With new events and new faces. They are the faces of your children, who will fill your homes with noise and laughter.” These were the last words written by my sister in a text message to one of her daughters. Dr. Soma Baroud was murdered on October 9, 2024 when Israeli warplanes bombed a taxi that carried her and other tired Gazans somewhere near the Bani Suhaila roundabout near Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip. I am still unable to understand whether she was on her way to the hospital, where she worked, or leaving the hospital to go home. Does it even matter? The news of her murder – or, more accurately assassination, as Israel has deliberately targeted and killed 986 medical workers, including 165 doctors – arrived through a screenshot copied from a Facebook page. “Update: these are the names of the martyrs of the latest Israeli bombing of two taxis in the Khan Younis area ..,” the post read. It was followed by a list of names. “Soma Mohammed Mohammed Baroud” was the fifth name on the list, and the 42,010th on Gaza’s ever-growing list of martyrs. I refused to believe the news, even when more posts began popping up everywhere on social media, listing her as number five, and sometimes six in the list of martyrs of the Khan Yunis strike. I kept calling her, over and over again, hoping that the line would crackle a bit, followed by a brief silence, and then her kind, motherly voice would say, “Marhaba Abu Sammy. How are you, brother?” But she never picked up. I had told her repeatedly that she does not need to bother with elaborate text or audio messages due to the unreliable internet connection and electricity. “Every morning,” I said, “just type: ‘we are fine’.” That’s all I asked of her. But she would skip several days without writing, often due to the lack of an internet connection. Then, a message would arrive, though never brief. She wrote with a torrent of thoughts, linking up her daily struggle to survive, to her fears for her children, to poetry, to a Qur’anic verse, to one of her favorite novels, and so on. “You know, what you said last time reminds me of Gabriel García Márquez’s One Hundred Years of Solitude,” she said on more than one occasion, before she would take the conversation into the most complex philosophical spins. I would listen, and just repeat, “Yes .. totally .. I agree .. one hundred percent.” For us, Soma was a larger-than-life figure. This is precisely why her sudden absence has shocked us to the point of disbelief. Her children, though grown up, felt orphaned. But her brothers, me included, felt the same way. I wrote about Soma as a central character in my book “My Father Was a Freedom Fighter”, because she was indeed central to our lives, and to our very survival in a Gaza refugee camp. The first born, and only daughter, she had to carry a much greater share of work and expectations than the rest of us. She was just a child, when my eldest brother Anwar, still a toddler, died in a UNRWA clinic at the Nuseirat refugee camp due to the lack of medicine. Then, she was introduced to pain, the kind of pain that with time turned into a permanent state of grief that would never abandon her until her murder by a US-supplied Israeli bomb in Khan Younis. Two years after the death of the first Anwar, another boy was born. They also called him Anwar, so that the legacy of the first boy may carry on. Soma cherished the newcomer, maintaining a special friendship with him for decades to come. My father began his life as a child laborer, then a fighter in the Palestine Liberation Army, then a police officer during the Egyptian administration of Gaza, then, once again a laborer; that’s because he refused to join the Israeli-funded Gaza police force after the war of 1967, known as the Naksa. A clever, principled man, and a self-taught intellectual, my Dad did everything he could to provide a measure of dignity for his small family; and Soma, a child, often barefoot, stood by him every step of the way. When he decided to become a merchant, as in buying discarded and odd items in Israel and repackaging them to sell in the refugee camp, Soma was his main helper. Though her skin healed, cuts on her fingers, due to individually wrapping thousands of razors, remained a testament to the difficult life she lived. “Soma’s little finger is worth more than a thousand men,” my father would often repeat, to remind us, ultimately five boys, that our sister will always be the main heroine in the family’s story. Now that she is a martyr, that legacy has been secured for eternity. Years later, my parents would send her to Aleppo to obtain a medical degree. She returned to Gaza, where she spent over three decades healing the pain of others, though never her own. She worked at Al-Shifa Hospital, at Nasser Hospital among other medical centers. Later, she obtained another certificate in family medicine, opening a clinic of her own. She did not charge the poor, and did all she could to heal those victimized by war. Soma was a member of a generation of female doctors in Gaza that truly changed the face of medicine, collectively putting great emphasis on the rights of women to medical care and expanding the understanding of family medicine to include psychological trauma with particular emphasis on the centrality, but also the vulnerability of women in a war-torn society. When my daughter Zarefah managed to visit her in Gaza shortly before the war, she told me that “when aunt Soma walked into the hospital, an entourage of women – doctors, nurses, and other medical staff – would surround her in total adoration.” At one point, it felt that all of Soma’s suffering was finally paying off: a nice family home in Khan Younis, with a small olive orchard, and a few palm trees; a loving husband, himself a professor of law, and eventually the dean of law school at a reputable Gaza university; three daughters and two sons, whose educational specialties ranged from dentistry to pharmacy, to law to engineering. Life, even under siege, at least for Soma and her family, seemed manageable. True, she was not allowed to leave the Strip for many years due to the blockade, and thus we were denied the chance to see her for years on end. True, she was tormented by loneliness and seclusion, thus her love affair and constant citation from García Márquez’s seminal novel. But at least her husband was not killed or went missing. Her beautiful house and clinic were still standing. And she was living and breathing, communicating her philosophical nuggets about life, death, memories and hope. “If I could only find the remains of Hamdi, so that we can give him a proper burial,” she wrote to me last January, when the news circulated that her husband was executed by an Israeli quadcopter in Khan Yunis. But since the body remained missing, she held on to some faint hope that he was still alive. Her boys, on the other hand, kept digging in the wreckage and debris of the area where Hamdi was shot, hoping to find him and to give him a proper burial. They would often be attacked by Israeli drones in the process of trying to unearth their father’s body. They would run away, and return with their shovels to carry on with the grim task. To maximize their chances of survival, my sister’s family decided to split up between displacement camps and other family homes in southern Gaza. This meant that Soma had to be in a constant state of moving, traveling, often long distances on foot, between towns, villages, and refugee camps, just to check on her children, following every incursion, and every massacre. “I am exhausted,” she kept telling me. “All I want from life is for this war to end, for new cozy pajamas, my favorite book, and a comfortable bed.” These simple and reasonable expectations looked like a mirage, especially when her home in the Qarara area, in Khan Younis, was demolished by the Israeli army last month. “My heart aches. Everything is gone. Three decades of life, of memories, of achievement, all turned into rubble,” she wrote. “This is not a story about stones and concrete. It is much bigger. It is a story that cannot be fully told, however long I wrote or spoke. Seven souls had lived here. We ate, drank, laughed, quarreled, and despite all the challenges of living in Gaza, we managed to carve out a happy life for our family,” she continued. A few days before she was killed, she told me that she had been sleeping in a half-destroyed building belonging to her neighbors in Qarara. She sent me a photo taken by her son, as she sat on a makeshift chair, on which she also slept amidst the ruins. She looked tired, so very tired. There was nothing I could say or do to convince her to leave. She insisted that she wanted to keep an eye on the rubble of what remained of her home. Her logic made no sense to me. I pleaded with her to leave. She ignored me, and instead kept sending me photos of what she had salvaged from the rubble, an old photo, a small olive tree, a birth certificate .. My last message to her, hours before she was killed, was a promise that when the war is over, I will do everything in my power to compensate her for all of this. That the whole family would meet in Egypt, or Türkiye, and that we will shower her with gifts, and boundless family love. I finished with, “let’s start planning now. Whatever you want. You just say it. Awaiting your instructions…” She never saw the message. Even when her name, as yet another casualty of the Israeli genocide in Gaza was mentioned in local Palestinian news, I refused to believe it. I continued to call. “Please pick up, Soma, please