The University of Miami Health Cult of Cooties would tremble in fear if they see my rebuttal to their position statement. They grasped at straws trying to question the sincerity of my religious beliefs when I questioned their illegal policies and how they were against existing laws. They needed clarification on a specific issue and they never asked me for clarification to their doubt of my sincerity as required by law which I exposed in their phony position statement. If they would have asked, I would have addressed it. Here is what the law required of this University Health Cult and they failed to do as common with them. EEOC > Where the accommodation request itself does not provide enough information to enable the employer to make a determination, and the employer has a bona fide doubt as to the basis for the accommodation request, it is entitled to make a limited inquiry into the facts and circumstances of the employee's claim that the belief or practice at issue is religious and sincerely held, and that the belief or practice gives rise to the need for the accommodation.[224] Yes, by law this cult could have asked for clarification because as an Employer they are entitled to a limited inquiry into the facts. But rather, they insisted on denying my accommodation which by law they are required to accommodate the Employee that is exempt for religious purposes. I have just gotten referred to a Plaintiff Lawyer that can take on the University of Miami Health, Cultic Practice, Ritual and other Cultic illegal services on my behalf. I am expecting a call from him very soon, hopefully by tomorrow so we can get this lawsuit rolling.
