  • If you’re looking for a delicious Italian dish to make for your family, look no further than Beef Braciole! This classic Italian recipe is made by rolling thin slices of beef that have been stuffed with prosciutto, basil, garlic, bread crumbs and Pecorino Romano cheese. It’s then cooked in extra-virgin olive oil until it reaches an amazing golden brown color.

Beef Braciole is a great way to add some flavor and texture to any meal. The combination of the rich flavors from the prosciutto and Pecorino Romano cheese create a unique taste that will leave your guests wanting more! Not only does this dish look impressive when served but it also tastes incredible – making it perfect for special occasions or just as an everyday dinner option.

The best part about preparing Beef Braciole is that you can customize the ingredients according to what you have on hand or what fits into your dietary needs (it can easily be made gluten free). You can also switch up traditional recipes by adding different herbs like oregano or parsley if desired. Additionally, feel free to experiment with other types of meat such as pork loin instead of beef; either way this hearty main course will definitely satisfy every palate at the table!

Once everything has been assembled all there's left do is let simmer in its own juices until cooked through - usually around 45 minutes depending on how thickly sliced each piece was cut before rolling them up together - so don't forget set aside enough time when planning out meals ahead too :) Enjoy!!

  • I'm not into multi-course meals, so I eat a lot of #pizza, #casseroles, loaded #sandwiches and #soups. Being on a #keto #diet, everything I share will be #LowCarb. The sauce is homemade from my canned #garden tomatoes and the crust is carb free and #homemade as well.

Rather than simply showing you a picture of the finished product, here I am preparing it.

When longer form content becomes more popular here, I'll start sharing some of my recipes.

  • "The Joys of Spending All Day in the Kitchen" 🏻‍
If you're like me, you're probably spending a lot of your time these days in the #kitchen. And while it can be #exhausting at times, there are definitely some perks to all this home cooking.
For one, you get to #play mad #scientist and #experiment with all sorts of recipes and #ingredients. Don't like a certain spice? Leave it out! Want to add something extra to a dish? Go for it! The kitchen is your laboratory, and the possibilities are endless. 🏻‍
Another #joy of spending all day in the kitchen is the opportunity to #bond with your loved ones. Cooking can be a great way to bring people together, whether it's helping each other chop vegetables or just chatting while the food is cooking. Plus, there's nothing like the satisfaction of sharing a delicious meal with the people you care about.
Of course, no kitchen adventure is complete without a few mishaps. Maybe you accidentally overcooked the pasta or set off the smoke alarm with your burnt toast, hehehe. But hey, that's all part of the fun! And at the end of the day, the memories (and hopefully some tasty leftovers) are worth it.
So embrace the joys of spending all day in the kitchen, and don't be afraid to get creative and have a little fun! Who knows, you might even discover a new favourite recipe in the process. Right!?

Now....Guess what it’s my work in progress!
    And a happy Friday everyone!

  • These are my savoury parsnip Halloween cookies, all set for enjoyment. My grandson has already approved them, hahah..... Parsnip pulp, almond flour, tahini, extra virgin coconut oil, plain coconut yoghurt, eggs, and seasonings are among the ingredients used. There is never any gluten, dairy, or sugar in my recipes.

I hope you all have a wonderful and cheerful Friday

  • Hi everybody how are you? My post today is about an idea that had been in my head for a long time. I'll put them in context. My daughter has bad eating. She is very picky about food, mainly anything she has to do with greens and vegetables. So yesterday I finally bought a non-stick pan and started looking at recipes on the internet for her to eat the vegetables without her realizing it Last week I made some fried broccoli arepitas and they were fascinated because they love frying, but I I went further and found a recipe to prepare egg omelettes with vegetables. I didn't do it before because I didn't have a non-stick pan and I regret not buying it sooner, it must have been a priority lol. I prepared them like this: grate carrot and fry with a little oil and a little salt. Beat the eggs and add the fried carrot. I integrated it well and then I prepared the egg and carrot omelettes in the pan. Cook covered over low heat, add the mozzarella cheese, fold in half and cook covered for a few more seconds to melt the cheese. She was very happy and I was happier than her because she loved my carrot eggs

  • I spent some time today working on the recipes for my alternative baking book. I have no idea how long it will actually take to complete, but it's one of the things I care about most. In addition, I was able to share several recipes to a close friend of mine who recently began eating healthfully. She will have my full support.
I don't want to pass judgement on others based on what they eat (I only shut my eyes ), but I'm here to support anyone who wants to change or improve their food habits.
    Happy Monday everyone!

  • By now, we’re sure you know all about CBD and the benefits of CBD oil when you take it medicinally.
What you might not realize, though, is that you can actually get the benefits of CBD by cooking with hemp oil.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to cook with hemp oil so you can reap the benefits of the Hemp plants and get some tasty nutrition at the same time.
    What is hemp oil?
Hemp oil is not the same thing as CBD oil; you can’t cook your foods with the same CBD oil that you use to help you fall asleep at night. It’s also different from other types of oil that you use for cooking, like olive oil and vegetable oil. Make sure you understand the best (and worst) ways to cook with hemp oil before you get started!
Unlike CBD oil, hemp oil doesn’t contain any cannabinoids, which are the main component of CBD. Hemp oil instead contains a blend of nutrients, vitamin E, and polyunsaturated acids. It’s sourced from the seeds of the cannabis plant, whereas CBD is sourced from the whole plant, including the flowers and leaves.
    The benefits
The benefits of hemp oil are far-reaching. Some of the major areas it’s been shown to improve health care in the skin, the brain, and the heart. Additionally, hemp oil is known for helping with aches and pains, especially for pain related to inflammation. It can even ease painful symptoms of PMS and menopause.
Hemp oil contains healthy fatty acids, which makes it an excellent way to add some nutrients to your diet so you can stay full and focused, even if you aren’t dealing with pain right now.Frying with
    hemp oil
Frying with hemp oil is a no-go, so, unfortunately, you can’t make yourself fries that have the health benefits of hemp. Because it’s so delicate, hemp oil can’t really handle any heat. It has a low smoke point, which essentially means it doesn’t take much heat to burn. You can easily ruin a meal by trying to cook or fry vegetables or meat in hemp oil.
    When to use hemp oil
So, if you can’t fry hemp oil, or heat it up at all, when can you use it?
Don’t worry. There are plenty of ways you can add hemp oil to add nutrition plus an earthy, nutty flavor to your favorite recipes. Hemp oil is great drizzled on a salad or added into hummus. You can put it in your morning smoothie or onto cooked, roasted vegetables. As long as you remember not to overheat it, you can use hemp oil pretty much anywhere else you would use olive oil.

  • Hemp seeds are particularly rich in these healthy fats, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Both of these fats are known for improving heart health by reducing cholesterol, blood pressure, and triglycerides. Adding hemp oil to your diet may reduce your risk of heart problems in the future.
Here's a hemp seed recipe for everyone to try natures gift
    Crunchy Apple Avocados
    Ingredients
    2 avocados medium
    2 red apples finely diced
    2 tsp hemp seeds hulled
    1 tbs almonds roughly chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 celery stick finely chopped
    1/2 lemon juiced
    1 tbs hemp oil
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    Method

Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping skin.
Place the avocado flesh in a medium bowl and mash with the lemon juice (this will stop it going brown).
Add apples, celery, hemp seed, almonds, raisins, hemp oil and ground cinnamon.
Fill the avocado skins with the avocado mixture and garnish with extra almonds, hemp seeds and apple.
