All 124 members of the Rome Statute, the treaty that established the ICC, are now compelled to arrest the two Israelis and hand them over to the court. It is likely that both leaders will restrict their travel so as not to be detained – something Russia‘s Vladmir Putin has done since being indicted by the ICC in March last year. Author, Our Country, Then and Now (Clarity Press, 2023) September 20, 2024 Roosevelt, Stalin, and Churchill: Toward the end of World War II, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin were the two most powerful men in the world. It was the Soviet Union’s Red Army under Stalin that brought final defeat to the German Wehrmacht and had taken over almost all of Eastern Europe. Held back by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill from launching its assault on France until D-Day, the U.S. Army nevertheless advanced to meet the Soviets at the Elbe River just west of Berlin. Roosevelt was no friend of Churchill. Roosevelt saw the British Empire as a relic of history to be gotten rid of as soon as possible, with Britain soon being forced to grant independence to most of its colonies, including the imperial crown jewel of India. Roosevelt and Stalin were as close to being friends as two such dissimilar figures could be. We know that Roosevelt’s administration was heavily staffed by Soviet sympathizers. Through Lend-Lease, the U.S. had quietly aided the building of the Soviet military machine so that it would be ready for Hitler’s Operation Barbarossa invasion in June 1941. Then in June1944 at Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, less than a month after D-Day, Roosevelt’s negotiators succeeded in making the U.S. dollar the world’s predominant currency, displacing the British pound. At the Yalta Conference in February 1945, not only did Roosevelt agree to meet on Stalin’s home turf in Crimea, but he also gave de facto recognition to the Soviet Union’s occupation of Eastern Europe, though Stalin did promise elections that were never held. Another agreement at Yalta was to create the United Nations, where the Soviet Union was given a seat on the Security Council of equal status with the U.S., Britain, France, and Nationalist China. (In China, the government of Chiang Kai-Shek was overthrown by Mao’s communists in 1949.) Meanwhile, all Churchill could do was watch and fume. This had not been the plan. Churchill had every reason to hope that when Germany invaded the Soviet Union, the two totalitarian nations would destroy each other. Now Stalin stood like a colossus over half of Europe. And Roosevelt was going along. Truman, Britain, and the National Security State Roosevelt died on April 12, 1945, two months after Yalta and a month before V-E day. Now Harry S. Truman, a virtual unknown on the world stage, was president. In what was a virtual palace coup, the pro-British forces within the administration took over. Truman was a cipher who first obeyed instructions in dropping the A-bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9, 1945. Before he became president, Truman had not even been told about the Manhattan Project to develop the bomb. The purpose was not to force Japan to surrender—the Japanese were already prostate. Rather it was much more likely to warn and intimidate the Soviet Union. (After the war, a faction within the U.S. military wanted to nuke the Soviet Union immediately.) Over the next three years, Truman enacted all of the measures needed to create what became the permanent National Security State, including formal establishment of the CIA through the National Security Act of 1947. But what many historians view as the start of the Cold War and U.S./British disengagement from the Soviets as erstwhile World War II allies, was Churchill’s famous “Iron Curtain” speech of March 5, 1946, in Fulton, Missouri. It was also the British who took the lead in prevailing on the U.S. to fund the Marshall Plan to rebuild Europe, including West Germany, starting in 1948 and in bringing NATO into existence as an anti-Soviet alliance in April 1949. Finally, in June 1950 came the start of the Korean War, with armed conflict between the West and the Communist Bloc now the focal point of worldwide geopolitical affairs from then on. Stalin’s Reaction and the Creation of Ukraine Stalin reacted to the U.S./British actions with near-panic. Elections in the occupied Eastern European nations were cancelled, with single-party governments under the various national communist parties installed. These were backed by Red Army occupational forces. Yugoslavia also became a communist state allied with the Soviets under wartime leader Josip Broz Tito. In Greece, a communist uprising led to civil war from 1946-1949, leading there to a pro-Western government but an armed conflict nonetheless, one that left Greece in ruins. In reaction to NATO, the Soviets created their own alliance, the Warsaw Pact, fully in place by 1955. The Warsaw Pact was a collective defense treaty established by the Soviet Union and seven other Soviet satellite states in Central and Eastern Europe: Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Hungary, Poland and Romania. The Soviets had already incorporated a tier of states along its western border that formerly had varying degrees of independence. These became “republics” within the overall framework of the USSR, including the three Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to the north, Belorussia, or White Russia, further south, followed by the vast region of Ukraine, then the smaller entity of Moldova. These were all countries that became independent after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990-1991. The most problematic of these newly-formed nations was Ukraine, cobbled together by the Soviets from 1922 to 1954 from various antecedents, including the original Russian homeland around the one-time capital of Kiev. Much of eastern Ukraine consisted of lands conquered by Catherine the Great and peopled with ethnic Russians. In February 1954, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union transferred the Crimean Peninsula from the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. This was a measure said to be taken by Soviet Premier Khrushchev for “administrative” purposes. What it would later mean was that the giant Soviet Black Sea naval base at Sevastopol would be part of Ukraine when it gained its independence in 1991. Crimea would stay that way until Russia re-annexed it after the 2014 Maidan coup. Ukraine also was home to large numbers of Jews, who, along with Russians, Poles, and Belarusians, were subjected to massacres during World War II. Jews of Ukraine and Poland carried out large migrations to America, then to Israel, in the late 19th-20th centuries, lasting in Israel to the 1990s. As examples, many of the leaders of the Neocon faction within the U.S. are descendants of Ukrainian Jews, as is the Illinois Priztker family that is prominent in Democratic Party politics. In Western Ukraine are large numbers of people of Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, and other extractions, many becoming Soviet citizens only with the post-World War II redrawing of the map when Ukraine itself became a confusing mixture of nationalities, ethnicities, and religions. The Ukrainian Mess After the fall of the Soviet Union and the emergence of an independent Ukraine, Ukraine quickly became a mess. The various factions within what was now one of the largest and most heavily industrialized parts of Europe, along with a rich agricultural heartland, competed for dominance. This included Neo-Nazis left over from collaboration with Germany. The lines of conflict were drawn partly along the lines of pro-Russian vs. pro-Western influences. In fact, from the very end of World War II, Western intelligence services were at work in Ukraine, trying to swing the country in their favor. The West seemed to gain the upper hand through the U.S.