pick up,” I pleaded with her. Only when a video emerged of white body bags arriving at Nasser Hospital in the back of an ambulance, I thought maybe my sister was indeed gone. Some of the bags had the names of the others mentioned in the social media posts. Each bag was pulled out separately and placed on the ground. A group of mourners, bereaved men, women and children would rush to hug the body, screaming the same shouts of agony and despair that accompanied this ongoing genocide from the first day. Then, another bag, with the name ‘Soma Mohammed Mohammed Baroud’ written across the thick white plastic. Her colleagues carried her body and gently laid it on the ground. They were about to zip the bag open to verify her identity. I looked the other way. I refuse to see her but in the way that she wanted to be seen, a strong person, a manifestation of love, kindness and wisdom, whose “little finger is worth more than a thousand men.” But why do I continue to check my messages with the hope that she will text me to tell me that the whole thing was a major, cruel misunderstanding and that she is okay? Before 2020, the 5-year average of All-Cause Mortality (ACM) was 161,251, for an Australian population of about 25 million. Then came Operation Lock Step. In 2020, the year of the "virus," ACM was 161,300. Unchanged. The narrative? They'll tell you it was because borders were shut to overseas travelers, state borders were closed to internal travel, and lockdowns, masks, and other measures were imposed. The government saved us from the virus. Sure. Then came the vaccine years: 2021: 171,469 2022: 190,939 2023: 183,131 That’s roughly 61,000 deaths in excess of the pre-2020 average—61,000 lives taken by government during that period. The statisticians coldly label this "excess mortality." I call it slaughter. Recently, I came across an excellent Australian substack with an outstanding breakdown of how the government has ingeniously and meticulously concealed these deaths. Pretend It's the Ageing of the Population or Population Increase Explain that as the population ages, people are more susceptible to dying, naturally leading to higher death numbers. Even though the pandemic has only technically lasted for five years, meaning the population would have theoretically only aged in the same way, people love a simple answer and will latch onto something that is obvious and well-known. You can bolster this argument by also saying that as the total population increases, more deaths are expected. Even though Australia often imports younger, healthier individuals, people won’t join those dots and you can tie the two together as a simple factor of demographics. Pretend it's Just Elderly Excess Mortality Emphasise that the increased deaths are predominantly among the elderly, who are closer to their natural life expectancy. By focusing on elderly deaths, you can imply that these numbers do not indicate a broader public health crisis but rather an expected demographic trend, and unfortunately, frail, older people are just that much more likely to die during a pandemic. Even though there may be excess mortality, in younger cohorts which probably should prompt immediate investigation, remember to use some key words to shift the narrative with some important modality like “vast majority”. Even consider putting it in bold to really stress the important takeaway message: 3. Pretend it's the Outcome of Delays in Routine Care Attribute the excess deaths to delays in routine medical care during the pandemic. Explain that the healthcare system’s focus on COVID-19 led to a backlog in treating other health issues, resulting in higher mortality. This shifts the blame to the indirect effects of the pandemic rather than any direct policy or intervention-related causes. Emphasise the strain on healthcare services to justify the delays and their subsequent impact on mortality. Yes, we know this will prompt some narky journalists to mention the impact of lockdowns being astronomically greater than the presumed reduction in COVID-19 deaths from lockdowns, but you can simply reduce this to a simple straw man argument response like “I suppose you just wanted us to ‘let it rip’ and kill grandmas right?”. Remember, keeping it simple is important. The people need simple messages, keep the focus on COVID-19 and how it worked back then: 4. Pretend it's the Outcome from Relaxing NPIs Claim that the spike in deaths is due to the relaxation of non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) like masking and social distancing. Argue that these measures were crucial in controlling the spread of the virus and that lifting them has led to increased mortality. This narrative suggests that personal behaviour and policy shifts towards normalcy are responsible for the rise in deaths, implying that maintaining restrictions could have prevented it: **Optional** To really emphasise this point, consider funding some “research” from a credible authority to demonstrate the real-world effectiveness of wearing masks. It could be as simple as getting some “academics” to get some photos from the local newspaper to see if people have been wearing masks. Pretend it's the Outcome from Being Behind on Our Vaccinations Imply that the solution to excess mortality is staying up to date with vaccinations. This approach maintains the focus on vaccinations as the primary means of control, sidestepping questions about their long-term effectiveness or potential side effects. Reinforce the importance of booster campaigns to mitigate this issue. We know people are starting to catch on and are experiencing “vaccine fatigue” (or maybe even just propaganda fatigue?) so get a study out there in a reputable journal. Unfortunately, this will only work when you’re trying to explain the increase in excess mortality in 2022 for Australia. Let people join the dots between COVID-19 deaths and excess mortality without having them think about who first arrived in Australia when the borders opened. Remember, it was “fully vaccinated” travellers who were first allowed into the country, so tread with caution using this one! Reinforce the idea that the pandemic's effects are far-reaching and still present, necessitating continued vigilance and health measures. I deliberately leave the “Dr.” out to show my disrespect and eliminate artificial “expert credibility,” which at least 95% of these so-called experts lack. Robert W Malone MD, MS , once saved my sanity when he publicly confirmed (as an “expert”) what I have felt, like many of you, for more than a year: That the whole Covid pandemic is a scam. The vaccines are a mad idea, and we are witnessing a totalitarian overreach under the disguise of an “emergency”. Yes, I still needed “expert authority voices” to confirm my inner knowledge and common sense. I still needed validation and felt more secure hearing an “expert” agree with me. Not anymore, thanks God. (And I mean that literally.) I didn’t realise then that “my idol” was much less informed and way more idiotic than myself. After all, he took these untested injections and almost died from them. I didn’t, despite not having invented the technology. All these “experts”, even the so-called resistant “experts” with fancy titles, can all get lost until they prove their humanity, humbleness, courage and common sense to me in action, not words. I think you read my mood by now: I am pissed off and angry, and I make no excuse for it. Angry people cause meaningful changes. Always have, always will. But anger is different from violence. I hate violence, but I like healthy anger. Anger is the most natural reaction when someone abuses or takes advantage of us. It builds meaningful boundaries. Bandits take you more seriously. I know that all these liberal and radical feminists out there want to turn every angry boy into a non-angry complacent self-doubting pussy for a reason. I bet that the most useful idiots for the elites are the armies of studied intellectuals. Not many leaders have the integrity to be in a position of power because of their lack of true spirituality. It is based on intimately knowing their false self (ego) and true self through daily spiritual practice, which will equip them with an authentic and profound integrity we can trust. These leaders are almost unheard of these days. Most of our leaders are selfish narcissists who are very clever in deceiving the stupid, naive masses. That’s why history is littered with horrific leaders who only brought misery, oppression, and darkness to the people. One stand-out exception to this rule was Mahatma Gandhi, a deeply spiritual man who freed India for the people in a peaceful way. That doesn’t mean he or the people were not angry about being oppressed by the British invaders in their own country. But Mahatma managed to use this lingering anger energy in a controlled, persistent, and constructive way rather than let it explode in a violent, destructive way that does nothing for the people and only disperses the usefulness of anger for change. That’s why authoritarian regimes often deliberately provoke angry but peaceful demonstrators by shoving extremely aggressive-looking, fear-inducing, powerful riot police in transhuman-looking uniforms into their faces. There are three common tactics to turn angry people into violent people: They set parameters around demonstrations to herd them in. This escalates the fear and violent aggression in the initially peaceful group. Our symptomatic nervous system goes into immediate fight-or-flight mode, but fighting seems the only option when