I actually started working on my strength.... I am very unfit... out of shape, so I decided to start exercising to test my limits... I was only able to do 3 pushups in 1 sitting.... now I am able to do 5 pushups in one go.... it is really tough but my goal is to reach 20 by the end of the month.
