I have been working on the writ of Prohibition and the motion for Double Jeopardy--just in case I get the Ohio law license by the court order (Writ of Mandamus). Also, addressing the fact that I have OH. Fed R. Civ .P 59 for my case if the judge wants to make an improper dissent on my case. I know that the wheel of justice does move slowly--especially, in the Federal Court. Hopeful, I can share the my case number and information after the judgement, and I can should you how powerful the Consitutional of United States can be if done in a proper manner and civil way. I'm wait for the judge to issues an opion before I raise any other motion (for example FRCP 59) in my case. I have sent out other motion addressing the Federal Rules of Civil Produces (FRCP); however, on the Pacer account look like the Southern District Court have not got them. I have a few cases that are strong like the Keller v. State Bar of California, 496 U.S. 1 (1990) and Wisconsin v. Jonas Yoder, 406 U.S. 205 (1972). Both of which are supreme court cases. Just to name a few. however, It is really just a simple case in which were was no Due Process right under the 14 Amdenement, but again their was a few issues that have to be supplied with in the cross-claim to the judge.

I have filed a lawsuit against the Ohio Bar Admission a month ago in the District Court over not giving a hearing or a case number to appeal the claim to the Ohio Supreme Court. I'm still waiting on a reply from the judge. I can only hope good things will happen from this.
