????‍♀️Cycle Away And Reap The Benefits????‍♂️
Although it's been awhile, but I have always loved cycling. There's this sense of joy and boost of energy gained whilst pedalling and after.
I still remember my mum teaching me how to cycle by holding one side of the handle and the back part of the seat with the other. On observing this from afar, our close neighbour came and said, "This time just focus infront and pedal slightly faster, whilst your mum holds just the back part of your seat. Don't look back though, just KEEP pedalling". That day did I pedal or did I pedal, with total focus ahead and without realising my seat was not held and I mastered cycling without fear.
I took cycling further and acquired a certificate from high school. It's been a few years in recent times since I have cycled, but when that fresh breeze of air touches your face and the weeeeee feeling as you go down the hill without needing to pedal much is beyond words. Now we have these chargeable electronic bikes. Seems to be fun. Not tried them yet though, but Mountain bikes were a thing back in the days with extra added gears and all. So popular that everyone wanted to have one.
On that note, I thought I'd share this article that explains some interesting information on cycling.

Do you remember how you first learnt to cycle? Do you remember who taught you? Maybe you don't know how to cycle and would love too. Why not get started, it's never to late to learn and it's an added skill. With Spring round the corner and hopefully better weather to come, this could be the time. Aside the health benefits, the cost and environmental benefits too!
