FOOD & GAS RATIONING Through Executive Orders: Shockingly TERRIFYING One of the most important things you will read this year: How the American government swiftly took away everything from its citizens in under 24 months, without Congressional approval... Agent131711 “the conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society.” - Edward Bernays, Propaganda You’d better read this and start preparing now: The best way to learn how they’re going to do it is to learn how they already did it - a horrifying history lesson that is likely to repeat by, or in, 2030, just in time for the United Nations 2030 Agenda, a program in which everything is rationed, starting with utilities, food and land. I always knew rations were implemented during WWII, but I never learned how they did it and I sure as hell never thought it was this diabolical. This research utterly shocked me and it will shock you too. We are already in the beginning stages of the rationing program, all they need now is to pull the trigger and all of this will happen again, just as quickly as it did 85 years ago… please read this because the devil is in the details… The year was 1942. America was about to jump into World War II and the president, Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR), claimed to be concerned about the financial impacts the war would have on society. This meant something needed to be done, pronto. FDR, through Emergency Powers, avoided Congressional oversight and created the Office of Price Administration (OPA). The seemingly-innocent OPAs single job was to stabilize prices (price control) to prevent harmful inflation, but as soon as the group was established it warned of a serious rubber shortage, so serious that if not addressed, America may fall. The OPA wasted no time in making themselves the gatekeeper of rubber by creating a tire rationing program. The first step the OPA took was clamping down on the sale of new tires, but it soon claimed this was not sufficient. The American public was blindsided when the OPA announced that a ban on tire repair had gone into effect. With this new law, 30 million drivers no longer had access to tires and were not allowed to have their current tires mended. A system was then created that would give approved members of the public the privilege of purchasing tires, but only in limited amounts. This system involved only allowing the sale of tires to those who possessed certificates, but even then, those fortunate enough to obtain a certificate were allowed to possess only a limited number of tires, 5 total, without exception. All additional tires were ordered to be turned over to the local gas stations for collection by the government. The only alternative was hardwood tires which, if you were lucky to get your hands on some, only lasted a few hundred miles: A mechanic shows off two pairs of hardwood tires—the pair on the left is new while the other has been driven 500 miles. The OPA realized that were too many citizens for them to monitor and control on their own so they recruited help. 8,000 rationing boards were created to oversee the tire-rationing program. Although citizens were informed that tire rationing was helping America stay in the war, it just wasn’t enough. Next came the implementation of restrictions placed on the sale of new vehicles - and by “restrictions”, I mean a complete ban. The ability to purchase a vehicle was “frozen” until a rationing program could be created. All new vehicles sent to dealers were to be held and stockpiled for the government. Car dealers could not sell a vehicle unless permission was granted on a case-by-case basis. Permissions were granted if the sale of the vehicle was deemed in the best interest of the public. At the end of the first month of the vehicle sales ban, citizens expected the freeze to lift, but instead of releasing the stockpile to the public, all vehicles were placed into long-term government-controlled storage. The public was informed that while rubber rationing, in combination with the vehicle sales ban, was helping America in the war, it still wasn’t enough. Without more rationing America would surely fall, so next came gasoline rationing. The reason for the gas rationing was fear of an oil crisis. The idea of an oil crisis confused citizens because, at the time “the United States was entirely self-sufficient in oil, and indeed was a major exporter of petroleum products. At the outbreak of the Second World War in 1939, North America accounted for 64 percent of the world’s crude-oil production. (The Near and Middle East’s share, by contrast, was a mere 5.7 percent.)” - yet it was imperative to implement a rationing program, just in case. The rationed crude oil would be stockpiled by the government so the United States can keep fighting the good fight. People now had to obtain and display decal stickers on their car windshields which placed them into group A, B or C of the driving hierarchy. A windshield bearing an A-sticker was a nonessential driver, this meant this individual did not need gas rations, therefore, if they were to receive their ration, they would be allotted only 2.5-3 gallons per week. Because they were deemed nonessential, their driving was capped to 60 total miles per week, regardless of reason. However, with the gas ration of only 2.5-3 gallons, there was no way to drive 60 miles per week because the average vehicle got 15 miles per gallon, meaning citizens could only drive 45 miles if they received the full 3-gallon allotment. The American Home Front During World War II: Rationing, Recycling, and Victory Gardens (U.S. National Park Service) If you were fortunate enough to receive a B-sticker decal, you were semi-essential and could receive up to 5 gallons weekly, which would allow for 75 miles of travel per week, however this too was capped at 60. The public was then told that they should never be driving alone because it’s wasteful. In fact, those driving solo were to be linked to Hitler. Meanwhile, over 200 members of Congress were given “X cards” which