Today at the gym I did a new exercise that I always wanted to try. Rope climbing is nowadays a typical exercise when doing CrossFit. It's quite difficult as it requires a good technique but it surprised me that it does not require a tremendous amount of upper body strength.
Two more sessions and I will be able to climb to the top ???? ????
