Today was one of those days that put a #smile on my face. The #sun was shining, the #birds were singing, and the playground was filled with #happychildren and #parents. It was a beautiful sight to see!
Movement and exercise is so important. That's why I went to the #gym for a #workout. It's always a good idea to break up a day spent sitting at a desk with some physical activity. I mean, who wants to be a couch potato when you can be a fit potato, right?
And the best part? I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sun was still shining after my gym session. It was a moment to soak in the warm rays, feel the #energy of the sun, and take a leisurely walk home. It's amazing how a simple walk in the sun can brighten up your day and #recharge your batteries.

Hi guys, I hope everybody had a wonderful start into the year 2023.
Mine was great, with new plans and new goals to be achieved.
In fact, today I had a very busy day and completely forgot to eat lunch. But hey, was I in for a treat when I got home?! I was starving and ready to dig into a hearty dinner. And as if that wasn't enough to make my taste buds dance, I discovered the last few pieces of New Year's Eve cake in the fridge. Talk about a win-win situation!!!!
As I sat down to enjoy my dinner and cake, I couldn't help but think about how lucky I am to have such a delicious meal in front of me. And to top it all off, I get to enjoy the final remnants of a festive celebration. It's like the cherry on top of a very busy, but very satisfying day.

Hi guys! What are your plans for the year's end celebrations?

I’m taking these days off and as you can imagine it’s a welcome treat, especially as the end of the year approaches. For me it's a time to relax and recharge, and to start thinking about how I want to celebrate the end of the year. I’m not sure where I will celebrate it or with whom yet, but that's okay!
It can be fun to let things go with the flow and see what opportunities come your way. You might find that you end up having a spontaneous and memorable celebration that you never could have planned for.
In the meantime, I’m using use these days off to prepare for the end of the year in other ways. First of all I want to relax and unwind, I feel that is what I need right now. I’m planning taking a long walk, listening to my favourite music, the one that make my dance instantly, and of course I will be cooking, baking because I feel like it’s on my DNA
If you are as lucky as I am to have some time off, no matter how you choose to spend your days off, it's important to take care of yourself and enjoy the present moment. The end of the year will come soon enough, and you'll want to be feeling rested and refreshed when it arrives. So, let things go with the flow and see what opportunities come your way.

Just to know what the truth was i have emptyed my upvote power acount to zero and waited to see the time it would take to recharge to 100%. Well the answer is...
account refils at the rate of 10% per 12 hours like clock work.
That indicates that the best strategie to maximise your sme return will be, other than upvoting slowly and constantly true the day, would be to upvote for 10% of your account every 12h. This will allow you to always upvote with the maximum sme power possible.
Hope it helped someone else.
As for myself i will try the twice a day method but will probably stay with my old -> stop the upvote when i drop below 80%
