  • SELF CARE = SOUL CARE What does self care mean to you?
    For me it means taking a day off during the week. A day where I take a hot bath, put on my eye patches, drink my favourite almond chai latte and read my notes for my online course “become your own goddess” . I never really shared this but since I was 10 years old I have struggled with mental health. These old patterns came up again a few weeks ago but thanks to my Tony Robbins coach, I have found strategies that help me have more positive patterns in my life and prevent the old limiting patterns coming back. Normally the old patterns come up when I am tired, exhausted or stressed. This is why for my mental health, a self care day, including 8 hours of sleep became a must for me. For everyone out there, get enough sleep, include a self care day every week, eat what feels good for you and be proud of the person you are.
    I hope this post helps you to take care of yourself.
