The village was reportedly attacked by Jewish settlers backed by Israeli forces when Bana Amjad Bakr was shot in the chest by an Israeli soldier. The Palestine Red Crescent Society said its teams dealt with the “serious” injury after confrontations broke out in the village. Amjad Bakr was shot while she was in her bedroom, her father said. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she died. Settler attacks are common in the West Bank and have increased in scale and intensity since October 7. The Israeli army and settlers have displaced more than 1,200 Palestinians and destroyed hundreds of structures, according to UN figures. Israel pulls out of Jenin, but denies end of West Bank offensive Middle East Eye reports: Israeli forces have pulled out of Jenin after a 10-day assault, but the military has denied it is ending its operation in the occupied West Bank. The offensive, which has so far left at least 39 Palestinians dead, saw soldiers backed by armored vehicles and bulldozers targeting the city and its adjacent refugee camp, forcing the flight of many of the residents. Palestinians started returning to their Jenin homes on Friday, while those who had been trapped by the offensive were able to venture outside for the first time in more than a week. Israel said on Friday that it would continue its operation in Jenin until its “objectives are achieved”. The demonstration, which primarily involved men and children praying, was met with force from the Israeli army stationed on a hill. Initially, the army fired a large amount of tear gas and then began using live ammunition. Ayşenur, who we (ISM) consider a martyr in the struggle, was the 18th demonstrator to be killed in Beita since 2020. She was an American citizen of Turkish descent. She was involved with the Faz’a campaign, an organization that aims to support and protect Palestinian farmers from violations by illegal Jewish settlers and military forces. The Israeli forces fired two rounds. One hit a Palestinian man in the leg, injuring him. The other round was fired at international human rights activists who were observing the demonstration from a distance, striking the human rights activist in the head. Neither Ezgi nor the other wounded person posed any threat to the soldiers stationed on the hills adjacent to the site of the weekly march. Eygi died shortly after being transported to a local hospital in Nablus. The Israeli military admitted to firing at the demonstrators and said it was looking into reports that a foreign national was killed. The Israel Defense Forces said it “responded with fire toward a main instigator of violent activity who hurled rocks at the forces and posed a threat to them”. The US has not said whether Eygi had been shot by Israeli troops. “We are urgently gathering more information about the circumstances of her death, and will have more to say as we learn more,” Matthew Miller, a state department spokesperson, said. Sugar: The Sweet Truth and the Big Fat Deception Obesity and chronic disease are more complicated than we've been led to believe Dr. Syed Haider Sugar: the demonisation of a product or ... Sugar gets demonized a lot. I used to demonize it too. Robert Lustig is a famous pediatric endocrinologist and physician researcher specialized in obesity, who, ever since his video, Sugar: The Bitter Truth went viral on Youtube in 2009, has been on a crusade against sugar (I wondered who funds him and could not figure it out). He was instrumental in helping formulate the 2009 American Heart Association’s strict guidelines on added sugar: no more than 100 calories per day for women (6 teaspoons) and 150 for men (9 teaspoons). Meanwhile this graph recently made the rounds calling into question the correlation between sugar intake and obesity: Image Sugar intake, while still much higher than historic norms, had been plummeting for over a decade by the time Lustig went viral with his anti-sugar message in 2009, yet obesity rates continued climbing as though nothing had changed. So what’s going on here? Is sugar really the primary cause of obesity, or just one of many rising causes? Or is it more complicated? I’ve found that some people feel best when they eat a lot of carbs. Not just a temporary sugar high, but truly better health all around. There’s a whole subculture of Ray Peat aficionados who had often spent years on low carb, no sugar diets and felt terrible - until they started eating more sugar, often in the form of whole food carbs, but also added refined sugar. On the other hand there are probably many more people who have been heavily addicted to sugar their entire lives, also feel terrible, and quitting sugar and carbs seems to make all the difference to their health. Meanwhile, historically, most human societies have gotten by just fine with a significant amount of carbohydrates in their diets, without obesity - just look at the US, we ate less refined sugar 70 years ago, but still dramatically more than any other civilization in human history, and we were not anywhere near as obese or unhealthy as we are today. Sugar Consumption in the US Diet Maybe that sorta plateau between 1920 and 1980 was just the furthest limit of sugar consumption we could possibly sustain without blowing up into human balloons? That’s certainly a reasonable possibility. Looking at this zoomed out graph you can see that what looked like a precipitous drop earlier, just looks like a dent in the long term uptrend now. But there’s another subculture of biohackers and optimizers that has found themselves going from sugar intolerant to sugar tolerant. Some people have found that when they correct their metabolic dysfunction and remain lean for long enough, they no longer have to be as strict as they used to in order to avoid regaining excess weight or re-triggering type 2 diabetes. Share What could explain these seeming outliers? And could this be something we could all aspire to? It may be that sugar intolerance (weight gain, diabetes) is just a superficial problem manifesting due to some deeper dysfunction. The best candidate for this deeper dysfunction is vegetable seed oils. This toxic trash was never used before in human history, until debt driven fiat monetary inflation made it necessary for governments to identify cheaper cooking oils. The reason it was never used before was that it tasted and smelled repulsive. As nature intended: you see vegetable seeds are not meant to be eaten. At the most they're meant to pass through an animal’s digestive tract and be planted in the earth to propagate the plant species. So unlike the sweet fruits that plants “want” animals to consume from them, the seeds are very bitter. Bitterness is a useful signal to animals: it means this is toxic, don’t eat it. If you do you’ll be sorry, it will make you sick. The only way we could make the oils that came from crushing those seeds seemingly fit for human consumption was by complex industrial processes involving heavy machinery and a lot of chemicals to deodorize and sanitize the sludge that had previously only been used by sane people to grease the wheels of other machines. Now, what we eat for fat is of the utmost importance because fat is what we use to make the chemical messengers called hormones, and even more importantly it’s like the cement in a city: every single cell wall is built out of fat. The right kinds of healthy traditional fats from animals and fruits, like olive and coconut oils, will create cell walls with just the right amount of pliability, stability and durability. Whereas cell walls constructed out of vegetable seed oils create the wrong kind of cell walls. This changes the function of cells, their ability to respond to their environmental/chemical signals and to produce their own signaling compounds. The other problem is that the seed oils are inherently unstable and inflammatory, they develop harmful trans fats and carcinogenic chemicals like acrolein within them due to their processing, and they tend to “oxidize” other normal oils around them, so in a way they “infect” other fats and spread their inflammatory dysfunction. Some seed oils are labelled “heart healthy” because they are particularly high in omega 3s, like canola. However the other problems far outweigh the supposed benefits of the omega 3 consumption (and even the omega 3s themselves should be called into question when eaten in refined isolation from the living food matrix of the fish or plants they originated within. Chris Masterjohn has done some great work suggesting that high dose Omega 3s taken as supplements are initially anti-inflammatory, but later lead to a pro-inflammatory state. We need to consider that acute inflammation isn’t bad, and chronic inflammation is not the root dysfunction causing chronic illness. What is triggering the chronic inflammation is the real problem, so simply reducing the inflammation, while it reduces symptoms, is not a solution. It is standing in the way of the solution, and likely increasing the foothold the problem has within you, since the body’s immune response is being hampered). So it’s entirely possible that the original metabolic sin is the consumption of seed oils, leading to leptin resistance (spurring appetite), and then insulin resistance (with carb sensitivity) - both of these leading to visceral fat accumulation, weight gain and all other chronic diseases. There are other chemical “obesogens,” particularly pesticides, plastics, and xenoestrogens, that tend to make us fat and sick, but none are consumed in the tremendous quantities that seed oils are. What makes the problem particularly insidious is that it takes as much as 2 years after stopping seed oil consumption to fully clear the seed oils out of most of the body’s cells and then discover to your surprise that you can tolerate carbs and sugars again without going down the slippery slope of weight gain and chronic disease. So, certainly many people need to start with low carb because they do not tolerate carbs at the moment. Carbs do contribute to their weight problem right now. But I consider that only half the battle. While strictly avoiding carbs, apparently healthy function may be recovered, but resilience won’t not be, until you can once again tolerate an appropriate amount of carbs. It’s not possibly to determine what’s appropriate without first getting healthy by detoxing from seed oils, chemicals, chronic infections/infestations, and heavy metals and then seeing what you can tolerate and feel optimal eating. For most people it’s probably not the minuscule amounts allowed on a ketogenic diet. and for many people it could be much higher carb intake than they might expect. Paul Saladino became famous with the social media username “Carnivore MD,” which he still uses, but he has long since evolved to eating 300+ grams a day of what he considers healthy carbs from minimally processed fruits, honey and milk. Share He initially felt great on an all meat diet, but after some years began to deteriorate significantly until he added back carbs. People who experiment with the other extreme on vegan