong with this. This is measured by the air quality index, or AQI - you can google yours, or get a meter to check it locally, which is always best as it varies widely within urban environments. Some people worry not just about the usual smog issues, but also about chemtrails - i.e. aluminum and other particulates falling from the skies due to covert geo-engineering schemes (it seems like private interests can just shoot whatever they want into the atmosphere in the name of climate change, or whatever else). But, regardless of what local industry or the Bond-villainesque mad scientists may do to our skies, there is a local solution to this tragedy-of-the-commons conundrum and it is plants, fungi and water. Studies have shown you can create clean air “micro-environments” within heavily polluted cities, i.e. fixing the air quality along just a single street, with plants that absorb pollutants. One paper from the Royal Horticultural Society in the UK, showed hedges work better than other plants for road pollution. “On major city roads with heavy traffic, we’ve found that the species with more complex denser canopies, rough and hairy-leaves, such as cotoneaster, were the most effective,” says Dr Tijana Blanusa, research lead for the paper and RHS principal horticultural scientist. “We know that in just seven days a one-metre length of well-managed dense hedge will mop up the same amount of pollution that a car emits over a 500-mile drive.” Importantly, plants can absorb all airborne pollutants through their leaves, including all the harmful components of smog, even heavy metals. Some tips for neutralizing air pollution using plants, both outdoors and indoors: Planting Pollutant-Absorbing Vegetation: Use plants with hairy or waxy leaves like Yarrow, Lavender, and Ivy that can easily capture particulates. Plant hedges like Cotoneaster franchetii along roadsides to trap pollutants from traffic. Trees such as Silver Birch and Yew are effective at trapping and dispersing airborne pollutants. Green Infrastructure: Incorporate green walls, screens, and roofs in urban areas to capture fine particles and reduce air pollution. Enhance green spaces by replacing paved areas in front gardens with vegetation to improve local air quality. Indoor Air Quality: Use houseplants like Spider Plants and Rubber Plants, to help reduce indoor VOCs. Hanging gardens are good for small spaces and could help create barriers to better trap cleansed air within a small space. BLACK MOLD!!! Black Mold Spores: Can They Hurt You? - Termiguard Fungi are nature's cleanup crew. They bind and neutralize all toxins, especially heavy metals like aluminum. They are plant’s natural helpers and the necessary ones will already be abundant in any environment that is full of pollution. The plants will capture the pollutants and the fungi will bind them to protect the plants from them (they also do this in our own bodies, which is why wiping them out is probably not the best idea, better to get rid of the “pollution" in you by detoxing). Share ROBUST EMF SHIELDING More robust EMF shielding, particularly useful indoors, is also important, especially for anyone under 30 years old who doesn’t have fully myelinated neurons. But, rather than haphazardly resorting to letting your walls fill up with mold in response to the ubiquitous rays, and especially if you have done or are planning to do a mold remediation, you should consider EMF absorbing paints. This is in contradistinction to the ones that reflect EMF, which can be dangerous especially on the other side, when you’re outdoors, because they work just like light reflections. You can also create unpredictable concentrations of EMFs with reflective screening due to coincident reflections. These could be used on certain of the barriers in your outdoor garden as well to decrease the overall EMF pollution outdoors until you can get the kind of shielding that never leaves your side (go get a tan). Features of EMF Shielding Paints: Composition: These paints usually contain conductive materials like carbon, graphite, or metals such as nickel, copper, or silver (old lead paint was naturally EMF shielding, but silver and copper, though also heavy metals are non-toxic and even used for their antibacterial properties). These materials create a barrier that absorbs and dissipates the electromagnetic energy as heat, rather than reflecting it back. Applications: They can be used on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in homes, offices, and industrial settings where EMF exposure needs to be minimized. Effectiveness: EMF shielding paints can significantly reduce the amount of electromagnetic radiation that penetrates a surface. The level of shielding effectiveness typically depends on the thickness of the paint layer and the specific materials used in the paint formulation. Examples of EMF Shielding Paints: YShield: A popular brand that offers high-performance shielding paint, known for blocking up to 99.9% of high-frequency radiation. It is often used in residential and commercial applications. Tesla Paint: Another option designed to absorb and block EMFs, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. WOREMOR EMF Shielding Paint: This paint is specifically formulated to block radiofrequency (RF) and microwave radiation. This method is used by expensive indoor air cleaners and mops up pollutants in the air better than a HEPA filter. You can buy a variety of these ready-made from garden store outlets, either as standalone fountains or falling water