  • Art has been a part of human culture since the beginning of time. From cave paintings to modern-day sculptures, art has always been a way for people to express themselves and their emotions. However, the benefits of creating art go beyond just self-expression. In fact, creating art has been shown to have numerous benefits for mental and physical health.

    Reduces Stress and Anxiety
Creating art has been shown to have a calming effect on the mind and body. Whether it's painting, drawing, or sculpting, the act of creating art allows the mind to focus on the present moment, which can help reduce stress and anxiety levels. In fact, a study published in the Journal of Art Therapy found that creating art can reduce cortisol levels, which is the hormone associated with stress.

    Boosts Self-Esteem and Confidence
Creating art allows individuals to express themselves in a way that words cannot. This can help boost self-esteem and confidence levels, as individuals are able to see their own unique abilities and talents. Additionally, creating art can be a way for individuals to overcome self-doubt and push themselves out of their comfort zones.

    Improves Cognitive Function
Creating art requires the use of multiple cognitive functions, including problem-solving, spatial awareness, and memory. This can help improve cognitive function and even delay the onset of cognitive decline in older adults. A study published in the Journal of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences found that creating art can improve cognitive function in individuals with dementia.

    Fosters Creativity and Innovation
Creating art requires individuals to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions to problems. This can foster creativity and innovation, which can be applied to other areas of life. Additionally, creating art can help individuals develop a sense of curiosity and wonder, which can lead to new discoveries and breakthroughs.

    Promotes Mindfulness and Meditation
Creating art is a form of mindfulness and meditation, as it requires individuals to focus on the present moment and let go of distracting thoughts. This can help individuals develop a sense of inner peace and calm, which can carry over into other areas of life. Additionally, creating art can be a way for individuals to practice mindfulness and meditation in a non-traditional way.

In conclusion, creating art has numerous benefits for mental and physical health. Whether it's reducing stress and anxiety, boosting self-esteem and confidence, improving cognitive function, fostering creativity and innovation, or promoting mindfulness and meditation, there are many reasons to pick up a paintbrush or sculpting tool and start creating. So go ahead and unleash your inner artist – you never know what you might discover!

  • A mysterious artist has been creating natural stone sculptures high up in the hills of England's Lake District.

The Lake District's landscapes have inspired artists for centuries, now it seems another has been moved by the views after several works of stone art appeared in the area, courtesy of an unknown artist referred to by locals as the Banksy of Borrowdale.

What I really like in Bali is their craftsmanship and especially furniture and sculptures. Today's theme is Balinese Entrance doors. Witch in most cases already give you a glimpse of what's behind.

  • These were the images shared with me time and again in a white supremacist Hitler Worshipping Telegram group named dismantling the Cabal. I was called a Kike i can't count how many times. At one point i did kind of get some of the Nazis that wanted me dead to address some of the questions i had for them. Their hate towards me because i am Jewish had no effect on me.

I found somethings rather interesting and unhistorical obviously. Such as them blaming us the Jewish people for enslaving and bringing West African people to the United States. Hence, the image i am sharing, as they consider black people animals and us Jews as humanoids. I have never in my entire life seen people more full of hate than these Nazis and the Fake Black Israelite Hitler Worshipping Nazis.

These people had names for everyone that was not one of them in the group.
I however took all of the information they shared and countered it with thousands of years of historical facts obliterating every theory. I did meet a descent White Nationalist who decided to debate me on the Ethnicity of the Ancient Judeans.

We had a very civil debate and never attacked each other. I never thought anything like that could be possible in such an enviroment. I obviously obliterated him as all of the historical evidence, sculptures and drawing from eyewitnesses prove that the Ancient Judeans and Israelites were not Aryan, as their phenotype was not that of the Aryans with thin noses and small lips. The Judeans and Israelites had big noses and/or hooked noses and fuller lips as depicted by the Assyrians in their sculptures of the siege of Lachish and the depiction of King Jehu the Israelite king depicted with a big hooked nose bowing down to ShalmanaserIII in the Black Obelisk depiction.

