With new events and new faces. They are the faces of your children, who will fill your homes with noise and laughter.” These were the last words written by my sister in a text message to one of her daughters. Dr. Soma Baroud was murdered on October 9, 2024 when Israeli warplanes bombed a taxi that carried her and other tired Gazans somewhere near the Bani Suhaila roundabout near Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip. I am still unable to understand whether she was on her way to the hospital, where she worked, or leaving the hospital to go home. Does it even matter? The news of her murder – or, more accurately assassination, as Israel has deliberately targeted and killed 986 medical workers, including 165 doctors – arrived through a screenshot copied from a Facebook page. “Update: these are the names of the martyrs of the latest Israeli bombing of two taxis in the Khan Younis area ..,” the post read. It was followed by a list of names. “Soma Mohammed Mohammed Baroud” was the fifth name on the list, and the 42,010th on Gaza’s ever-growing list of martyrs. I refused to believe the news, even when more posts began popping up everywhere on social media, listing her as number five, and sometimes six in the list of martyrs of the Khan Yunis strike. I kept calling her, over and over again, hoping that the line would crackle a bit, followed by a brief silence, and then her kind, motherly voice would say, “Marhaba Abu Sammy. How are you, brother?” But she never picked up. I had told her repeatedly that she does not need to bother with elaborate text or audio messages due to the unreliable internet connection and electricity. “Every morning,” I said, “just type: ‘we are fine’.” That’s all I asked of her. But she would skip several days without writing, often due to the lack of an internet connection. Then, a message would arrive, though never brief. She wrote with a torrent of thoughts, linking up her daily struggle to survive, to her fears for her children, to poetry, to a Qur’anic verse, to one of her favorite novels, and so on. “You know, what you said last time reminds me of Gabriel García Márquez’s One Hundred Years of Solitude,” she said on more than one occasion, before she would take the conversation into the most complex philosophical spins. I would listen, and just repeat, “Yes .. totally .. I agree .. one hundred percent.” For us, Soma was a larger-than-life figure. This is precisely why her sudden absence has shocked us to the point of disbelief. Her children, though grown up, felt orphaned. But her brothers, me included, felt the same way. I wrote about Soma as a central character in my book “My Father Was a Freedom Fighter”, because she was indeed central to our lives, and to our very survival in a Gaza refugee camp. The first born, and only daughter, she had to carry a much greater share of work and expectations than the rest of us. She was just a child, when my eldest brother Anwar, still a toddler, died in a UNRWA clinic at the Nuseirat refugee camp due to the lack of medicine. Then, she was introduced to pain, the kind of pain that with time turned into a permanent state of grief that would never abandon her until her murder by a US-supplied Israeli bomb in Khan Younis. Two years after the death of the first Anwar, another boy was born. They also called him Anwar, so that the legacy of the first boy may carry on. Soma cherished the newcomer, maintaining a special friendship with him for decades to come. My father began his life as a child laborer, then a fighter in the Palestine Liberation Army, then a police officer during the Egyptian administration of Gaza, then, once again a laborer; that’s because he refused to join the Israeli-funded Gaza police force after the war of 1967, known as the Naksa. A clever, principled man, and a self-taught intellectual, my Dad did everything he could to provide a measure of dignity for his small family; and Soma, a child, often barefoot, stood by him every step of the way. When he decided to become a merchant, as in buying discarded and odd items in Israel and repackaging them to sell in the refugee camp, Soma was his main helper. Though her skin healed, cuts on her fingers, due to individually wrapping thousands of razors, remained a testament to the difficult life she lived. “Soma’s little finger is worth more than a thousand men,” my father would often repeat, to remind us, ultimately five boys, that our sister will always be the main heroine in the family’s story. Now that she is a martyr, that legacy has been secured for eternity. Years later, my parents would send her to Aleppo to obtain a medical degree. She returned to Gaza, where she spent over three decades healing the pain of others, though never her own. She worked at Al-Shifa Hospital, at Nasser Hospital among other medical centers. Later, she obtained another certificate in family medicine, opening a clinic of her own. She did not charge the poor, and did all she could to heal those victimized by war. Soma was a member of a generation of female doctors in Gaza that truly changed the face of medicine, collectively putting great emphasis on the rights of women to medical care and expanding the understanding of family medicine to include psychological trauma with particular emphasis on the centrality, but also the vulnerability of women in a war-torn society. When my daughter Zarefah managed to visit her in Gaza shortly before the war, she told me that “when aunt Soma walked into the hospital, an entourage of women – doctors, nurses, and other medical staff – would surround her in total adoration.” At one point, it felt that all of Soma’s suffering was finally paying off: a nice family home in Khan Younis, with a small olive orchard, and a few palm trees; a loving husband, himself a professor of law, and eventually the dean of law school at a reputable Gaza university; three daughters and two sons, whose educational specialties ranged from dentistry to pharmacy, to law to engineering. Life, even under siege, at least for Soma and her family, seemed manageable. True, she was not allowed to leave the Strip for many years due to the blockade, and thus we were denied the chance to see her for years on end. True, she was tormented by loneliness and seclusion, thus her love affair and constant citation from García Márquez’s seminal novel. But at least her husband was not killed or went missing. Her beautiful house and clinic were still standing. And she was living and breathing, communicating her philosophical nuggets about life, death, memories and hope. “If I could only find the remains of Hamdi, so that we can give him a proper burial,” she wrote to me last January, when the news circulated that her husband was executed by an Israeli quadcopter in Khan Yunis. But since the body remained missing, she held on to some faint hope that he was still alive. Her boys, on the other hand, kept digging in the wreckage and debris of the area where Hamdi was shot, hoping to find him and to give him a proper burial. They would often be attacked by Israeli drones in the process of trying to unearth their father’s body. They would run away, and return with their shovels to carry on with the grim task. To maximize their chances of survival, my sister’s family decided to split up between displacement camps and other family homes in southern Gaza. This meant that Soma had to be in a constant state of moving, traveling, often long distances on foot, between towns, villages, and refugee camps, just to check on her children, following every incursion, and every massacre. “I am exhausted,” she kept telling me. “All I want from life is for this war to end, for new cozy pajamas, my favorite book, and a comfortable bed.” These simple and reasonable expectations looked like a mirage, especially when her home in the Qarara area, in Khan Younis, was demolished by the Israeli army last month. “My heart aches. Everything is gone. Three decades of life, of memories, of achievement, all turned into rubble,” she wrote. “This is not a story about stones and concrete. It is much bigger. It is a story that cannot be fully told, however long I wrote or spoke. Seven souls had lived here. We ate, drank, laughed, quarreled, and despite all the challenges of living in Gaza, we