  • Fifth day of taking cold showers in the morning, although I've missed a few days due to being in a hurry. I started on May 1st and continued until May 4th, but have resumed today. There have been some days when I felt very alert and energized after taking a cold shower, while other days, I didn't notice any difference. On the positive side, it's getting easier every day to take a cold shower, and I'm growing to enjoy it more as time goes by. I want to make this a daily habit. ???????? #ColdShowers #MorningRoutine