walls, but if that proves too expensive you can also find do-it-yourself plans to make your own with a cheap water pump and some simple piping. The more water, the faster the flow and the more turbulent it is, the better for this purpose. GET BACK OUTSIDE Finally, you have no more excuses not to get some sun and fresh air! Fill your outdoor space with plants and water (mold will show up, EMF shielding paint optional) and you'll be better than good. Do the same indoors and you can sleep easy too. All of those incidents, and more, were deceptions orchestrated by forces that stood to benefit. The schoolbook narratives of all of these events, and many more, are lies. The key that unlocks the truth is the Latin phrase cui bono: who benefits? In all of the above cases, a powerful faction that wanted war—call it the war party—orchestrated deceptions that enabled the wars they wanted. Does the alleged shooting of Donald Trump last Saturday fit that pattern? Like the others, it was a spectacular act of violence that, in retrospect, is likely be seen as history-changing: “The election is likely to be a landslide. This probably reduces uncertainty,” said Nick Ferres, chief investment officer at Vantage Point Asset Management, citing polls that showed a surge in support for Reagan after the attempt on his life. The weak counter-argument admits that the shooting significantly improved Trump’s odds, but those odds are not 100% since “nothing is set in stone.” The long and short of it is that those who want a second Trump presidency were the obvious beneficiaries of an apparently random event that, were it a PR stunt, would have been worth hundreds of millions of dollars to the Trump campaign. The iconic photo of Trump fending off the Secret Service agents tasked with whisking him away ASAP and shaking his fist defiantly as he yells “fight! fight! fight!” could not have been more perfectly scripted. Reality TV actor Trump has never been more in his element. Nor could the shooting have been more perfectly timed. It occurred at the ideal moment to interrupt the news cycle that was about to force Biden to step down in favor of a stronger Democratic candidate. And it happened in the best possible time-frame for energizing the Republican base—and taking the wind out of the anti-Trump media’s sails—just ahead of the Republican convention, which became a spectacularly unanimous coronation-by-acclamation. The “shot that winged Trump’s ear” was even luckier for Trump than for the world’s-worst-marksman who allegedly took it. Most obviously, it gave Trump some blood for the photo op. It also gave him the opportunity to put on an ear bandage that served as a sort of purple heart, or rather a white badge of courage, at the convention. If billion-to-one odds had not been defied, and the world’s-worst-marksman had just plain missed—or, vastly more likely, never been allowed to get off a shot—the whole thing would have fizzled and been forgotten, like the failed attempt against RFK Jr. last September. Indeed, of all human beings throughout all of recorded history, Trump may have been “the luckiest to have gotten shot.” Had he “turned his head at the wrong moment such that the bullet completely missed” he would face much better odds of spending the rest of his life in the big house rather than the White House…or of being actually assassinated, presumably by efficient and deniable means. Indeed, the “shot in the ear” was like another kind of shot we have been hearing a lot about—an inoculation shot. It inoculated Trump against further assassination attempts, including the professional kind that rarely miss. Prior to his miraculously lucky ear shot, Trump was vulnerable to being taken out by any of a long list of deniable methods available to his deep state enemies. They could have laced one of his diet cokes with an untraceable heart attack agent, poisoned his toothbrush as happened to J. Edgar Hoover, or had him shot in such a way as to keep him out of the White House rather than to put him in it. But in the wake of the “lucky ear shot” and apparent Secret Service breakdown that enabled it, if anything happens to Trump, his base will burn down the country. That ear shot quite likely saved Trump’s life, not to mention his political career. That the first serious amateur attempt on Trump’s life actually got off shots, and—mirabile dictu—winged his ear, providing hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars worth of PR for the Trump campaign, proves that Yahweh, or his agents, must have had a hand in it. On the assumption that Yahweh delegated the job to his agents, rather than just rolling up his sleeves and doing it himself, the question arises: “How did Yahweh’s agents manage to pull it off?” Some of my excitable friends will no doubt exclaim: “It was all done with crisis actors! Nobody really got hurt or killed!” They will troll the web for photographs that faintly resemble the gunman and his victim, point out that they are still alive, and claim they have proved that the whole thing was a hoax. Alternately, they will dig into birth, death, and social security records, as well as social and mainstream media, and claim that whatever they find isn’t enough to support the presumption that Thomas Matthew Crooks, Corey Comperatore (who died from a gunshot at the rally) and “a 57-year-old New Kensington, Pennsylvania, resident and a 74-year-old resident of Moon Township” ever existed. These are the people who insist that no planes hit the World Trade Center and that most or all of