managed to carve out a happy life for our family,” she continued. A few days before she was killed, she told me that she had been sleeping in a half-destroyed building belonging to her neighbors in Qarara. She sent me a photo taken by her son, as she sat on a makeshift chair, on which she also slept amidst the ruins. She looked tired, so very tired. There was nothing I could say or do to convince her to leave. She insisted that she wanted to keep an eye on the rubble of what remained of her home. Her logic made no sense to me. I pleaded with her to leave. She ignored me, and instead kept sending me photos of what she had salvaged from the rubble, an old photo, a small olive tree, a birth certificate .. My last message to her, hours before she was killed, was a promise that when the war is over, I will do everything in my power to compensate her for all of this. That the whole family would meet in Egypt, or Türkiye, and that we will shower her with gifts, and boundless family love. I finished with, “let’s start planning now. Whatever you want. You just say it. Awaiting your instructions…” She never saw the message. Even when her name, as yet another casualty of the Israeli genocide in Gaza was mentioned in local Palestinian news, I refused to believe it. I continued to call. “Please pick up, Soma, please pick up,” I pleaded with her. Only when a video emerged of white body bags arriving at Nasser Hospital in the back of an ambulance, I thought maybe my sister was indeed gone. Some of the bags had the names of the others mentioned in the social media posts. Each bag was pulled out separately and placed on the ground. A group of mourners, bereaved men, women and children would rush to hug the body, screaming the same shouts of agony and despair that accompanied this ongoing genocide from the first day. Then, another bag, with the name ‘Soma Mohammed Mohammed Baroud’ written across the thick white plastic. Her colleagues carried her body and gently laid it on the ground. They were about to zip the bag open to verify her identity. I looked the other way. I refuse to see her but in the way that she wanted to be seen, a strong person, a manifestation of love, kindness and wisdom, whose “little finger is worth more than a thousand men.” But why do I continue to check my messages with the hope that she will text me to tell me that the whole thing was a major, cruel misunderstanding and that she is okay? There is no guarantee that they will be safe from Israel’s bombs and bullets if they choose either option. These are dilemmas no human should ever have to endure, yet recent research by Action For Humanity found that 98 percent of the 200,000 people in the “humanitarian zones” in central Gaza have had to wrestle with them. In fact, according to our findings, more than a quarter of these people have had to move 10 or more times in the past 13 months. The research, based on the testimonies of displaced Palestinians on the ground, revealed that Israel’s “evacuation orders” often give people just an hour, and sometimes even less, to pack up what remains of their lives and run for their lives. And when they agree to “evacuate”, they are often still chased by a hail of bullets as they try to find new shelter in another “humanitarian zone”. The devastating details in the report, titled Erasure by Design, make it clear that there are no real humanitarian zones in Gaza and that the “evacuation orders” Israel issues are not aimed at getting Palestinians out of harm’s way. The use of these terms by Israel, its allies and international media serve only to whitewash what is happening before our eyes in Gaza: land grabs under the threat of extermination. It is doing so to ensure nowhere in Gaza is safe for Palestinians. It is trying to kill two birds with one stone: creating the illusion of adherence to humanitarian law while laying the groundwork for illegally expanding Israeli territory. The reality on the ground is clear: There are no “humanitarian zones” or “evacuation orders” but only threats of extermination and islands of medieval suffering not fit for basic survival, let alone dignified living. Satellite images reviewed by NYT showed the Israeli army has built at least 19 large bases throughout the area and dozens of small ones, suggesting plans for a long-term occupation. “While some were built earlier in the war, the imagery also shows that the pace of construction appears to be accelerating: 12 of the bases were either built or expanded since early September,” NYT writes. As a result of the construction, the corridor has slowly grown into a 46.6 square-kilometer military zone occupied by Israeli forces. Hamas made the announcement as key mediators, including Egypt, Qatar and the United States, launch another effort to reach a ceasefire that would see the release of Israeli captives. A record number of Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire in 2024, and the number of detentions and administrative detainees reached a historic high. Since the beginning of the war, many attacks on Palestinians by soldiers and settlers have been documented throughout the West Bank. The attacks were aimed at Palestinians suspected of no wrongdoing and often carried out in plain sight, in full view of officers and commanders. Soldiers are being urged to take more “proactive” and “offensive” actions, while the public is demanding – or, at least, accepting – revenge on all Palestinians for the crimes of Hamas. They see themselves as authorized to play the role of prosecutor, judge and executioner in any encounter with a Palestinian. In practice, every soldier has been granted virtually unlimited power to use violent means of oppression. They know they will not be held accountable for their conduct. B’Tselem’s field researchers gathered testimonies from Palestinians who were attacked by soldiers in the city center of Hebron between May and August 2024. Their accounts indicate a rise in the scope, type and severity of violence that soldiers are currently employing against Palestinians in the West Bank. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to reject the PA and Fatah’s involvement in any post-war government in Gaza. The premier has advanced his own plans for the ‘day after’ the war, which involves indefinite Israeli security control over the strip. Israel strikes Lebanon again and again, but hopes ceasefire will hold Israel has a unique and unilateral interpretation of the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon, whereby Israel has given itself the right to enforce that agreement with “fire”. So far, according to UNIFIL, the UN peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon, Israel has broken the ceasefire at least 100 times. These were the words of the Israeli army Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, “We will maintain the ceasefire with fire”, meaning that Israel can strike at Hezbollah on Lebanese territory and beyond. Israel views any infraction, any movement, any activity of Hezbollah as a violation that it has the right to respond to. US envoy Amos Hochstein has expressed frustration and fear that these Israeli attacks could threaten this fragile ceasefire. In the meantime, Israel continues striking but is still hoping that this ceasefire would hold. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar told his French counterpart in a phone call that his country is, in fact, enforcing the ceasefire – which stipulates Hezbollah’s withdrawal from the Israel-Lebanon border area – rather than violating it, Sa’ar said on X Monday. I deliberately leave the “Dr.” out to show my disrespect and eliminate artificial “expert credibility,” which at least 95% of these so-called experts lack. They are primarily institutionalized elite-captured, trained intellectual monkeys thinking they “know” stuff. Robert W Malone MD, MS , once saved my sanity when he publicly confirmed (as an “expert”) what I have felt, like many of you, for more than a year: That the whole Covid pandemic is a scam. The vaccines are a mad idea, and we are witnessing a totalitarian overreach under the disguise of an “emergency”. Yes, I still needed “expert authority voices” to confirm my inner knowledge and common sense. I still needed validation and felt more secure hearing an “expert” agree with me. Not anymore, thanks God. (And I mean that literally.) I didn’t realise then that “my idol” was much less informed and way more idiotic than myself. After all, he took these untested injections and almost died from them. I didn’t, despite not having invented the technology. All these “experts”, even the so-called resistant “experts” with fancy titles, can all get lost until they prove their humanity, humbleness, courage and common sense to me in action, not words. I think you read my mood by now: I am pissed off and angry, and I make no excuse for it. Angry people cause meaningful changes. Always have, always will. But anger is different from violence. I hate violence, but I like healthy anger. Anger is the most natural reaction when someone abuses or takes advantage of us. It builds meaningful boundaries. Bandits take you more seriously. I know that all these liberal and radical feminists out there want to turn every angry boy into a non-angry complacent self-doubting pussy for a reason. I bet that the most useful idiots for the elites are the armies of studied intellectuals. I never could and never will have any respect for any ugly leader. And the ugliness starts in the heart, thirsting for power. But back to Malone. Of course, the days when I admired him are long gone. Not many leaders have the integrity to be in a position of power because of their lack of true spirituality. It is based on intimately knowing their false self (ego) and true self through daily spiritual practice, which will equip them with an authentic and profound integrity we can trust. These leaders are almost unheard of these days. Most of our leaders are selfish narcissists who are very clever in deceiving the stupid, naive masses. That’s why history is littered with horrific leaders who only brought misery, oppression, and darkness to the people. One stand-out exception to this rule was Mahatma Gandhi, a deeply spiritual man who freed India for the people in a peaceful way. That doesn’t mean he or the people were not angry about being oppressed by the British invaders in their own country. But Mahatma managed to use this lingering anger energy in a controlled, persistent, and constructive way rather than let it explode in a violent, destructive way that does nothing for the people and only disperses the usefulness of anger for change. That’s why authoritarian regimes often deliberately provoke angry but peaceful demonstrators by shoving extremely aggressive-looking, fear-inducing, powerful riot police in transhuman-looking uniforms into their faces. There are three common tactics to turn angry people into violent people: They set parameters around demonstrations to herd them in. This escalates the fear and violent aggression in the initially peaceful group. Our symptomatic nervous system goes into immediate fight-or-flight mode, but fighting seems the only option when flight is impossible. They know that, of course. If they wanted peaceful demonstrations, they wouldn’t do that, keep a low profile, and only intervene for rare destructive acts of the very few troublemakers and out-of-control people in the group. Often, some of these troublemakers are disguised police agitators within the group. (Forgive me for not providing links—it is too time-consuming for a free publication. Research yourself if you doubt me, please.) Most mainstream people doubt this tactic because they don’t think deeply enough to see the genius yet evil rationale behind it. Authoritarian systems want violence for several reasons, but one of them is to disperse the underlying anger in the population and lower the anger charge before it spreads too far and is harnessed in a deliberate, intelligent, persistent, non-violent and disciplined movement that is much more dangerous to the system as the occasional violent demonstration. It is essential to know this mechanism within ourselves, and each of us has to learn to use our anger constructively against the totalitarian regime because violence will always work in their favour. It helps them convince the scared sheeple majority that the “radicals” cause the trouble, not themselves. It also convinces them that more “emergency laws” and “surveillance” are needed to keep them in check. Back to Malone I still don’t think he was deliberately planted or captured opposition as many do, but I keep alert to this scenario as one possibility in this increasingly wicked world. I always felt that his unchecked ego and ambitions were his most significant liabilities, so I lost trust in him. The pivotal moment for me was when he sued the Braggins for “defamation”. I was no reader, nor did I know them at the time. I had no idea what the “defamation lawsuit” was about, and I didn’t care. However, it gave me valuable insight into Malone’s character, and I let him know about it in the comments before I unsubscribed. A man who “fears” for “his” reputation can’t be trusted. And a man who can’t deal with it himself and runs to the courts seemed weak to me. Shortly after, he went into “echo chamber mode” with his Substack and only allowed paying fangirls and boys to comment—a sure sign of a weak, insecure ego that can’t handle critiques or trolls. When he endorsed Trump before Kennedy did, as he proudly brags about in the above article, I knew he was out for a position of power in the new administration. So the former leader of the anti-Covid, anti-vax movement, travelling the world organizing resistance against what happened during the so-called pandemic, is now endorsing a man who did a massive U-Turn from rightly playing down the pandemic theatre initially to the still bragging-about-it architect of “operation warp speed” that brought us the mad COVID restrictions and dangerous and ineffective vaccines. who still endorses the vaccines and falsely brags that they saved hundreds of millions of lives and were a success. who openly declares on The Joe Rogan Experience BEFORE the elections that “big pharma” are his friends. For fucks sake, either everything Malone did before was a lie, or his unsatiable hunger for fame and influence makes him bridge this colossal “cognitive dissonance.” But do not worry, Malone felt obliged to explain and justify his betrayal. We all know that Trump delegates widely and trusts his people to do the right thing. He wouldn’t interfere in the “transistions team” decisions about who to nominate, would he? By the late 1940s, insecure men, jealous men and shy children were added to the list of dangerous members of society (as well as all babies born in Germany… oooohkaaay…) Dr. C’s publications became the blueprint for the medical industry as well as the basis of a new social and behavioral science that would later be adopted by Canadian, American, and World Psychiatric Associations, the American Psychopathological Association as well as the Society of Biological Psychiatry. For this arm of the program, Dr. Donny-boy Cameron was in bed with the CIA's MKUltra, working toward the goal of not only wiping people’s memories, but also having the ability to reprogram the defective individual… In order to erase memories, the doctor, working with the Central Intelligence Agency’s shadow entity, did what made the most sense for the sake of helping the patient, meaning patients were drugged to the point of being limp and immobilized or placed into a medically-induced coma for as much as 16-20 hours per day. During this time they were forced to listen to taped messages which were played on loop, hundreds-of-thousands of times. Experimenters found that if they used headphones on patients and played the loop it would have “greater impact”, so much so that the drugged patient would believe they are hearing a voice in their own head; the patient would believe it was themselves thinking a thought. Prior to beginning treatment, the doctor met with the patients to discuss their problems. During this phase, each patient divulged information to the doctor; information which included painful experiences in their life. Unbeknownst to the patient, this information was going to be used against them during depatterning. The way the audio recording worked was, the first 10 days of messages were negative, often attacking the patient for their personality or