allowed them to purchase unlimited amounts of gasoline and drive as they wanted. While all of this was going on, the government used tax money to link the rich Texas oil fields with the northeastern states through the construction a giant pipeline. This new pipeline was to help the stockpile by giving the oil tycoons free infrastructure… all so America can keep fighting the good fight. Next, the public was informed that while tire and gas rationing, in addition to the complete ban on vehicle purchasing, was helping it still was not enough to keep us winning the war. The OPA realized it needed to do more so it went to work establishing a more expansive rationing program, under which everything could be limited including consumer items and commodities, such as shoes, silk stockings, perfumes, and processed foods. (because if there’s one way to defeat the Axis, it is through limiting hosiery and fragrances) To ensure citizens were abiding by the new rules, the OPA needed more help. “More than 30,000 volunteers were recruited to handle the vast paper work involved in controlling prices on 90 percent of the goods sold in more than 600,000 retail stores and issuing a series of rationing books to every man, woman and child in the United States.” image3 … but it still wasn’t enough... As of May 1942, “the OPA had frozen or was readying to freeze the prices on practically everything. Virtually all consumer goods were either rationed or soon would be. Sugar would be rationed first and coffee would soon follow.” Buy Me a Coffee (before its rationed) When sugar rationing began, “Individuals were required to go to local grade schools, where volunteers and teachers interviewed them, checked on the size of the family and how much sugar they had at home. Then, based on what the rationing board heard, the individual was issued a ration book with a year’s worth of stamps.”. The first page of the book “displayed warnings that violating the rationing rules and regulations could result in fines of up to $10,000 and 10 years of imprisonment. This was followed by a series of rules. The rationing book could only be used by the person to whom it was issued and if that person left the country or died, the book had to be surrendered back to the government.” The rationing booklet was designed for even further limitation of purchases. “For example, if a can of corn was listed at 7 ration points, and the purchaser had only a 10-point stamp left for the week … [the purchaser] would lose three ration points as part of the purchase.”. Additionally, rationing stamps had expiration dates to ensure they could never be saved. All of the rationing programs were spun as being patriotic and given champion names like Victory Tires. The media ran stories of cheerful citizens being eager to help and begging to further ration. They claimed many in the public chose to donate their tires or vehicles to the government to help us win the war. It didn’t take long for rationing coupons to become a secondary monetary system in which new red and blue cardboard tokens were introduced, each valued at one-point. These tokens resulted in less of a point loss for citizens who had no way to make change. “As the war drew on, nearly every item Americans ate, wore, used or lived in was rationed or otherwise regulated”. Disney jumped in to help the US government push tax propaganda on the people (must see 3-minute video): …but even with the tax increase, the gas rationing, the tire rationing, the vehicle purchasing freeze, food rationing, the stamp system, the tax increase and utility rationing, it still wasn’t enough. Without more effort America was certain to fall… so next came rationing on canned food… The reason for this? We needed the metal for war. Enter: Victory Gardens and Recycling (although it wasn’t called recycling at the time). Victory Gardens first came about during World War I, when the same rationing and food shortages were occurring. Citizens planted gardens for food production and it worked. The gardens were brought back for WWII which, due to extreme government rationing, featured even worse food shortages than the first war. If things weren’t bad enough already, Americans were laboring long, hard hours, working for the defense industry, building weapons or performing other war-related tasks, mostly in factories. Because of the extended work days, employees were earning large amounts of money, however, because everything in society had been taken away or frozen, their money was useless. Now that meat was on the ration list, they could not even purchase a big, juicy roast for dinner for their family. The reason the entire USA had to ration meat was so it could all go to the troops to ensure they got enough. This lead to a meat shortage which lead to the OPA implementing another ration via declaration. A Meatless Tuesdays policy was mandated which quickly turned into Meatless Tuesdays and Fridays. But being that you couldn’t get the meat in the first place due to rationing, it basically became Meatless-Everyday. Fish was also rationed for the same reason as meat; the soldiers needed all of it. To combat “unauthorized food distribution”, the OPA sent investigators out to hunt them down and make arrests. (because the only way to defeat tax-raising Hitler was to make sure the Johnson family didn’t have steak for dinner on a Meatless Friday). And just when you think it cannot possibly get worse, factories that currently made consumer goods were directed to cease and instead help build airplanes, tanks and other war essentials. This quickly resulted in the few items that had not yet been added to the rationing list, such as radios, washing machines and other appliances, vanishing from stores because there was no one manufacturing them anymore. All of these efforts still were not enough to ensure an American war victory, so more needed to be done, specifically in the area of gasoline usage. Although citizens were only allotted 2.5-5 gallons per week, more restrictions were implemented. FDR “ordered a ban on pleasure driving, as well as a 35-mile-per-hour speed limit on all of America’s highways.”