When one receives a calling it comes from God, and the result is that he ministers to those who gather together on Sundays. 👉God’s Word and God’s Will are NEVER at cross purposes, so it is NEVER God’s Will for you to work on Sunday. Is there anything which is more obviously a means of grace than the gathered meeting of God’s people for the preaching of God’s Word? My friend, nothing is more important an activity for every human being to involve in, to immerse in, than the preaching of the Word of God. It’s the means of grace. Not the only means of grace, but certainly the preeminent one. 👉Yet when one works on Sundays he abandons the means of grace. He forsakes it for work. He lowers its importance relative to earning money. That is at least foolish. And it is very likely prideful. Because we need God’s grace. Can’t do without it. And what Paul speaks of here to Timothy is not a Christian possessing money, but money possessing a Christian, or money possessing anyone, for that matter. 👉What does Paul mean when he speaks of the LOVE of MONEY being the ROOT of SOMETHING? He is speaking of the love of money giving rise to something, the love of money causing something, the love of money being that from which something else springs. So, when you love money something happens, something springs from that root, something grows and is nurtured by that love you have for money. 👉What? "All evil." Now, by "all evil" we must not understand that all instances of evil can trace their origin to the love of money. That’s preposterous on the face of it because we know that there was no money in the garden of Eden, and yet Eve sinned, and so did Adam. So, Paul does not here refer to every instance of evil having as its source the love of money. 👉 What he is saying here is that "all kinds of evil" is produced by the love of money. The love of money is the root of every imaginable kind of evil. The love of money is the root of all sorts of evil. My friends, you can’t imagine what sorts of evil springs from the heart of someone who loves mone 👉You do know that men have killed for the love of money. You do know that woman have sold themselves into prostitution for the love of money. You do know that mothers and fathers sell their own children for the love of money. I know people who have left Bible believing Churches to attend pastors believing churches, simply because there were no constraints in the pastors believing churches as to how you make your money,so long as their offerings are large and they pay their tithes. 👉Let me tell you something, brothers and sisters, if something results in you erring from the faith, it’s bad. Recognize that the greatest evil is that which deprives you of the greatest good. Something’s badness, it’s wickedness, is not to be evaluated by how heinous you think it is, how nasty you think it is, but by what good it takes from you and deprives you of. 👉What, then, can remove you from the Christian faith? What will pull you away from God’s people, from Christ’s Church, and from the Gospel? The number of Palestinian children—whether infants or children in general—killed by the Israeli army is horrifying, and the rate of their killing is unprecedented in the history of modern wars. After leaving the apartment to obtain a birth certificate for his two newborn children, the father of the infants returned to discover that all of his family members—including the twins’ grandmother—had been killed in an Israeli attack on the building. Despite its advanced technological capabilities, the Israeli army targets houses and shelter centres knowing full well that they house civilians, including women and children. Nevertheless, it bombs these targets with highly destructive bombs and missiles, aiming to cause as many civilian deaths and severe injuries as possible. This is demonstrated by the Israeli army’s systematic, widespread, and repeated targeting of civilians in the Gaza Strip, as well as its use of highly destructive and indiscriminate weapons, particularly against areas with dense populations of civilians. The mother of Wissam and Naeem, Rania Abu Anza, stated that she struggled for 10 years to become a mother before eventually giving birth to the two babies. “They implanted three embryos in me, two of them remained, and there they were,” she explained. “They bombed the house, killing my husband, my kids, and the rest of the family in the massacre." Ten days ago marked six months since the death of the twins. Shaimaa Al-Ghoul, meanwhile, was nine months pregnant when her home in the southern city of Rafah was bombed on 12 February. Her husband and two sons, Mohammed and Janan, were killed, and she suffered injuries from shrapnel that entered her abdomen, pierced her uterus, and ultimately lodged in the fetus. Al-Ghoul stated that prior to her husband and two children’s deaths, her husband, Abdullah Abu Jazar, had made her “dates, sweets, and a [gift] bag in celebration of his expected newborn”. She said that she did give birth to a child, whom she named Abdullah, after his father, but the boy only lived one day. Baby Abduallah died from the wound caused by the shrapnel that had entered his