-sponsored “Maidan” coup in 2014, leading to the creation of today’s regime. After 2014, with NATO arming and training the Ukrainian military, the situation soon devolved into an assault on the eastern Russian-speaking provinces, the Donbas. Russia responded by invading Ukraine in its February 2022 Special Military Operation. The West came to the Ukrainian government’s aid with weapons, funding, and anti-Russian sanctions, all to no avail as Russia’s industrialized military machine is now close to defeating Ukraine’s forces. The West also suppressed any Ukrainian interest in negotiating with Russia. Vlodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, is Jewish and has said he wants Ukraine to become “the ‘big Israel’ with its own face.” Under his presidency, over 100,000 Ukrainians, mainly gentiles, have died in the war. Persecutions against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church have become common. The question now is whether Ukraine and its Western sponsors will accept defeat and move to a settlement with Russia based on agreement that what is left of Ukraine will stay out of NATO as a demilitarized neutral state, or whether Ukraine’s backers, mainly in Britain and the U.S., will go off the deep end and continue provoking Russia until a hot nuclear war results in Europe or beyond. The Soviet Role in Creating Israel I have no intention of reprising the entire history of Israel here. I will touch on the pertinent highlights, but I will add that I do not believe in concepts such as the “Chosen People,” etc. which I view as totally imaginary. I believe that every human being on the planet is divine in their essence, though it is up to each of us to develop that potential, and that helpers have been sent, some of whom have lived in a mortal form, to assist. I do not believe that an individual’s worth derives from his or her race, religion, nationality, level of education or income, social or occupational rank, or popularity. I believe one’s worth derives solely from one’s deeds. Thus a person who appears inconspicuous or unknown may objectively be worth more than a president, general, movie star, media personage, or billionaire. Nor do I believe that past wrongs to my ancestors give me the right to exact retribution from others. I have Anglo-Saxon ancestors whose lands were stolen by the Normans in 1066. Do I have a right to attack the present King of England? I have Native American ancestors of whom millions died at the hands of European invaders. Do I have a right now to steal the property of these invaders’ descendants? I also have Jewish relations through my extended family, and I am glad that so many Jews have found their own “Promised Land” in America. I don’t expect any payback for that. I am also very familiar with the history of the Zionist movement but wish to point out that it was the British during the 19th century who first came up with the idea of declaring Palestine a Jewish homeland. This was before Jewish Zionism even existed. The purpose was to gain control of the southern terminus of the “Mackinder Line,” extending from the Baltic Sea to the Levantine Coast, in order to have dominion over the Eurasian heartland. For more on this history, See here. The Zionist movement picked up speed after the British government’s Balfour Declaration of 1917 promised Palestine as a Jewish homeland. Britain obtained Palestine as a League of Nations “mandate” after the Treaty of Versailles brought World War I to an end. The problem then for the Zionist leaders was that Jews did not want to move to Palestine. Conditions were not great for farming, there were no jobs, and the indigenous Arab population did not want them. So during the 1930s, particularly with the worldwide economic slowdown, the Zionist project was looking at failure. In particular, American Jews, who had assimilated peacefully and happily in large numbers had virtually no interest in moving to Palestine, though some were willing to donate money to help European Jews who might emigrate. But even then, most European Jews who wanted to leave Europe were going to America. (When Hitler came to power he made an agreement with Zionist leaders to aid Jews in emigrating to Palestine.) Then came World War II, during which large numbers of European Jews lost their lives. Note, however, that within the Soviet Union, far more Christians than Jews had lost their lives during and after the Bolshevik Revolution that was largely run by Jews. See here. At some point toward the end of World War II, the decision was made for an army of Jews to travel from the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe to seize Palestine from its Arab inhabitants and establish the state of Israel. Because there were so few Jews remaining in Western Europe or living in America who wanted to move to Israel, those in charge resorted to scouring the refugee camps of Eastern Europe to find individuals who could literally be drafted and forced to go. The invading Jews first fought against the British who were still holding Palestine as a mandate, now under the UN, then seized the lands of the Arab occupants, massacred thousands, and drove 700,000 off their land into refugee camps. This is called the Nakba. It has been going on ever since but became much worse after the events of October 7, 2023. A hypothesis I now want to present a hypothesis, knowing it is just that—a hypothesis. We know that at some point in the early history of the Soviet Union, Stalin decided to purge that element of the original Bolsheviks and their successors who favored worldwide revolution. One name for this faction was the “Trotskyites.” Trotsky himself, a Jewish leader of the Bolsheviks, was assassinated, presumably at Stalin’s direction, in Mexico in 1940. He had been expelled from the Soviet Union in 1929. During the period between the revolution and Trotsky’s assassination, the influence of radical Jews in the Soviet government gradually declined. (Trotsky did become a mentor to a faction of Jews in the U.S. who later became part of the Necons.) Also, in order to defeat Germany in World War II, the Soviets had to tap the deepest recesses of Russian national tradition, emotion, and inner strength. Russia became Russia once again, leading to the extraordinary development of science, scholarship, military prowess, and technology that has continued until today. But the radical Jews had remained a revolutionary force. My hypothesis is that because Stalin still wanted to get rid of them, when the dust settled from World War II, he decided to send them to Israel. They went, not as migrants, but as conquerors. It seems true