. The new 35mph rule was referred to as “Victory Speed” and it was to be enforced by police. Reducing the speed limit to 35 mph saved both rubber and gas. The rationing continued to worsen as the years rolled on. Come spring of 1943, when the Sears, Roebuck and Company catalog was released to the public, it contained a complete list of rationed farm equipment. Additionally, “planting, seeding, and fertilizing machinery were listed, as were tractors, and dairy farm machinery and equipment.”. There was even a section in the catalog titled “If you are a farmer or poultry raiser and want to buy a hand pump”. The next thing to vanish was the lumber and home building supplies, followed by the builders themselves. Just like the radio and washing machine manufacturers, the home construction companies were directed to build housing only to aid the war. (1 minute video) As expected, the excessive rationing of everything and the scarcity of non-rationed items lead to crime. Ration books were being stolen. People were even breaking into OPA offices to take them in bulk. Others counterfeited stamps. The black market continued to expand into baking ingredients, gasoline and other life necessities. The demand for black market products resulted in delivery truck drivers being hijacked which lead to drivers being forced to arm themselves. The government, through the OPA, ran an anti-black market campaign, while at the same time continually changing the stamp system, which resulted in further driving people to black markets. They next went after slaughter houses. Make This Pledge The OPA enforced actions against 280,724 violators of rationing and price laws. Penalties were up to one year in prison and a five thousand dollar fine. “One in fifteen businesses — wholesale, retail, service and so on—was charged with illicit transactions.”, but fining and jailing the general public did not stop the black markets. Within a matter of time it was estimated that at least 20% of all transactions were through black market sellers because the citizens were desperate to get goods and food. Even when the war was over, the OPA stayed in place to protect the people from inflation. After almost eight years of nightmare, on March 14, 1947 the General Liquidation Order was issued, scheduled to go into effect a little over 60 days later, on May 29, 1947. This Order abolished the OPA. The end result was complete devastation and scarcity. My grandfather came home from war both physically and mentally wounded, having seen things so horrible he would never share them with us. My grandfather died believing his sacrifice was what was required to ensure this would never happen again in America… and here we are… AGENDA 2030 & AGENDA 2050 Regarding the OPA and rationing, were these programs just to help fight the good fight? Or were they a test run for something much larger? Here his sister called the police and reported Walter as out of control yelling at his parents–but was he? And if he was targeted, what about her? Let the Censorship and Revision of History Begin to Serve King Trump Published on November 9, 2024 by Brian Shilhavy Editor, Health Impact News When I watched Donald Trump’s acceptance speech just after Fox News declared him the winner of the elections this week, I was amazed at how he singled out one person on his campaign team whom he credited his “winning” the elections to the most, Susie Wiles. I spent the next two days researching this person, as I had never heard about her before. From some of the things I was reading about her, specially that she was a behind-the-scenes person who shunned the spotlight, many in the media who knew about her speculated that she could be Trump’s Chief of Staff, but that it would be highly unlikely, because she did not want to be in the spotlight. When it was quickly announced by Trump himself on Thursday that he did, in fact, appoint her to be his Chief of Staff, which would give her incredible sway to decide who the other cabinet members and other heads of federal agencies would be, I decided to publish my research on her, and specifically, that she was a Big Pharma lobbyist. My guess is that they were pressured by the Trump Team to take it down, because someone also contacted me and demanded that I take it down. Well I am not going to do that. Louis Conte is listed as the “Health Freedom Editor” of “The Kennedy Beacon”, and when you click on his name it takes to you to this page: I find it ironic, and perhaps characteristic of many Trump MAGA supporters, that “truth” is apparently defined through the person of Donald Trump, and if something that used to be “true” to the extent that Louis Conte actually published an article about the truth of Susie Wiles, is apparently no longer true because it has apparently been removed because it no longer fits the Trump MAGA agenda, especially when it comes to the subject of Big Pharma, vaccines, and the COVID Scam. And now it apparently begins, as I predicted, that once Trump got into office we would start seeing some of the most vigorous efforts at censorship that would potentially pale in comparison to the censorship we saw under Trump’s first presidency, when all dangers and reports of how bad Trump’s COVID-19 “vaccines” were being reported, quickly disappeared on social media sites and was heavily censored. That part of history is apparently being scrubbed off the Internet and being re-written, because according to most of the MAGA and Trump believers, only Joe Biden did that. So after finding the Archive.org copy of the now deleted article on The Kennedy Beacon and adding that back into that article, I next went to Musk’s “champion of free speech” platform X to preserve a link from that article to a clip from an interview with Dr. Drew and attorney Thomas Renz from earlier this year, where they too talked about Trump’s public comments criticizing Robert F. Kennedy’s “Fake vaccine” views. Thomas Renz also blamed Susie Wiles for that statement