  • Some shoot I took on my friends galaxy way back in January just sent it to my phone today, most statues have a story behind them, we have a ton of them in a place called sculptures garden on campus. My favorite is of a hanging man the statue was made and hung on a tree????. It gives you so much to think about while staring the statue I always seem to get lost in thoughts. With one question always around my head. HOW DIFFICULT WAS IT FOR THE ONLY WAY OUT TO BE SUICIDE ?
This one has its own story but its fortitude mind to create????

  • Real Ancient Egyptian History VS Afrocentric Culture thief Nonsense.
Rafael Gomez > Ancient Historians compared the Egyptians to Northern Indians not Ethiopian.
Quote] (Flavius Philostratus, Life Of Apollonius 6.2) ... "Now the inhabitants of the marches are not yet fully black but are HALF-BREEDS IN MATTER OF COLOR, for they are partly not so black as the Ethiopians, YET PARTLY MORE SO THAN THE EGYPTIANS"
Rafael Gomez > Note please how Flavius Philostratus describes Egyptian lighter than half breeds in matter of color. What does that mean? That Egyptian were Nubians according to these silly Afrocentric people?
(Arrian, Indica 6.9) ... "The SOUTHERN INDIANS are rather more like Ethiopians as they are black to look on, and their hair is black; only they are not so snub-nosed or wolly-haired as the Ethiopians; The NORTHERN INDIANS ARE MOST LIKE THE EGYPTIANS PHYSICALLY"(Quote)
Rafael Gomez > In the Above description we see Egyptians described as being similar in appearance to Northern Indians and not like Southern Indians nor Ethiopians. Northern Indians were pretty light skinned.
(Quote) (Strabo, Geography 15.1.13) ... "As for the people of India, THOSE IN THE SOUTH ARE LIKE THE ETHIOPIANS IN COLOR, although they are like the rest in respect to countenance and hair (for on account of the humidity of the air their hair does not curl), whereas THOSE IN THE NORTH ARE LIKE THE EGYPTIANS"
Rafael Gomez > Again the Egyptians are compared to Northern people and not Southern Indians and Ethiopians.
Rafael Gomez > Here is what Afrocentric Dr. Soy Keita admitted before the consensus studies on North African sweeps became available ????
Soy Keita > “it can be imagined that the modern diversity to be found in Egypt…. in terms of craniofacial features… skin colour… what have you, would likely have been very similar to that found in the past.”
Rafael Gomez > Lol, he admitted Egyptians today are very similar to their ancient Ancestors as all Greek Historians are unanimous in this regard to the appearance of the Egyptians looking like Northern Indians and not like Ethiopians.
Rafael Gomez > The only Black Egyptian Sculptures there is are from the 25th Dynasty when the Native Egyptians were being ruled By Cushite Pharaohs after King Kashta conquered Egypt. The 25th Dynasty was an illegitimate dynasty. Here is a Sculpture of a Cushite Pharaoh of the 25th Dynasty named Taharqa > https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/1033035816891830272/10fwCgtt.jpg
Rafael Gomez > Compare that sculpture to Egyptians from the 18th dynasty as Amenhotep the 3rd for example below ????
    https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bb/Colossal_Amenhotep_III_British_Museum.jpg
Rafael Gomez > There is a big difference in phenotype there which is an undebatable fact!
(Quote) (Manilius, Astronomica 4.724) ... "The Ethiopians stain the world and depict a race of men steeped in darkness; LESS SUN-BURNT are the natives of India; The land of Egypt, flooded by the Nile, darkens bodies more mildly owning to the inundation of its fields: it is a country nearer to us and its climate imparts a MEDIUM TONE"
Rafael Gomez > The above serves as ample evidence of the physical appearance of Ancient Egyptians and how Historians saw Egypt's climate imparting a Medium skin tone