mother. Thus, Al-Ghoul lost her husband and three children. Euro-Med Monitor notes that numerous unborn children have died in hospitals over the past 10 months due to a lack of oxygen and electricity, inadequate care, and hospital targeting. Israel continues to kill thousands of Palestinian men and women in the Gaza Strip, most of them in their reproductive age, including pregnant women, and thousands of children, including infants and toddlers. Aside from being arbitrarily detained, Palestinian children have also been the victims of crimes of sexual assault; forced disappearance; torture and other forms of inhumane treatment; starvation; siege; severe psychological harm; deprivation of education due to the widespread destruction of schools; and denial of access to healthcare and other necessities of life. Many Palestinian children are also victims of family dispersion, and have lost parental care. One of the main objectives of Israel’s genocide is to leave a lasting legacy of these crimes that will affect the victims for the rest of their lives. The majority of Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip have experienced psychological trauma that will likely be difficult to treat: Thousands of children have lost one or both parents; have had limbs amputated; have suffered severe burns or other serious injuries; and/or have suffered from hunger, malnutrition, and dehydration; all of which will have a detrimental impact on their physical and psychological development. Most children in the Gaza Strip have lost their homes, their financial security, and members of their families, in addition to being deprived of an education. This will have serious, far-reaching consequences on their futures and their ability to enjoy their other rights, making them more vulnerable to poverty, unemployment, and exploitation. The Israeli military attacks on the Strip have caused the widespread destruction of civilian objects, including homes, private property, livelihoods, production, and the economic and commercial system, forcing Palestinians to migrate, whether directly or indirectly. No need to say he was shocked beyond words, and asked her what was going on. After listening, the man told her that, everyone at home thought she paid a visit to one of her children. The man was pissed off, and left the program immediately. On getting home, he reported and one of her sons was contacted.The three sons came the following day, in a Mercedes Benz beast, which was in vogue then. Everywhere shook. Even natives who didn't belong to the so-called church. A resident from northern Gaza reported that his family went without food for 17 days during the early months of the war, with the scarcity lasting nearly four months. To survive, the family ate animal feed, local weeds, and tree leaves. He recounted, “For four months, the north had no food supplies, and people ate tree leaves.” One UN official told Refugees International that Gaza was “always two weeks away from a famine” due to the IDF’s refusal to normalize free-flowing aid. While the genocidal assault on Gaza has claimed the lives of tens of thousands, and according to some estimates, hundreds of thousands, the onslaught in the West Bank has ramped up in the form of displacement, the unprecedented expansion of settlements, rampant settler violence and pogroms, economic warfare, mass incarceration, and the launching of a military offensive on centers of resistance across the West Bank. The US Empire projects its own criminality on “prey” nations, and Iran is in the crosshairs, but Iran has been fighting and destroying terrorism, whereas the West has been supporting and growing terrorism. The US-led Empire seeks to label Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) a “terrorist” entity in its on-going campaign to destabilize and ultimately destroy Iran. If we recall General Wesley Clark’s earlier, public statements, the Pentagon’s plan was 7 countries in 5 years, and Iran is on the list. What do you think about the remarks? Taliano: The West and its allies have been directly supporting terrorist groups since well before the war on Syria started. The terrorists are there because of the West, not despite the West. All of this is well documented. Daesh has been a “covert proxy” for the West in Syria. In an earlier article, I described it as a “place setter”. The West infests an area with Daesh, then destroys the area under the fake pretext of going after Daesh, and then re-occupies the area with a new batch of terrorists. In the case of Raqqa, for example, the area was destroyed, Daesh was re-located to other fronts – with US coalition air support — and now “overt proxies”, the anti-democratic SDF Kurdish forces are the new occupiers. In Deir ez-Zor and elsewhere the US has been brokering deals between Daesh and Kurdish forces with a view to advancing its imperial projects of occupation and plunder. Recently, original documents were discovered which detail the terms of a deal between Daesh and the SDF. Now that the terrorists are being defeated, the West’s direct support is more transparent. Former US ambassador to Russia took part in planning Kursk incursion