the 9/11 victims never existed. They think nobody really got hurt at the Boston bombing or the Las Vegas shooting or Sandy Hook. It’s all crisis actors, they say. False flaggers who stage violent events actually hate real violence, so they fake as much of it as possible…sometimes all of it. I am, to say the least, not convinced by those arguments. My study of spectacular, spectacularly deceptive deep state events suggests that the perpetrators generally manipulate perceptions of actual violent events, rather than simply staging fake ones. (The violent events, of course, are generally orchestrated or steered by the perpetrators.) If I were one of Yahweh’s agents… If I were a high-ranking member of the deep state who wanted a second Trump term, here’s how I would have done it. Get the necessary personnel on board. After looking at the extensive files on all relevant personnel, from Trump himself to Secret Service people to potential patsies, I would know who to approach and how to approach them. Here’s how I might approach Trump: “Don, the deep state faction that despises you currently has about an 80% chance of success, defined as keeping you out of the White House by either killing or disabling you or winning/rigging the election. The odds that you end up dead or in prison by the end of 2024 are over 60%. We need to significantly move the dial on those odds. There’s only one way to do it: You need to be ‘wounded’ in an assassination attempt that generates a spectacular, iconic photo, and riles up your base to the point that the Never Trumpers avoid taking you out for real.” “Gosh, Kevin…didn’t Nixon once say ‘that would be wrong’”? “Don, your enemies are absolutely ruthless. We have to be ruthless too. So here’s the deal: A lone nut who couldn’t hit the side of a barn is going to fire a few shots at a Trump rally, and one of them is going to supposedly ‘clip your ear.’ You’re going to flinch at the first shot, reach for your ear, hit the deck, and let one of our guys mess with that ear so that when you stand up, there’s blood. You’re going to take command as they try to drag you off, shake your fist, and say ‘fight fight fight.’ Can you remember those lines?” “Roger.” “And don’t worry about how you’re going to look when the first shot rings out, because you’ll know real bullets are flying so you won’t have to do much method acting.” (Then the same basic approach is used on anyone else who needs-to-know. Obviously, only people whose files reveal them to be strongly pro-Trump and ethically flexible are approached. If Trump, based on his files, is not ethically flexible enough to go along with a shooting that will likely hurt or kill one or two of his supporters, he’s told nobody will get hurt…and if and when he learns otherwise after the event, it will be too late. And if Trump is so ethically inflexible that he won’t do a fake shooting at all, which seems ridiculously unlikely, we’ll keep him out of the loop and find a way to shoot his ear with a BB or something from close range at the moment the first shot rings out.) Recruit a shooter who is a poor marksman from the MK-Ultra contingent. For extra insurance, give him a rifle with a bad sight. Stage a “Secret Service screw-up” to get him on roof and give him time to squeeze off several fruitless shots. (The odds that one of those random shots would actually kill or disable Trump are very low—vastly lower than the 60% odds Trump ends up dead or in prison by the end of the year if he doesn’t take the risk.) Look for places to hold Trump rallies with suitable buildings nearby.Set up contingency plans for three or four possible locations, like JFK’s killers did by having plans in place for Miami (canceled), Dallas (successful), and Chicago (unnecessary), according to James Douglass. Count on mainstream media’s distaste for “conspiracy theories”—and be ready to enforce it. Normally a plan like this would seem risky or impossible, because much of the media hates Trump and would love to destroy him by exposing his or his supporters’ crimes. But there are crimes, and there are crimes. Two-bit crimes like 30-year-old he-said-she-said alleged sexual assaults, paperwork screw-ups, and so on are fair game for media and prosecutors. But massive, horrifying political crimes are routinely covered up by media due to the taboo against “conspiracy theories.” So the odds that significant, influential mainstream media will expose the false flag are very low, and can be made lower by scouring the personnel files of all relevant figures in advance and being prepared to stop them if necessary, as was done to Paul Wellstone and Hunter Thompson after 9/11, and many dozens of JFK witnesses and journalists in the wake of the 1963 coup. But would the deep state even want a second Trump presidency? In the past, it has always been the war party that orchestrates this kind of deception. The Maine greased the skids for the Spanish-American war. The Lusitania greased the skids for US entry into World War I. Pearl Harbor singlehandedly enabled US entry into World War II, by flipping the massive anti-war majority into an equally massive pro-war one. The Gulf of Tonkin incident hugely escalated US involvement in Vietnam. 