Trump made, and I did not want to lose all this previous blame placed on Wiles back then, as they apparently attempt to censor this information now that Trump is in office, because it will make him look bad. Here is the clip that is now on the block chain video platform, Odysee. I have a LOT of respect for Dr. Drew and Tom Renz, and I have highlighted their work from 2021 and following about exposing how dangerous and deadly the COVID-19 “vaccines” were. You can look up their names on Health Impact News and see the positive coverage I have given to them in the past for their fine work. Will they too now try to backtrack or sugar coat the things Trump is doing, and will most certainly continue to do, in putting people like Susie Wiles into power who are Big Pharma supporters and will deny that the COVID-19 shots caused so much death and destruction? Tom Renz said about Susie Wiles and her Big Pharma contacts that this is the “single most important one issue for an election in the history of our country“, and “these people are not going to forget, they’re not going to forgive” what was done to them under COVID. I hope that doesn’t change, because based on the emails and comments I have received after publishing that article, I know for a fact that many Trump supporters already do give Trump a free pass on this appointment, and ridiculed me for bringing this to the public’s attention. As far as I know, nobody else in the “alternative” media covered this news about Susie Wiles like I did. And the liberal corporate media most certainly won’t, because while they don’t like Trump, his views on vaccines and the COVID-19 vaccines are actually something they agree with Trump on. But there were a few brave souls who picked up my article and exposed it to their readers, and I am sure that they too have paid the price and had many criticize them for doing so. These are men whom I do not know personally and have never met, and it goes without saying that I probably have some different views on other issues than what they have. But let’s be clear here: to criticize Trump in the “alternative” media is to invite attacks and ridicule, and very few will do it. And while the left corporate media will attack Trump on other issues, this is one where they will NOT, because BOTH parties are solidly PRO vaccine, and pro COVID “vaccines.” Those who do expose Trump in the “alternative” media, obviously value “truth” so much that they will endure the attacks and ridicule. So I want to start giving credit where credit is due to these real “truth warriors”, who decided this was essential information to bring to their readers, while others tried to pressure me to take it down. It starts with the other “Q”, not the fake one during Trump’s first presidency that got so much media attention, but the one who apparently is not afraid to publish inconvenient truths that others dare not, and that is Steve Quayle, who has a huge audience and sent thousands of people to our site to read this important information. The next one was Jeff Rense, and also Henry Makow. I have never met any of these publishers, but the one thing that we now have in common after the recent elections, is that we are not afraid to tell the Truth about Donald Trump, and we are willing to endure the scorn and ridicule for doing so. Anyone who participates in censoring negative information about Donald Trump and his criminal enterprises with Operation Warp Speed four years ago, and tries to scrub those truths off of the Internet, does not deserve your readership. Facebook Censors Gone Wild James Bovard Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg recently lamented how his company groveled to federal demands to censor any criticism of the Biden administration’s Covid policy. But is Facebook really launching a “Brave New World” era of free speech? Facebook notified me on Sunday morning that eight years ago, I posted a link to my Washington Times article warning of Dictatorial Democracy regardless of whether Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump won the 2016 election. The opening sentence set the tone: “The 2016 election campaign is mortifying millions of Americans in part because the presidency has become far more dangerous in recent times.” Facebook always gives users the option to “share” a “Memory” link. I tapped the button to automatically send a notice on “Dictatorial Democracy” to all my Facebook friends and followers. No such luck: Facebook notified me that they had banned sharing the piece because it violated Facebook “Community Standards.” Maybe if I had simply howled about one of the current presidential candidates being Hitler, that would have satisfied Facebook’s Community Standards? Is suppressing any mention of dictatorship a policy designed to placate federal overseers? Or are Facebook’s Community Standards guardians really as dumb as Tim Walz? Why was mentioning “dictatorial democracy” acceptable in 2016 but forbidden in 2024? After Facebook blocked my repost of the Dictatorial Democracy piece, I posted the above photo mocking their decision. Facebook banned the photo, too. Facebook permitted me to request a review of that ban. The response offered a multiple-choice menu of protests. I was disappointed there was not a “You people are boneheads” option. Their “review” process seemed as vapid as their original decree: And how does the process work? Facebook’s A.I. software checks to confirm the initial decision by Facebook A.I. to ban a post. I sit on the edge of my chair, awaiting the verdict from Facebook software. Actually, I thrashed Facebook seven years ago in USA Today for suppressing a post I did about FBI atrocities at Waco, Texas in 1993. That piece noted the Waco fire image was not the first time that Facebook erased an iconic image that the US government would be happy to see vanish. Facebook likely deleted thousands of postings of the 1972 photo of a young South Vietnamese girl running naked after a plane dropped napalm on her village. After coming under severe criticism last year, Facebook