I have been working on the writ of Prohibition and the motion for Double Jeopardy--just in case I get the Ohio law license by the court order (Writ of Mandamus). Also, addressing the fact that I have OH. Fed R. Civ .P 59 for my case if the judge wants to make an improper dissent on my case. I know that the wheel of justice does move slowly--especially, in the Federal Court.