9/11 unleashed a series of wars for Israel that cost $7 trillion and killed millions of people. Interestingly, the JFK assassination, which led to both escalation in Vietnam and (more importantly) US support for Israel’s 1967 war of aggression, was not the only time that a US president has been inserted, by murderous deception, to enable war. The 1940 Republican convention was rigged, after the murder of the convention manager, to ensure that pro-war unknown Wendell Wilkie, rather than any of the other more plausible candidates (who were all antiwar) emerged as the candidate. Since any antiwar Republican would have easily beaten Roosevelt, the murderous insertion of Wilkie was a necessary step towards US involvement in World War II. (The story is entertainingly recounted in Gore Vidal’s The Golden Age.) But Trump?! He and his vice presidential candidate, J.D. Vance, are skeptical about Biden’s war on Ukraine. Isn’t Trump the peace candidate? In a word, no. Trump’s first term was a war presidency, even more than Obama’s. The Trump team: *Armed Ukraine to the teeth and flooded it with NATO advisors, setting the stage for the current war. *Assassinated Iran’s General Soleimani, a shoo-in to win that nation’s presidency, thereby almost setting off World War III. *Ratcheted up the covert US war on China, in part by attacking China with the COVID-19 anti-economy bioweapon. *Refused to withdraw from Afghanistan. *Refused to withdraw from Iraq and Syria despite demands from both governments. *Massively increased military spending. *Declared World War III against the world’s nearly two billion Muslims by approving Israel’s theft of territory, moving the US embassy to Jerusalem, and generally obeying Netanyahu’s every order, setting the stage for the current genocidal war. If the deep state wants to cut its losses and shift the war front from Russia to China and/or Iran, Trump is the man to do it. Trump is surrounded by fanatics who, like the soon-to-be-pardoned Steve Bannon, believe it is the US’s destiny to defeat China in a hot war. And he is even more surrounded by even crazier fanatics who want to blow up the world in general, and Iran and its allies in particular, on behalf of the looniest wing of the Zionist genocide project. With a Democrat in the White House, Netanyahu has no hope of “finishing the job” of the genocide of Palestine. The massacre of a few million Palestinians, and expulsion of millions more, could only happen under the “fog of war” of an all-out US-and-Israel vs. Axis of Resistance confrontation. And that’s what Netanyahu has devoted his entire political career to engineering. He won’t get it without another Trump presidency. Regardless of the details, whether it involves turning Taiwan into China’s Ukraine, or joining Israel’s campaign against West Asia, America can’t mobilize for all-out war with a Democrat in the White House. Only a chest-thumping macho leader like Trump can infuse America’s fighting men (not women, sorry) with the necessary testosterone-fueled enthusiasm. Nobody with fighting spirit is going to sign up for Biden’s rainbow-flag-waving bisexual army. But Trump’s base will flock like lemmings to fight and die for the Orangeman waving the red-white-and-blue. So if you want war, big-time, you need Trump in the White House. End of story. Please convince me I’m wrong! I wish I were wrong about all of this. I wish Mike King, whose view of Trump almost rivals Q Anon’s, were right. I wish Trump were a real America First candidate, rather than an actor who plays one on reality TV. I wish he were the savior America needs, rather than a false messiah. I wish the “magic ear shot” were a real miracle from the universal God (as opposed to the bloodthirsty tribal idol Yahweh) whose purpose was to put a peace candidate in the White House. So go ahead, try to convince me. I want to believe you. Explain to me, in detail, why logic and evidence proves that the “magic ear shot” could not possibly have been orchestrated in the way I am suggesting, or another roughly similar way. I want to believe you. But the onus—the burden of proof—is on you. Given the historical context, we must assume that the “magic ear shot” event was an orchestrated deception, like its historical precedents, unless there is slam-dunk proof to the contrary. Growing evidence links Covid-19 injections with neurodegenerative disease This includes Alzheimer's and dementia - a moratorium on these genetic injections is long overdue. Alzheimer's disease and dementia already affect every second human on our planet. It is a personal tragedy with gigantic socioeconomic implications. Many people around mod-RNA Covid-injected people have reported personality changes and a decline in cognitive functions in themselves and the people around them. More and more studies linking neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's with mod-RNA Covid-19 injections are being published as I write. grayscale photography of person covering face Photo by Danie Franco on Unsplash Usually, for a medication to be licensed, it must first be proven safe, as regards autoimmunity, cancer, and fertility. Strangely, this requirement has not been met for Covid-19 injections, and this year we are seeing an unusual rise in infertility, cancer, autoimmune diseases and now also a growing incidence of symptoms of cognitive decline. Note that this trend began in 2021 when the Covid-19 injections were first rolled out and not 2020, when Covid-19 was declared a pandemic. Share Spike proteins and the blood-brain barrier It is well known that spike proteins – produced as a result of mRNA Covid-19 injections – cross the blood-brain barrier, potentially damaging the brain. Several studies have examined this phenomenon and found evidence of spike protein accumulation in the brains of individuals who received Covid-19 shots. For