flight is impossible. They know that, of course. If they wanted peaceful demonstrations, they wouldn’t do that, keep a low profile, and only intervene for rare destructive acts of the very few troublemakers and out-of-control people in the group. Often, some of these troublemakers are disguised police agitators within the group. (Forgive me for not providing links—it is too time-consuming for a free publication. Research yourself if you doubt me, please.) Most mainstream people doubt this tactic because they don’t think deeply enough to see the genius yet evil rationale behind it. Authoritarian systems want violence for several reasons, but one of them is to disperse the underlying anger in the population and lower the anger charge before it spreads too far and is harnessed in a deliberate, intelligent, persistent, non-violent and disciplined movement that is much more dangerous to the system as the occasional violent demonstration. It is essential to know this mechanism within ourselves, and each of us has to learn to use our anger constructively against the totalitarian regime because violence will always work in their favour. It helps them convince the scared sheeple majority that the “radicals” cause the trouble, not themselves. It also convinces them that more “emergency laws” and “surveillance” are needed to keep them in check. Back to Malone I still don’t think he was deliberately planted or captured opposition as many do, but I keep alert to this scenario as one possibility in this increasingly wicked world. I always felt that his unchecked ego and ambitions were his most significant liabilities, so I lost trust in him. The pivotal moment for me was when he sued the Braggins for “defamation”. I was no reader, nor did I know them at the time. I had no idea what the “defamation lawsuit” was about, and I didn’t care. However, it gave me valuable insight into Malone’s character, and I let him know about it in the comments before I unsubscribed. A man who “fears” for “his” reputation can’t be trusted. And a man who can’t deal with it himself and runs to the courts seemed weak to me. Shortly after, he went into “echo chamber mode” with his Substack and only allowed paying fangirls and boys to comment—a sure sign of a weak, insecure ego that can’t handle critiques or trolls. When he endorsed Trump before Kennedy did, as he proudly brags about in the above article, I knew he was out for a position of power in the new administration. So the former leader of the anti-Covid, anti-vax movement, travelling the world organizing resistance against what happened during the so-called pandemic, is now endorsing a man who did a massive U-Turn from rightly playing down the pandemic theatre initially to the still bragging-about-it architect of “operation warp speed” that brought us the mad COVID restrictions and dangerous and ineffective vaccines. who still endorses the vaccines and falsely brags that they saved hundreds of millions of lives and were a success. who openly declares on The Joe Rogan Experience BEFORE the elections that “big pharma” are his friends. For fucks sake, either everything Malone did before was a lie, or his unsatiable hunger for fame and influence makes him bridge this colossal “cognitive dissonance.” But do not worry, Malone felt obliged to explain and justify his betrayal. After the elections. So after he makes his big flock of Substack sheep believe that Trump will be dramatically changing the deep-state health system and vote for him, it’s time to “recalibrate”. Then - AFTER the election - he is using history to make a point that populist movements, like the MAGA movement, actually never really work out. Not to be negative, but the history of US populist political movements is littered with stories of unmet high expectations and subversion of those movements by established political power centers. And in particular, how to interpret the plum book HHS appointments that they had imagined would be staffed by “medical freedom” and “resistance” leaders, instead of academics, TV personalities, and donors whose track records have not been so, shall we say, confrontational. They trusted Malone in their assessment of Trump and got fucked over, and now Malone looks like the self-serving true idiot he is. I thought he wanted to stop beating around the bush. Rumor was that there was a meeting between reps from large Pharma to plan response strategy. RFKjr was tapped to lead HHS, and a coordinated PsyWar media campaign to delegitimize him was immediately launched. The RFKjr HHS transition team appears to have been intimidated by this, and has chosen a strategy of nominating “trusted mainstream doctors” and similar who have not been labeled “anti-vaxxers” by the media. Conclusion? The PsyWar campaign was effective, and has moderated the resulting HHS appointments in ways that favor Pharma interests. Sound familiar? Surprise, surprise. Yes, of course, this was to be expected. So why precisely did the “transmission team” roll over after two weeks of this terrible PsyWar media campaign? Has nothing to do with Trump, eh? We all know that Trump delegates widely and trusts his people to do the right thing. He wouldn’t interfere in the “transistions team” decisions about who to nominate, would he? Malone doesn’t have the balls to admit that Trump showed the middle finger to all his “medical resistance” voters. And he showed the middle finger to Malone as well. The authoritarian powers during the other 1950 years did get along quite well with religious Christians. Of course, Jesus wouldn’t be regarded as a good Christian at all today as he furiously challenged the corrupt, oppressive Orthodox Jewish religion of the time and was ultimately killed for it by them. It wasn’t the Romans that asked for his crucifixion; it was the corrupt Jewish clergy. Who Is Dr Robert Malone? Saviour, Traitor, Transhuman Puppet, A Born Self-Confident Freedom Leader Or A Man With A God-Complex? Ironically and unbelievably, even more than last time, he (they - him and Jill) deliver all their self-damaging character assassinations themselves. It is hard to say if it was caused by a complete lack of self-reflection, out-of-control arrogance, God-complex or deliberately and consciously kneeling to their new overlords. “The Moraltiy Complex” reads like a character suicide, in my opinion. But, of course, only from the “freedom movement” point of view. It is probably precisely the Substack required to convince the new, globalist transhuman-appointed regime to hire him. More betrayal of his dissident followers was requested, and a total submission to the postmodern transhuman narrative theory required. The U-turn is mind-blowing. But first things first. A few days ago, triggered by his Substack, I wrote, “Fuck You, Dr. Robert Malone”, and was blown away by how it resonated so far with thousands of people. After only three days, it almost matches my so far most-read and liked article, Stupid People, in popularity. And the comments, shares and restacks keep coming in. Thank you, everybody, for engaging with this topic. I did not expect that. I accidentally hit a raw nerve there. But then, it isn’t such a big surprise as the guy wrote his own “Betrayal Substack” right there. All I needed to do was cobble it together and express my outrage. And then he backs it up with an even more eye-opening Substack about who he really is, or, maybe more accurately, who he turned into to achieve his new objective, almost like a shape-shifter. He considers himself a high-agency transformational leader and concludes at the end: …because high-agency transformational leaders often achieve that which they seek. After finishing this article, I concluded that his man is an outright dangerous delusional narcissist based on his writings and conduct. All that matters to him (them) is me, me, me. This article is about himself (themselves) and how capable and amazing they are. It reads like a job application for the new but still globalist transhuman regime. He finishes the article with a quote by C.J. Lewis Every time you make a choice you are turning the central part of you, the part of you that chooses, into something a little different than it was before. And taking your life as a whole, with all your innumerable choices, all your life long you are slowly turning this central thing into a heavenly creature or a hellish creature […] There is no doubt in my mind that he is convinced he is turning into a “heavenly creature.” Leaders like that, narcissists with a God-complex, are incredibly dangerous when they get too much power. Beware of this man. Of course, this is only my instinctive and partly professional assessment. Each of us will draw our conclusions. I base my assessment on three pillars: my professional background, my spiritual background, and my instinct and gut feeling, which have guided me very well through the last five years. I am a trained psychotherapist and Hakomi therapist; character assessment is a big part of that. Over the past twenty years, I have also intensively read and studied spiritual leaders, and I practice meditation and self-enquiry daily. Through both my psychotherapy training with weekly personal and group therapy sessions and my spiritual work, I got great insight into my own ego structure, including the narcissistic and psychopathic parts I, like most people, have to a certain degree. As one of the critical commentators wrote, “It needs one to recognize one,” accusing me of not being different from Malone. He is right and wrong at the same time. Yes, I have these traits but