diets often experience a similar journey of initial profound improvements in chronic disease followed by worsening a few short years later. Doing what’s required to get better is hard enough without the trial and error, which is why people save a lot of time and money when they just go straight to someone who knows what they’re doing. Three years later, they’ve been absorbed by the National Guard of Ukraine, and when they’re not engaged in the ongoing conflict, they run an annual children’s summer camp featuring pro-Ukrainian campfire songs, rigorous military drills, and a hardline stance on national identity.” The NBC report confirms that the Nazi Azov Battalion was integrated into Ukraine’s National Guard (in fact it was not in 2017 but several months following EuroMaidan in November 2014). The National Guard is under the jurisdiction of Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, which has the mandate (in coordination with the Ministry of Defense) of waging military operations against the separatist provinces of Donesk and Luhansk. According to RT: “The camp was established to show the children that there are things in life besides school and mobile devices and to “give them our love,” Oleksii, a platoon commander in the Azov battalion and instructor at the camp, told Ukrainian ICTV channel. “One has to be strong; has to be courageous to defend the territorial integrity of our motherland,” he added.” (RT report) Western media sources (quoted by the Kyiv Post) confirm that children as young as six years old (see images below) are participating in the Azov Summer Camp located in the Vodytsya district outside Kyiv. The text on the banner reads: Iдея B Нації, сила В тобі: broadly translated: The Idea of the Nation, The Power within You The above photos confirm that many of the children are in fact young kids rather than adolescents. The Kyiv Post –which blames the Western media for its biased coverage– nonetheless acknowledges the diabolical nature of the military training project: … this particular camp is run by the Azov Battalion founded by lawmaker Andriy Biletsky, its former commander. Located in the wooded area of Kyiv’s Pushcha Vodytsya district, kids at this summer camp aren’t just playing soldiers – they’re getting actual military training from soldiers who have fought on the front line in Russia’s war against Ukraine. Named Azovets, the camp has been the subject of negative coverage in the Russian media, pro-Russia websites and even U.K. tabloid The Daily Mail. “Neo-Nazi summer camp: Ukrainian kids taught to shoot AKs by Azov battalion members (PHOTOS),” reads Kremlin-controlled RT’s headline for its story about the camp. “Shocking pictures from inside neo-Nazi military camp reveal recruits as young as SIX are being taught how to fire weapons (even though there’s a ceasefire),” reads the headline in the Daily Mail’s sensationalized and inaccurate article. Invariably, the recruitment of child soldiers implies a training program which familiarizes young children with the use of light automatic weapons. What the reports confirm is that an entity under the jurisdiction of Ukraine’s National Guard (financed by the Ukraine Ministry of internal Affairs) is training and indoctrinating small children in the art of warfare: The Azovets summer camp accepts children of Azov Battalion members, as well as kids from Kyiv’s nearby Obolon district and further afield. It opened on June 22, runs weeklong programs of activities for groups of 30 to 40 kids. Officially, it is for children aged from nine to 18, but there are kids as young as seven there. A few of the kids had already attended it for several weeks in a row. What makes the camp most controversial is that it’s run by Azov fighters, some of whom have been labeled as far-right supporters and neo-Nazis. Critics say the battalion’s symbol is an inverted Wolfsangel that has oblique but uncomfortable associations with Nazism. In previous interviews with Ukrainian media, Biletsky says the symbolism is misunderstood. The letters “N” and “I” make up Azov’s insignia, which he says stand for “national idea.” Biletsky founded a neo-Nazi group in Ukraine called the Social-National Assembly, and there certainly are neo-Nazis among the battalion’s ranks, some sporting Nazi tattoos. Some media have reported that up to 20 percent of Azov’s fighters are neo-Nazis, though the battalion’s press officers are always at pains to emphasize that Azov, as a military formation, does not share the ideology of its founder Biletsky, or indeed have any ideology other than fervent patriotism. When the Kyiv Post visited the Azovets camp on Aug. 19 the kids were busy with a range of activities, including stripping down and assembling AK-47 assault rifles, target practice (with air guns), tackling assault courses, and practicing combat poses and patrolling. We’re getting military training here,” one of the kids at the camp told the Kyiv Post. Out in the forest next to the camp, a group of kids was getting some weapons safety advice from an Azov trainer. “Do you know what would happen if you kept your fingers on the trigger? If it were a real gun, you could kill your comrades. So, don’t do it!” the trainer barks. “Yes sir!” the kids answer. The children then practice medically evacuating wounded soldiers from the battlefield. The militaristic atmosphere at the camp, including strict discipline, has plainly influenced some of the children. “I got my hair cut really short yesterday,” says one boy. “Just because I want it. I look more like a soldier now.” Two older kids, who, like many of the children at the camp, have taken noms de guerre (Medic and Physicist) in imitation of Ukraine’s real soldiers, said they now wanted to join the Azov Battalion. “I want to defend my homeland. There are comrades who support my idea. I think that if it’s necessary, I will fight,” 17-year old Physicist told the Kyiv Post. The children at the camp are organized into four groups, depending on their age, with each group overseen by a trainer and caregiver. The camp’s day starts early, at 7 a.m. sharp, and ends at 11 p.m. The children sleep in tents. Access to Azov’s own website and supporting websites was closed off to the public last September when the battalion was integrated into the National Guard of Ukraine, but the camp has a page on the Russian social network Vkontakte (https://vk.com/tabir.azovec) where it is promoted, and where people can apply to become volunteers, or contact the camp to send their children there. “The Mission of the Camp: To form the Ukrainian of a new era – a patriot, who is ready to actively participate in building and defending Ukraine,” the page’s description reads. … The military-patriotic songs that the children sing every day as a part of the camp’s program do seem to be one of the more popular activities for the kids. Late at night, sitting around a blazing campfire, they belt out their favorites – patriotic songs dating back to Ukraine’s previous struggles for independence in the early- to mid-20th century. The Kyiv Post listened to the words of one of the songs. Its lyrics were about Ukrainian soldiers defeating their enemies. Today that enemy is Russia. How Israel controls $188m of Palestinian money every month Palestinian tax revenue destined for Gaza has been frozen by Israel since November – here’s what’s happening now. Israeli soldiers operate in the Gaza Strip on January 21, 2024 [Israeli Army/Handout via Reuters] On Sunday, Israel approved a plan to send taxes earmarked for Gaza to Norway instead of the Palestinian Authority (PA), which exercises limited self-rule in the Israeli-occupied West Bank. Since November, taxes that would ordinarily be sent to Gaza have been frozen by the Israeli government. Under the terms of a deal reached in the 1990s, Israel collects tax on behalf of the Palestinians and makes monthly transfers to the PA pending the approval of the Ministry of Finance. While the PA was ousted from the Gaza Strip in 2007, many of its public sector employees in the enclave kept their jobs and continued to be paid with transferred tax revenues. Weeks after the Hamas attack on southern Israel on October 7, Israel took the decision to withhold payments earmarked for those employees in the Gaza Strip on the grounds that they could fall into the hands of Hamas. Now, Israel says it will instead send the frozen funds to Norway. “The frozen funds will not be transferred to the Palestinian Authority, but will remain in the hands of a third country,” the Israeli prime minister’s office said in a statement released on Sunday. Why does Israel control Palestinian tax revenue? The system by which taxes and customs duties are collected by Israel on behalf of the PA and transferred to the authority on a monthly basis was agreed in a 1994 accord. Known as the Paris Protocol, the accord was meant to manage the economic relationship between Israel and the Palestinian territories it occupied until a final peace settlement was reached between the two states. Approved in the wake of the optimism generated by the Oslo Accords, which were publicly ratified by Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat at the White House in September 1993, this protocol was supposed to end within five years. However, 30 years later, the financial settlement continues to give the Israeli state what the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has called “a disproportionate influence on the collection of Palestinian fiscal revenue, leading to deficiencies in the structure and collection of customs duties resulting from direct and indirect importing into Palestine”. The tax revenues collected by Israel on behalf of the PA amount to around $188m each month, and account for 64 percent of the authority’s total revenue. A large portion of this is used to pay the salaries of the estimated 150,000 PA employees working in the West Bank and Gaza, despite it having no jurisdiction over the Strip. On November 3, the Israel security cabinet voted to withhold a total of $275m in Palestinian tax revenues, including cash collected for prior months that was still with Tel Aviv. “The PA is not clear about how much of the tax revenues go to Gaza – it’s a black box,” Rabeh Morrar, director of research at the Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute-MAS, told Al Jazeera. “Sometimes they say 30 percent, sometimes 40, sometimes 50.” Under terms set by Israel’s cabinet on Sunday, the monthly tax revenue previously allocated to PA staff in Gaza will instead be transferred to a Norwegian-based trust account. However, that money cannot be released by the fund to pay workers in Gaza without permission from Israel. The only member of the Israeli government to oppose plans to send the funds to Norway was far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who insisted that the initiative “does not guarantee that the money will not reach the Nazis from Gaza”. How does Israel exercise ‘disproportionate influence’ over the PA? The Israeli state has often used its control of the PA’s tax revenues as a means to