example, a study conducted in May 2023 discovered spike protein presence in the brains of individuals affected by Covid-19 shots, even years after injection (Seneff, 2023). This long-term exposure to spike proteins was associated with neuronal damage. Another study from Spring 2022 (Mörz, 2022) reported the presence of spike protein in the brain of a deceased person who had received the Pfizer/Biontech injections. There is, therefore, no longer any reasonable doubt that spike proteins formed in human cells as a result of mod-RNA "vaccination" are able to enter the brain and cause damage there at will. Studies showing an increase in neurodegenerative diseases just keep coming A recent comprehensive study conducted in South Korea (Roh, 2024) further contributes to the discussion. The study randomly assigned half of the population of Seoul, aged 65 years or older, to receive Covid-19 shots and collected data on their well-being. The analysis, based on a large sample size of 558,017 individuals, revealed a significantly increased incidence of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer's disease in those who received mRNA Covid-19 shots compared to the unvaccinated group. The study's findings indicate that individuals who received mRNA Covid-19 shots had a higher risk of developing mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease. This risk increased over time, suggesting the possibility of permanent and compounding damage, and was double the expected incidence after only three months. It thus increased the risk of mild cognitive impairment by 138% and the risk of Alzheimer's by 23%. Here are yet more studies indicating neurodegenerative decline after Covid-19 mod-RNA injections: A study published in Cureus in 2023 (Seneff, 2023) explored the potential role of the spike protein in neurodegenerative diseases and highlighted cumulative exposure to spike proteins as a risk factor. Another study published in the same year (Radomyslsky, 2023) investigated the association between Covid-19 injection and the development of Alzheimer's disease. The potential for the production of amyloidogenic protein (Valeria, 2022) – a protein associated with Alzheimer's – was demonstrated in 2022. Another paper published in 2023 shows the spontaneous formation of amyloid-like self-assembling nanostructures that might induce protein misfolding or even amyloidosis (Morozova, 2023). Ongoing monitoring and investigation into the long-term neurological impacts of these injections are urgently needed and represent another red line that should not be crossed in the experimental use of a novel gene therapy. Cognitive decline after Covid infection of "vaccinated" people People over 85 with Covid-19 were at significantly increased risk for a new diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease within 360 days after the initial Covid-19 diagnosis (Wang, 2022). The mechanism of this association has been the topic of numerous studies (Chen, 2022). Since several studies have demonstrated a so-called class switch of antibodies to ineffective IgG4 antibodies following “vaccination” (Irrgang, 2023; Kalkeri, 2024), people are left with a weakened defence against a new Covid-19 infection. Many reports describe a sudden and immediate worsening of Alzheimer's symptoms in the Covid-19 "vaccinated" after another acute infection. Often, this will be labeled Covid-19-induced, but instead, it seems to be the result of a weakened immune system incapable of clearing the viral infection as a result of Covid-19 injections. Conclusion: stop the injections, now In conclusion, evidence suggests an association between mRNA Covid-19 injections and the development of neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have shown the ability of spike proteins to cross the blood-brain barrier and cause damage to the brain. Additionally, comprehensive research from South Korea found an increased incidence of mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease in individuals who received mRNA Covid-19 shots. Given that 70% of the world's population has been injected with some form of Covid-19 gene therapy injections, an immediate moratorium should be implemented. Jab-Induced Immune Fatigue (ADEx): An Insidious Gateway to Transhumanism and Human Control Is this intentional to pave the way for transhumanist implants through injecting our bodies with harmful nanoparticles and nanotechnology by weakening our immune system’s response to them? Dr. Peter and Ginger Breggin Twenty thousand VAERS deaths have now been reported to the FDA.1 In our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators,2 we document why there are at least 100 unreported deaths for every one death that gets sent to the CDC’s monitoring system, called VAERS. As a result, we almost surely now have at least 2 million deaths from the mRNA “vaccines” in America. Now we examine an overlooked method by which the COVID shots can cause physical ruination and death through exhaustion of the immune system, and how this will play into the ambitions of the global elite and especially the transhumanists. [continue reading below] Both SARS-CoV-23 and the COVID jabs4 can weaken the immune system, in part by impairing the function of critical T cells. While the CDC is willing to say that the disease of COVID-19 causes impairments of the immune system, the global predatory organization, of course, does not confirm vaccine-induced immune dysfunction and weakness. Nonetheless, as early as April 2022, four courageous