announced that it would no longer suppress that image. But Facebook was already shamelessly craven to foreign governments, including Germany, Turkey, Pakistan, and India. I warned that Facebook’s “nonchalance about engaging in the electronic equivalent of book burning abroad” signaled that the company could do the same here. Actually, the Dictatorial Democracy ban might not be the most inane ruling I have seen from Facebook this year. In June, they blocked my posting a link to a Future of Freedom Foundation podcast because it contained the cover image of my new book, Last Rights: The Destruction of American Liberty. Facebook claimed my post violated “community standards” because it was spam. How could it be spam if it was clearly labeled and included a video and link from a reputable organization – well, at least reputable to libertarians, anarchists, and hooligans? Facebook notified me that I could appeal their ruling. Fine – I can explain their blunder in three sentences. No such option. Instead, they offered a series of pages where I could check a box that looked like it was designed for kindergarten. “It’s not offensive in my region” – ya, that’s a great option to sway the Facebook Content Moderation Police in Manila. I am pretty sure that the Facebook Appellate Division never sent me their verdict on this content. Looking at that strikedown of my book cover, I wondered: Has Facebook gone full Idiocracy? Or maybe that already happened during Covid? Facebook placated the Biden White House by promising to delete any posts or comments that suggested “COVID-19 is man-made or manufactured” – even though federal agencies now admit that the virus likely came out of a US government-funded lab in Wuhan. On March 21, 2021, White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty notified Facebook that suppressing false information on Covid was not enough. A Facebook official assured the White House that Facebook was also suppressing “often-true content” that might discourage people from getting vaccinated. White House officials even ordered Facebook to delete humorous memes, including a parody of a future television ad: “Did you or a loved one take the Covid vaccine? You may be entitled…” President Biden denounced Facebook for killing people because it did not mindlessly repeat the Party Line on Covid. In June 2023, Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the feds “asked for a bunch of things to be censored that, in retrospect, ended up being more debatable or true. That stuff…really undermines trust.” A few weeks after Zuckerberg’s comment, Federal Judge Terry Doughty ruled that the White House and federal agencies “engaged in coercion of social media companies to such an extent that the decisions of the social media companies should be deemed that of the Government.” Doughty slammed the Biden administration for committing potentially “the most massive attack against free speech in United States history.” Unfortunately, condemnations of federal censorship by federal judges apparently did nothing to put starch into Facebook’s spine. Or maybe Facebook would massively censor its users even if it didn’t expect any rewards from Washington? On August 27, Zuckerberg sent a letter to a Congressional committee stating that “senior officials from the Biden administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured” Facebook to censor content. Zuckerberg regretted that his company cowered, more or less: “I regret that we were not more outspoken about it….We made some choices that, with the benefit of hindsight and new information, we wouldn’t make today.” But Zuck promised that Facebook would “not compromise our content standards due to pressure from any Administration” in the future. So we should trust that Facebook will not again become a willing executioner of Americans’ freedom of speech, except for any references to “dictator” that might discomfit people? My 2016 piece declared, “The United States may be on the verge of the biggest legitimacy crisis since the Civil War.” That legitimacy crisis has worsened over the past two presidential terms. The demolition of free speech by social media companies such as Facebook is compounding the loss of trust in American institutions. If it is no longer safe to mention the word “dictator” regarding presidential candidates, the First Amendment will be worth less than the most noxious campaign promise. Many residents are on the streets, bleeding, as Israeli forces have destroyed ambulances and are targeting anyone who tries to help. New York Times: American doctors who volunteered in Gaza report massive number of children shot in the head Some eyewitness accounts from the New York Times: At least 44 doctors, nurses and paramedics saw multiple cases of preteen children who had been shot in the head or chest in Gaza. A spokesperson for the I.D.F. responded with a statement that did not directly answer whether or not the military had investigated reports of shootings of preteen children, or if any disciplinary action had been taken against soldiers for firing at children. The statement began, “The I.D.F. is committed to mitigating civilian harm during operational activity. In that spirit, the I.D.F. makes great efforts to estimate and consider potential civilian collateral damage in its strikes. According to social media posts, Loffredo was detained on Tuesday along with four other journalists who were “beaten, blindfolded, and taken to an Israeli military base.” They also had their phones confiscated. Loffredo remains in custody, while the others, including Andrey X, were released 11 hours later. Loffredo’s last video posted on X reported the damage caused by the Iranian missile strikes on Israel’s military sites on 1 October. Social media users believe this is the reason for his detention as no local news organisations have covered the damage from the attack. Netanyahu says it will be Lebanese civilians’ fault if Israel destroys Lebanon Various agencies report: Once again, Israel is setting the stage for massive civilian casualties – this time in Lebanon – and placing the blame for it squarely on the civilians’ shoulders. