Today I am driving up the mountain to the volcanoes of Negros and passing this little jem called Valencia. A few degrees cooler than the city and has a lot of expats buying property here. Everything is clean, tidy and well looked after. Basketball, tennis and soon maybe even a golf course. Ofcourse the view is stunning with ocean view over 5 islands and the mountains in the back. #VALENCIA