am acutely aware of them. Malone is acutely and unbelievably ignorant about his narcissistic and psychopathic tendencies. Many will protest now and say: “Malone a narcissist? Maybe. But a psychopath? Never.” Unfortunately, most people’s idea of a psychopath is shaped by extreme versions of it from Hollywood movies and MSM, like serial killers. They think this character trait is the exception rather than the norm. They couldn’t be more wrong. In its much weaker non-violent expressions, it is rampant everywhere in our society. It is often expressed quite differently from what most people expect. In Hakomi character theory, the psychopathic character has two expressions: the better-known tough-generous type and the lesser-known charming-manipulative type. I think Malone is both, but mostly the latter. What all psychopathic character types have in common, to the surprise of many, is a victim mentality at the core. A psychopath has a profoundly hurt and injured self from early childhood and developed these strategies to protect himself or herself from the perpetrators that caused the injury. Therefore, they feel like victims who defend themselves, and this is used to justify, depending on the degree of the injury, almost every cruel, harsh or manipulative act against others. The “victim response” against his early critiques and attackers (suing Breggins) raised the first red flag for me and made me suspicious. In my opinion, a robust and balanced man doesn’t need to run to the courts to “defend his reputation” or restrict comments to paying subscribers. Anyway, each of us has to decide about his character, which seems very hard to grasp for most people. However, as I learned from the many comments, something in him irks people mightily and makes them distrust him instinctively, without much evidence. But we got a lot of evidence in the past few days - from the man himself. Who would know Dr. Malone better than Dr. Malone himself and, of course, his wife, Jill? To compensate for injured self-love, it is the hallmark of a narcissist to over-compensate in a need for public adoration and love. Let’s hear what the man says and judge him based on that. Why do I feel entitled to judge him? With great power comes great responsibility; if he gets things wrong, we will suffer the consequences. I am sick and tired of our leaders in general and their narcissistic, selfish abuse of the mandates they have been given by trusting people to better their lives. Why pick on him? I don’t only pick on him. I frequently criticize so-called dissident leaders and influencers who disappoint me and make me feel betrayed. For example, I wrote about Dr. McCullough, the No. 1 sell-out here and here. Very popular Trump-cock-sucker Jeff Childers is also trying very hard to get my attention. Some commentators said I am ungrateful because both Dr Malone and Dr McCullough were instrumental in turning the mass formation psychosis around. I fully agree, and I am very grateful for what they did at the time. But that is in the past. They were rewarded for it numerous times. They got famous for it and, in my opinion, couldn’t handle it. In my opinion, we have a new, much less obvious mass formation psychosis going on right now, and both support it. It is called Trump-Mania, and Trump will fix it. I know many of you will believe in Trump, and I might be proven wrong, but I am convinced that even if he wanted, he can’t. The system is too far gone, and the transhuman globalists are too powerful. As you will see below, Malone himself just converted to their ideology. I wish nothing more but that I am proven wrong and that Trump puts the deep-state bureaucracy and the globalists in their place. We don’t talk a lot about her, do we? It is always him despite him making no secret that she is part of it, as in the first sentence of his latest article: Sometimes, someone will ask me how Jill and I accomplish everything that we do. That wasn’t the simple original quote I was after (“Behind every successful man is a woman”), but I couldn’t find it anymore on Google Images. Interestingly, it has been replaced with all sorts of weird and crazy variations. Anyway, this will do. So, who is Jill? We should also ask that if we ask, “Who is Malone”? I think they come in a team, and my hunch is that she had a lot of input in that last article. I just felt that needs to be acknowledged to understand the man better. I have zero knowledge about her at all. She is like a ghost in the background to me, but she matters. Anyone? Then, the title: The Morality Paradox Immediately, what comes up for me is this: For a true leader who knows his true self and, with it, his ego self intimately, morality will never be a paradox, something that can flip-flop or change with intellectual considerations. A true and “good” leader must have a solid spiritual (not religious - beware of that) foundation and know who he is. From that foundation, all speech and actions flow spontaneously, without intellectual considerations, and a deep ethic and morality, based on first do no harm, is given and flows naturally. It will never be a paradox. Being “shifty” and “evasive” are not part of their psychological makeup. That’s why we instinctively trust them and instinctively don’t trust those who don’t have it, which, sadly, is the norm these days. I know. I am setting a very high bar for Mr. Malone; millions of our leaders don’t pass it. But that’s precisely why we are in this ethical and moral mess right now. Someone who knows his true self and ego self will be very watchful about his or her ego temptations. And even more importantly, she or he will show great humility. I find humility in all great spiritual masters and leaders who are spiritually (not religious) based. Sadly, once again, only Mahatma Gandhi comes to mind. Nelson Mandela, maybe? Surely, there must be some others. Help me out if you can in the comments. Next, the photo. A picture says more than a thousand words. There are no coincidences. Everything is chosen, mostly unconsciously. What does this photo express to you? Humility? There is, in my opinion, the narcissist right there, bathing in the attentions and adoration of the crowd and the smiling females taking photos. He looks so pleased with himself, doesn’t he? And so in charge and competent. There are not one but two screens, with adoring listeners at his feet. I see a benevolent, patriarchal-looking father figure with a biblical beard looking down on his flock. Humility, I see none. But as I said, that’s just me with my biases, history, and psychological responses. I am not saying whatever I say here is the “truth” about this man. I am sure there are many who love and adore the man as he stands there. As my mother used to say: “There is a lid for every pot.” And no, I checked myself. I am not jealous, as some commentators suggested. I do not want what he has or want to be him—not one bit. I admit that the only thing I would love to have is his many paying subscribers. But I also understand that this is not possible as long as I write as I write. To be successful in this world, we have to rub shoulders, make moral and ethical compromises, and try not to offend people. Over the years, I have had thousands of subscribers, but I tend to lose most again because something I write always offends somebody, and egos are fragile. I am terrible at writing in a style that is not offensive and will please most subscribers. And I don’t want to be a leader in action or “thought.” I want people to think and act for themselves because I believe that this insane and intense “leadership, influencer and “follower” culture” is at the core of our vastly eroding democracy and freedom. Over the years, people have been trained into good puppy dogs that consume and work and let a few do all the thinking and ruling. But I also get other great rewards from my writing, so I am becoming increasingly content with how it is. Sorry, I digress, back to the Malones. Jill and Robert have chosen to send this image as a message, and that’s how he likes to come across: a loved and admired leader “above”. Not only physically but intellectually as well. Most of the article talks about what a high-achieving, high-agency alpha leader he is. But there is more to it. His technological and intellectual expertise is also communicated. He sells himself as biblical and patriarchal but also modern and “high-agency,” smart and intelligent. Now, there is nothing wrong with that. We all sell our persona to some extent, consciously and unconsciously. We all want to matter, get ahead and be liked. But do you trust this behaviour of selling yourself? As rightly pointed out many times by C.J. Hopkins , GloboCap's dominance has turned everything into a commodity, even our character and image, especially for public figures. These days, it’s all images, perceptions, and stories with no real substance anymore. The words Sometimes, someone will ask me how Jill and I accomplish everything that we do. That is, travel about a third of each month, broadcast on TV and podcasts, write this substack, write books, write articles for other journals, garden, take care of our 20 horses, birds, dogs, and the farm, maintain a certain level of fitness, all the while taking care of our bodies and eating right Message: We are high achievers. They do not mention (in this post) that they have the finances to employ people to run the farm and probably other services, but they are undoubtedly very industrious. Once again, there is nothing wrong with that. That is the American Way of Life—work hard