Drago BosnicOctober 4, 2024 Back in August, President Vladimir Putin’s top aide and former Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev stated that the United States is lying about supposedly “not knowing” that the Kursk oblast (region) incursion before the Neo-Nazi junta launched it. Patrushev insisted that “without their participation and direct support, Kiev would not have ventured into Russian territory”. He also added there’s evidence that NATO intelligence services are providing direct support to the Kiev regime junta forces. Considering that Patrushev headed the FSB for nearly a decade and that he’s one of Putin’s closest associates, it’s a given he’s privy to such information. And yet, Washington DC is still trying to maintain “plausible deniability”. No doubt that this is not only yet another attempt to deny its responsibility, but also a way to further enrage Moscow in order to create the illusion that NATO is a “defensive alliance protecting Europe from aggressive Russia”. Obviously, to the mainstream propaganda machine, Patrushev’s claims are “conspiracy theories” and “disinformation”. However, these already sloppy attempts to hide US/NATO involvement in the Kursk oblast incursion turned out to be even sloppier. Namely, leaked documents show that several high-ranking American officials and at least one think tank took part in planning the Neo-Nazi junta’s attack. Apparently, former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul had his email hacked, revealing “peculiar” papers on the Kursk oblast incursion. Along with former US ambassador to Uzbekistan and Ukraine John Herbst, McFaul was invited to take part in a wargame organized by the Atlantic Council, a rabidly warmongering think tank based in Washington DC. This highly controversial gathering took place back in February, while the wargaming itself focused precisely on an incursion such as the one Kiev launched in Russia’s Kursk oblast. This is yet another proof that it was indeed planned months in advance, just as many of my colleagues and I argued. Several experts have already established that the purpose of the wargame was to probe Russia’s response. The Atlantic Council and former ambassadors established that two scenarios were anticipated. The first was finally starting negotiations on the Neo-Nazi junta’s accession to NATO, and the second was the “decisive breakthrough” of its forces, obviously referring to what would later become known as the Kursk oblast incursion. The purpose of the latter was to cause internal destabilization and hurt the authority of the Kremlin. Worse yet, the wargame even included a scenario where the use of nuclear weapons was expected, showing that the US-led political West was indeed trying to provoke Moscow to use weapons of mass destruction. This is also in line with other forms of escalation NATO is pursuing. According to Ilya Remeslo, a lawyer and member of the Public Chamber of Russia, the goal was internal destabilization, with both McFaul himself and his associates actively working on this, as evidenced by the leaked files. Remeslo argues that the military failure of the Kiev regime forces also forced its NATO overlords to abort further operations involving Western agents in Russia. He named several people, including Konstantin Eggert, Andrei Illarionov, Garry Kasparov. Yevgenia Albats and others who have already been registered as foreign agents in Russia. After the Kursk oblast incursion was launched, I argued similar points to Remeslo’s. Namely, mere days before the attack, US/NATO and the Neo-Nazi junta tried to assassinate President Vladimir Putin and Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov. The Kremlin gave a very clear warning to the political West – there will be immediate thermonuclear war if this ever happens again. However, the Kursk oblast incursion soon followed, putting additional pressure on Moscow. It was already clear that the attack was planned very carefully, months in advance, meaning that the most likely goal was to assassinate Putin and/or Belousov and then launch the incursion to cause a breakdown in leadership the Kremlin and possibly even a Maidan-style revolution that would effectively defeat Russia. Since the Eurasian giant is seen as the spearhead of multipolarity, destroying at least its sovereignty (and eventually its statehood) is critically important for the political West. This is also in line with plans of the so-called “decolonization of Russia”, a blatantly open call for the world’s largest country’s dissolution. The latest evidence about the involvement of high-ranking US officials only serves as further confirmation that these plans are certainly still in motion. This is extremely dangerous, as it ensures that NATO and Russia remain on a collision course. Interestingly, right after the Kursk oblast incursion was launched, McFaul was adamant that this was a “win for Zelensky and a loss for Putin”, as it supposedly “strikes the latter hard”. What makes these revelations even more disturbing is the fact that NATO personnel and blatantly Neo-Nazi units took part in the Kursk oblast incursion, committing gruesome war crimes