The tangerines this year have been super sweet and juicy, the best citrus I've ever had I believe. This tangelo I'm holding has an intense electric orange color I simply love, and they taste wonderful as well. And lemons and avocados are pumping right now and make for great combinations as the lemon helps keep the avos' from browning as quickly in guacamole. Now I just need to get my freekin' high blood pressure down I just can't figure out why I eat good and work hard and still have high BP, Im going to cut out all salt next and eat more tangerines I guess. Food can cure anything I'm told so I'll just keep trying till I figure out what mellows me out and lowers my BP. Any suggestions would be appreciated! ✌????????????????????
