Dulce One of our very close contacts has personally been to the Dulce Base location on 3 occasions back in the 1990s. He spoke with locals of the Native American Apache tribe. The cashier at the local convenience store in Dulce told him that the aliens have been seen on several occasions and their ships are seen flying over the Mesa frequently.