blackmail and punish the authority. In January 2023, for instance, the newly-formed Israeli government – seen as the most far-right coalition government in the country’s history – decided to withhold $39m in tax revenues from the PA following the authority’s decision to ask the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to rule on the legality of Israel’s decades-long occupation. “Israeli blackmailing of our tax revenues will not stop us from continuing our political and diplomatic struggle,” said Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh at the time after Israel’s security cabinet had earlier described the PA’s ICJ move as a “decision to wage political and legal war against the State of Israel”. What effect has Israel’s withdrawal of public money had on Palestine? “The PA owes billions in internal debt to local banks, hospitals, medical companies and the private sector,” said Morrar. “There are also debts [owed], for example, for privately owned buildings rented out by the government. They have not been able to pay those back.” In 2021, the PA’s financial crisis, exacerbated by Israel’s periodic refusal to pay the PA its total tax revenue share pre-October 7, prompted it to reduce all salaries by 25 percent. Since November, when Israel decided to freeze funds earmarked for Gaza, the PA has refused to accept any money at all in protest. Against the backdrop of Israel’s continued bombardment of the Gaza Strip, which has killed more than 25,000 Palestinians since October 7, and as a result of its decision to refuse Israel’s terms, the PA has not been able to pay employee salaries for a month and a half. While some reports have emerged that the PA may be about to relent and agree to receive partial payments from Israel, which would release some much-needed funds to many of its cash-strapped staff, the occupied West Bank remains at the mercy of Israeli diktats. Indeed, Israel suspended the work permits of some 130,000 day workers from the occupied West Bank after the war began. B’Tselem collected testimonies from 55 Palestinians held during that time and released, almost all with no charges. Their testimonies reveal the outcomes of the rushed transformation of more than a dozen Israeli prison facilities, military and civilian, into a network of camps dedicated to the abuse of inmates as a matter of policy. Facilities in which every inmate is deliberately subjected to harsh, relentless pain and suffering operate as de-facto torture camps. Read the full testimony here. This report concerns the treatment of Palestinian prisoners and the inhuman conditions they have been subjected to in Israeli prisons since October 7, 2023. B’Tselem’s research for the report included collecting testimonies from 55 Palestinians who were incarcerated in Israeli prisons and detention centers during this time. Thirty of the witnesses are residents of the West Bank including East Jerusalem, 21 are residents of the Gaza Strip, and 4 are residents of Israel. The testimonies of the witnesses were given to B’Tselem after they were released from prison, the overwhelming majority of them without being tried. The testimonies indicate a systemic institutional policy focused on the continual abuse and torture of all Palestinian prisoners held by Israel. Frequent acts of severe, arbitrary violence, sexual assault, humiliation and degradation, deliberate starvation, forced unhygienic conditions, sleep deprivation, prohibition on and punitive measures for, religious worship; confiscation of all communal and personal belongings; and denial of adequate medical treatment – these descriptions appear time and again in the testimonies in horrifying detail and with chilling similarities. Over the years, Israel has incarcerated hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in its prisons, which have always served, above all, as a tool for oppressing and controlling the Palestinian population. The stories presented in this report are the story of thousands of Palestinians, residents of the Occupied Territories and citizens of Israel, who have been arrested since the beginning of the war, as well as Palestinians already incarcerated on 7 October who experienced the massive increase in hostility from prison authorities since that day. In early July 2024, there were 9,623 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons and detention facilities, almost double the number just before the war began. Of these, 4,781 were detained without trial, without being presented with the allegations against them, and without access to the right to defend themselves, in what Israel terms “administrative detention.” Some were jailed simply for expressing sympathy for the suffering of Palestinians. Others were taken into custody during military activity in the Gaza Strip, on the sole grounds that they came under the vague definition of “men of fighting age.” Some were imprisoned over suspicions, substantiated or not, that they were operatives or supporters of Palestinian armed groups. The prisoners form a wide spectrum of people from different areas, with varying political opinions and only one thing in common – being Palestinian. The prisoners’ testimonies lay bare the outcomes of a rushed process in which more than a dozen Israeli prison facilities, both military and civilian, were converted into a network of camps dedicated to the abuse of inmates. Such spaces, in which every inmate is intentionally condemned to severe, relentless pain and suffering, operate as de-facto torture camps. The abuse consistently described in the testimonies of dozens of individuals held in different facilities was so systematic, that there is no room to doubt an organized, declared policy of the Israeli prison authorities. This policy is implemented under the direction of the Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, whose office oversees the Israeli Prison Service (IPS), with the full support of the Israeli government and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The heinous attack by Hamas and other armed Palestinian organizations on 7 October and the widespread targeting of civilians deeply traumatized Israeli society, evoking deep-seated fears and an instinct for revenge among many. For the government and Minister Ben Gvir, this provided an opportunity to press harder with applying their racist ideology, using the oppressive mechanisms at their disposal. These include the prison system, for which they designed a policy aimed at trampling the basic rights of Palestinian prisoners underfoot. On 18 October, the minister in charge declared a “prison state of emergency” as part of emergency legislation, producing a serious, substantive violation of the most basic human rights of Palestinian prisoners. Koby Yaakobi, a close associate of Minister Ben Gvir, appointed by him as IPS Commissioner in the height of the war, declared his intent to “revolutionize” the IPS in keeping with the minister’s policies as soon as he took office, naming the downgrading of prison conditions a top priority. As the testimonies reveal, the new policy is applied across all prison facilities and to all Palestinian prisoners. Among its main tenets are unrelenting physical and psychological violence, denial of medical treatment, starvation, withholding of water, sleep deprivation and confiscation of all personal belongings. The overall picture indicates abuse and torture carried out under orders, in utter defiance of Israel’s obligations both under domestic las and under international law. A clear indicator of the severity of the situation and the moral degradation of the Israeli prison system can be seen in the number of Palestinian prisoners who have died in Israeli custody – no less than 60. The report includes testimonies given to B’Tselem regarding three of these deaths. Thaer Abu ‘Asab, a 38-year-old from Qalqilyah held in the Negev (Ketziot) Prison, was found dead in his cell on 18 November 2023. On his body were severe signs of violence. Arafat Hamdan, a 24-year-old diabetic from Beit Sira who relied on insulin treatments, was found dead in his cell on 24 October 2023, two days after his arrest. The testimonies reveal he was denied proper medical treatment. Muhammad a-Sabbar, a 20-year-old from the town of a-Dhahirya who had an intestinal disease requiring a special diet, died at Ofer Prison on 8 February, according to testimonies, due to lack of proper nutrition, poor medical care, and brazen disregard for his condition. The transition from what appears to have initially been spontaneous acts of vengeance to a permanent, systematic regime stripping away all protections designed to uphold and ensure the most basic rights of Palestinian prisoners was made possible when the government exploited its powers to enact draconian, injurious “emergency regulations,” and applied them in a brazen, gross violation of multiple norms and obligations under Israeli law, international human rights law, the laws of war, and humanitarian law. The violations included the widespread, systematic and prolonged commission of the crime of torture. Equally important, in these actions, Israel is trampling basic human morality underfoot along with the most protected human rights of prisoners held in state custody. The legal gatekeepers, such as the High Court of Justice and the Istat Attorney’s Office, ostensibly entrusted with upholding the rule of law and protecting human rights, have bowed their heads in submission to Ben Gvir’s agenda, and allowed abuses and the total dehumanization of these prisoners to become the premise for the entire system’s operation. The result is a system that specializes in torture and abuse, where, at any given moment, many thousands of Palestinians are kept behind bars, most without trial, and all in inhuman conditions. Some thought it might be fake or exaggerated. But it is confirmed by a document titled ‘New Zealand Pandemic Plan: A framework for action’ (”Plan”) published on 12 July by the New Zealand Ministry of Health. It confirms that people will be forced to be isolated or quarantined until they have undergone the “prescribed treatment.” The Plan sets out the government measures to be taken to prepare for and respond to a pandemic. It updates the ‘New Zealand Influenza Pandemic Plan: A framework for action 2017’. New Zealand has had an Influenza Pandemic action plan since 2006, and this was updated in 2017 to reflect new legislation and population calculations. On 19 March 2020, before the covid pandemic had been declared by the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), The New Zealand Herald published an article alluding to why they believed the pandemic plan needed updating. The 2017 plan relied on pandemic modelling based on certain assumptions. “Ministry of Health director-general Dr. Ashley Bloomfield said new research out of the Imperial College of London had caused a re-think in how [the phases determined by the model] would be managed,” the outlet said. The Imperial College London modelling, as our readers will recall, was the work of the infamous British