I've found a great spot to build a offgrid-house on a granite cliff with a great view and a beautiful forrest surrounding it and yet, not far from the lake. I looked it up and it seems to belong to the church of Sweden. I'm Gonna give them a call tomorrow and hear if it is for sale ;)
