    We all know exercise is important whether it be lifting weights or doing cardio.

    But every scientific study has proven that 45 minutes is the optimal time to aid in your mental, physical and emotional health.

    So not only am I working out but at the same time, I’m feeding my brain other people’s knowledge that will allow me to learn something new and elevate my identity to become who I was always meant to be.

    This will allow you to unlock new neural pathways in your mind as well as calm you down and create this inner peace that anything is possible for you.

    #3 - Do one thing you don’t want to do every single day

    For me, that’s creating one piece of content daily because usually the uncomfortable things you don’t want to do, is because your old identity wants you to stay in your comfort zone.