physicist Neil “Professor Lockdown” Ferguson who has been involved in several controversies regarding his inaccurate modelling throughout his career. Ferguson is one of a small group of global “scientists” whose job is to control the narrative. The real driving force behind updating pandemic preparedness is WHO. In November 2020, New Zealand’s National Emergency Agency updated the information for civil defence emergency management (“CDEM”) groups relating to the Influenza Pandemic Plan. It stated: “The World Health Organisation is concerned that an avian influenza and a human influenza virus might mix” which could result in an influenza pandemic. “New Zealand is planning for the possibility of a pandemic,” it added. The 2024 update – which has dropped the word “influenza” from its title – was “completed at pace, is limited in scope” and is part of a wider review of pandemic preparedness that is taking place in two stages. The Plan has a section on “special powers” given to medical officers of health, public health physicians or doctors who are appointed by the Director General of Health. These powers are not new. They were granted in 2002, if not earlier, but during the covid “pandemic” they were used for the first time – covid was the dummy run. The Plan states: Special powers Special powers are authorised by the Minister of Health or by an epidemic notice or apply where an emergency has been declared under the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002. The power to detain, isolate or quarantine allows a medical officer of health to “require persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, animals, or things to be isolated, quarantined, or disinfected” (section 70(1)(f)). The power to prescribe preventive treatment allows a medical officer of health, in respect of any person who has been isolated or quarantined, to require people to remain where they are isolated or quarantined until they have been medically examined and found to be free from infectious disease, and until they have undergone such preventive treatment as the medical officer of health prescribes (section 70(1)(h)). The power to requisition premises allows a medical officer of health to requisition premises and vehicles for the accommodation, treatment and transport of patients (section 71(1)). The closure of premises such as schools can be required under sections 70(1)(1a) and 70(1)(m). This can be made by way of written order to the person in charge of the premises or order published in a newspaper or broadcast by television or radio and able to be received by most households in the district. If specified in the order, premises operating certain infection control measures may be exempted from closure. Section 71A states that a member of the police may do anything reasonably necessary (including the use of force) to help a medical officer of health or any person authorised by the medical officer of health in the exercise or performance of powers or functions under sections 70 or 71. These special powers were used for the first time during the response to COVID-19. In general terms, they performed well. However, there were some mis-steps in their application, they lack procedural and human rights safeguards and court judgments have found that while they can be used as a stop-gap measure in emergency situations, they are not suitable for sustained, complex responses. It does not cover the all-of-government or wider societal response to a pandemic. It is also only one tool for developing the health system’s preparedness.” It is plain to see from the above that they intend broad-reaching powers to be given to a few medical officers who will be able to shut down sections of New Zealand’s economy and detain people at will – or, in their words, when an epidemic notice is issued or when an emergency has been declared which, as we saw with covid, is not the same as an actual pandemic or epidemic occurring. However, we want to focus on the words “preventative medicine.” What does “preventative medicine” mean? We should read these words in the context of the last paragraph of the excerpt above: “These special powers were used for the first time during the response to COVID-19.” Note the big scary attention-seeking capital letters “COVID” is used when the rest of the world has long moved on to use the more appropriate typography of “Covid” or “covid.” Safe and effective medicines have been discouraged and/or banned since 2020 for treating covid, which was essentially the seasonal flu rebranded. Medicines such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were banned and the use of vitamins D and C, and Zinc were discouraged. The only “medicine” that was allowed was either harmful drugs such as remdesivir and midazolam, and later the so-called vaccines. We can assume then, that because “emergency powers” to coerce people into having the covid injections were used for the first time “during the response to COVID-19,” then the “preventative medicine” they are referring to is so-called vaccines or something as equally ineffective and harmful. Do you still have some doubts that this is the aim? A couple of weeks earlier, Dr. Peter Hotez, a prominent vaccine developer and advocate, called for deploying security forces, including police and military, to counter “anti-vaccine aggression” in the United States. He also suggested that the United Nations and NATO deploy security forces against “anti-vaxxers.” Hotez has links to both Bill Gates and WHO. In May 2007, it was reported that Hotez received $52 million from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to develop and conduct clinical trials in Brazil for his hookworm vaccine. The year before, in 2006, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation published a press release that stated that the Foundation had committed $68.2 million to help fight neglected tropical diseases of which $13.8 million was dedicated to Hotez’s research. (ABEDIN TAHERKENAREH/EPA-EFE/Shutterstock) Haniyeh lived in Qatar… Israel’s choice to specifically kill him in Iran had several results: ended efforts to improve U.S.- Iran relations, closed the window for addressing Iran’s nuclear program, impeded chances of a ceasefire in Israel’s war on Gaza, and escalated danger of a wider regional war – that would involve Americans in another disastrous conflict… by Alison Weir Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas’ political wing, was assassinated on Wednesday in Tehran, where Haniyeh was present for the inauguration of the new Iranian president, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian. Pezeshkian is known as a moderate who has sought dialogue with the U.S., repeatedly stating that he would pursue negotiations with the United States – a position that seemed to be supported by Iran’s Supreme Leader. The New Statesman reports: “Haniyeh has been pushing for months to reach a ceasefire agreement – often clashing with Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas’s military wing, who opposes a ceasefire deal – and US officials had indicated in recent days that a deal was near.” While Israel virtually never admits its assassinations, no one doubts that it perpetrated the murder – especially since Israel had earlier pledged that it would kill Haniyeh. In addition, this is just the latest action in Israel’s decades-long campaign against Iran. The assassination came hours after another Israeli assassination in Beirut, Lebanon had killed Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr, at least five other people, including three women and a young brother and sister (their brother is in critical condition), and wounded 74. In an interview on NPR, Iran expert Trita Parsi, Executive Vice President of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, discussed the dangerous and likely intentional ramifications of Israel’s provocative action: Steve Inskeep: Ismail Haniyeh was killed while attending the inauguration of an Iranian president who wanted to reengage with the United States. What does that mean for this part of the story? Parsi: Well, it likely means that whatever window of opportunity, the election of Pezeshkian provided for both the United States and Iran to reengage diplomatically. And as you may know, the Iranian nuclear program has progressed in a way that is very dangerous and necessitates some sort of a diplomatic round of talks to be able to push it back again. But that window has probably to a large extent, at least in the short and the medium term been closed. And it is noteworthy, of course, that the Israelis knew exactly where Haniyeh was when– mindful of the fact that he lives in Qatar and could have probably done it in Qatar at any moment. They chose specifically to do it while he was in Tehran in order to send a couple of signals. One is potentially the desire to shut down the window of any diplomatic engagement between the U.S. and Iran, but also send a signal that the different groups that Iran is supporting, Hezbollah, the Houthis, Iraqi militias and Hamas, that they are not safe anywhere, including in Tehran, and that Tehran cannot protect them. Inskeep: I should note one thing you say the Israelis did this. I know you’re presuming that we do not have confirmation from Israel that it was involved. And our editor, James Hider doubts that Israel would own up publicly to to such an act. But this is the accusation that is that is being made. What is the significance of it for Israel, of what would seem to be a more intense confrontation with Iran? Israel has owned up, of course, to killing Hezbollah leader that is a leader of another Iran linked group. Parsi: If it is Israel that was behind this, then within the span of 12 hours, they have targeted both Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran at the same time. It’s very difficult to see that as something that is not designed to escalate the situation further. We know that from the exchange of fire between Iran and Israel back in April, the Israelis wanted to go much further, but it was the Biden administration that restrained Israel and made sure that it absorbed the blows that Iran gave it in retaliation. The Iranians are likely going to retaliate against this. This is deeply embarrassing for them and it’s going to be very difficult for a lame duck Biden administration to be able to keep a lid on this compared to what they managed to do in April. At the same time, I think we have to recognize, though, that if the Biden administration had pushed and forced a cease fire much, much earlier, much of this would have been avoided. Inskeep: Let’s talk about the cease fire because our correspondent, Daniel Estrin, tells us that Haniyeh, the man who was killed, was essential figure in negotiating or efforts to negotiate a cease fire in Gaza. Is that effort now dead? Parsi: It seems to, at least in the short and medium term, not only dead, but to be deliberately killed. Netanyahu has systematically undermined these negotiations. Israeli media has even reported how he has selectively released intelligence