After a long #workingday and #gymday now it’s #dinner time here, and this is the result, after 25-30min #preparation: #MonkfishStew.
It’s a simple yet delicious dish, featuring zucchini, chestnuts, monkfish, coconut milk, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, coconut amino and lot of spices like turmeric, garam masala, Chinese spices, mixed pepper and herbs di Provence.
For me a this is one on my favourites #cozyfood: warm, fragrant, moist, and perfect for the fall.
