The dish is composed of raw ground beef served with fried bread, garlic, and raw egg yolk on top. The flavors are out of this world and the presentation is top-notch. ????

I also tried other Czech dishes such as Gulášová polévka v chlebu (goulash soup in bread) and Svíčková. ????????
