Since I was working from home today, I had the opportunity to make this delectable beet soup and added some halibut fish fillets toward the end. I'm not sure whether you've tried this combination yet, but to me it's fantastic. Now that the temperature is cooling off outside, and maybe it will rain too, it is all I really needed.