researchers, Stephanie Seneff, Greg Nigh, Anthony M. Kyriakopoulos, and Peter A. McCullough, documented complex COVID “vaccine” impairments to the immune system:5 In this paper, we present evidence that vaccination induces a profound impairment in type I interferon signaling, which has diverse adverse consequences to human health. … These disturbances potentially have a causal link to neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, impaired DNA damage response and tumorigenesis [causing cancers]. We show evidence from the VAERS database supporting our hypothesis. We believe a comprehensive risk/benefit assessment of the mRNA “vaccines” questions them as positive contributors to public health. [Emphases added.] An editorial, “Repeated vaccination and ‘vaccine exhaustion’: relevance to the COVID-19 crisis,” was published online May 3, 2022 in Expert Review of Vaccines. According to the expert review, “The potential for repeated vaccination to cause vaccine exhaustion and, consequently, reduce protection against microbial infection merits further study.”6 They observe, “The European Medicines Agency has warned that repeat COVID-19 booster doses could adversely affect the immune response.” A June 5, 2022, article in Virology Journal reported:7 Recently, The Lancet published a study on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines and the waning of immunity with time. The study showed that immune function among vaccinated individuals 8 months after the administration of two doses of COVID-19 vaccine was lower than that among the unvaccinated individuals. According to European Medicines Agency recommendations, frequent COVID-19 booster shots could adversely affect the immune response and may not be feasible. An examination of the Lancet article shows that the global predators, who have been deeply involved in pushing the worst of the narrative, manage to make lemonade out of the lemons of vaccine-induced weakening of the immune system.8 The globalist Lancet declared that the waning effectiveness of the “vaccines” indicated the need for even more booster shots! Confirming Post COVID “Vaccine” Injuries. On November 10, 2023, a large group of scientists and physicians from Yale and several other universities published a study of the “Post-Vaccine Syndrome,” which described the experiences of 241 individuals who joined an online project called LISTEN at Yale from May 2022 to July 2023. The median time between the jab and the onset of symptoms was a mere three days, mostly spanning 1-8 days! This strongly confirms causation. The median age was 46, and 80% were female, which raises the threat of the affinity of jab-related spike proteins for the ovaries. In my experience, studies like this based on spontaneous reports from the victims are more likely to detect the range of adverse effects from medical treatment than any other research approach now available to us. After these adverse effects are identified, more focused studies can be used to estimate their frequency in the general population. The study summarized their findings: The five most common symptoms were exercise intolerance (71%), excessive fatigue (69%), numbness (63%), brain fog (63%), and neuropathy (63%). In the week before survey completion, participants reported feeling unease (93%), fearfulness (82%), and overwhelmed by worries (81%), as well as feelings of helplessness (80%), anxiety (76%), depression (76%), hopelessness (72%), and worthlessness (49%) at least once. Because these reports are coming from individuals rather than their healthcare providers or other outside observers, they are mainly psychological or emotional symptoms. As we shall see below, the CDC confirms that subjective symptoms of fatigue and brain fog are among the most common and most disabling from long COVID. It is important to compare these symptoms related to vaccination to the symptoms of long COVID since the “vaccines” reproduce COVID by forcing the body to make the deadly spike protein found on the virus. A list of post-COVID symptoms from the CDC overlaps with many of the above post “vaccine” symptoms.9 The following chart compares three of the most common major causes of disability from Long COVID listed by the CDC, with the corresponding top 3 out of 4 symptoms from Post-Vaccine study LISTEN in brackets: Post-COVID: Tiredness or fatigue [Post Vaccine: excessive fatigue (69%)] Post-COVID: Difficulty thinking or concentrating (sometimes called “brain fog”) [Post Vaccine: brain fog 63%] Post-COVID: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing [Post Vaccine: exercise intolerance (71%)] In the general listings by the CDC of post-COVID symptoms, many are psychological, including depression and anxiety, and they too overlap with post-vaccine symptoms. Fatigue and brain fog seem to dominate the picture of both post-COVID and post-vaccine syndromes. With the exception of very serious medical problems, these symptoms of fatigue and brain fog are the most disabling. My own experience with COVID confirms these findings. After I was hospitalized for a very serious case of COVID-like illness for five days in early April 2023, I experienced several months of Long COVID, including severe fatigue in all aspects of living as well as “brain fog” in the form of a general reduction in my speed and clarity of thinking, and a lack of engagement in life, including with my family. Reports on post-COVID and post “vaccination” adverse effects, and my own personal experience with severe COVID, confirm my theory that all