that the most violent and extreme elements of the Israeli leadership have been Russian and East European Jews. The Soviet government assisted these people in getting to Israel and in drafting recruits from the refugee camps. They were also armed with weapons from the Czech munition plants then under the control of the Red Army. None of this could have been done without Stalin’s approval. The Soviet Union was the first country to recognize Israel in 1948. This was followed quickly by the U.S., with Truman being the recipient of large wads of cash from American Jews for his presidential campaign that year. See here. Nor did Stalin send them to become a Soviet fifth column in the Middle East. Israel quickly aligned itself with Britain, France, and the U.S., while the Soviet Union became partial to Nasser in Egypt and other anti-Western elements in the Arab world. The Non-Aligned Movement the Soviets supported drew heavily on these elements. That’s the hypothesis. Fast forwarding to recent years, no less an authority than former Marine and UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter has said that when he visited Israel in the 1990s, society there was moving toward a peaceful accommodation with the Palestinians that would eventually lead to the so-called “two-state solution.” Ritter says what then happened was that a new influx of Jews from Russia arrived on the scene with what seems to me the same kind of violent intolerance shown by the original terrorists who created Israel in the first place. Ritter’s commentary is compelling. It was these new arrivals who began to take over the Israeli government and who are now the driving force in Netanyahu’s reactionary coalition that has conducted the Gaza/West Bank genocide and is agitating for an expanded war, starting with a conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. This could readily escalate into a broader war involving the U.S. and Iran or a worse conflict with Russia, Iran’s ally. The positive side, at least for Russia, is that Russia may now have rid itself entirely of its violent Jewish partisans. Russia has also gotten rid of or disciplined those Jewish oligarchs who took part in the looting of Russia in the 1990s. The Jews who have remained appear to be loyal, productive, law-abiding citizens who enjoy good relations with the Russian government. Conclusion World War III now threatens on two fronts—Ukraine and Israel. In both places, powerful forces are trying to draw the U.S. and the West into much larger conflagrations. This means GRAPHENE OXIDE is received from the vaxxed to the unvaxxed by inhalation. GRAPHENE OXIDE COLOR Graphene Oxide (GO) and Reduced Graphene Oxide (RGO) Cytotoxicity depends on the size of the GRAPHENE flakes and the content of oxygen. It’s possible to tweak the GRAPHENE to be more or less toxic. It is in fact possible to get GRAPHENE OXIDE in a clear liquid serum by reducing its oxygen content into a Reduced Graphene Oxide (RHO). By doing so, it will increase toxicity. Treating GRAPHENE OXIDE with hydrazine both removes the debris and reduces (both deoxygenations) the dark GRAPHENE sheets. Background On August 29, 2023, Ivan Vilibor Sinčić, a Croatian member of the EU Parliament, posed the following simple and poignant question to the EU Commission: Per the European Medicines Agency’s EudraVigilance system, how many people have been reported dead as a consequence (side effect) of receiving approved COVID-19 vaccines since the administration of these medical products began? On November 6, he received the following written reply from Ms. Stella Kyriakides, the EU Commissioner for Health and Food Safety: EudraVigilance is a database collecting suspected side effects reported by the European Economic Area’s (EEA) patients and healthcare professionals, i.e. medical events reported following the use of a medicine in the EEA.The fact that these events were observed following the use of the medicine does not mean that they were caused by it. They may have been caused by underlying medical conditions of the individual, by other medicines taken in parallel or due to other events entirely.Scientific studies investigate potential causal links in these temporal associations and most suspected side effects are not eventually confirmed as side effects. An unprecedent [sic] high number of people has been administered COVID-19 vaccines [1] and the number of reported suspected side effects is consequently much higher than for other medicines. As of 30 September 2023, EudraVigilance shows 11,977 spontaneous reports of suspected side effects with reported fatal outcome for all authorised COVID-19 vaccines. Only in very exceptional cases, deaths have been reported to be caused by the vaccine. One example is ‘thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome’ with adenoviral vector COVID-19 vaccines [2] for which warnings and contraindications have been included in the product information to inform healthcare professionals and patients and reduce risk of adverse consequences. There is no evidence that COVID-19 vaccines are causing excess mortality [3] and no safety signal for increased mortality with any of the authorised COVID-19 vaccines has been identified by EMA to date. What significance should we assign to adverse events reported in connection with COVID-19 vaccination? Ms. Kyriakides observes that the filing of an adverse event report alone does not prove causality in this specific single case. This assertion is hardly controversial. However, should we therefore dismiss the many adverse events, including severe and fatal ones, which have been reported to EudraVigilance and to similar monitoring systems around the world? 2.1. Is the high number of reports simply due to the widespread use of the COVID-19 vaccines? In her reply, Ms. Kyriakides suggests that the high number of adverse events reported for the COVID-19 vaccines is due simply to the large number of injected doses. This raises the question of relative risk: is a single dose of a COVID-19 vaccine equally likely, less likely, or more likely to result in an adverse event report than a dose of a conventional vaccine? Montano [1] has addressed this question by comparing the four major COVID-19 vaccines to all influenza vaccines used within the EU and the US, using data from both the American vaccine adverse events reporting system (VAERS) and the EU’s very own EudraVigilance database. For the latter, his findings are summarized in Figure , which gives the risks of death, life-threatening reactions, and hospital admission associated being reported after each dose of a COVID vaccine, relative to the average of all influenza vaccines. Evidently, the risk is tens of times higher with each of the COVID-19 vaccines, across all three degrees of event severity. According to VAERS, the risk is even hundreds of times higher—it would literally be off the charts in this figure. Montano’s data were published in early 2022. EMA’s own experts, and Ms. Kyriakides herself, should of course have already been on top of this highly concerning development, rather than waiting for an academic researcher to point it out to them. Passive adverse event reporting systems are prone to under-reporting In her reply, Ms. Kyriakides contrasts the number of 11,977 reported fatalities