using the horrible memories they shared with the doctor against them. For example, one woman was forced to listen to a single sentence, “If you don’t keep quiet, I’m going to leave you behind” - a statement originally said to her by her mother, a statement of abandonment which caused her great distress over the course of her life. By the 45th time this message was played on loop, the woman “begged the experimenter to stop playing it, turned red and began to hyperventilate, started shaking and continued to shake after the recording was stopped.” After the 10 days of negative messages, the following 10 days consisted of positive messages. This practice would repeat for as much as 86 days straight. As the human experimentation progressed, some patients were given large doses of drugs, such as LSD (an MKUltra favorite made in mass bulk by Eli Lilly). Other patients weren’t so lucky and instead received electro-shock therapy. Then there were patients that got the best of both worlds; massive doses of LSD and electroshock treatment. These best-of-both-worlds patients were zapped with up to 75 times the normal intensity of electricity. Another method involved sensory deprivation; placing the patient into an environment where they could not see, smell or hear. Long term sensory deprivation has been proven to cause insanity, but finding a cure was of utmost importance, right? THE RESULT Through this treatment process, it was discovered that peoples minds can indeed be wiped and their personalities can be changed. Many of the patients were unable to recall any memories before seeing the doctor. In some cases, they didn’t even remember their family members, including their own children. These people also had to relearn all of the skills they had. In other cases, people couldn’t remember anything that was happening after the therapy. This form of ongoing instant memory wiping lasted up to two years. Family members of patients also reported that the loved one who came out of therapy was a different person than before therapy. These family members felt as if they no longer knew the now-cold, distant individual that used to be their loving husband, daughter, father or grandmother. DID MKULTRA EVER END? And then their faith crumble,being laid on a faulty foundation. For example; Christ Jesus,never became poor that you may be rich in worldly or mundane materials. What amount to riches in the Bible is at variance with the world's definition of riches. For instance; God is not opposed to personal monetary wealth. Many prominent Bible characters were quite well-to-do, including Abraham, Job, Joseph, and Solomon. But God is concerned that we view riches from His perspective; 7. Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die: 8. Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me: 9. Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God in vain. In previous studies,we have learned about the camel and needle's eye. Wealthy men and women are often miserable. Their bank accounts may be overflowing but their souls are impoverished. Biblical wealth may be defined as the ability to experience and enjoy God’s blessings. The poor individual who knows God as Savior has indescribable wealth compared to the rich one who rejects Him. Friendship, godly wisdom, and a happy home are invaluable. “Do not overwork to be rich; . . . will you set your eyes on that which is not?” (Proverbs 23:4, 5). “Better is a little with righteousness, than vast revenues without justice” (Proverbs 16:8). “Both riches and honor come from You, and You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; in Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all” (1 Chronicles 29:12). You see,the biblically wealthy individual may be rich or poor according to the world’s standards. Regardless, he or she knows that wealth is not measured by money. God is the source of all riches, and we are called to the noble task of managing God’s gracious gifts. In prayers for healing,our pastors make it look like it's a must and equally our inalienable right to be healed by God,when praying for healing. This also isn't true. God decides when,how,and who He heals, according to His purpose for us. If He is obligated to heal everybody,the purpose of death on this side of eternity would be defeated,for none will die. Rather,He decides when healing will bring glory to His Name and when Silence is His choice. In situations like that,it isn't because we are sinners or in unchristian...He is only working His purpose out. You are your real problem. Pain is the most important message 5 week interim results Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast My full protocol will shock you Actually, this is the shortcut … seriously I’ve been sick a long time. But sick in the way most people nowadays are sick, i.e. not really thinking of myself as sick. “I’m healthy!”, we all insist. And we believe it unless someone scratches beneath the surface. Then a laundry list of “minor” complaints often spills out. Now, I have to say before we go any further that it is actually better not to think of oneself as “sick.” Those who think they’re fine do much better in terms of morbidity and mortality than those who think they’re not, regardless of the medical “facts.” That’s because of one of the main points we hope to make in this article, that diseases aren’t necessarily harmful to people. They’re just messages and maneuvers after all (more on exactly what that means shortly). It’s usually the interventions upon interventions upon interventions that hurt you. As well as the toxic nocebo effects of associating with well-meaning doctors who don’t actually know much about the body, why it manifests disease, or how to cure it. My “Messages” As for me: I was significantly overweight with some mild psoriasis, chronically constipated, had weirdly weak urine flow without prostate problems, suffered occasional reflux, occasional insomnia, got angry and irritable often, couldn’t control my sweet tooth, recently began feeling a small umbilical (belly button) hernia developing, had mild brain fog (e.g. occasional word finding difficulty) that’s been very mildly worsening for years now, and had a lot of difficulty changing myself in ways I wanted to change. I had a few signs most people wouldn’t even know are indicators of ill-health like skin tags and a few lipomas, which may indicate insulin resistance (which 99% of people likely have in the modern west). Ridges on my nails which likely indicate a micronutrient deficiency. Developing bags under my eyes that could indicate stress on the liver detox pathways. Beard quickly turning gray during the pandemic, which certainly indicated a lot of stress (I was working 15 hour days for months in a row at one point). Plaque that rapidly built up and remained on my teeth despite regular brushing that indicates a disruption of the oral microbiome. Most people will surprise themselves if they sit down and list out everything they can think of. It might even take a couple days as some things have become so normalized you don’t even think of them anymore. If you had fast forwarded from 10 to 40+ in a few days it would have been shockingly dismaying and would likely have either led to despair or determination - i.e. to fix yourself up ASAP and no matter what. But we don’t fast forward through the slowly-boiling-frog stage. It takes decades, so we just accept early aging, unnecessary dysfunction and an untimely death. Changing Course Changing course requires two necessities: 1. discovering there is another option that you’re convinced will work, and 2. finding the motivation to implement it. There is another option. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. My partner Hakim Shabaz has implemented it with 100s of patients (mostly those about to die since it is so demanding), and quite impressively on himself. He went from being in his early 30s and looking like he was going on 50, to actually going on 50, but looking like he’s in his early 30s. Along the way his health radically improved in myriad ways. Finding motivation. This is trickier, but relates to number 1. Motivation to do something requires belief that it will work. Belief requires education and perhaps most importantly avoiding miseducation (or deprogramming from it). Miseducation is all around us all the time. Nearly every time you interface with the world you’re misinformed in some way, because the very paradigm of reality that everyone uses as the basis of everything they think, say and do, is way off. This is particularly obvious and harmful when speaking to anyone in the modern medical system about anything. None of them understand the first thing about disease (see next section). Once you begin to believe, you still have to strengthen your belief. This means continuing to expose yourself to information that affirms it, and avoid information that detracts from it. As your belief grows you continually remind yourself of the tremendous benefits of implementing what is admittedly a somewhat difficult lifestyle overhaul that will continue for months, but will pay dividends not only for the rest of your natural earthly life, but into all of eternity. Pray and plead for that lightbulb moment that is so rare, and powerful, when suddenly you feel the hand of fate reach down and nudge you onto a different course. Once the moment arrives, commit wholeheartedly and stay the course without “cheating,” which has led to the utter failure of so many people who were finally headed in the right direction. It can literally take years to come up with the motivation to try again. Ask those who’ve been there, like me. Learn from my mistakes as well as those of others, as well as your own. Because, honestly, it’s not even what most people who are “awake” have started calling it, i.e. “Disease Care”. It’s actually Disease Producing. The first thing to know about disease is that what you see is not your problem. It’s usually the solution to your problem. Disease is at least two things: 1. a message and 2. a maneuver. It’s a message in at least two possible ways: direct and indirect. A direct message means that there’s a physical toxin and/or pathogen in some tissue of your body, and your immune system is fighting it off, rooting it out, which creates symptoms. Just as if criminals had taken your family hostage and a SWAT team had to come save them. They might try negotiating at first, but if things escalate and there’s no other choice they kick down your door and go capture or kill the bad guys. If you systematically refuse to allow SWAT to take care of these situations then criminals will start doing the same to more and more families throughout the city. Eventually other crime will explode as well. Lawlessness will reign and eventually you may have to bring in the military to get it under control. If you then prevent the military from doing the job, eventually you may have a full on revolution. If you still prevent the military from stepping in you lose the city, state or even the entire country. An indirect message means that there’s an emotional root cause issue, like childhood trauma that may be manifesting as an allergic disorder triggered by usually harmless items like common foods. In both cases the body isn’t making any mistakes, it’s responding appropriately to help you deal with the real root cause of your problem, which is hurting you physically or emotionally. It’s a maneuver in that the symptoms and signs themselves are helpful in mitigating the harm from the underlying root cause. Lab work which is almost universally misunderstood by modern medical practitioners and patients offers many examples. High ferritin levels, the storage form of iron, are usually due to inflammation or infection. So the high ferritin is not a problem to be fixed in and of itself. Many pathogens can make use of iron to hurt you, so the body locks it away from them, which raises ferritin. If you somehow force your body to lower ferritin, it would just make matters worse as you would be less well equipped to fight off the invading force. Out of range lab values are just secondary signs of your body doing the best possible thing for you in the situation you’re in. Reversing the helpful reaction to your problem may help with certain symptoms like fatigue due to anemia from low iron, but it doesn’t help you in the medium or long term, it only ends up harming you far more as the underlying problem proliferates and comes back to bite you harder. So, both mainstream and almost all of alternative medicine are way off-base and really just a false dichotomy. They both assume the body is doing the wrong thing because it's either broken or confused. It's not either. It's your first, best, and often only real physician. You have to get to the underlying, deeper layer of causes which are not physical or energetic, they’re psycho-spiritual, and they manifests the physical means of disease-making superficial physical causes like toxins, pathogens and lack of nutrients through the energetic weakening that is manifested in your physical organs, by depleting those organs of nutrients and making them susceptible to invasion by toxins and pathogens that cause disease. Which again is not a bad thing, because it's just a message pointing you in the direction of your real problem. Pain is Good Pain is the most important message, because it protects you from what would harm you which is another way of saying it keeps you alive. Because what harms in small quantities, kills in large doses. You can get a large dose all at once, or have it build up over the decades until it finally finishes you off, which is what happens to most people. Pain will begin as mild discomfort. A bit of reflux, occasional constipation, some rough menstrual periods, random headaches, mild allergies, etc. If you understand what’s going on you’ll pay attention, not cover it up with symptomatic medications, address the deeper root cause issues and get back on the right track. Pain is meant to course correct you. If you took off on a trans-Atlantic voyage with the right heading, but then you never again checked your instruments to be sure you were still on the right course, you might end up in South Africa instead of the south of France. This post is public so feel free to share it. Share The Real Roots of Disease Consciousness comes first, and it manifests the physical world. Consciousness has a connection to the Divine, a sense that there’s something greater than itself, an ultimate creative force. Consciousness has various other aspects of itself like the ability to believe certain things about reality, be motivated to do things for itself, the ability to plan, the ability to feel emotions, the ability to balance the needs of disparate parts of itself, and finally the ability to manifest its various parts as energy and ultimately physical substance. Different “higher” aspects of self relate to different parts of the energetic and physical body. The heart balances between the organs. The liver relates to anger. The kidneys to fear. As mentioned above, when these or other emotions are imbalanced they place strain on their respective organs. Over time that strain wears down the organs, and as they get worn down they become less able to do their particular jobs. The organs also become less able to protect themselves from the buildup of toxins and from unusual proliferation of our own microbiome or invasion by foreign pathogens. The microbiome includes not only bacteria, but fungi, viruses, and may even include some parasites in some people. Fungi are nature’s toxin cleanup crews. They do the same inside our own bodies. When toxins build up they proliferate to bind, sequester and protect our tissues from them. Various other elements of the microbiome have their own reasons to proliferate on our behalf. Beneficial bacteria for example often aid tremendously in fighting off foreign pathogenic bacteria, something that might become necessary when the immune system within a particular tissue can no longer do its job adequately. The not so downside to all these maneuvers is that there will often be some uncomfortable side effects, or pain signals sent because of them. Focus on the Meaning of the Message To understand how to reverse disease and get truly healthy again, we have to know what not to do first. We can’t just focus on the superficial symptoms and signs. Everyone who's studied anything about alternative health probably understands that to some extent, but what most don’t