to get ahead. I am lost to the exact logic and correlation between focusing on a goal and following rules. I trained and worked as a goal-setting life coach for several years, helping people define, set, and achieve personal goals. The following rules didn’t feature at all, so why do they mention it? I believe we are getting “narrative-d” to create a certain character they like to dress themselves in. They want to be seen as rule-breakers, dissidents, agents of change - not rule followers. In my biased assessment, they want to distance themselves from being “only” goal-orientated people, often a synonym for “ambitious people”. They make it clear that they are much more than mere rule-following, goal-oriented people: Jill and I also consider ourselves to be high-agency. That sounds very dynamic and sophisticated to me, no doubt. But also a tick elitist. What is high-agency, you may ask. High-agency is a trendy new term coined by Eric Weinstein. A search on Pubmed revealed no scientific or case studies that used the term as described by the popular press and media. This is no surprise, as the psychology profession is full of paradigms that typically materialize from their dogmas. Those paradigm shifts outside that dogma are rarely embraced and often denigrated, along with those who propose them. […] Wow - it is not only a trendy new term or idea; it is already a whole “paradigm shift”, seemingly created by one man: Eric Weinstein. I can’t help but feel they want to manipulate the “narrative” even more in their favour. I had no idea that one man could create " paradigm shifts " so quickly and single-handedly. But English is my 2nd language, so I must have misunderstood the term. Let’s look it up “paradigm shift”: noun A radical change in thinking from an accepted point of view to a new one, necessitated when new scientific discoveries produce anomalies in the current paradigm. (Source) Hmm, that's not precisely what they refer to. Quite the opposite, as they admitted that “there are zero scientific research or case studies” on it. It is also not a radical change because, as they later described it, it “contains” goal-setting. It is just an extension, and to call it a paradigm shift seems like a huge exaggeration. So, why am I nitpicking this? Because it sends several underlying pretentious messages: “We are using cutting-edge paradigm-shifting methods.” “We are still dissidents - we are way ahead of the dogmatic psychological profession that denigrates us for using that cutting-edge stuff.” Then, they use an AI bot to define “High Agency”. Message: AI is good and nothing to worry about. Transhuman philosophy. AI bot “Brave” tells us that High Agency refers to an individual’s ability to shape their own destiny, bend reality to their will, and exert control over their life and work. It involves recognizing that the limitations and constraints imposed by others are merely stories, and that one has the power to rewrite those narratives. It can’t get any more postmodern than this. “Bend reality to their will” and limitations are “merely stories” that one has the power to rewrite. Translation: Our opinion and truth are just a story that they can overwrite with their will. Thanks, but no. I do not consent. This is the philosophy that gave us wokeness, trans-gender acceptance, and 5th-generation psyop - all based on the belief there is no underlying truth; everything is just a story we believe that can be changed on pure will and so forth. This is right out of the WEF transhuman playbook of Israeli Yuval Noah Harari telling us that all we are is “hackable animals.” The cognitive dissonance for them must be pretty mind-bending. On the one hand, they sign up for godless transhuman philosophy; on the other hand, they are making their Substack followers believe that they are God-fearing, homesteading, conservative, good-old Christians. Or is the latter just old news, and they have moved on, entirely focusing on getting that job and showing the new globalist regime that they are totally on board with it? Just asking. If they get that job, maybe they won’t need the Christians anymore; perhaps they won’t need the Substack anymore, either. Just speculating. And maybe they don’t need their old, very close friends anymore either? Like Mattias Desmet, who just recently dissected the transhuman Harari and blamed the underlying rational-materialistic worldview for the transhuman soulless life all around us. They definitely seem to be using their new paradigm-shifting superpowers to bend the will of the new administration to hire him. But maybe I am just jealous, too paranoid or confused and read too much into this. Let’s examine their new “reality-bending” superpowers. By signing up for “high agency,” they acquired many outstanding attributes. People with High Agency are characterized by their: Authenticity: They stay true to themselves, unapologetically pursuing their goals and values. Intentionality: They set clear goals and take deliberate action to achieve them, rather than simply reacting to circumstances. Proactivity: They don’t wait for opportunities to arise; they create their own, often finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Discipline: They prioritize their goals and make sacrifices to achieve them, demonstrating self-control and perseverance. Resourcefulness: They adapt and improvise, leveraging available resources to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives. Orthogonal Thinking: They challenge conventional wisdom, asking questions that look at problems from unconventional angles and finding novel solutions. Resilience: They bounce back from setbacks and failures, using them as opportunities for growth and learning. Like a coin, there are always two sides to anything. This sounds great if you want to get things done quickly and without asking anybody else. Applied to your own life, it might be a good tool to have. But in public service? Affecting the destiny of millions of people? To me, it doesn’t sound overly democratic. But that’s just me. “Unapolgetically pursuing their goals” “Set clear goals” (I thought that was oh so old paradigm?) “Creating their own opportunities.” (Doesn’t sound like serving the people) “Very self-controlled and disciplined.” (Head-in-the-sand, no-matter-what?) “Challenging conventional wisdom” (Like common sense?) “And finding novel solutions” (Like vaccinating the whole world with an untested substance and smearing and prohibiting common sense treatments?) “Bouncing back from setbacks and failures” (like doubling and tripling down on their novel solutions?) Of course, this is a highly subjective assessment, but I do not want a leader with those attributes. It sounds creepy and lacks positive human qualities like love, compassion, grief, understanding, communication, consent, etc. This, for me, is creepy transhuman and robotic ideals based on a postmodern soulless philosophy by a programmed AI robot. And it is will-based with the individual at the centre. What can go wrong? But the Malones love it. Why wouldn’t anyone work to become more high-agency? To pursue their goals and values at all costs- full speed ahead? High-agency people work to reinvent a narrative given to them to change outcomes. They get things done. They set out to do the impossible. At all cost? Full speed? As a democratic leader? Sorry, I am running out of polite words: Fuck off, will you? They go on endorsing and explaining and selling the “high agency” narrative, which is nothing else but transhuman postmodern philosophy repacked in a new term. They also suddenly love billionaires and quote Jeff Bezos as a high agency buddy. They show fancy graphs and rebrand the “useless eaters” as “working bees”, and you guessed right, the working bees are all low-agency people. Not on the same level as them. I am not kidding: Low-agency people accept the narrative; they are complacent and tend to outsource decision-making to others. Do we now? We “outsourced” the decisions to be coerce-injected and locked away in our houses. Fuck you, Malone. But even the Malones realise that this old, repacked postmodern narrative theory can lead to unethical and morally questionable behaviour. High-agency may be great for getting things done, but there can be a morally repugnant element to the behavior and characteristics of high-agency people. This element deserves closer examination. People who exhibit high-agency characteristics, whether learned as an adult or instilled since childhood, tend to ignore ethical mores. They just charge ahead, disregarding obstacles, including ethical concerns. They often operate from within a utilitarian framework; in other words, one in which the ends are believed to justify the means. High-agency behaviors can also lead to a decrease or loss of empathy because the need to achieve an objective becomes a higher priority than taking other’s needs into account when making decisions. The deterioration or loss of empathy can lead to sociopathic behavior. Not saying? I think we just witnessed that over the past four years. And gullible and stupid people just voted in another sociopathic president - not that there was any alternative except making a no-vote statement. Many people who hire talent based on high-agency behavior profiles claim that it is essential also to identify those who exhibit integrity in addition to high-agency. I can’t see how this is possible - postmodern high agency and integrity simultaneously. They exclude each other. Integrity means the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change Integrity