Chilling at the gym after swimming session

Back to the city again loading up after swimming! The big lake here cools us like lake Michigan or the Pacific cold in Vancouver and the chill goes through every Layer of clothes. I think it is the humidity that does it from the body of water nearby.

Swimming session done just after lunch, not feeling speedy...

When I was done swimming today some teenagers came to practice the start and dive from the block , they landed flat and I took some time teaching them how to aim down and get
more energy into the start. The picked up quick and it was so satisfying to see them improve so quick. They had a swimming competition coming up tomorrow.

Good they have time enough from work and stuff to be able to take the Saturday off also. My swimmingpool is closed unfortunately so I went to the stadium next to it. In a country with so much tourism alot of things are always open, and maybe just closed on Sundays, so this was nice to see they don’t have a knife to their throats.