understand is just how many things fall under the superficial category. Really everything physical is superficial, including all those “risk factors” that you’re warned about and urged to “control” like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, insulin resistance, obesity, and even “stress” itself. None of these are root causes. There’s really only one root cause. You are the root cause of not only all your illnesses, but of all your problems in life. You have to fix you before it’s too late. What that means is that imbalance at some level of your being will always be manifested as a problem of some sort in your life. As above, so below, as within, so without. This is a law of reality that must be manifested if our existence is to have any meaning. The purpose of existence is to better know ourselves, and thereby the Divine reality and incrementally perfect ourselves in order to draw nearer to it. The universe itself only manifests what we need in order for us to do so, which means it shows us our own faults in order that we may correct them. If we tend to be too angry, the universe and everything within it will respond to us in a certain way that will reveal that that excessive anger is a problem - e.g. by giving us various symptoms stemming from some form of liver dysfunction (or its downstream effects on other organs), or making our lives much more difficult than they would otherwise be. We may struggle to deal with the anger until perhaps we realize it’s actually based on fear of being harmed and lashing out against that perceived threat to protect ourselves. And we may struggle to deal with that fear until perhaps we realize that it’s based on a misconception about the nature of the universe and what’s in it, believing that what is manifested within it is even capable of harming or benefiting us of its own accord. At a more practical level, most people are afraid of other people, until they realize that those other people aren’t actually out to get them. That the threat they perceive from others is just a reflection of their own selves. That the sullen expressions or scowls they notice on other’s faces are just a reflection of their own expressions and feelings. What’s underneath the surface of others is ultimately a mystery but assuming the best of them produces the best interactions and outcomes. Share How to Heal Some animals just sit there like plants and whatever they need from the world comes to them. They don’t lift a finger or move an inch, yet they eat, drink and procreate. These strange creatures include sponges, anemones, corals, barnacles, and sea squirts (yes, these are all classified as animals). coral reef Coral is a strange animal Despite what you may think, human beings may also be numbered among them, though it’s certainly not our natural state. We’re meant to be creatures of action, and action is required for us to grow and change. Our spiritual, mental and emotional sides are deeply entwined with our energetic and physical bodies. What moves one, moves the other. And we’re the ones that move both. However it’s easier to move the physical than it is the energetic, emotional or intellectual. We can’t simply drift in the waves of this world and expect to do any meaningful work on our thoughts, emotions, and spirit. Interacting with others and with the events of our lives is what reveals us to ourselves. Changing how we interact is what shows us that we’ve actually grown and aren’t just fooling ourselves into thinking that we have. You can weep and beg forgiveness in the middle of the night for what you did wrong, but the only way to know for certain that you’ve actually changed is to be in a similar situation again and find out if you commit the same misdeed you did before. So the way to change is to do something different that you’re sure will work and keep score so you can’t lie to yourself. That’s why the first step in a real healing protocol is to get a plan of action from someone who really knows what they’re doing and can help you heal anything (that’s my own teacher and practice partner Hakim Shabaz, click below to learn more). My 5 Week Results Strangely enough right from day one I noticed a big improvement in mood, reactivity, and irritability. I was suddenly able to make headway on self-improvement, such as keeping score against myself in order to stop getting selfishly angry, i.e. stop acting like a spoiled 2 year old brat whenever things didn’t go my way. This must have been a placebo-type effect linked to finally deciding to make long overdue, big, hard, sustained changes - I committed to doing it strictly for at least 2 months straight (ensuring there would be no travel plans during that time necessitating skipping key protocol components). My skin started clearing up immediately and I started losing weight, which continued throughout at a rapid rate of about 0.7 pounds per day, for a total of about 25 pounds, which brought me down into the normal BMI range for the first time in years. My teeth felt much cleaner within days, almost all the plaque disappearing. Redness in my face went away quickly. I have a few patches of psoriasis which became 95% less inflamed and almost stopped scaling entirely within days. After a couple weeks the largest skin tag suddenly got inflamed, swelled and was tender for a couple days, then promptly shriveled up and just fell off. A week later a smaller one did the same. Around the same time I passed some roundworms and then started seeing the liver flukes in every bowel movement / enema (they look like floating white date pits, or thin cloves of garlic 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch long). Image (If instead of doing all that I had been impatient and just taken some anti-parasitic medication I might have killed so many parasites so fast that my small intestine and gallbladder may have become blocked requiring hospitalization and even surgery.) In the 3rd or 4th week I noticed that the urine flow had started improving almost all the time. In the 5th week I started noticing moments of greater clarity, and improved mental functioning, especially when in the hot bath, where I experienced a lot of creativity, perhaps because I get particularly relaxed inside. This was reminiscent of a period of self improvement I went through decades ago during med school when I got very lean for the first time in my life. What I noticed then and even more so now was that when you become less attached to things, and less wrapped up in yourself, you gain a significant number of IQ points, it feels like anywhere from 5-10+. Instead of going from upset to upset, and getting stuck in various outrage cycles throughout the day, you can dispassionately assess every situation like a word problem or simple riddle, and start to see how perceived problems usually have a very simple and straightforward solution which leaves you far better off than you were before the “problem” presented itself in your life. When you become more present you start seeing multiple moves ahead in every situation and become far more efficient, because you just have more headspace for life. Share In the 5th week I also realized that I had slowed down, though this happened a lot earlier, probably near the very beginning. When I’m inflamed and stressed I often get this sense of urgency where I feel I need to rush everything, especially eating. I haven’t had any reflux or trouble getting to sleep. No sweet cravings. I just realized while writing this that the two most prominent lipomas have started shrinking, appearing to be about half as large as they used to be, which is not usually seen with simple weight loss. As the 5th week finished up I started passing what looked like puffed millet. Puffed Millet - Organic puffed millet Also what looked like chunks of bowel wall, but are probably what people refer to a “rope worms,” likely mucus deposits on the walls of the colon that are sloughing off, we think they’re likely remnants of microbial biofilms, and they’re routinely seen in all our patients who watch for them while following their protocols. An important point to note is that it’s not all a bed of roses. Part of healing usually requires dealing with some discomfort and even periods of symptom worsening. Before the