in order to sabotage the talks. But nothing will that sabotage the talks more than killing the guy on the other side of the negotiating table. Other experts have also discussed Israel’s provocative actions against Iran. There have long been indications that Israel is working to get the U.S. to attack Iran on its behalf as it succeeded with Iraq. The video—which is captioned in Hebrew, “Destruction of the Tal Sultan water reservoir in honor of Shabbat”—ends with footage of the water facility being blown up. When some described the post as evidence of war crimes, the soldier quickly made his account private and deleted the stories. The water facility, also known as the Canada Well, is situated in the western part of Rafah city. U.S. human rights activist Rachel Corrie, who was crushed to death in 2003 by an Israeli military bulldozer while attempting to prevent demolitions in the city, spent much of her time during the last month of her life helping to protect the municipality workers at the Canada Well. [NOTE: Read about Rachel Corrie here.] For months, Israeli forces have been targeting vital water resources in the strip leading to starvation and, according to new reports, worsening access to clean water. The Canada well is the main water facility in the city of Rafah and provides services to 50 percent of the city’s residents, mainly in West Rafah. Monther Shoblaq, Director General of the Coastal Municipalities Water Utility, told Drop Site in an interview that his organization had provided the Israeli military with precise GPS coordinates for the Canada Well and all water facilities in the Strip, in coordination with the Red Cross. Despite these precautions, the well was blown up. “I was shocked when I saw the video. It’s not just that they targeted this water facility; it’s the fact that they planted explosives, celebrated the act on Instagram, and did so under the guise of honoring the Sabbath. Embed from Getty Images Syria attributes deadly Golan strike to Israel, denounces attempts to expand war The Cradle reports: The Syrian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on 28 July that Israel is trying to ignite the region by blaming Hezbollah for the strike in the Syrian Druze town of Majdal Shams in the occupied Golan Heights a day earlier. “People in occupied Golan, who have refused for decades to give up their Syrian Arab identity, will not be fooled by the occupation’s false accusations that Lebanese national resistance shelled Majdal Shams.” Hezbollah officials declared that the group targets only military positions. Twelve Syrian children were killed when a missile fell on a soccer field in Majdal Shams in the occupied Golan Heights Saturday. Israel immediately blamed Hezbollah and rejected the Lebanese resistance group’s statement on 27 July, categorically denying its involvement in the incident. Eyewitnesses at the scene reported that it was an Israeli Iron Dome interceptor missile that fell on the field, according to an Al-Arabi TV correspondent who spoke with a member of Israel’s ambulance service, Magen David Adom. A military expert cited by Sputnik said, “the missile that exploded in Majdal Shams was 100 percent Israeli, and we are faced with two possibilities: either a malfunction in the performance of the Israeli air defense systems, or a deliberate launch to achieve specific goals.” Residents of the town have refused Israeli citizenship and continue to view themselves as Syrians. The Druze community in Majdal Shams called on Israel not to politicize the incident. However, Israeli officials have used it to reinforce calls for launching a broader war against Lebanon. Israeli officials have vowed escalation. “Hezbollah will not escape punishment for this incident” and will “pay a heavy price,” Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on Sunday. Lebanese officials say they do not want war and have called for an international probe into the attack. PPS: 256 Palestinian detainees have died in Israeli prisons since 1967 The Palestine Information Center reports: The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) has said in a statement issued on Sunday that 256 Palestinians have died in prison since 1967; there are 28 prisoners whose bodies are still being held by Israeli authorities. 17 of the 28 have died since October 7th, and their bodies have not been returned to their families for burial, the PPS added. The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continue to escalate their arrest campaigns in the West Bank, coinciding with the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip. Embed from Getty Images In Israel’s Ofer prison, torture, starvation, medical neglect, deprivation of basic rights have led to suicide attempts WAFA reports: The crackdown on Palestinian detainees at the Israeli occupation’s Ofer Prison has reached a crisis point, with reports of severe mistreatment, including systematic starvation, since October 7, 2023, according to a lawyer from the Palestinian Prisoners Affairs Authority. The lawyer, who recently visited Ofer Prison, southwest of Ramallah, reported seven suicide attempts by detainees due to the dire conditions, brutal treatment by guards, and the use of hunger and medical neglect as forms of collective punishment. The detainees are subjected to beatings during arrest and in prison, especially if they are late for roll call or fail to wake up at the designated time (4 a.m.) each day. One detainee suffered severe burns while taking a shower with excessively hot water, a situation resulting from the prison administration’s control over water temperature. This detainee has not received medical treatment for the burns. Additionally, Amr Abu Khalil, a cancer patient, was assaulted while being transferred for chemotherapy treatment, only to later be informed that his treatment session had been canceled. Another detainee, Bashir Zaghloul Khatib from Birzeit, has been subjected to severe beatings during his arrest and has lost over 12 kilograms since his detention on February 18, 2023. The lawyer also highlighted the severe overcrowding in the prison, with at least 11 detainees confined to each cell. Five of them must sleep on the floor while the others share metal bunk beds. They lack basic necessities, including adequate clothing, blankets, and food. Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is also in charge of the prisons where Palestinians are being detained, recently declared, “The conditions of the terrorists in the prisons have indeed worsened and I am proud of that”. *NOTE: The use of the word “terrorist” for a group that resists occupation and oppression is a political, not fact-based choice. In reality, international law supports the efforts of resistance groups against an occupying power, the UN extending that right to the point of armed resistance. Israel is currently holding about 9,700 Palestinian prisoners in inhumane conditions where many are systematically tortured – 250 of them are children, 79 are women, and over 3,300 are administrative detainees – being held without charge or trial. (photo) Israeli military police raid Sde Teiman detention facility to arrest soldiers accused of torture; soldiers fight back Ha’aretz reports: Military Police officers raided the Sde Teiman Prison on Monday and detained several soldiers on suspicion of abusing a Palestinian detainee. According to a security source, the detainee was taken to a hospital with severe injuries in an intimate place – injuries that left him without the ability to walk. According to a security source, during the arrest of the soldiers at the Sde Teiman detention facility, a confrontation developed between military police personnel and some of the soldiers who refused to evacuate, and barricaded themselves in the facility. It was also reported that soldiers used pepper spray at military police personnel. One soldier was recorded saying: “We will unite against the IDF arresting our fellow soldiers”. Another soldier said: “The military police came to arrest us because we are responsible for Nukhba [elite] terrorists. Every Israeli should go out into the streets for us, I am not ready for the shame of being arrested – I gave my life for you, for my country”. National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir responded to the reports, saying, “the spectacle of military police officers coming to arrest our best heroes in the Sde Teiman detention facility is nothing less than shameful…Soldiers need to have our full support.” ‘I can’t justify this military operation any more’: the IDF reservists refusing to return to Gaza The Guardian reports: For Israeli military paramedic Yuval Green, it was the command to burn down a house that made him decide to end his reserve duty. Green had spent 50 days in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis earlier this year with his paratrooper unit, sleeping in a home lit only by battery-powered fairy lights among the rubble and devastation. He had begun to have doubts about the unit’s purpose there months earlier when he heard about Israel’s refusal to agree to Hamas’s demands to end the war, along with freeing hostages. Green is one of three Israeli reservists who told the Observer they will not return if called for military service in Gaza. All three previously undertook compulsory military service in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), which forms the backbone of society. They returned after the 7 October attacks by Hamas militants, when almost 1,200 people were killed in towns and kibbutzim around Gaza and about 250 taken hostage. But the destructive behavior Green says he witnessed from other soldiers only fueled the misgivings that he carried into Gaza, despairing at what he describes as a cycle of violence. [The Ministry’s figures have been contested by the Israeli authorities, although they have been accepted as accurate by Israeli intelligence services, the UN, and WHO. [It remains unknown how man Americans are among the casualties in Gaza.] Reported Israeli death toll from October 7 – July 28: ~1,486 (~1,139 on October 7, 2023, of which ~32 were Americans, and ~36 were children); 331 military forces since the ground invasion began in Gaza; 16 in the West Bank) and~8,730 injured. Times of Israel reports: The IDF listed 41 soldiers killed due to friendly fire in Gaza and other military-related accidents – nearly 16%. NOTE: It is unknown at this time how many of the deaths and injuries in Israel on October 7 were caused by Israeli soldiers. *Previously, IAK did not include 471 Gazans killed in the Al Ahli hospital blast since the source of the projectile was being disputed. However, given that much evidence points to Israel as the culprit, Israel had previously bombed the hospital and has attacked many others, Israel is prohibiting outside experts from investigating the scene, and since the UN and other agencies are including the deaths from the attack in their cumulative totals, if Americans knew is now also doing so.