with that of 768 million administered doses. This comparison might suggest that the absolute risk of death after a COVID-19 injection is indeed low, regardless of the relative risk compared to other, conventional vaccines. We should first note that the total stated by Ms. Kyriakides is suspicious. Independent researcher Brian Shilhavy, who has closely monitored both VAERS and Eurdavigilance, retrieved 46,999 reports of fatal cases from the latter system as of August 2022 [2]. With VAERS, similar discrepancies emerge between the numbers stated by officials and by independent analysts [3]. More fundamentally, however, we must observe that both VAERS and EudraVigilance are passive systems, i.e. they merely collect reports filed by healthcare practitioners or patients on their own initiative. It is generally understood that such systems are subject to significant under-reporting. A review on the subject, which surveyed 37 original studies, found that in most of these more than 90% of all adverse drug reactions went unreported (see Figure ). Lazarus et al. [4], who looked at VAERS specifically, concluded that less than 1% of vaccine adverse events that occur end up being reported to this system. Evidence of under-reporting of COVID-19 vaccine adverse events in EudraVigilance For EudraVigilance, we can derive clear indications of significant under-reporting by simply comparing the reporting rates between the system’s member countries. This has been done in Figure . The highest ratio of adverse event reports per 1000 vaccine injections is shown for Iceland. However, in this case the vaccination count extends only to the end of March 2022, while the number of adverse events was counted on September 9, which will of course inflate their incidence. Similar caveats apply to Slovakia and Latvia. But no such distortion exists with the Netherlands, where the two dates differ by only one week. We can therefore use the Dutch reporting rate as a reference. In Spain, the reporting rate is only one eighth of the Dutch. Therefore, even if we very optimistically assumed that in Holland every single adverse event is reported, then we still would have to conclude that only one in eight adverse events gets reported in Spain. Also note the rather low reporting rates in the most populous EU countries—aside from Spain, these are Germany, France, and Italy. Overall, the reporting rate from all listed countries, weighted for population and excluding the Netherlands, is 21% of the Dutch reporting rate. Vaccination rates are from within one week before or after that reference date, with the exception of Iceland, Slovakia, and Latvia, for which the latest vaccination rates available were from up to 6 months earlier. This will tend to inflate the ratio of adverse event reports to vaccinations. 2.4. Estimates of COVID-19 vaccine fatalities from a representative survey in the United States The above conclusions align with those arrived at by economist Mark Skidmore, based on a representative survey of COVID-19 vaccine decisions and experiences in the United States [8]. From his analysis of these data, Skidmore infers that approximately 278,000 vaccine-related fatalities had occurred already by the end of 2021, and within the United States alone. If a similar survey were conducted now, this number would likely be considerably higher. There is no reason to believe that the situation looks any rosier within the European Union. 2.5. Spikes in all-cause mortality correlate with COVID-19 vaccination Multiple independent investigators have examined the relationship between trends in all-cause mortality and the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines. They find a striking correlation of spikes in mortality with the timing of vaccination campaigns [9,10]. Furthermore, a clear correlation can be detected between national trends in mortality and rates of vaccine uptake [11]. As but one example, Figure shows how each spike in vaccine injections coincides with one in all-cause mortality; and from the relative magnitude of those coinciding peaks, it appears that each successive dose is more effective in this regard. Also note that in 2020 mortality did not exceed that in 2019—obviously, the virus itself was not particularly deadly. This was of course already known before the vaccinations started, and it had been properly and formally published by leading epidemiologist John Ioannidis already in 2020, in the Bulletin of the WHO [12]. On the proper use of passive adverse event reporting systems Hazell and Shakir [5] draw the obvious and appropriate conclusions from the widespread and significant under-reporting bias of passive reporting systems, explaining what such systems can or cannot be used for: The main function of the SRS [spontaneous, i.e. passive reporting system] is early detection of signals of new, rare or serious ADRs [adverse drug reactions]. These reactions may not have been detected by the relatively small numbers of patients included in premarketing clinical trials or by larger postmarketing surveillance studies. The SRS has the advantage of covering a large number of patients, i.e. the entire population, and a wide range of drugs. It is therefore a relatively cost-effective method of monitoring drug safety.The SRS does, however, have a number of limitations. Data from the SRS, when taken alone, do not accurately quantify the risk associated with a drug. In other words, EudraVigilance and similar institutions simply serve as early warning systems. While it must be understood that the magnitude of any signal from such a system will likely be underestimated, it can nevertheless be expected to highlight emerging problems quickly. Of course, this is exactly what occurred with the COVID-19 vaccines. EMA and the EU Commission, as the stewards of the EudraVigilance system, must therefore answer the following question: what did they do in response to this early and glaringly obvious danger signal? The only answer one can find on the public record is this: they did their best to bury it. 3. Is there really no proof of a causal connection to death and disease? Ms. Kyriakides asserts that “only in very exceptional cases, deaths have been reported to be caused by the vaccine.” She cites a single relevant study and suggests that the problem affects only or mostly the adenoviral vaccines, and that the public is already being appropriately informed and cautioned. In fact, and in contrast to the impression conveyed by Ms. Kyriakides, the number of published reports on fatal cases is substantial, in spite of widespread censorship.1 Ms. Kyriakides may find it instructive to peruse references [18–40], most of which attribute the death of one or more patients directly to vaccination, although some of the reports pertain to the deaths by COVID-19 of vaccinated patients, thus highlighting the futility of this “safe and effective” intervention. And as with the passive monitoring systems discussed above, we must assume that the number of published cases is only the tip of the iceberg. This is well illustrated by the work of Arne Burkhardt and Walter Lang, two emeritus professors of pathology, who have examined the autopsy materials of numerous patients that had died soon after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. As