neurotoxins (poisons that affect the brain) produce a common endpoint that involves apathy, reduced engagement with life, and loss of mental acuity — and that these effects make us less sovereign and more controllable by authoritarians and totalitarians. I have most recently described my general observation that the elite have favored brain-damaging “therapies” for humankind since the 1930s with lobotomy and electroshock (ECT), followed by the crushing antipsychotic drugs in 1954 and the subtle SSRI antidepressants in 1989. My analysis is titled, “The Elite Strategy to Physically Ruin Our Brains, Minds, and Willpower: Are they now purposely continuing to damage our brains, minds, and spirits.”10 ADE and ADEx: Their Contribution to Post-COVID and Post-Vaccine Syndromes ADE is the acronym for “antibody-dependent enhancement.” The word “enhancement” is a bizarre euphemism for a deadly reaction in which an infection followed by a vaccine, or vice versa, a vaccine followed by an infection, combine to cause potentially deadly over-reactions of the immune system. Sometimes the deadly reaction takes the form of a cytokine storm, in which elements of the immune system called cytokines give excessive signals for more antibody responses. In medicine, there are examples where overstimulation of a system can harm it. Cortisol suppression is an example of organ or system exhaustion and potential failure from overstimulation of the system, in this case, from almost any form of psychological or physical stress.11 In two of my earliest solo publications, I used my own hands-on animal research to draw conclusions about how excessive levels of the “fight or flight” hormone, adrenaline, produce a feedback mechanism from the hypothalamus that causes a paradoxical fatigue after the initial over-stimulation during “fight or flight.”12 ADE — the overreaction of the immune system to overstimulation — can cause immune exhaustion, which we are labeling ADEx. ADEx is one probable cause of Long COVID and post “vaccine” symptoms of frequent illnesses, fatigue and exhaustion, brain fog, and fast-growing treatment-resistant “turbo” cancers that occur when the immune system is weakened, often compounded by brain injury and mental dysfunction from the agents that compromise immunity.13 The potential adverse effects of a compromised immune system include those mentioned in the above quote by Stephanie Seneff and her coauthors: “neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, impaired DNA damage response, and tumorigenesis.” But is ADEx purposeful? Can it accomplish something far more insidious than even cancer or death that meets the deepest needs of the elite globalists, the global predators? A More Insidious Purposeful Result of Immune Exhaustion (ADEx) Ginger Breggin may be the first to have recognized an even more insidious reason why the elite might want to weaken all of our immune systems. Their motivation is to enable transhumanism. The globalists are intent on remaking human beings to perform tasks that benefit the elite. They want better warriors to impose totalitarianism on humanity. They want super-humans melded with AI computers to advance their technology and to manage their technocracies — the totalitarian institutions run by technocrats under their control. They want fewer humans, and they want them to be more docile and obedient. They want humans willing to sacrifice their well-being without reservation, and they want billions of more docile and obedient humans to serve them without rebelling. Ultimately, these elite globalists, the Apex Global Hunters, want longer, healthier lives for themselves. What has this got to do with weakening the immune system? Suppressing the immune system is a core strategy in transplantation medicine. The single biggest challenge when introducing a transplant into a human body is that the body’s immune system will consider the transplanted organ or other substance to be foreign and, therefore, an invader requiring attack by antibodies and specialized cells. One of the transhumanistic goals, as being developed by Elon Musk, requires modifying the behavior of people with implantations of electronic receivers and transmitters in the brain.14 Many are concerned that the mRNA or DNA “vaccines” are also implanting metallic and other construction materials in our blood that can self-assemble nanoparticle electronic receivers and transmitters in our circulatory system that are potentially under external control. The Department of Defense is a part of the global elite, and for decades it has been experimenting with how to artificially enhance the capacity of soldiers. So has Communist China’s military. Immune responses that interfere with biomedical devices remain a challenge15 to these aspirations. As in transplants of hearts, faces, or other body parts, the immune system often must be weakened to avoid immune rejection of them. When most of us already have immune systems weakened by genetic jabs and COVID-19, including by exhaustion of the immune system (ADEx) — transhumanists will have broken a biological barrier to making their transhumanistic fantasies come true, from building human beings more able to serve and less able to rebel against them, to preserving their own healthy lives as long as possible. A New Threat That May Depend on Our Weakened Immune Systems Even metallic elements, which are being reported in “vaccines” and in the bloodstream, might be destroyed or rendered ineffective by the immune system.16 Reports of unidentified