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu released a video statement Tuesday, calling on the people of Lebanon to “free [their] country from Hezbollah,” threatening them with “destruction and suffering” if they refused to do so. “You have an opportunity to save Lebanon before it falls into the abyss of a long war that will lead to destruction and suffering like we see in Gaza. It doesn’t have to be that way,” Netanyahu said, as his country’s air force continued to launch non-stop raids across Lebanon. Israeli officials have been saying they’re going to destroy Lebanon like they destroyed Gaza for months. Back in December Israel’s defense minister Yoav Gallant said, “Every person in Lebanon can take the map, the aerial photograph of Gaza, place it on an aerial photograph of Beirut, and ask themselves if this is what they want to happen there.” Now Netanyahu himself is saying this. Notably, Netanyahu’s statement was delivered in English, with English subtitles. This wasn’t actually a plea made to the people of Lebanon, it was propaganda made for western consumption. Netanyahu does not actually believe the Lebanese people are going to take up arms against Hezbollah to stop their country from being destroyed, he’s just creating a narrative to justify what he already plans on doing to Lebanon. And the US is encouraging Israel to move forward. On Tuesday State Department Spokesman Matthew Miller told the press that the Biden administration no longer supports a ceasefire with Hezbollah, saying “We support Israel’s efforts to degrade Hezbollah’s capability” instead. Following Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s threats toward Lebanon, the US on Wednesday warned that the situation there must not turn into something resembling the situation the Gaza Strip, where more than 42,000 people have been killed in the last year. “We cannot and must not see the situation in Lebanon turn into anything like the situation in Gaza. That would, of course, not be acceptable,” State Department spokesman Matthew Miller told reporters. The Hind Rajab Foundation—named after the 6-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed in January along with half a dozen relatives and rescue workers by Israeli troops invading Gaza in retaliation for the October 2023 Hamas-led attack—said that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) personnel identified by name in the International Criminal Court (ICC) complaint “are accused of participating in systematic attacks against civilians during the ongoing genocide in Gaza.” “This complaint, supported by over 8,000 pieces of verifiable evidence—including videos, audio recordings, forensic reports, and social media documentation—demonstrates the soldiers’ direct involvement in these atrocities,” the group explained. “All of the named soldiers were located in Gaza during the genocidal assault, and the evidence reveals their participation in violations of international law.” “This complaint is not only the largest ever submitted to the ICC, but it is also a milestone in documenting Israeli war crimes for future generations,” the Hind Rajab Foundation said. “By meticulously identifying the perpetrators and detailing their crimes, we are establishing a historical record that will ensure the individuals responsible are remembered and held accountable.” (Read more about the case here.) The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the slain men as Issam Mohammad Suleiman Salaj, 30, Abdul Halim Mohammad Nasser, 43, Salim Izz al-Din Mahmoud Abu Saada, 40, and Naim Mohammad Raji Abdul Hadi, 32. Media sources said Israeli undercover forces infiltrated the town and surrounded a house, before additional military vehicles invaded it. Media sources in the town, said the soldiers fired an Energa shells at the home, killing the Palestinian. Sources from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said their crews received a report of an injury inside the besieged house, but Israeli forces detained the injured young man, abducted him, and withdrew. The army later confirmed the death of the slain Palestinian, identified Abdul-Rauf Rajeh Hamed Al-Masri, 37, but refused to allow the release of his corpse. Palestinian Minister of Agriculture Rezq Basheer-Selimia told the press that the ongoing restrictions imposed by the Israeli army and attacks by the Israelis are affecting Palestinian farmers, noting that at least 100,000 acres (approximately 404.69 sq km) of olive groves in the West Bank are not available for harvesting. For example, Palestinians in Madma, a town of 2,500 inhabitants in the northern part of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, are unable to harvest their 5,000 acres (around 20.23 sq km) of olive groves. They pose no health hazard of any kind.” January 2000-July 2001: Clifford Carnicom receives the first official refusal from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for his request to analyze sample(s) collected underneath an aerial spray operation (“Fibrous Substance Sample”; refusal letter requires 18 month response time form date of request. March 2001: Retired U.S. Army General Al Cuppett, a former insider of the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, blows whistle to U.S. military Central Command about the presence of Russian (and possibly foreign national) pilots that are using United nations aircraft for their spray operations, conducted through aerial spray operations above the U.S. mainland. Cuppett alleges this activity dates back to 1993, when the Treaty on Open Skies was officially ratified by the U.S. January 2002: TOS is officially in force after Russia and Belarus complete their ratification processes. 