stated in our previous summary of their work [41],2 these cases had initially been autopsied by other physicians, who had certified the cause of death as “natural” or “unknown.” Burkhardt and Lang became involved only because the bereaved families doubted these verdicts and sought a second opinion. It is remarkable, therefore, that Burkhardt and Lang found not just a few but the majority of these deaths to have been due to vaccination, with a high or even very high degree of probability. We also must remind Ms. Kyriakides that the EMA, and by extension the EU Commission, were warned early on about the dangers of the gene-based COVID-19 vaccinations. In an urgent open letter to the EMA [43], a large number of physicians and medical scientists (also including the authors of this document) spelled out the risks and the likely key mechanism of acute vascular disease, many cases of which were already being reported very shortly after the vaccines had been approved for emergency use. This damage mechanism has since been fully substantiated by the histopathological studies carried out by Burkhardt, Lang, and others; and it has been found to affect not only the blood vessels but also organ-specific cells and tissues everywhere in the body. In one particularly important study, pathologist Michael Mörz has provided definitive evidence of a direct link between vaccine injection and destructive inflammation of the brain and the heart [44]. The patient in question, having experienced progressive deterioration after each injection, finally succumbed to the third one. 4. Conclusion The evidence of harm and death due to the COVID-19 vaccines, which emerged within mere days of their roll-out, has since become utterly obvious and devastating. EMA’s failure to “detect a safety signal” constitutes a safety signal all unto itself. This signal has been detected by the public, which is turning its back on the vaccines and, by extension, on Ms. Kyriakides and Europe’s entire criminally negligent administration. The toxicity of the gene-based vaccines was understood and predicted even before they were introduced, and the anticipated central mechanism of such toxicity has since been abundantly confirmed. This is discussed in more detail in our recent book “mRNA Vaccine Toxicity” [45], which can be downloaded and read for free. The book spells out that the grave harm observed with the COVID-19 vaccines must be expected with future gene-based vaccines against other infectious diseases also. The authors cover two additional causes of increased all-cause mortality during the COVID years: One is harmful hospital procedures such as excessive and improper use of ventilators and toxic medications such as remdesivir on the one hand, exacerbating respiratory illness to the point of respiratory failure. The other is a phenomenon that Rancourt has examined more than many other COVID era writers about excess mortality during the COVID years, and that has to do with the psychologically debilitating impact of the defeat of one’s assertions of bodily autonomy under crushing authoritarian vaccine mandates, as a potential cause of depletion of immune system resources to defeat any microbes. Psychologists and sociologists could debate that phenomenon, whether it is significant or not, for a long time to come. Rancourt et al’s thorough data compilations and analysis have shown more than adequate data to defend their thesis that “the public health establishment and its agents fundamentally caused all the excess mortality in the COVID period” . . . . ,“ and that “nothing special would have occurred in terms of mortality had a pandemic not been declared and had the declaration not been acted upon.” [6] Rancourt’s team seems to be on their strongest footing in their reporting of excess mortality in the 125 countries that reported adequate mortality and COVID vaccination data for comparison and analysis. Today secret "invisible weapons" pose a more ominous threat to life than even thermonuclear holocaust. These weapons have not only been developed without the knowledge of their intended victims, they cannot even be detected at the very moment they are murdering or robotising civilian populations. Only by lifting the veil of secrecy and informing humanity of the realities of invisible weapons can free people everywhere survive to liberate themselves from the bleak, unliveable future promised by the technology of Invisible War. Bowart, investigative journalist, editor, publisher and author. walter bowart 62d2a2 Here is a synoptic chapter outline of Bowart's unfinished manuscript, from 1990, co-written with Richard Sutton from the censored book, The Invisible Third World War: Electromagnetic Mind Control The Moscow Signal Protected by the general public's unwillingness to believe that such things can actually happen, Soviet forces have been beaming invisible microwave radiation at Americans for more than 20 years, mysteriously triggering cancer, heart problems, cataracts, and emotional stress. The bizarre Soviet zapping of the U.S. embassy in Moscow, an incident which has been known as "the Moscow Signal," may well have been the opening volley of the Invisible War of electromagnetic weaponry. In 1962, while sweeping the embassy for bugs, American security personnel detected a microwave beam aimed straight at the embassy. Naturally, the Pentagon and the intelligence community became alarmed at the possibility of neurological and behavioral effects on diplomatic personnel. While keeping the knowledge of the microwave beam secret from the suffering embassy staff for 12 years, the CIA launched a project code-named Pandora, which was aimed at understanding the Soviet's motives for the microwave attack. Pandora personnel discovered that the Soviets had been conducting extensive microwave research operations for years, and that they had concentrated their studies on the emotional and mental effects of microwaves. By the summer of 1965, a Pentagon-affiliated think tank called the Institute for Defense Analysis convened a special task force to replicate Soviet experiments and analyze the problem. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) then began experimenting on rhesus monkeys with microwaves at Walter Reed Army Research Institute. The results are still classified Top Secret, but from recent duplicate studies we learn that microwaves cause profound effects on the central nervous system and change behavior of rhesus monkeys. At a summit meeting at Glassboro, New Jersey, during June 1967, President Lyndon Johnson asked Soviet Premier Aleksei Kosygin to halt the Moscow Signal. In 1969, leading microwave scientists gathered at the University of Virginia Medical College at Richmond for a three-day symposium on Biological Effects and Health Implications of Microwave Radiation. Microwave authority Dr. Karel Marha of Czechoslovakia declared that microwave bioeffects included pains in the head and eyes, fatigue and overall weakness, dizziness and vertigo, poor night sleep, irritability, fear, hypochondria, tension, depression, inhibition of intellectual functions, and decreased memory. Yet, most of those at the symposium ignored the dangers of human bioeffects. Research biophysicist Dr. Allen H. Frey was more than interested, however. Frey had determined