Catching #Octopus aka Tako(Japanese) or He'e (Hawaiian) is one of the more sustainable catches to harvest from the ocean because they grow fast about 1lbs a month and have fast breeding cycles and output. But here in Hawaii anything under 1 lb is considered illegal to take. Here we are with our personal best catch of around 8 and 6 pounders.