is based on knowing and living your more profound truth. It is lightyears away from seeing everything as a narrative that can be changed and bent whenever necessary. In my opinion, they have no clue what they are talking about. They are throwing catchy new terms around to please postmodern-inclined people and might impress their awe-jawed fans. But the truth is, integrity is an easy trait to mimic. Who doesn’t know that person who goes to church each Sunday and yet has a history of abusiveness, unethical business, or political practices? So true. Who doesn’t know people who pretend to be Christians and sign up for utopian transhuman philosophies? Or people who pretend to be dissidents and fight authoritarian overreach and then suck up to them to get a job? Or people who pretend to be against vaccines and then endorse and refuse to criticise appointed pro-vax mainstream doctors because they will be colleagues soon? It never stops to amaze me how so-called intelligent people can have such an utter lack of self-reflection. It is incredibly hilarious how they describe these high-agency pitfalls but are blissfully ignorant about themselves. We are zooming in on something called a God-complex. “We, the Malones, can do no wrong.” When combined with talent, this “can do” attitude means that high-agency people understand that the world needs to believe that they are people of high integrity. It is a character trait that, at least on a resume, is important. I can’t believe what I am reading here. Can it get any more cynical? “The world needs to believe that they (we) are people of high integrity”. They are not saying, “We have integrity." In the narrative-based postmodern world, that’s not needed anymore. It is enough if we convince people “to believe we have integrity. " Integrity is also not required to be executed in real life. As long as it is on the resume and believed, all is sweet with the high-agency people. Fuck me. And yet, manipulative behaviors are often employed by those with a high-agency behavior pattern. Unfortunately, those with high-agency profiles can be very good at camouflaging such tactics. If people are stupid enough, definitely. But anyone with two brain cells left can see through all your gibberish and feel how shifty and insincere you are. The truth is that high-agency people are highly desired in business because they can inspire others, motivate others, get people to buy into their new narrative, and create change and opportunity. In a fucked-up Globocap society, no doubt. No integrity or morality is needed anymore in our “new normal” transhuman society, where everyone becomes God, shaping and bending their own narratives, meaning, do what they want “unapolligetically” no matter the cost and with full speed ahead. Sound lovely. Finally, the jump to “We, the Malones, are a different breed of high-agency people, of course. We are morally super-clean.” First, the “careful preparation”, excuse me, “narrtive bending”. Not all people with high-agency behavioral profiles choose to go down this path. […] Many very independent thinkers and doers have high agency, and in many cases, they just have prioritized different elements in their lives, such as freedom of action and thought or independence from a bureaucratic system. Ok. Here we go. Still, suggesting they are dissidents who seek “independence from the bureaucratic system” (while begging to be employed by the same system) can effectively use postmodern high-agency power against the said system. Is it kind of like double agents infiltrating the system to beat it with its own powers? Mr. Malone never lacked self-confidence and self-belief, didn’t he? I guess high-agency superpowers help. High-agency people are often transformational leaders. Hear, hear. Unfortunately, transformational leaders are often prone to narcissistic tendencies, which can lead to a cult-like following. Not saying? But that wouldn’t be you, right? It is the ability of the high-agency person to manipulate others while setting aside any moral qualms in their quest to achieve an objective that can make them dangerous to be around. Hmm Determining whether a high-agency person is worthy of trust and support can become a constant high-stakes guessing game until sufficient time has elapsed and experience accumulated. Let me break it to you. More than “sufficient time” has elapsed for me. Thanks to your insightful Substack, I can now make a very informed decision. I fucking don’t trust you one bit. Your persuasive narrative-bending powers somehow didn’t work on me. And that’s despite being a very low-agency person who " outsources its decision-making” to people like you. Maybe you have to tweak “the narrative” a bit more and use more fancy words. Or whatever. “But hang on”, he says. “You can trust me. I am not one of them bad high agency people. I am a good one.” For myself, I am high-agency much of the time, but I temper that with a high moral compass. It is so lovely of you to reassure me about that, Robert. But, firstly, I came to the spontaneous conclusion that “your narrative” is full of horse shit, that you are blind as a bat about yourself, and that I don’t trust you, no matter what new narrative about yourself you throw at me. I saw enough, and I heard enough. Secondly, if someone has a high moral compass, it is not assessed by the person himself but by others who observe what you say and do. And that doesn’t look like a high moral compass to me. You just promised all sorts of great things would happen for six months to your “followers” if they voted for Trump and then redacted it all in one big swoop and performed a “reality calibration.” You did that to get in Trump’s good books and to try to buy yourself a job with the votes of your followers. And you now side with the people you apparently fought against, and you refused to criticize pro-vax mainstream people because you don’t want to jeopardize your own job prospects. Do you call that integrity and a high moral compass? Maybe it is in your new postmodern worldview where you just bent this narrative to your liking. But how stupid do you think we are? You are too clever for your own good, Mr. Malone and just shot yourself into the kneecap - twice - and told the whole world who you really are. A self-disillusioned fraudster with a God complex. Recently, I have become aware of a person whom I consider a friend who has chosen to barrel down this path towards fame, and it fills me with sadness. I watch from afar the cult-like behavior of the followers that are being actively cultivated, and I grieve for my friend. My trust in this friend as a person may have been misplaced. Not saying. Yes, such behaviour is straightforward to spot in other people, isn’t it? Other-reflection is a breeze. Self-reflection, facing our ego's ugly, unconscious sides, is almost impossible without proper spiritual work. Or deep psychological work with an outstanding, highly alert and no-bullshit therapist (very rare). And even then, the narcissistic personality responds extremely poorly to classic psychotherapy. This only leaves the third way to know ourselves: The suffering our narcissistic actions will unavoidably cause us. The slow and painful learning through suffering. And he is already sensing it. We all face so many tests, so many trials and tribulations, and in some cases, the crucible of time (and transient fame) can either transform a person into porcelain or decisions made and paths chosen may compromise integrity and soul. Such is life. The fall comes after the arrogance. Sometimes, we want something that we are not ready for to please our ego or somebody else’s ego. Fame and power are enormous temptations for the ego, inflating it beyond comprehension, and not many can handle them with humility and grace. The ego needs a solid spiritual foundation, knowing who we really are and what really matters. To me, sadly, the man failed dramatically. But I don’t matter. The new regime will love him, of that I am sure. As an ordinary human being, I wish him luck and peace. He will be humane again when reality and life disillusion him from his superiority complex. Maybe some Christians can pray for him? I don’t hate the man; I don’t think he is a bad person. That doesn’t mean he can’t do a lot of damage. Therefore, as a leader, I don’t want him. Full stop. The road to hell is plastered with “good meaning“ but self-ignorant people, and he doesn’t seem to have the right advisors around him who have the skills to break it to him. The opposite appears to be the case. But there is always the possibility that I am deluded and paranoid and live to eat my words. Time will tell. Media Using MEMORY WIPING TECHNIQUES from MKUltra? The Allan Memorial Institute You may think you've heard this story but trust me, you have no idea... Agent131711 By this point, everyone has heard of MKUltra and their goal to master mind control, but the story is that MKUltra ended in 1964. The story is that those days are long gone. The story is that MKUltra was a dark chapter in history that would never happen again. And, most importantly, the story is that the MK mind control program was completely unsuccessful. With that being said here’s an eyebrow-raising look at the CIA programs successful memory erasing techniques that are seemingly being deployed on us today by the media… the same media which is operated by the military and CIA… To understand what is happening right now, we must first rewind to the 1940s and 50s. It was during this time that the NIH was running infanticide experiments in hospitals, General Mills cereal company was making poison to be sprayed from balloons, an insurance company was in communication with the CIA about geoengineering, the CIA also hired a magician to teach them how to secretly poison people, Rockefeller was funding “studies” which consisted of molesting children and MKUltra was formed then promptly went to work on mind control experiments. Part of the tax-funded diabolical MKUltra program involved a very important hospital in Montreal, Canada. This hospital was called the Allan Memorial Institute. Allan Memorial Institute It was here that MK had a psychiatrist named Dr. Donald Cameron. Donny-boy was happy to help “help” patients on behalf of a US government entity running shadowy mindf*ck operations on everyone. Because the Canadian government also loves shadowy mindf*ck operations, they threw their citizens tax dollars in for the cause. What exactly was the cause? Well, what was written on the paperwork was to find a cure for schizophrenia. Yes, the Central Intelligence Agency’s black budget program wanted to “cure schizophrenia”….. oooohkaaay… How did they plan to cure people? “By figuring out what was causing schizophrenia?”, you ask. “No, no, no.”, I reply. I remind you this is the government we are talking about here, then I say, “Depatterning. They claimed if they erased people’s memories then rebuilt the patient using a technique called psychic driving the mental illness would be gone.”