** Euro-Med Monitor reports that Gaza’s elderly are dying at an alarmingly high rate. The majority die at home and are buried either close to their residences or in makeshift graves dispersed across the Strip. There are currently more than 140 such cemeteries. Additionally, according to Euromed, thousands have died from starvation, malnourishment, and inadequate medical care; these are considered indirect victims as they were not registered in hospitals. † For most of the conflict, women and children accounted for about 70% of deaths in Gaza, with children making up a little over 40% of those killed, according to official statistics. This niche encourages you to pretend to be living your dream life or goals. And more often than not, it's usually with the absence of God in the picture, for God of course,never subscribes to impatience,which is what the concept is truly about. It takes your focus of God,and directs it on self and your supposed capabilities which you can unleash to get what you want...yes... that's it. Wearing masks allows people to pretend to like us when they rather judge and criticize our differences. We cannot live an authentic life wearing those masks. We will know them by their overly-generous and cheerful nature. We say we’re “okay” all the time Maybe we are okay. But many of us are not, both physically and mentally, and we need serious help, for truthfully, we are falling apart inside. Maybe we are in pain from chronic illness but just get tired of complaining to others. So many times, depression and illness can get such a hold on us that we cannot explain what we are really feeling, and all we can do is say we’re okay. We resort to oversleeping ,drugs, alcohol or whatever stimulants to try escape our depression. Only to wake up to them again,and it becomes a habit...a terrible habit that can kill. Please,if we are doing this, try once to be strong and say, “No, I’m not okay, and I am not happy.” This could be our road to a real breakthrough. THE ASTONISHING SUCCESS OF THE DEVIL IN ENCOURAGING THE *FALSE LIFE* THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA! 🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥🚥 Life on social media is the true culprit of the false life. If the devil has been succeeding before...now he is having fantastic breakthroughs... breakthroughs that are destroying millions of lives daily,all over the globe. The social media has become a trump card...an ace in Lucifer's arsenal...and many souls are being lost daily through depression, suicide, homicides, immortality,drugs, internet frauds, killings and maimings, I don't where to start or stop. Every one, especially the teenagers and young adults want be the super stars they see online,when most of what they see aren't even real. Indeed, social media has become a DEATHTRAP into which many are willingly being caught daily. People flaunt their wealth and affluence on social media and on pages of our dailies. They exhibit their success and achievements on various social networking platforms. Yes, they appear perfect,but oftentimes the means aren't questioned...afterall they say the end justifies the means. BLATANT FALSEHOOD! Having to behold this glamour and perfection on our tablets and phones daily poses a constant threat to even a "supposed Saint." We are unconsciously pressured to meet up to a certain standard to be accepted...and HEREIN LIES THE SNARE THAT IMPRISON OUR SOULS, IF NOT VEHEMENTLY RESISTED WITH GOD'S WORD. Life on Instagram and Facebook is very different from real life. Because of the pressure to belong,many do things they ordinarily wouldn't do. To keep up the false lifestyle they flaunt on social media, you see many running into heavy debts to maintain the lie. Because they have to spend nonexistent huge sums of money to keep up the pretence...rent apartments they can't afford,drive big cars they can't maintain,go for designer clothing,custom made everything to put up an appearance. You are always restless, whenever you find yourself in environments where you may be known for whom you truly are... you are always on edge to avoid unforeseeable embarrassment. A painful tragedy of this lifestyle is, MISSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE TRUE HELD YOU REQUIRE IN LIFE. Potential helpers will see you as okay and independent...having arrived. Even,pride borne out of shame won't allow you to seek help from one who could help you,for on Instagram,you are already his equal,if not better. The more you live in a false reality, the more you risk losing yourself and your sanity. Living a false life is draining and can be stressful if you don't know how to break free from your current situation and reclaim your authentic self. There's really very much on this,so much that space won't permit. But suffice to say that,we finally end up damaging our image(public or private), because it's just a matter of time, the truth of whom we really are will spill out. We won't be trusted anymore by anyone...we would be in the same boat like cheating spouses. OUR SELF ESTEEM WILL BE TERRIBLY BATTERED. When you spend your entire resources,time and energy trying to please people, trying to be what you feel they want you to be,and at the end the facade is removed...these very same people will do attack and criticise you to the point of you hurting yourself...they wouldn't want anything to do with you...your praise singers become your dirge singers... it's always very traumatizing. Like I said, there's a lot, and we will yet have to return. But , it will be more on the religious side of the false life. But, please,if you are caught in the web of this *craze*, you have to return...and fast too; 15. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17. About this conversation Have you noticed how difficult it is these days to have a deep meaningful conversation with anyone? Not just random strangers, but even close family members and friends. It was a problem in the making prior to 2020 but Covid seems to have accelerated the problem. Conversations are shut down and people get triggered over the slightest remark. Stating the bloody obvious gets you a zombie stare. No, you aren’t imagining it. People are different, they are unthinking and heavily programmed. In his book and as you will hear in this podcast with Michael Nehls it is not imaginary, and worse still it is not by accident. It is by nefarious design. I am convinced more than ever that we are in the midst of World War 3. WW1 was fought mainly in Europe, in fields and trenches, with rifles and artillery. Civilians were relatively spared. WW2 was fought with tanks, naval ships, and bombers and while many millions of soldiers died, so too for the first time in history did millions of innocent civilians. WW3 is a global war against every human being, the battleground is in our minds, and the weapons are psychological operations (Psyops) with full penetration skull-busting propaganda. The main beneficiaries of wars are bankers; some even argue that all wars are banker wars. But wars are more than about making money, they are also about gaining power and control. The latter over us the masses, the serfs and so-called “useless eaters”. While I believe it is important to understand who the enemy is, for simplicity's sake one can think of “they” as the predator class who have already got unimaginable money and power and exercise control over our media, banks, military-industrial complex, big tech and our governments to name but a few. What is more important is how they influence us and how we can protect ourselves and our loved ones, and ensure their plans are unsuccessful. The predator class uses narratives that they indoctrinate us with to control the way we think and shape our worldview. These indoctrinations are so powerful and plentiful that they have reduced much of the global population to NPCs (Non-player characters). For those of you who don’t know what NPCs are, they are characters found in computer games that are programmed to do certain tasks and repeat the same standard lines. For example, it might be an innkeeper in a game who is always behind the bar and offers you the choice to eat or drink. That computer character does not exist outside the Inn. He has no wife or kids. In the game you are the player, the innkeeper however is a non-player character within the game. Today, the vast majority of humans are NPCs, they have no mind outside their programming, repeating only what has been programmed in their script. And as soon as you mention certain terms they have a knee-jerk speech that they give. Have you noticed how people are either in a zombie state, unthinking and unfeeling, or the complete opposite getting triggered at the slightest remark (think computer glitch)? Some of the narratives that have been indoctrinated to the masses include the following - The World Trade Centre Bombings and subsequent War On Terror The Great Climate Scam and Hoax (The Earth is dying, Global warming is an existential threat, Carbon Dioxide is bad and needs to be reduced etc) Covid Plandemic (Lockdowns, social distancing and masks were necessary and effective) Vaccines are safe and effective including experimental gene interventions Governments care about you You can change your sex Anytime the media tells you to hate a group of people or another country The world is overpopulated Polar bears are dying Electric cars are good for the environment And many many more (why don’t tell me some more in the comments below) From Michael’s book - Indoctrination The word comes from the Latin word doctrina, meaning “instruction.” The purpose of indoctrination is to implant an ideological narrative into people’s brains - a new belief that allows no discussion and no contradiction. The goal is obedient, unthinking conformity. The means to this end is a controlled selection of information, intensive propaganda, and psychological manipulation, up to coercive measures and threats of punishment. The more skilful the mental manipulation, the more immune the implanted ideological thought system becomes to critical arguments and inner doubts. Indoctrination is to be understood as a vicious attack on our humanity, on our personality, and ultimately on the most precious thing of all: our freedom of thought. Resisting indoctrination is a lifelong endeavour. it is a matter of preserving one’s freedom of thought and search for meaning. I am referring to Cobra from the website ‘The Portal’) Interestingly, this article leads to Fake Terrorism, North Korea, Zionists and Israel. Anyway, here are some of my thoughts on Controlled Opposition in the alternative media (A hint: It’s everywhere!) Introduction It can be very disheartening when you are awakening to what is happening in the world – as when you really do your research and become informed you realize that most of these prominent ‘players’ in the alternative media are Controlled Opposition. And I have been shocked about the amount of Controlled Opposition operatives and Gatekeepers there are – and how hard people will push unsubstantiated claims. An example for you: Alex Jones and InfoWars is perhaps the most obvious controlled