that humans could actually hear pulsed microwaves at frequencies ranging from 300 to 3,000 megahertz. The News Starts to Leak It was not until syndicated columnist Jack Anderson broke the "Moscow Signal" story in 1972 that the public began to learn the truth. Several months after Anderson's microwave column ran, the Soviets accused the U.S. of irradiating chess wizard Boris Spaasky with electronic devices, causing him to lose a championship match to Bobby Fischer. On February 7, 1976, The Los Angeles Times quoted U.S. Ambassador Walter J. Stoessel Jr. as telling his staff that the microwaves could cause leukemia, skin cancer, cataracts, and various forms of emotional illness. Stoessel himself was reportedly suffering from a mysterious illness resembling leukemia, which caused nausea and bleeding in the eyes. Two of his predecessors at the embassy died of cancer. According to National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezhinski, U.S. embassy personnel in Moscow suffer the highest cancer rate in the world. Today, despite a brief respite, the bombardment of the embassy continues, while much of the evidence gathered by U.S. intelligence agencies remains classified. However, raising the lid on Project Pandora has uncovered a box full of secrets about microwave effects. The Eugene Wavelength "A powerful radio signal that may be affecting human health has been monitored in several Eugene locations and in the air three thousand feet above the city," proclaimed The Eugene Register-Guard on March 26, 1978. "The source of the radio signal is unknown." Thus did Eugene, Oregon, become the first major population center to suffer the effects of electromagnetic biohazards. Shortly before the Register-Guard printed the story, a middle-aged Eugene man named Walter Deposkey came down with symptoms remarkably similar to those attributed to microwave sickness. He noted a strange vibration emanating from within his home. He heard voices. He could not sleep. He suffered burning of his cornea. University of Oregon industrial hygienist Marshall van Ert, called upon to investigate Deposkey's complaints, found that he suffered the same symptoms while in the man's home. Disturbed, van Ert recruited several local engineers to investigate. The engineers measured an unusual radio signal which they determined to be capable of producing potential biohazards. After unsuccessfully dogging public health agencies to investigate the matter further, van Ert broke the story in the papers. The Eugene Signal was described as a radio frequency pulse at 4.75 megahertz. It was recorded within at least two local homes and at 3,000 feet above the city. The signal's strength was rated at 500,000 watts - 10 times the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) radio licensed limit. The signal extended as far away as the next town, Corvallis. After receiving 150 documented complaints about the signal, Governor Bob Straub, Senator Mark Hatfield, and Congressman Jim Weaver were prompted to demand an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) investigation. A data analysis by the State Health Department's Radiation Control Section determined that there was "probable cause" linking the complaints to the strange frequency. Said Clifford Shrock, a Textronix, Inc. radio frequency analyst who had written electronics manuals for the CIA and the National Security Agency (NSA), "I was surprised. I'd never seen anything like it before." Reactions to the story flooded in from around the world. Calls came in from people who had similar stories to tell about their own distant areas. Several calls came in from technicians offering their hypotheses about the signal, suggesting a possible link to secret weapons radiation. The people of Eugene began to learn about Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) biohazards in a hurry. No one, however, could get to the bottom of Eugene's problem. The FCC's Enforcement Division assistant chief, Richard Smith, flatly attributed the frequency to a naval transmitter at Dixon, California, nicknamed the "Dixon Duck." Van Ert and others disputed this conclusion. The Navy denied that the Dixon Duck was responsible. When the EPA technicians finally arrived, however, they proclaimed that the mysterious signal did not exist at all. Van Ert, Shrock and others who had felt the signal and measured it strongly disagreed with them. But the EPA investigators held a press conference at which they discredited the reports of the strange Eugene Signal and promptly returned to their Las Vegas headquarters, where they refused to speak to reporters. After this, the investigation folded altogether. The Eugene Signal remains an official mystery. Although the people of Eugene didn't know it, both the U.S. and Soviet military had been working for years to perfect the use of electro-magnetic frequencies as lethal psychological weapons. Similar symptoms reported in such places as Timmons and Kirkland Lake in Canada were traced to a notorious Soviet radio broadcast dubbed by amateur radio operators "the woodpecker." These effects bear a strong resemblance to the biohazards inherent in invisible weapons like the Electro-magnetic Pulse (EMP) under development by the Pentagon. "The Woodpecker" - On October 14, 1976, radio communications throughout the globe were disrupted by powerful radio waves emanating from the Soviet Union. The broadcasts appeared irregularly and varied between very high and very low frequencies. When the U.S., Canada, Great Britain and the Scandinavian countries protested the broadcast, the Soviets apologized, blaming the disturbance on "experiments." After this, the nature of the wavelengths changed, and huge electro-magnetic standing waves formed, thousands of miles long, penetrating the earth and extending into the ionosphere. Because of its characteristic sound, the signal was dubbed "the woodpecker." The sound which ham radio operators heard all over the world sounded like the tapping of a pencil on a table at between eight and fourteen times a second. The wavelength was traced to alleged experiments in the Soviet cities of Riga and Gomel. The standing waves accompanying these experiments stretched down both coasts of North America and along the Eastern frontier of the Soviet Union. "The woodpecker" has been blamed for subsequent shifts in weather patterns resulting from altered trade winds. The change of winds created a drought in the western United States, with severe effects on farming and the U.S. economy. Several agencies fear that such standing waves might well have caused the disintegration of ships - including oil tankers - in the Atlantic. But the potential effect of these standing waves on human beings is cause for much greater concern. Just as the human body's nervous system operates electro-magnetically, so the earth has an electro-magnetosphere which, scientists claim, can be altered to produce dramatic weather shifts. In fact, the earth's ionosphere oscillates at approximately the same frequency as human brain waves, making it a perfect "carrier" off of which electromagnetic radiations - in the brain wave range - can be bounced without any change of frequency. The relationship between the elec- tromagnetosphere and the electromagnetic basis of the human body can be