Well, today was one of those days when I spent most of my time in the kitchen. But hey, it was my husband's birthday, and I wanted to make sure he had a great time. So, I put on my apron, rolled up my sleeves, and got to work. ????‍???? I started off by making some homemade mayonnaise with boiled eggs. I have to admit, I got a little carried away and ended up with more mayo than necessary but he loves it so it will not get waste. And hey, at least he won't be tempted to buy any from the store for a while! Next up, I decided to make a roasted red pepper roll with cashew cheese. Now, it seems complicated but actually it’s very easy. Well, let's say that the end result looked pretty good. And hey, it's the thought that counts, right? I also made some turkey rolls and all kinds of keto dishes. I mean, who doesn't love a good keto dish? And of course, the pièce de résistance, the birthday cake! It has to be a keto too, because let's face it, he wouldn’t want anything else. Mission accomplished! ???? All in all, my hours in the kitchen were spent in a very productive way. My husband appreciated it all, and I'm happy when he's happy, so it was a win-win situation.