. In unison, we both say, “…oooohkaaay…”. Before we proceed with Depatterning, let me share some information that Wikipedia pages and similar overviews of this topic happen to leave out - which I’m sure it’s just an accident, or perhaps due to lack of author’s time, or maybe they meant to put it in then forgot. It’s not like they would ever leave this out on purpose, you know? That information is who exactly Dr. Don Cameron was, or should I say, who Dr. Don, the man who helped pioneer memory wiping in the USA and Canada, was affiliated with… In the 1940s, pre-memory-wiping-experiments, thanks to a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation, the Allan Memorial Institute was founded. Only two years later, Dr. Cameron was hired by the government to perform his psychiatry work at the Nuremberg Trials. In fact, it was he who determined the mental state of Nazis and Germans as a whole. Dr. C was an interesting choice of psychiatrists being that he deeply hated Germans. When I say he deeply hated Germans, I mean he despised Germans with a passion (probably even more than I loathe cooking and baking). He had so much disdain for them that he made clear, if they were allowed to keep breeding they would all become a threat to the world. According to the doctor, not all criminals were German but all Germans were criminals or, at a minimum, they were guilty of having criminality in their blood, therefore they were just too dangerous to exist as-is. Before his arrival in Nuremberg, Cameron detailed his views on the German population in a paper he titled The Social Reorganization of Germany. In this publication he stated that German culture and all of its individual citizens would have to be transformed and reorganized in order to save the world from these evil doers. Life as the Germans knew it needed to cease… for our safety, of course. This snowballed into the doctors role becoming determining which races of people must be resocialized. “Cameron argued that it was necessary for behavioral scientists to act as the social planners of society and that the United Nations could provide a conduit for implementing his ideas for applying psychiatric elements to global governance and politics.” Before long, Cameron’s work expanded further. Not only was he deciding who was mentally defective and which races of people had criminal potential, but he began classifying anyone who was not decent (by the psychiatric industry standard) as “weak” individuals. Those who fit into the industry shell of a correct person were labeled “strong”. Now, entire races of people, physically ill people, anyone feeling depressed, and everyone they decided to be mentally defective were all deemed weak and therefore a plague to society. A fan of eugenics, the doctor wanted to place limitations on marriage to prevent weak genes (and German genes) from permeating America and Canada. The doctor saw the psychiatry industry as a savior; an authority that should also act as an enforcer. Only a few years post-Nuremberg, Cameron published books that explained that mental illness is highly contagious and could be contracted as easily as listening to music made by a mentally defective individual. Due to the contagion level, he felt all forms of the weak must be removed from society as quickly as possible. To aid in the people sorting, “Inside hospitals nurses would be given the authority to establish the mental characteristics of the parents and the new born baby, in terms of genetic, national and racial orientation as well as the personal histories of the parents”. Doctors would have the same authority over their patients and, of course, the psychiatry industry would do the same because that is what it was designed for. But being that this was such a large undertaking, he wanted citizens to help police and the industries by forcefully quarantining mentally ill people. This information, combined with the assistance of the general public in removing the weak from society, would ultimately result in a perfect America and perfect Canada, filled with only perfect citizens (per the industry standard; the United Nations standard). Shortly thereafter, Cameron discovered that anxiety suffered by the weak was also highly contagious. By the late 1940s, insecure men, jealous men and shy children were added to the list of dangerous members of society (as well as all babies born in Germany… oooohkaaay…) Dr. C’s publications became the blueprint for the medical industry as well as the basis of a new social and behavioral science that would later be adopted by Canadian, American, and World Psychiatric Associations, the American Psychopathological Association as well as the Society of Biological Psychiatry. For this arm of the program, Dr. Donny-boy Cameron was in bed with the CIA's MKUltra, working toward the goal of not only wiping people’s memories, but also having the ability to reprogram the defective individual… In order to erase memories, the doctor, working with the Central Intelligence Agency’s shadow entity, did what made the most sense for the sake of helping the patient, meaning patients were drugged to the point of being limp and immobilized or placed into a medically-induced coma for as much as 16-20 hours per day. During this time they were forced to listen to taped messages which were played on loop, hundreds-of-thousands of times. Experimenters found that if they used headphones on patients and played the loop it would have “greater impact”, so much so that the drugged patient would believe they are hearing a voice in their own head; the patient would believe it was themselves thinking a thought. Prior to beginning treatment, the doctor met with the patients to discuss their problems. During this phase, each patient divulged information to the doctor; information which included painful experiences in their life. Unbeknownst to the patient, this information was going to be used against them during depatterning. The way the audio recording worked was, the first 10 days of messages were negative, often attacking the patient for their personality or using the horrible memories they shared with the doctor against them. For example, one woman was forced to listen to a single sentence, “If you don’t keep quiet, I’m going to leave you behind” - a statement originally said to her by her mother, a statement of abandonment which caused her great distress over the course of her life. By the 45th time this message was played on loop, the woman “begged the experimenter to stop playing it, turned red and began to hyperventilate, started shaking and continued to shake after the recording was stopped.” After the 10 days of negative messages, the following 10 days consisted of positive messages. This practice would repeat for as much as 86 days straight. As the human experimentation progressed, some patients were given large doses of drugs, such as LSD (an MKUltra favorite made in mass bulk by Eli Lilly). Other patients weren’t so lucky and instead received electro-shock therapy. Then there were patients that got the best of both worlds; massive doses of LSD and electroshock treatment. These best-of-both-worlds patients were zapped with up to 75 times the normal intensity of electricity. Another method involved sensory deprivation; placing the patient into an environment where they could not see, smell or hear. Long term sensory deprivation has been proven to cause insanity, but finding a cure was of utmost importance, right? THE RESULT Through this treatment process, it was discovered that peoples minds can indeed be wiped and their personalities can be changed. Many of the patients were unable to recall any memories before seeing the doctor. In some cases, they didn’t even remember their family members, including their own children. These people also had to relearn all of the skills they had. In other cases, people couldn’t remember anything that was happening after the therapy. This form of ongoing instant memory wiping lasted up to two years. Family members of patients also reported that the loved one who came out of therapy was a different person than before therapy. These family members felt as if they no longer knew the now-cold, distant individual that used to be their loving husband, daughter, father or grandmother. DID MKULTRA EVER END? EVERGREEN & The Black Budget Operation (PART 1) It all began with the firefighting planes that don't fight fires, leading one to ask, "then what exactly are all of those chemical tanks for?"