In 2020, a person named Felecia took charge of the company. She's got lots of experience in teaching and leading others. She used all her smarts to change how Glass House Cleaning works.

Now, Glass House Cleaning mainly cleans three kinds of places: vacation rentals (they have three different ways to do this), offices and stores (that's called commercial cleaning), and places where people just built things (that's called post-construction cleaning).