in the process. This makes McFaul and all the others who participated in the planning directly responsible for atrocities committed by the units involved in the attack. The massive presence of foreign troops also shows that NATO actively coordinated everything, which is a much higher level of involvement than just planning the incursion. It was only thanks to the Kremlin’s cool-headedness we didn’t see any escalation, while the Russian military’s decisive response prevented the Kiev regime forces from reaching any major targets, particularly the Kursk NPP. All this goes to show that the political West has truly become a danger to the security of the entire world (although many would argue that was always the case). America’s perpetual bloodlust and appetite for death and destruction are putting the lives of eight billion people at risk, including the 330 million Americans who are effectively held hostage by the warmongers, war criminals and plutocrats in Washington DC. This monstrous oligarchy is waging a war of aggression against the entire world and is showing no signs it will ever stop. "Lipid Vesicle-Based Molecular Robots" - Article Confirms What We Are Seeing In The COVID19 Vials And In Human Blood Ana Maria Mihalcea, MD, PhD I had several meetings with biologist Dr. Ruth Espuny and her research team in the past days and she alerted me to this article that very well explains the lipid vesicles that I call construction sites. Here I am posting relevant sections of the article and sharing confirmatory images from my own and others research. Lipid vesicle-based molecular robots A molecular robot, which is a system comprised of one or more molecular machines and computers, can execute sophisticated tasks in many fields that span from nanomedicine to green nanotechnology. The core parts of molecular robots are fairly consistent from system to system and always include (i) a body to encapsulate molecular machines, (ii) sensors to capture signals, (iii) computers to make decisions, and (iv) actuators to perform tasks. This review aims to provide an overview of approaches and considerations to develop molecular robots. We first introduce the basic technologies required for constructing the core parts of molecular robots, describe the recent progress towards achieving higher functionality, and subsequently discuss the current challenges and outlook. We also highlight the applications of molecular robots in sensing biomarkers, signal communications with living cells, and conversion of energy. Although molecular robots are still in their infancy, they will unquestionably initiate massive change in biomedical and environmental technology in the not too distant future. This historical perspective answers a question I am often asked regarding to how this self assembly nanotechnology could be so far advanced. As you can read here, its because the scientists have been working on it for the last 40 years. During the past 40 years, this revolution has led to a new generation of machines with smaller sizes, pushing the boundaries of applications. In the field of organic chemistry, a breakthrough molecular catenane with two interlocked rings was reported by Jean-Pierre Sauvage in the early 1980s,1 subsequently inspiring other scientists to develop molecular-scale machines with complicated functions such as rotaxanes,2 motors,3 and nanocars.4 In 2016, three pioneers of molecular machines were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, reflecting the recognition of the broad impact of molecular machines. Here they explain that these robots mimick the processes of nature. The concept of molecular machines has motivated research activity in a novel field called “molecular robots”.5 According to the Cambridge dictionary, a robot is “a machine controlled by a computer that is used to perform jobs automatically”. By this definition, a molecular robot is a system composed of molecular-scale machines and computers that are used to execute tasks automatically. A living cell could be considered as one such miraculous robot produced by nature. With DNA serving as computers to provide solutions and proteins working as machines to perform specific functions, a living cell performs sophisticated tasks independent of human control. Pioneers in the field have applied hydrogels as the body of molecular robots,5 however, the lack of a barrier between the embeddings and environment can lead to undesired leakage. Lipid vesicles, which are comprised of lipid membranes separating an inner lumen from the outer solution, provides an alternative that could fully meet this problem. The size of the lipid vesicles can be tailored from nano- to micro-meter in diameter. For molecular robots, the micro-sized vesicles, so-called giant unilamellar vesicles (GUVs), are more desirable due to the demand for sufficient internal volume to house the sensors, computers, and actuators.8,9 Molecular robots require sensors in order to detect signals in the environment. Once the signals are transported, they can be processed and translated by molecular computing machinery. DNA computing, pioneered by L. Adleman in 1994, has evolved in recent