parasite die off began there was a period of a couple days where I became nauseated and then on the 3rd day I projectile vomited after completing my morning green juice. Then as the parasite die-off started I got much more irritable, some mild dyspepsia cropped up, I had a couple nights of light sleep. The mental benefits I initially experienced didn’t progress and actually regressed a couple weeks later as more and more toxins began to be released. New mild rashes popped up on my neck, probably from head and neck toxins being flushed out. All these issues led to minor additions or alterations to my protocol and required close communication with Hakim Shabaz. We see similar issues frequently in patients who have significant whole body toxicity that has developed over decades. It may last for days or weeks at a time, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. In some patients microbial die off, especially of parasites, can lead to much worse, like severe pain, biliary and colonic blockages, infection from rotting matter that can’t be fully expelled from involved organs. Our patients don’t develop these since our. protocols are carefully designed to be gradual and not sudden, but many of our patients do develop severe paranoia. Much of the work of the protocol is meant to minimize this stress reaction from affecting patients too greatly, for example various calming herbs and breathing practices. When certain microbes, including parasites start to feel threatened they naturally release their own stress hormones, which mimic ours and have the same effects on us that our own do. As parasites begin to die their stress spikes intensely and can make us feel a sense of impending doom, as though we’re going to die. Hakim Shabaz often tells patients on the first visit to write a note to themselves for future reference: “I will reach a point where parasite die off will make me very angry at Hakim Shabaz and I will want to stop the protocol.” When it actually happens and patients are reminded of this seemingly silly task they had completed it can help kick them out of a growing spiral of despair. However many patients cheat on their protocols, which only serves to increase the likelihood their parasite die off will be particularly uncomfortable and perhaps not even as effective as it would otherwise be. That’s because we don’t need to just kill them, we need to shift the terrain so they don’t come back. And we need the body’s help to get into the biofilm where many of them hide. Medications alone often do not accomplish the task without careful adherence to the protocol which starves them of their usual nourishment. “Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast.” The famous Navy Seals mantra applies to most areas of life, including our health. When you take it slow things go smoothly, mistakes don’t happen, you don’t have to redo things over and over. You get it right the first time. And that makes things go quicker than if you were in a rush to begin with. Whether the journey is the destination or the destination is the destination, in either case doing it right matters. And right means you don’t rush it, because the reward for slogging through slowly compounds over time. As your brain gets less inflamed you sleep better despite sleeping less, your relationships improve, you accomplish more in less time with fewer resources. Your quality of life climbs. Rather than struggling to the top of a hill and not finding any path to climb higher, you learn to fly and take off in the direction of exponential hockey stick growth and change. Dr. Abdulrahman M. It's like evacuating a city during a disaster. The roads can become completely blocked and then no one gets out. The body also needs to be nutritionally supported and the psyche intellectually and emotionally supported by reframing various aspects of life and addressing deeper root causes of illness, since toxins and pathogens are not really the root causes of disease. Root causes are found in the psyche and manifested in the form of energetic dysfunction, which further manifests as physical weakness, which leads to the persistence of toxins and pathogens which manifests the physical symptoms as the immune system attempts to root them out. Simply flushing toxins and killing pathogens will often resolve symptoms, but not the deeper causes, which means they will manifest themselves again in the same disease after some time, or in some new disease. A few months of focused effort can usually fix the deepest problems and pay dividends for decades. What I’m Doing My protocol is specific to me, though it’s possible others might benefit from it or something similar. I have seen that the protocols from Hakim Shabaz can vary widely depending on the specifics of a person’s health problems. Since the protocol is so time consuming and difficult for most people to commit to long enough to see its benefits, it pays to have the right personalized protocol right off the bat. Even if there were a broadly generalizable generic protocol it would still likely be missing one or a few ingredients specific to each person that could make all the difference in speeding up results. Generally speaking, as I see it, the approach to healing from any disease whatsoever involves the following steps that Hakim Shabaz’s protocols help to initiate: Believe strongly that you can get better and trigger the placebo effect. Committing to a difficult, time-consuming protocol helps greatly with this, because psychologically it requires some belief to even begin, but the doing also helps to create and strengthen the belief itself. This dynamic creates a positive feedback loop of strengthening belief the longer you continue. At the beginning or within the first few months come to understand and accept that every disease reflects the inner self in some way, and resolving it requires doing some work on that aspect of yourself. Change the physical to mitigate the symptoms and at the same time help shift your inward reality towards a healthy balanced state. At the physical level we do things like coffee enemas to help the body flush out toxins by opening up the detox pathways of the liver/gallbladder/intestinal complex, the lungs, the skin, and the kidneys. We take toxin binders like chlorella so that the toxins that are dumped into the intestines don’t just recirculate back into the bloodstream. We take antimicrobial compounds to help kill off pathogens. We supplement nutrients that are missing by natural means, which are inherently balanced, e.g. with organ meats and vegetable juicing. Throughout we aim to begin gently rather than harshly. We start with low dose mild antimicrobials so as not to shock the body or lead to rapid die-off which is very uncomfortable, and unhelpful at best, harmful at worst. Eventually begin changing the mental and emotional levels and finally resolving old traumas by reframing them rather than repeatedly remembering them within the same frame of reference and thereby re-traumatizing ourselves. This takes someone wise and well-versed in the ancient techniques of really effective psychotherapy and neural retraining. This isn’t just talk therapy, it’s much more effective and efficient if you’re willing to do it. Former INSCOM/ CIA/ US ARMY Stargate Training - The Monroe Institute Gateway Process - Human Potential IS The Ultimate Deep State Antidote Ana Maria Mihalcea, MD, PhD I recently had come across this declassified CIA/ US Army Intelligence Document and was very intrigued to study more. My reasoning was to understand the potential weaponization of this research that has existed for 50 years. Two years ago I had explained the research outlined in the book Nanobrain, in which hydrogel and carbon nanotubes were programmed via resonant frequencies to create an artificial brain. This research has succeeded but it was noted that the results are classified. I had explained how this technology can build a parallel processing platform in the human brain when the building blocks via self assembly nanotechnology are injected. Understanding Mind Control and brain hacking became more understandable when I found the correlation between the diameter of carbon nanotubes and microtubules in the brain, which are known to be the