Having a late breakfast after a family workout because it is a long weekend in the UK. The weather is also getting along, and I felt so calm and renewed. You can see we are all loving eggs LoL

Today since it’s Sunday, I had the chance to cook alongside my son. In the kitchen, he was the primary helper. He is curious about the foods I prepare and the methods I use, and it is wonderful to know that he is eager to learn. Perhaps he will continue to eat healthily while he is living by myself at the University next year, preparing his own meals rather than relying on ready - to - eat that are loaded with processed ingredients, sugars, and other unhealthy elements. I honestly hope so.
Today we prepared "Turkey Meatloaf with roasted sweet potato, eggplant, and zucchini.
How did your Sunday go so far?

Another Sunday, another chance to do absolutely nothing and call it #self-care. Or, in my case, a chance to work on my #cookbook #project and pretend like I'm productive. I mean, who needs a Sunday to actually relax, when you can spend it stressing about your cookbook?!

But in all seriousness, my Sunday was a true blend of #relaxation and #productivity. I spent some quality time with my #family, enjoying their company and eating good food (because what's a Sunday without #food?). And then, when the family fun was over, I took some time to work on my cookbook. I hadn't written in a while, so it was a bit of a struggle to get started, but I was determined.

I'll admit, the cookbook project may take some time to complete. So, I'll keep at it, even if it takes a while.

I hope everyone had a lovely Sunday. If you didn't... well, there's always next Sunday. And to all my #Somee and #Hive friends out there, let's tackle this new week with greatness! Who knows, by this time next week, we might even have something nice to celebrate.

Hi guys! I hope everyone is good. Today we had a crisp but beautiful weather with sunshine and clear sky so, after doing some necessary shopping for the day, and having a relaxing walk near the river Wey, we spent some quality family time enjoying watching "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever"

We spent the day with friends yesterday, wandering, chatting, and eating - this is Trafalgar Square in all its glory .
I'll be enjoying a pleasant and relaxed Sunday with my grandson today. The weather is not good, but we have plenty to do inside, so it doesn't matter. ‍