opposition operation going. We also have David Icke and Jordan Maxwell who are also Controlled Opposition… ‘what?’ you say … ‘some of their videos woke me up’, etc…. (they initially helped me as well) But, yep, it seems to be the Zionists and Freemasons putting people in place to get you to rely on them – so they give you some truth to draw you in and then some carefully selected disinfo and then also failing to include some pieces of important information. Just like all Controlled Opposition. The alternative media is a minefield. (Both these guys appear on the Richie Allen show – Richie Allen is controlled opposition. And David Icke even appears on the shill Alex Jones’s show!) There are certain things they are not telling us. Particularly about the Real Truth about Fake Terror Events, the Freemasons, Hitler, The National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP), The Second World War, etc. The Zionists et al like to try and control every stage of awakening – and there are different levels of awakening. David Icke has appeared on mainstream television at least three times in the UK! People who know about the depths of global conspiracy know that the Zionists wont allow someone to appear on mainstream TV if they don’t want them to. I am not saying these people don’t have some legitimate information, but you must research beyond them, they are limited – and they are manipulators and givers of half-truths. (David Icke promotes getting rid of racial and cultural identity, as well as getting rid of any religious beliefs – and generally promotes letting go of having a strong identity. This is exactly what these Freemasonic Zionist Talmudic Elites want! We are much easier to control and manipulate when we let go of racial, cultural and religious identity – humans are much more passive when they don’t have these identifications. This is why Icke never exposes ‘The Kalergi Plan’ and certain parts of ‘The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion’. He promotes this idea that only way to repel these forces of darkness is to focus on ‘infinite love’, that, ‘everything, everything, everything else is an illusion!’ This is an obvious pacifying psyop and a manipulation. This ‘just focusing on love’ will not save us from the Satanic Zionist New World Order. Knowledge, critical thinking, practical solutions and taking action is what is needed. Icke does twelve hour shows and writes many huge books, but most of it is distraction and deflection – and real practical solutions are not offered by him… and again, just focusing on love is not a solution, it is a pacifying psyop. The UFO community, in particular, can be incredibly naive and get distracted and carried away with the fantastical ET stories that give them some hope. I am not going to say that I haven’t been a little caught up with someone’s information until I realised it to be coming from someone who was clearly Controlled Opposition. But then eventually you see some of the agendas behind the operation – and see the disinfo they put out. When you go far down the rabbit hole it can all get little scary and something within you is looking for some ‘hopium’ ie – ‘there must be some good guys down here fighting back’, then these people come forward and say I have an ‘insider that I know’, or ‘I am an insider’ – and often they come with statements or firm predictions of change – ie: everything will change this year in the fall of 2016, or you will see great changes in this most of this year etc. These people are really just there to disempower you, pacify you, distract you and feed you bits of disinfo. I particularly research the extraterrestrial and ‘Milab’ phenomenon because of my various and numerous experiences – i.e ET abductions and memories returning of times spent in some sort of secret otherworldly operations and becoming lucid during some of these missions / abductions. Corey Goode, David Wilcock, Cobra, Fulford, Snowden – and others Some obvious Controlled Opposition within, or related to, the UFO field of research is: David Wilcock, Corey Goode, Cobra (the portal), Benjamin Fulford, Simon Parkes (Parkes fairly recently appeared on mainstream TV here in England, this should send up red flags for you, you don’t appear on mainstream TV if you are not controlled) etc etc – and there are blogs that promote many of these people that are also Controlled Opposition — these blogs are normally just set up primarily by people, who themselves are controlled, to the promote these other controlled agents. ‘Stillness in the Storm’ is an example of one of these Controlled Opposition blogs which vigorously promotes and defends Wilcock and Goode, as well posting about Fulford and Cobra. And there is also ‘Discerning the Mystery’, which has been obviously set up just to promote Corey Goode, Cobra, and David Wilcock etc. It is very interesting that as soon as the ‘Discerning the Mystery’ website was set up ‘Stillness in the Storm’ started posting ‘Discerning the Mystery’ articles on his blog, promoting him – just as he did with Jordan Sather. As soon as Jordan Sather’s youtube channel was up it was promoted immediately by ‘Stillness in the Storm’, and who does Jordan Sather work with now? Corey Goode! There is a network of Controlled Opposition here people all backing each other. (If you research a great deal and have an excellent memory – you see unusual things in the alternative media and you see networks of controlled opposition) And when Corey Goode started working with Bridget Nielsen ‘Stillness in the Storm’ started posting about her as well. This is the woman who says she has had sex with reptilians and it was great! Seriously, how does that help humanity – articles about this? Again, a network of Controlled Opposition promoting each other. We also have Michael Salla – he again – I will use the phrase again: Controlled Opposition – he is connected to all these people I have just mentioned in the above paragraph. He promotes Goode and Wilcock and various others in this group – and Stillness in the Storm promotes Salla. Salla puts out some ridiculous articles, for example: ‘Will Trump release all the advanced technology found in Antarctica if he is elected?’. Trump is working for the Zionists, of course he isn’t just going to release any technology just for the benefit of humanity! And of course we can see that Trump hasn’t released any. (I know that some of the ‘intel’ that some of these people put out can be very compelling, I followed some of these people for a while before I worked them out. ‘How can they not be ‘of the light’ when they put out this type of info?’ – read the rest of the article and about how it all works.) Within the ‘Secret Space Program’ area of research we also have William Tompkins – who is obviously Controlled Opposition – a limited hangout operation – and is only divulging what he is allowed – and also the same with Randy Cramer. They are told by the people who control the organisations that they are affiliated with, what to divulge and they do as they are told. It is obviously all scripted, to add to the distraction of humanity — and to add to the SSP limited-hangout operation. I have written about the Corey Goode ‘Sphere Being’ psyop / cult on this website – it is one of the the most obvious limited hangout and Controlled Opposition operations out there. It seems to be creating a cult, a ufo religion and now trying to capture the minds of the younger generation – again, like a net drawing them in and trying to hold onto people as long as possible. Corey also seems to want to control all the SSP disclosure narrative and also try to sanitize what is going on in them – and there is very obvious saviour programming in there as well – which disempowers and pacifies people. And why does humanity need to hear so much about Corey’s UFO stories, it is beyond me – how does it benefit people to hear so much about unsubstantiated ET stories like these? It is dangerous what he is doing – these SSP projects (if they exist) are not to be taken lightly – they will be ruining lives – and run by incredibly nefarious people. People who believe Corey Goode is genuine have still got various levels of awakening to work through. On YouTube peoples channels are being taken down left, right and centre for exposing the fake terrorism and the use of crisis actors, for exposing jewish tyranny and Zionism’s crimes, for exposing the WW2 and Hitler lies we have been told etc etc. Thousands of videos are being censored by Jewish Zionist controlled Youtube – just for people exposing and questioning… whatever happened to free speech!. “The Truth Does Not Fear Investigation”. But here we have someone like Corey, he isn’t being censored and is not going to be censored – because he is Zionist psyop – a controlled opposition agent. These stories are absolutely pacifying and disempowering people – stopping them from coming up with solutions for humanity. He talks about these ‘toplet bombs’??? and other exotic weapons – he says that there are ET groups that are clearing all these bombs that are surrounding us here on Earth. For five years he has been saying this! And he say things like we are close to clearing them all – and then, ‘low and behold’ they have found some more and some more weapons have been found – then the next month – and again, its ‘oh we found some more toplet bombs’ etc – over and over again this goes on! And of course Cobra talks about Ashtar Command and Galactic Federation etc etc – pacifying and disempowering – these are psyops. Cobra is also affiliated with the website ‘prepare for change’ change – more disempowering – it should be Create Change! Let’s just sit back and prepare for change, what a disempowering and pacifying slogan – again, it should be Create Change. We also get these popular channellers like Bashar and Adronis, for example, making predictions – they were both saying everything will change in the fall of 2016. The SSP ‘whistleblower’ called ‘Illeana’, also joined in with her own ‘channeling’ and also said all will change in the fall of 2016. I am wary of him because he has come out with the statement that everything will change in the fall of 2017. Why regularly put out a statement like that? It only pacifies and disempowers humanity. And also because he promotes the disinfo agent Donald Marshall – I am sure cloning does goes on, and we all know some really terrible things go on with the elites, but Donald Marshall is almost certainly controlled opposition with disinfo – some ridiculous things have been said by him, particular the things about Reptilians, such as them having this ‘thing’ come out of their head that goes into your eye and takes you over – obvious disinfo. I will certainly not be holding my breath about this Aug Tellez 2017 prediction! He also has very few details about the time he says he spent in Solar Warden – lots of information is given out which would be complex to many, but no solar warden details of operations he took part in. So I am not totally sure about Aug, I think we will see after this fall 2017. Will he be the first ‘insider’ to actually predict when the beneficial changes will come? Again, I doubt it very much. While we are in the subject of channelers: we have people like Bashar and Abraham Hicks putting forward this notion of people just trying to manifest an abundant life for themselves. You don’t need to transform the planet, they suggest – just try to manifest a happy and abundant life for yourself. Nope, actually we should be looking to highlight all the darkness, all the satanic practices – we need to bring it to the light to transform it. We need to work together to create change – helping each other, practical solutions etc – so we need to know where all the problems are and where they originate from. These two channelers are obvious controlled opposition psyops. And there are many other channelers who just go on and on about different ET races. Firstly, do people realize how easy it is for the ‘powers that be’ to manipulate these people – who they are channeling – most are not going to be channelling who they think they are. Anyway, regardless of this, what purpose does it serve to listen to a ‘channeler’ telling you about unsubstantiated info about ‘ET races’ – how does this help humanity evolve and break free from this Satanic Slave System and understand the tactics of the Zionists and Freemasons. Are these ‘channelers’ telling you any useful practical information regarding this planet. Nearly all are just distracting you. One more thing related to Bashar, he goes on about hybrid children – not human children, but hybrid children. Our human children are getting poisoned, abused, sacrificed and eaten on this planet! We do not need to worry about hybrid children! And this woman Bridget Nielsen aligns herself with Bashar and promotes making a safe place for the hybrid children to live. She also says that she has had sex with reptilians and it was great. Do you know who aligned themselves with this woman? – Corey Goode did. He is good ‘friends’ with her and does videos with her – it’s networks of Controlled Opposition – psyops linked together. Anyway, there is absolutely no benefit to humanity in the people making these statements and predictions with dates about big changes – the only purpose can be to dis-empower and pacify humanity – there is nothing else it can do. I would take them with less than a pinch of salt, and be suspicious of those who are making them – especially as all the statements so far have been wrong. And carry on researching, and carry on trying to make a positive and practical difference to this planet – and carry on learning about all the fake terrorism and fake shootings, the controlled opposition agents, the CIA limited hangouts, the Zionists, the Freemasons. Question everything and don’t stop learning. We need to become informed critical thinkers and then to come together somehow and make changes. Early ET abductions, Milabs researchers and whistleblowers The whole UFO field has been infiltrated by Controlled Opposition. Some of the first researchers like Barbara Bartholic and Dr Karla Turner appeared to be doing some diligent and credible research and investigations exposing the nefarious ETs – but it looks like they were killed off. It looks like was Phil Schneider as well, who seemed to be exposing some important information – and then the UFO field was then further flooded with agents (it’s always been controlled). We did have some testimonies that felt somewhat credible in the Milab, Secret Space Ops and Black Ops area, years ago – but now, in the two or three years or so, this area of research seems to filled with agents and disinfo. Some questions for people who believe Putin is some kind of savour: Why did Putin play along with, and essentially endorse, at least two fake terrors acts. Firstly the fake shooting of the Russian Ambassador in Berlin – it’s totally fake, research it – watch Ole Dammegard’s video on it, for starters. And Putin also endorses the St Petersburg Metro bombing – again, a staged drill passed of as real – fake. There are videos about these fake events in a playlist on my youtube channel. Why is Putin endorsing these fake deceiving acts, as well as playing along with other fake terrorism from around the world? Truth seekers who go far down the rabbit hole suggest that Putin is just playing a role – that pretty much all these western leaders are just playing their roles. I would also suggest he is just playing a role for the Zionists and their NWO agenda – and I certainly do not trust someone who deceives humanity like this. Putin also has a history of Jewish and Zionist connections, he is ex KGB, does huge tech and trade deals with Israel, glorifies the ‘Soviet Union’ and the ‘Red Army’, and he does not come out and condemn Netenyahu and Israel on a great many issues… and he hasn’t ended Debt Slavery/Usury in his country (which leaders who truly want to look after their people will always do). I thought I owned, as an example, ten shares in a famous Swiss chocolate manufacturer. It seems I do not. It now indicates that I’m noted as having “beneficial ownership of a part of a numbered pool of such shares”. In other words, there are no identifiable shares with my name virtually on them. Originally you possessed physical paper. Then ‘for convenience’, virtual electronic shares became the rule. From this point the sneaky steps to a pool… and then “beneficial ownership of a part of a numbered pool of such shares” was easy. You can still buy and sell them what’s the problem? The problem is subsection b) in Section 57A-8-511 of the Uniform Commercial Code. If certain economic actions occur in a given financial climate, it turns out that pooled shares have long ago been pledged as collateral in a transaction in which a party has borrowed money from a lender. In the event that the borrower defaults, the ultimate beneficiary is the lender and they have the right to seize whatever collateral there is. That’s your savings, investments, pensions, home etc, including your car if a loan or HP arrangement was used to acquire it. 👇 Even if it has been paid off. The South Dakota bill seeks to re establish true ownership rights such that in the event of an insolvency, your private property is automatically returned to you. If you have watched Beware of the leopard you will fully understand the power of this proposed clause removal from section 57A-503 of the UCC Naturally, this is being strongly resisted by those in the pay of the banking lobby. Whether the legislature has the sense and cojones to pass such an amendment remains to be seen. Well worth also listening to the hearing in the Tennessee legislature. The amendments proposed go a small way to restoring some of the property rights of those who think they own securities. ‘Entitlement’ is not ownership Currently, because of changes made to the Uniform Commercial Code, those who think they own securities now only have an “entitlement”, which is much weaker and is contractual, not absolute. Because it’s a contractual right, there’s a counterparty. If the latter goes insolvent, the effect of changes to the UCC is that the entitlement holder (e.g. you) is ranked lower on the list of creditors than the Secured Creditors, the parasites at the top of the food chain. Say Boris lends Frank some books. Then Frank sells one of them to you for £10 and disappears. You may be reading it in the park one day when Boris grabs it off you and says ‘that’s my book’. Everything you have turns out to be like that book. And Boris planned the whole thing. A financial crisis will certainly see all assets legally stolen. Most people are unaware of this. There’s literally nothing you can do about it, except not to own securities. If you hold physical gold in a safe nobody else knows about, that’s the only way you can be secure. Cash unfortunately suffers the same fate, because it isn’t segregated and is controlled by the big clearing banks and ultimately the central bank, nationally and internationally. What is Beneficial Ownership? Over 50 years, financial assets (“securities”) that you previously owned under private property rights, as bits of paper, have been dematerialised (digitised) and pooled. Most importantly, a new legal category of “beneficial ownership” has been created and substituted for “ownership”. Why this matters is that ultimate ownership falls to a minuscule number of holders of collateral against debts incurred. Central banks, which are privately owned, are able to seize everyone else’s assets in a crisis because those assets are pledged as collateral. A shared view Webb says that deliberate collapse of the entire global economy is imminent and this mass theft will cause and amplify violence and tremendous hardship. A hard rain’s going to fall. Webb sees the endgame as I do: evil, totalitarian, digital control system. No liberty or democracy anywhere is going to be tolerated nor will the development of a parallel economic system be allowed. It is probably already way too late to prevent the economic collapse. Whether anything can be salvaged by way of reverting changes to private property rights locally remains to be seen. It’s not necessarily a political issue but a criminal matter that private property rights have been subverted. Unfortunately, the way I see it, the perpetrators of the ongoing “covid super crime” need do nothing more than to play out their existing hand, to reduce the population to any value they choose. Here’s my near term summary of what I think they’re up to: A new event will trigger obligatory digital ID (eg for rations). If 1. isn’t a financial crisis,they can trigger one at any time, destroying all sovereign currencies and stealing almost all private property (David Rogers Webb). Total dependence upon the state in order even to be fed. CBDC (digital-only money) introduced. Lies about a wave of pandemics. Pharma will pretend to make mRNA vaccines. Govts will mandate them (if WHO hadn’t already done so). Digital ID validity will depend upon being up to date on jabs. No jab, no food. CBDC simply won’t work. Rinse and repeat until population reaches their desired levels. I think it’s likely many countries will be completely emptied, removing the need for the authorities to have to pretend that recovery is even the dream, let alone intent. The perpetrators have such control of main media and almost all internet traffic. If we reach point 1. without insurrection, we’re done in any case. The perpetrators do not require cooperation from anybody from this point onwards. I would point out two things. First, once you realise you’re being lied to by “the authorities” about things fundamental to your health and even life, freedom aside for a moment, surely you must begin to question everything else from the same source? Second, I see the only chance of delaying or deflecting the overall control agenda is by more and more people knowing about it and saying NO. So I ask everyone to assign an important part of their lives to doing this, personally. How brave are you? Do you try to communicate with everyone you know, who serves you in shops, on-line?