processing place of human consciousness - they are the same and can be interchanged. The laws of quantum physics apply on this nanoscale - which is the same for the self assembly nanotechnology. Nanobrain – The Making of an Artificial Brain from a Time Crystal By Anirban Bandyopadhyay – Senior Scientist in the Advanced Key Technologies Division at the National Institute of Materials Science ( NMS) in Ibraki, Japan. Robert Monroe left his body first in the 1950’s and later created the Monroe Research Institute. He was in the sound business and developed Hemisync, a technology to synchronize brain waves by using binaural beats. In the research the brain EEG patterning of different deep states of consciousness related to theta, delta and other states were decoded and hence individuals could be put in a state of deep sleep of the body while their consciousness was fully alert. Monroe collaborated with the Stanford , where beginning in 1972, three physicists at Stanford Research Institute (now known as SRI International)––Harold Puthoff, Edwin May, and Russell Targ–initiated free-response remote viewing experiments with psi gifted participants. The United States government sponsored Psi research from 1972-1995 with 20 Million Dollars. To all those closedminded people to attack any research in consciousness and maintain their religious or fossilized scientific doctrine, read that sentence again. Would it not be wise to investigate what exactly was researched and funded for that amount of money? And if it was just laughable nonsense why would our intelligence and military agencies persue the subject over a span of 23 years before it supposedly was stopped ( which sometimes just means it went to a higher top secret level and reassigned somewhere else - given our current state of Mind Wars I would expect that to be the case). Originally the project was called Grillflame, then Sunstreak then renamed Stargate program. I now have the four Volumes - over 2100 pages - of the declassified portion of the research in my possession, including letters in which Government officials like James Clapper, former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency was routinely briefed regarding the results. According to Dr. Robert Duncan, STARGATE was a cover story for psychic spying , that used very advanced remote sensing and remote influencing technologies on human beings that has become global. Just like any other technology and discovery dual purpose can be applied. The technologies and scientific discoveries alone are not evil, but all knowledge can be weaponized. It is evident, that Robert Monroe’s intent was to enhance the freedom of humanity by taking away the fear of death through experiencing that we are more than our physical body. I was very curious to see what these Intelligence officers were trained in, so I signed up for the Gateway voyager program which still exists today - and I completed it this past week. As previously explained, I have studied for more than 18 years at Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment, contrary to disinformation a premier academy of the mind. Hence I am very familiar with remote viewing and out of body states. However, it takes a tremendous amount of discipline in focus to be able to sustain prolonged states of dimensional phasing. The Hemisync technology has the capacity to keep an individual in deep theta and delta states ( these are the brainwaves of deep sleep - so the body is asleep but the mind fully awake) and facilitate out of body states, remote viewing and “travel beyond the veil” or beyond the dimension of time into no time and interactions with nonhuman intelligence. Exactly like the CIA/ ARMY document states, these levels of consciousness Focus 10, 12, 15, 21 allow a whole different level of exploration. Indeed, our human consciousness is the ultimate time machine. This has been well documented by former psychic spy, Army Intelligence officer and remote viewer Joe McMoneagle who provided intelligence support for the CIA, DIA, NSA, DEA, Secret Service, FBI, US Customs, NSC, major commands within the DoD. He acted as a direct consultant to the Commanding General, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) as well as Army Chief of Staff for Intelligence at the Pentagon. In his book “The Ultimate Time Machine - A Remote Viewers Perception of Time and Predictions for the New Millennium” he describes working with Bob Monroe and viewing spans of thousands of years in the past and future. Much of the information of course is completely contradictory to what humans believe history was like, since the perceptions of the masses have been boxed in with belief systems and false dogma that served those who want and misuse power. His accuracy has been laboratory tested and confirmed hundreds of times. The reason why this is important to my research is because the self assembly nanotechnology and the EMF/5G/HAARP Mind Control Grid uses the very principles developed by researchers like Bob Monroe in a weaponized way. Hemisync uses binaural beats of 100Hz in one ear, and 104 Hz in the other. The wave cancellation produces a 4 Hz wave. Where have we heard that before? I have discussed it in the research findings done by Clifford Carnicom and I, when he exposed COVID19 vaccinated and unvaccinated blood to frequencies from 0 to 25000Hz. The result showed that the one difference we found between vaccinated and unvaccinated blood is that the COVID19 vaccinated blood is extremely sensitive to 4 HZ. This is the ELF frequency used by HAARP for mind control. 4 Hz also was specifically mentioned in the CIA/ Army Gateway declassified briefing. My own view of reality has been much expanded in this past week. It was very easy for me to work with the technology due to my previous training and experiences. Recently I was asked by a Christian individual why “God” allows all of the bad things to happen in the world. In my own out of body journeys, I experienced God as being the platform of all life. Every sentient being, wherever they are, in whatever dimension - lives in their own holographic thoughtful universe that looks like a soap bubble. Then each individual exists in infinite other quantum potentials that are activated as the dominant reality by choice of their THOUGHT. The Void, the platform of all life, is the nothingness from which life springs forth and is aware of each thought of each being and ALLOWS it through love to BE. For those who have never experienced this and think God is a wrathful man in the sky that tells you to sacrifice your first born child and should be feared - none of this would make sense. Again, I invite you to read the CIA briefing that speaks exactly of this platform of life as the Army intelligence community who participated and investigated this aspect of human potential - found it to be. In that dimension beyond time, there is no judgement of good or bad, there is only being. Each entity creates its own reality, each thought is a manifestation and each action has a consequence. For example hostility, anger, hate, jealousy are very low vibratory frequencies - that create what people call thought forms - some call them demons. The demons are nothing else but the coagulated energy of their own thoughts - you meet what you are, like attracts like. In states of consciousness phasing, also called out of body, one becomes aware of much more expanded states of awareness that are specific to the vibratory rate of the being and their preconceived belief system. For example, religious mindsets are extremely limiting. I had heard of a plane where those are dead in Christ who are waiting to be resurrected. I actually visited there, and saw millions and millions of souls believing they were dead waiting for them to be resurrected by their savior. I could see their faces, eyes open waiting, wrapped in white linen and nothing could wake them up. Many had been there for many hundreds, even thousands of earth years. Such is the tremendous debilitating effect of religious indoctrination even after this life. You can only experience what you believe. I was glad to see that Joe McMoneagle saw in the year 3000 - no religions exist but a deep spiritual understanding and awareness of the interconnection of all life.