exploited as a strategic weapon. Everyone has experienced mental and emotional shifts during changes of weather. Imagine the power open to those who, by flicking a switch, could control the earth's atmosphere and change not only the weather but the brainwaves of entire populations. Julia Sebutinde – voted against all motions In 1996, Sebutinde was appointed as one of the judges of the High Court of Uganda. In 2012, she became the first African woman to be appointed to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), also known as the world court. She has broken barriers and paved the way for countless other African women in the field of law. Sebutinde got her undergraduate degree in Uganda, and Master’s and Doctorate of Law at the University of Edinburgh. She has contributed immensely to international law jurisprudence through the cases she has heard, often with dissenting opinions. Regarding her voting record in this case, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Uganda to the United Nations stated, Justice Sebutinde ruling at the International Court of Justice does not represent the Government of Uganda’s position on the situation in Palestine. She has previously voted against Uganda’s case on DRC. Uganda’s support for the plight of the Palestinian people has been expressed through Uganda ‘s voting pattern at the United Nations. Aharon Barak – voted against most motions Barak is an Israeli lawyer who was appointed to the 15-judge panel of the ICJ ahead of South Africa’s case against Israel. Under the ICJ’s rules, a country that does not have a judge to represent its own on the bench can choose an ad hoc judge. The 87-year-old is a retired judge from the Israeli Supreme Court and a recipient of the Israel Prize for Legal Studies. Barak was born in Lithuania and, studied law in Hebrew University. He was appointed to the Israeli Supreme Court in 1978, where he went on to serve for 28 years. The ICJ full panel is led by President Joan E. Donoghue from the US and Vice-President Kirill Gevorgian from Russia. The ICJ ruling is a repudiation of Israel and its western backers by Kenneth Roth, reposted from the Guardian The international court of justice’s (ICJ) ruling in South Africa’s genocide case was a powerful repudiation of Israel’s denialism. By an overwhelming majority, the court found a “plausible” case that provisional measures were needed to avoid “irreparable prejudice” from further Israeli acts in Gaza that could jeopardize Palestinian rights under the genocide convention. The public posture of various Israeli officials was, in essence: how dare anyone accuse us of genocide. After all, they pointed out, Israel was founded after the Holocaust to protect the Jewish people from genocide, Hamas attacked Israel on 7 October, and many of Hamas’s statements seem genocidal in intent. Yet none of that is a defense to the charge of genocide. Regardless of Israel’s history, regardless of its claim of self-defense, the means chosen to fight Hamas can still be genocidal. The court found enough merit in that claim to recognize that Palestinian civilians need the court’s protection. The court’s ruling was also a repudiation of Israel’s western backers. The Biden administration had called the suit “meritless”. The British government said it was “nonsense”. By a vote of 15 to 2, the ICJ judges found otherwise. On the need to allow humanitarian aid to a starving population in Gaza and to prevent and punish the incitement of genocide, even the respected Israeli judge, Aharon Barak, joined the majority, making the vote 16 to 1 – a powerful repudiation of those who try to chalk up challenges to Israel’s conduct in Gaza as an unfair double standard or antisemitism. The current proceedings were not about the ultimate merits of the case. It could take years to determine whether Israel has committed genocide in Gaza. But the provisional measures ordered by the court could make an enormous difference in curbing the death and suffering of Palestinian civilians now. What now? The key will be enforcement. The ICJ ruling is “binding”, as the court stressed, but the ICJ has no military or police force at its disposal. For coercive measures, it would need a resolution of the UN security council, which requires contending with the US government’s veto, so often deployed to protect Israel. But the political pressure to comply with the ruling will be enormous. Having trusted the court to send its lawyers to The Hague to present its case, Israel would look horrible to reject the court just because it lost. In calling the underlying genocide charges “outrageous” – a finding that, as mentioned, the court did not yet address – the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, notably did not say he would refuse to comply with the court’s provisional measures. Let’s hope he will. Some were disappointed that the ICJ did not order a ceasefire, a step that was unlikely because the court addresses only disputes between states, so Hamas was not a party. A ceasefire imposed on only one side to an ongoing armed conflict is not plausible. The court did order Israel to “take all measures within its power” to halt acts that contribute to genocide, to allow sufficient humanitarian aid into Gaza to end the suffering among Palestinian civilians, and to prevent and punish the public statements of incitement made by senior Israeli officials. Israel must report back to the court in a month on the steps it has taken. Yet there is a lot of wiggle room in those orders. That’s where Israel’s supporters come in. Will they move past their earlier skepticism toward the case and now urge Israel to comply? Western governments backed the ICJ in similar rulings against Myanmar, Russia and Syria. It would do enormous damage to the “rules-based order” that Western governments claim to uphold if they were to make an exception for Israel. Joe Biden holds the most powerful leverage. The US government provides $3.8bn in annual military aid to Israel and is its principal arms supplier. That support should stop if the Israeli government ignores the court’s ruling. The US president should no longer put his fear of domestic political consequences, or his personal identification with Israel, before the lives of so many Palestinian civilians. Other pressure for compliance could come from the international criminal court. Unlike the ICJ, which resolves disputes between states, the ICC prosecutes individuals for such crimes as genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Better behavior now is no defense for crimes already committed, but if Israel were to ignore the ICJ ruling, that would be an added spur for the ICC prosecutor, Karim Khan, to act. Much is still unresolved, but today is a win for the rule of law. South Africa, a nation of the global south, was able to transcend power politics by invoking the world’s leading judicial institution. The court’s ruling shows that even governments with powerful friends can be held to account. That provides hope for the profoundly suffering Palestinian civilians of Gaza. It is also a small but important step toward a more lawful, rights-respecting world. Here’s what we need to take away and what we need to do: The Court found that RSA made a plausible case that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza and October 7 is no justification for Israel’s conduct. This is huge. The Court found that immediate protective measures are necessary to protect the Palestinian people from irreparable harm caused by Israel’s genocidal conduct and ordered such measures. In order for Israel to abide by the measures, including the provision of basic services (turning on water, electricity and allowing the entry of fuel) and humanitarian aid, it would need to cease its military assault. Aid organizations have said that one of the main reasons they are unable to deliver aid, besides Israel’s restrictions on entry of aid, is Israel’s military aggression which makes it too dangerous for them to reach many areas. The Court has also instituted a monitoring mechanism and Israel must report on everything it’s doing to abide by the Order of the Court within a month (should have been shorter). ALL countries signatory to the Genocide Convention have an obligation to prevent genocide. This means that, when there is reason to believe that there is a threat of genocide, states MUST act to prevent it. All countries are now on notice that there is a plausible threat of genocide. This means that, continuing to supply Israel with weapons and vetoing UNSC resolutions will amount to violations of that responsibility and also a potential violation of Art III of the Convention, prohibiting complicity in genocide. If Israel does not comply with the ICJ Order, the matter should be brought before the UNSC. If the US vetoes, this will be an indictment of the US, but not the end. States must then use UNGA 377 – Uniting for Peace – to not only bring the matter before the UNGA, but to make sure that the UNGA resolution includes implementation measures (without an agreement on such measures, the resolution will be ineffective). Such measures can include international sanctions on Israel and suspending Israel’s membership in the UN. Alongside all of this, we must continue our work in the streets and in national courts to hold Israel and enablers accountable. This includes: continuing to demand that our governments sanction Israel; demanding Israel’s suspension from international fora such as Eurovision and international sporting arenas; using the principle of universal jurisdiction to prosecute Israeli war criminals in national courts, which is already being pursued. The World Court has found that Israel may be committing genocide — the mother of all crimes. This is an indictment, not only on Israel, but on all who have been enabling Israel and using October 7, as justification. It must also be a wakeup call to all who have been silent. There’s no excuse. ICJ lands stunning blow on Israel over Gaza genocide charge A different Biden approach could have shaped war efforts and prevented this from happening in the first place. by Trita Parsi, reposted from Responsible Statecraft, January 26, 2024 The International Court of Justice (ICJ) just ruled against Israel and determined that South Africa successfully argued that Israel’s conduct plausibly could constitute genocide. The Court imposes several injunctions against Israel and reminds Israel that its rulings are binding, according to international law. In its order, the court fell short of South Africa’s request for a ceasefire, but this ruling, however, is overwhelmingly in favor of South Africa’s case and will likely increase international pressure for a ceasefire as a result. On the question of whether Israel’s war in Gaza is genocide, that will still take more time, but today’s news will have significant political repercussions. Here are a few thoughts. This is a devastating blow to Israel’s global standing. To put it in context, Israel has worked ferociously for the last two decades to defeat the BDS movement — Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions — not because it will have a significant economic impact on Israel, but because of how it could delegitimize Israel internationally. However, the ruling of the ICJ that Israel is plausibly engaged in genocide is far more devastating to Israel’s legitimacy than anything BDS could have achieved. Just as much as Israel’s political system has been increasingly — and publicly — associated with apartheid in the past few years, Israel will now be similarly associated with the charge of genocide. As a result, those countries that have supported Israel and its military campaign in Gaza, such as the U.S. under President Biden, will be associated with that charge, too. The implications for the United States are significant. First because the court does not have the ability to implement its ruling. Instead, the matter will go to the United Nations Security Council, where the Biden administration will once again face the choice of protecting Israel politically by casting a veto, and by that, further isolate the United States, or allowing the Security Council to act and pay a domestic political cost for “not standing by Israel.” So far, the Biden administration has refused to say if it will respect ICJ’s decision. Of course, in previous cases in front of the ICJ, such as Myanmar, Ukraine and Syria, the U.S. and Western states stressed that ICJ provisional measures are binding and must be fully implemented. The double standards of U.S. foreign policy will hit a new low if, in this case, Biden not only argues against the ICJ, but actively acts to prevent and block the implementation of its ruling. It is perhaps not surprising that senior Biden administration officials have largely ceased using the term “rules-based order” since October 7. It also raises questions about how Biden’s policy of bear-hugging Israel may have contributed to Israel’s conduct. Biden could have offered more measured support and pushed back hard against Israeli excesses — and by that, prevented Israel from engaging in actions that could potentially fall under the category of genocide. But he didn’t. Instead, Biden offered unconditional support combined with zero public criticism of Israel’s conduct and only limited push-back behind the scenes. A different American approach could have shaped Israel’s war efforts in a manner that arguably would not have been preliminarily ruled by the ICJ as plausibly meeting the standards of genocide. This shows that America undermines its own interest as well as that of its partners when it offers them blank checks and complete and unquestionable protection. The absence of checks and balances that such protection offers fuels reckless behavior all around. As such, Biden’s unconditional support may have undermined Israel, in the final analysis. This ruling may also boost those arguing that all states that are party to the Genocide Convention have a positive obligation to prevent genocide. The Houthis, for instance, have justified their attacks against ships heading to Israeli ports in the Red Sea, citing this positive obligation. In a video message shortly after the court order, he said Israel is fighting a “just war like no other”. He added that Israel will continue to defend itself and its citizens while adhering to international law. Far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir mocked the ICJ after the court issued its interim ruling. “Hague shmague,” the minister wrote on the social media platform X.