2001-2006: Samples are collected on the ground underneath aerial spray operations and analyzed by numerous civilian investigators in the USA (Idaho, GA, and other locations), The samples reveal a wide variety of heavy metals, toxic chemical compounds, bioengineered fungi, and other biological active materials in the samples collected. It is named “Morgellons” because its reported symptoms of fibers protruding from the skin are supposedly similar to symptoms reported in the 1600’s by a French physician named Morgellon. No one seems able to accurately diagnose what causes this mystery disease. 2004-2006: the U.S. Center for Disease Control says that patients reporting these symptoms are most likely suffering from “delusional parasitosis,” and recommends people suffering with Morgellons to be referred to an psychiatrist for mental evaluation. CDC maintains this posture for four years in the face of mounting criticism and contrary evidence. 2005: The Weather Modification Research and Technology Act further legitimizes and expands rationale for aerial spray operation above the U.S. mainland. Thus, the Act includes regulatory statutes for vector control and mass aerial immunizations in addition to weather modification dispersion of specific chemical “chad materials.” 2006: Samples of fibers and other materials are removed and collected from 24 particpants, located in various global locations. All 24 participants are reported to have anomalous Morgellons-like symptoms. The samples were sent to Dr. Hildegarde Staninger (Integrative Health Systems, LLC), and analyzed by four (4) independent laboratories. Initial findings determine that the fibers are silicone based with a two part polyester resin of acryolin and methylmethacrylates. The findings also reveal no biological substances are present. Subsequent findings from these and additional samples taken from individuals within a wide geographical area of distribution all indicate the presence of advanced nano materials (extremely small manufactured materials). It stops defining this syndrome as a sign of likely “delusional parasitosis,” and defines it as a condition of unknown origin, possibly associated with Lyme’s disease. These are very, very small machines, to small to be seen with the naked eye, which can self assemble into larger machines. Big pharma corrupted medicine, I don’t trust it anymore GUEST POST: by Julie Sladden, MD Maryanne Demasi, PhD Julie Sladden, doctor (retired) and writer, made the difficult decision in 2021 to decline the covid-19 vaccine and close her medical practice. Julie now works in politics, as a local government councillor and political adviser. It was one of those conversations you never forget. We were discussing – of all things – the Covid injections, and I was questioning the early ‘safe and effective’ claims put forward by the pharmaceutical industry. I felt suspicious of how quickly we had arrived at that point of seeming consensus despite a lack of long-term safety data. I do not trust the pharmaceutical industry. My colleague did not agree, and I felt my eyes widen as he said, “I don’t think they would do anything dodgy.” Clearly, my colleague had not read the medical history books. This conversation slapped me out of my own ignorance that Big Pharma’s rap sheet was well-known in the profession. It isn't. With this in mind, let’s take a look at the history of illegal and fraudulent dealings by players in the pharmaceutical industry; an industry that has way more power and influence than we give them credit for. Before I continue, a word (not from our sponsor). There are many people working in this industry who have good intentions towards improving healthcare for patients, dedicating their lives to finding a cure or treatment for disease. Some therapeutic pharmaceuticals are truly lifesaving. I probably wouldn’t be here today were it not for a couple of lifesaving drugs (that’s a story for another time). But we must be very clear in our understanding. The pharmaceutical industry, as a whole and by its nature, is conflicted and significantly driven by the mighty dollar, rather than altruism. There are many players and different games being played by the industry. We ignore these at our peril. The rap sheet of illegal activities is alarming. It seems that barely a month goes by without some pharmaceutical company in court, somewhere. Criminal convictions are common and fines tally into the billions. Civil cases, with their million-dollar settlements, are abundant too. A 2020 peer-reviewed article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association outlines the extent of the problem. The group studied both the type of illegal activity and financial penalties imposed on pharma companies between the years 2003 and 2016. Of the companies studied, 85 per cent (22 of 26) had received financial penalties for illegal activities with a total combined dollar value of $US33 billion. The illegal activities included manufacturing and distributing adulterated drugs, misleading marketing, failure to disclose negative information about a product (ie significant side effects including death), bribery to foreign officials, fraudulently delaying market entry of competitors, pricing and financial violations, and kickbacks. When expressed as a percentage of revenue, the highest penalties were awarded to Schering-Plough, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Allergan, and Wyeth. The biggest overall fines have been paid by GSK (almost $US10 billion), Pfizer ($US2.9 billion), Johnson & Johnson ($US2.6 billion), and other familiar names include: AstraZeneca, Novartis, Merck, Eli Lilly, Schering-Plough, Sanofi Aventis, and Wyeth. It's quite a list, and many of the Big Pharma players are repeat offenders. Prosecuting these companies is no mean feat. Cases often drag for years, making the avenue of justice and resolution inaccessible to all but the well-funded, persistent, and steadfast. If a case is won, pharma’s usual response is to appeal to a higher court and start the process again. One thing is clear, taking these giants to court requires nerves of steel, a willingness to surrender years of life to the task, and very deep pockets. For every conviction, there are countless settlements, the company agreeing to