decades into computers applicable in molecular robots, with the benefit of their capability to perform multiple parallel computations. An alternative choice for the computing machinery is cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS), enabling the output of proteins in vitro in response to the input of DNA. Actuators for molecular robots, which include DNA nanostructures, peptides, and proteins, convert signals to achieve physical movements like deformation or propulsion. The mechanism of propulsion and engines are explained. Although constant progress has been made on the underlying technology, studies into prototyping molecular robots do not have a long history. In 2014, Nishimura et al. incorporated CFPS into GUVs, and then, in the presence of amino acids, GFP synthesis was performed as an output. In 2017, Sato et al. developed GUVs equipped with actuators containing DNA clutches and microtubule motors. Once light irradiation was applied, the clutch was engaged and the shape of GUVs underwent sequential changes. These pioneering studies provide a clear path towards molecular robots with increasingly complex functions. It should be noted that molecular robots sometimes share related technologies with the field of artificial cells. The goal of constructing artificial cells is to mimic the function of living cells, while molecular robots place great value on developing engineering applications that could help humans to perform tasks in micro or nano dimensions. There is therefore a drive to engineer molecular robots with functions exceeding those of living cells Further building blocks are explained. Note that lipid membranes, polymers, hydrogels and organic material like DNA are used. Is this why DNA was found in the vials combined with nanotechnology building blocks? Molecular robots typically require encapsulation within a compartment, which acts as a boundary, separating the interior from the exterior environment. Various types of compartments have been employed to date, including lipid membranes, hydrogels, block co-polymers, DNA droplets, and coacervates, each offering distinct advantages and limitations. Some researchers have explored the formation of hybrid chassis by combining different compartment types, leveraging the advantages associated with each constituent part. For instance, coacervate or DNA/hydrogel systems interfaced with lipid membranes can be combined to enhance functionality. Among these compartment types, lipid vesicles are the most commonly used for several reasons. Firstly, they are biomimetic, closely resembling biological membranes from a chemical and morphological perspective. This characteristic enables facile incorporation of membrane-bound molecular machinery, including membrane proteins, nanopores, and receptors, thereby imparting specific functionalities into the membranes. For example, the controlled flux of cargo molecules in response to stimuli, which can be used to mediate responses in living cells. Please note that these vesicles can self assemble or disassmeble into tissue like structures - depending on external stimuli. This is consistent with what we have observed in COVID19 vials regarding the self assembly nanotechnology and in the blood. This feature enables researchers to exploit the diversity of lipid building blocks, both synthetic and biological, to create functional membranes with diverse behaviors. Examples include membranes capable of self-assembling into tissue-like structures, membranes that can disassemble and reassemble in response to physicochemical cues to reshuffle material between them, and membranes that release cargo triggered by light, temperature fluctuations, magnetic fields, or biomarkers. Such versatility opens up exciting possibilities for molecular robotics and targeted drug delivery systems, among other applications. GUVs have a diameter of approximately 2 μm and above (making them cell-sized vesicles), comprising a single lipid membrane (as opposed to multi-layered onion-like structures known as multilamellar vesicles). Other types of vesicles include small and large unilamellar vesicles, which fall into the sub-micron size range, as well as multi-vesicular vesicles (multisomes). Additionally, there have been intriguing examples of hybrid structures, where vesicles of different types are assembled into more architecturally complex arrangements, such as nested or layered geometries. Such functionalities have also been exploited to implement sensing capabilities in molecular robots. In particular, nanopores forming stable nanoscale openings across lipid membranes have been shown to mediate transport of large molecules, enabling their detection by the molecular robots.7 The opening and closing of nanopores (gating) can be regulated by environmental stimuli (e.g., pH, light, temperature, osmotic pressure), further enhancing the sensing capabilities of the molecular robots. Various materials have been utilized to assemble nanopores including proteins,60 peptides,61 DNA,11 and synthetic materials.62 In the current section, we will mainly focus on the characteristics, differences, and recent progress of nanopore assembly