materials, including metals, have been increasingly reported in freshly drawn blood by Ana Maria Mihalcea17 and other experienced physicians and researchers. David Hughes wrote a lengthy, detailed scientific review concerning findings of seemingly active objects circulating in the blood and concluded with an ominous warning:18 Between July 2021 and August 2022, evidence of undisclosed ingredients in the COVID-19 “vaccines” was published by at least 26 researchers/research teams in 16 different countries across five continents using spectroscopic and microscopic analysis. Despite operating largely independently of one another, their findings are remarkably similar and highlight the clear and present danger that the world’s population has been lied to regarding the contents of the COVID-19 “vaccines.” This raises grave questions about the true purpose of the dangerous experimental injections that have so far been shot into 5.33 billion people (over two-thirds of the human race), including children, apparently without their informed consent regarding the contents. Surprise findings include sharp-edged geometric structures, fibrous or tube-like structures, crystalline formations, “microbubbles,” and possible self-assembling nanotechnology. The blood of people who have received one or more COVID-19 “vaccines” appears, in case after case, to contain foreign bodies and to be seriously degraded, with red blood cells typically in Rouleaux formation. Taken together, these 26 studies make a powerful case for the full force of scientific investigation to be brought to bear on the COVID-19 vaccine contents. If the findings of these 26 studies are confirmed, then the political implications are nothing short of revolutionary: a global crime against humanity has been committed, in which every government, every regulator, every establishment media organization, and all the professions have been complicit. Some of the objects found circulating in the blood are metallic.19 The immune system will sometimes attack metals, including those that rub off on the skin. A weakened or exhausted immune system would be less able to resist small metallic objects in the bloodstream if the genetic “vaccines” were also weakening the immune system. Some of the foreign objects found in blood appear to have qualities associated with biomedical electrical devices. When larger versions of these devices are implanted for measuring or stimulating biological processes, the immune system can also fight them off if special measures are not taken.20 It seems reasonable that nanoparticle biomedical electrical devices would be much more vulnerable to attack by the immune system, again requiring measures to weaken the body’s immune response in order to protect them. Other Potentially Lethal Effects of Weakening the Immune System Making us unable to defend against harmful alien substances injected into our bodies along with the mRNA is not the only danger from weakened immunity or ADEx. The immune system not only fights off viruses, bacteria, and parasites, but it also fights off cancer cells and tumors.21 Some viruses have been identified as contributing to the development of cancer in immunosuppressed subjects after organ or stem cell transplantation, or with HIV infection.22 How does one explain the increase in malignant tumors, including “turbo cancers,” being seen in people who have been given the mRNA “vaccines?” Within our own social community, we have seen too many cases of cancers that turn out to be larger, more widespread, less treatable, more rapid in development, and more fatal than expected. Doctors with great integrity are reporting the phenomena and being dismissed by establishment medicine.23 Nor are cancers the only other potential illnesses that can result from lowered immunity. Skin, intestinal, and neurological problems can occur. But most obviously, bacterial, viral, and parasitic infections can become more frequent and more deadly. Conclusions Have the global predators contrived their COVID genetic “vaccines” to cause deadly excessive immune overreactions, followed by vastly weakened immune responses? Have they done this purposely, along with all their other planned actions, like developing SARS-CoV in labs, spreading the virus around the world, outlawing early and effective treatments for COVID like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, pushing deadly treatments like Remdesivir and ventilators, enforcing injections of so-called vaccinations that have maimed and killed millions of people, and enforcing harmful and immune-compromising behaviors such as masking practices and shutdowns of schools, small businesses and churches? Specifically, those who are imposing their will on us, the Apex Global Predators, knew the pseudo-vaccines, which many are now accurately designating as bioweapons, were unsafe for even experimenting on humans, let alone flooding most of humanity with them. They knew excessive inflammatory reactions caused by storms of antibodies would injure and kill people, and they knew that a vast array of other adverse effects would occur. Did they also intentionally pave the way for transhumanist implants through injecting our bodies with harmful nanoparticles and nanotechnology by weakening our immune system’s response to them?24 The answer is they did this purposely, exactly as they are knowingly and for their own benefit, systematically perpetrating all their COVID assaults on us, as we demonstrate in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey.