payout, but making no admission of guilt. A notable example being the $US35 million settlement made, after 15 years of legal manoeuvring, by Pfizer in a Nigerian case that alleged the company had experimented on 200 children without their parent’s knowledge or consent. Reading through the case reports, the pattern of behaviour is reminiscent of the movie ‘Ground Hog Day’ with the same games being played by different companies as if they are following some kind of unwritten playbook. Occasionally there is a case that lifts the lid on these playbook strategies, revealing the influence of the pharma industry and the lengths they are willing to go to, to turn a profit. The Australian Federal Court case Peterson v Merck Sharpe and Dohme, involving the manufacturer of the drug Vioxx, is a perfect example. By way of background, Vioxx (the anti-arthritis drug Rofecoxib) was alleged to have caused an increased risk of cardiovascular conditions including heart attack and stroke. It was launched in 1999 and, at peak popularity, was used by up to 80 million people worldwide, marketed as a safer alternative to traditional anti-inflammatory drugs with their troublesome gastrointestinal side effects. In Peterson v Merck Sharpe and Dohme, the applicant – Graeme Robert Peterson - alleged the drug had caused the heart attack he suffered in 2003, leaving him significantly incapacitated. Peterson argued the Merck companies were negligent in not having withdrawn the drug from the market earlier than they did in 2004 and, by not warning of the risks and making promotional representations to doctors, were guilty of misleading and deceptive conduct under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act 1974. In November 2004 Dr David Graham, then Associate Director for Science and Medicine in FDA’s Office of Drug Safety provided powerful testimony to the US Senate regarding Vioxx. According to Graham, prior to the approval of the drug, a Merck-funded study showed a seven-fold increase in heart attacks. Despite this, the drug was approved by regulatory agencies, including the FDA and the TGA. This finding was later supported by another Merck-funded study, VIGOR - which showed a five-fold increase, the results of which were published in the high-impact New England Journal of Medicine. It was later revealed by subpoena during litigation, that three heart attacks were not included in the original data submitted to the journal, a fact that at least two of the authors knew at the time. This resulted in a 'misleading conclusion’ regarding the risk of heart attack associated with the drug. By the time Peterson v Merck Sharpe and Dohme, and associated class action involving 1660 people, was heard in Australia in 2009, the international parent of MSD, Merck, had already paid $US4.83 billion to settle thousands of lawsuits in the US over adverse effects of Vioxx. Predictably, Merck made no admission of guilt. The Australian legal battle was a long, drawn-out affair, taking several years with more twists and turns than a cheap garden hose (you can read more about it here and here). Long story short, a March 2010 Federal Court finding in favour of Peterson in was later overturned by a full bench of the Federal Court in Oct 2011. In 2013, a settlement was reached with class action participants which resulted in a mere maximum payment of $4629.36 per claimant. MSD generously waived their claim for legal costs against Peterson. What's notable in this battle was the headline-grabbing courtroom evidence detailing the extent of alleged pharmaceutical misdeeds in marketing the drug. The pharma giant went to the lengths of producing sponsored journals with renowned scientific publisher Elsevier, including a publication called The Australasian Journal of Bone and Joint Medicine. These fake ‘journals’ were made to look like independent scientific journals, but contained articles attributed to doctors that were ghostwritten by Merck employees. Some doctors listed as honorary Journal board members said they had no idea they were listed in the journal and had never been given any articles to review. But wait, there’s more. The trove of internal emails presented in evidence revealed a more sinister level of operation. One of the emails circulated at the pharma giant’s US headquarters contained a list of ‘problem physicians’ which the company sought to ‘neutralise’ or ‘discredit.’ The recommendations to achieve these ends included payment for presentations, research and education, financial support of private practice, and 'strong recommendation(s) to discredit.' Such was the extent of intimidation, one professor wrote to the head of Merck to complain about the treatment of some of his researchers critical of the drug. The court heard how Merck had been ‘systematically playing down the side effects of Vioxx’ and their behaviour ‘seriously impinge(d) on academic freedom.’ This alleged systematic intimidation was extensive as it was effective. Result? Merck made over $US2 billion per year in sales before Vioxx was finally pulled from pharmacy shelves in 2004. In his testimony, Dr David Graham estimated that between 88,000 and 139,000 excess cases of heart attack or sudden cardiac death were caused by Vioxx in the US alone before it was withdrawn. These systems of influence, manipulation and tactics were largely operative when Covid arrived. Add to that the ‘warp speed’ development of novel ‘vaccines’, government green lights, pharmaceutical indemnity and confidential contracts. Now you have the makings of a pharmaceutical pay day the likes of which we have never seen before. It should come as no surprise then, the recent announcement that five US states – Texas, Kansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Utah – are taking Pfizer to court for withholding information, and misleading and deceiving the public through statements made in marketing its Covid-19 injection. That these cases are filed as civil suits under consumer protection laws is likely to be just the tip of the pharmaceutical playbook iceberg.