using different building materials, and we will also describe some unique approaches that introduce membrane receptors to GUVs. Many different transport channels that allow the throughput of information exist within these vesicles, and light is one of the triggers. This implies that the molecular robotic computer is information gathering and processing when we see the light emission. Responsivity to external stimuli is another essential function for synthetic channels and would provide the ability for remote-control in molecular robots. Light is one of the most widely used stimuli due to having high biocompatibility and ease of spatio-temporal control. So far, light-responsive synthetic channels which are irreversibly and reversibly photo-controlled have been developed, and recent studies focus predominantly on reversible photo-control. Thanks to advances in synthetic chemistry and biology, biologically derived molecules such as DNA and proteins have become readily available, leading to the development of biological computers such as DNA computing systems and CFPS Here it explains that this is an actual computer that is swimming in our bodies - that can compute calculations at remarkable speeds. DNA computing Due to the remarkable programmability of DNA molecular behavior based on sequence-dependent hybridization, enzymatic reactions, and strand displacement reactions, DNA computing has emerged as a promising candidate for the computational machinery of molecular robots. The genesis of DNA computing can be traced back to Adleman's pioneering work: massively parallel computation using artificially sequence-designed DNA. He encoded the nodes and paths in the Hamiltonian path problem onto different ssDNA to execute hybridization-based parallel exploration of the correct Hamiltonian path. By exploiting DNA self-assembly, this methodology allowed large-scale computations to be performed with low energy consumption. Besides the subsequent implementation of mathematical computations (satisfiability problem, maximal clique problem,etc.), Benenson et al. constructed DNA-based finite automata with two states using programmed DNA sticky/blunt ends, restriction nuclease, and ligase (Fig. 8(a)). The two states in the automata run at a rate of 109 transitions per second in an input-responsive manner, being the prototype of the smallest biocomputer as certified by Guinness World Records. Originating from the above single-information processing systems, the development of DNA computing has recently steered towards multiplex information processing. DNA nanotechnology DNA nanotechnology enables exquisite control over the structure of self-assembled macromolecular and nanoscale motifs. DNA nanodevices are however far from static and have been engineered to reconfigure, change shape, and move in response to a wide array of stimuli. From the ground-breaking examples of DNA tweezers and walkers, to the origami crank-sliders and joints demonstrated by the Castro group, to the bioinspired rotors built by the Dietz and Simmel groups, DNA nanomachines and nano-actuators have demonstrated an unparalleled ability to control different types of motion at the nanoscale. Furthermore, these nanodevices can be actuated through a variety of different stimuli, from strand displacement to the species and concentration of cations, to changes in pH, light exposure, and enzymatic action. As discussed in the section on DNA nanopores, DNA nanostructures can be mechanically coupled to lipid membranes using lipophilic anchors, typically cholesterol or tocopherol. This coupling unlocks vast opportunities to engineer both the morphology and dynamic responses of GUV-based microrobots and artificial cells through membrane-anchored DNA devices that imitate the functions of membrane proteins. Membrane adhesion is among the most basic functions mediated by cell-surface receptors, underpinning a plethora of biological processes, including motility, tissue formation, mechanosensing, and endocytosis. Exploiting the selectivity of base-pairing interactions, synthetic, membrane-anchored DNA linkers have been used to induce and program adhesion between lipid membranes (Fig. 10(a)), starting with the seminal works of Höök and coworkers, Boxer and coworkers and Beales and Vanderlick (Fig. 10(b)). Parolini et al. have then demonstrated the DNA-mediated assembly of thermoresponsive synthetic tissues and, leveraging toehold-exchange reactions, established control over the kinetics of tissue formation. Summary: It seems to be true what I have been saying all along, that the brain computer interface or synthetic biological fusion of mankind with machines has already occured involuntarily with this self spreading self assembling nanotechnology. Many other scientists around the world have found exactly the same thing as I have shown in the blood and in the vials. If the COVID19 bioweapon was deployed worldwide and scientists around the world confirm each others findings of this technology - it seems to be wise to pay attention and investigate further. Certainly there is plenty of overlap between what we are seeing and what the scientific literature describes.