... Agent131711 This crazy story began back in 2002. It was fire season in the United States and the media reported a fatal crash of two air tankers, a Lockheed C-130A Hercules and a Consolidated PB4Y-2. This crash lead to the US Department of Interior issuing an official request for an investigation into the development of next-generation air tankers; larger firefighting planes, which would mean less planes would be needed in the smoke-filled skies, which would mean safer airways for everyone. A company called Evergreen Aviation said with a smile, “Hey! We could convert some of our Boeing 747-200 freighters into blaze fighters!” and the government was like, “Ok, you do that and we will take a look at what you make.”. Shortly thereafter, in 2004, the Evergreen Supertanker was born from a Boeing 747 (N470EV) and, like a toddler taking his first steps, the modified plane took its first test flight. 747 Supertanker, Marana Come summer 2006, Evergreen had invested $40 million into the project. All they needed now was FAA certification and an evaluation from the US Forest Service. Once complete those big, beautiful planes could officially be put into production and one day, God willing, they would all lift into the sky, carrying tens-of-thousands of gallons of fire-extinguishing water. In fall of the same year, the FAA came through for Evergreen and issued the necessary documents which would officially allow them to gut and modify a fleet of planes. Evergreen now had permission to install the support structure needed for aerial dispersion of liquids - but this time around, it would not be water going in the tanks, it would be chemicals… to save America from fire season. Thankfully, the fleet of modified aircrafts, which can hold as much as 18 pallets worth of world-saving chemicals, were quickly completed and ready to take flight at the first signs of fire. This project could not have been ready at a better time because, on May 29th of 2011, disaster struck the home state of the Supertankers, Arizona. And the fleet of incredible modified Boeings heroically took flight that day, quickly putting out the blaze - well, not really. Evergreen’s firefighting planes were not in the sky the first day of the fire. Nor were they in the air the next day, or the day after. Instead, smaller DC-10s were deployed. The problem was, these planes, the DC-10s, had a payload of only 13,000 gallons of fire retardant whereas the largest Supertankers had a payload of 86,000 gallons… But those shiny, new large-payload planes stayed grounded while little DCs and other small planes battled the growing inferno. Wallow Fire rages across Arizona - The Hindu Eventually, without the help of a single Evergreen Supertanker, the little planes and firefighters got the fire under control. When all said and done, record books would report the Wallow Fire as being the worst in Arizona history as of the time, over 800 square miles had been scorched. Extensive damage was caused to the forest ecosystem, wildlife habitats, recreational areas and homes. This lead many to ask, “Where were those incredible Supertankers?”. Answer: In their home, Pinal Airpark. In fact, as of 2013, Evergreen’s Supertankers had yet to fight a single fire anywhere in the US, ever. So who is this company? Deeper research was required… The story of Evergreen’s firefighting planes that don’t fight fires actually began back in the 1960s with a little company called Evergreen Helicopters. That small helicopter business did whatever small helicopter businesses do, until the 1970s, when it merged with Intermountain Airlines. After the merger was complete, Evergreen International Airlines came to be. It was owned by Evergreen International Aviation. Once formed, Evergreen Aviation quickly purchased the assets of Air America and began using Pinal Park in Arizona as a storage facility. Image You’re probably thinking, “So Evergreen Airlines was just some guy with a dollar and a dream who worked his way up from choppers to planes and got lucky with a merger?” - not so much. You see, Intermountain Airlines (the company Evergreen helicopters merged with) was part of Pacific Corporation. Pacific Corp was nothing more than a holding company. What is a holding company? It’s a business that doesn’t offer a service because it doesn’t actually do anything. Its only purpose is to own and control other companies. In addition to Intermountain Airlines, Pacific Corp (acting as a holding company) oversaw numerous other aviation companies, including Air America and Southern Air Transport, to name a few. And what did these airlines do? Let me show you: And: Wait a second, you’re telling me the huge firefighting planes, the 86,000 gallon payload planes that never fought a raging US fire, belonged to the flippin’ CIA?! - We will get to that in a moment, but first: Back when Evergreen was a helicopter business and the CIA was operating front aviation companies, the Intelligence Agency contracted Skunk Works to build special planes for them. Who was Skunk Works? Here you go: Image It turns out, Skunk Works wasn’t just Lockheed Martin, it was actually the branch for Lockheed’s secret weapons development program. Through this program, the defense contractor was building everything the CIA and government claimed to need. From spy planes to $96 million worth of A-12s to the first 400-mph fighter jet in the world, and who knows what else because it was a covert operation (for our safety, of course). So, when the merger happened, Evergreen International was born and it acquired the assets of the helicopter company and the CIA front aviation companies which had the Skunk Works contracts and aircraft resulting from them. Evergreen, which we should rename Ever-CIA, then made Pinal Airpark in Arizona one of its homes. Image The airpark was perfect due to its fairly remote location. Now we are in the 1980s and the CIA has its newest airline and freedom in the skies. It used these tax-funded gifts to best serve the American people, and by that I mean by doing things like transporting Salvadoran military personnel and equipment, running covert operations to support the Contras, operating mysterious missions to El Salvador and Nicaragua, loaning helicopters to El Salvador’s President Duarte, and even acting as a personal air taxi for the Shah of Iran, and more… lots more… lots, lots more. It was right around this time that news began breaking, exposing Southern Air as being a CIA operation. In fact, even the holding company, Pacific Corp, was outted as being a CIA operated entity. (This likely explains why the CIA needed to merge with Evergreen - they knew the Southern Air cover was blown and, by taking over an existing company, they could continue to operate without suspicion.) Throughout the 1990s, goo fell from the sky (yes, you read that correctly). It’s still an “unsolved mystery” because nobody has any idea how such a thing could have possibly happened, let alone so frequently… (2 minute video) Then, it was in 2001 that something never before seen appeared in the sky over the Northeastern Seaboard of the United States, but this time it wasn’t gelatinous material: (2 minute video) The following year was the (alleged) plane crash due to the smoky air which lead to Evergreen offering to modify their Boeings to save the good people of America during fire season… In 2004, a patent was filed called Aerial Delivery System. This patent was for modifying planes with a special nozzle system attached at the wing box. Guess who filed this patent? Yep, Evergreen International Aviation. Details are made more clear in a second filing under the same name: The same year, an interesting patent called PROCEDURE FOR AIR RELEASE OF MATERIAL was filed. The reason this is interesting is because this patent was not filed in the US, it was filed by Evergreen Aviation in Spain. Whether they planned to help the Spaniards fight their fires or whether they were just protecting their technology is as much of a mystery as the goo. In 2007, another patent was filed, Enhanced aerial delivery system. The description reads “…large quantities of fluids, powders, and other agent materials are to be transported in and aerially dispersed by aircraft” Simultaneously, the sky was being filled with lines - but don’t worry folks, these are just contrails and there is absolutely nothing to fear, they say… Sky grids? Oh, those are just from an increase in air traffic, nothing is being sprayed, don’t be a silly conspiracy theorist. Despite being repeatedly told the sky-spam is 100% normal and that the atmosphere has always looked like this, many in the public weren’t buying the story. Concerned citizens, determined to figure out who these harmless-contrail-planes belonged to, began tracking them - and they happened to track them to some interesting places…. When citizens attempted to visit the Arizona airpark, which was being advertised as a public place, they discovered that not only was it not public, but it was patrolled by all-black helicopters and featured armed security that would not allow anyone inside. At the time, one citizen journalist reported the sky above the airpark had strange “dripping lines”. Like My Research? Buy Me a Coffee On Google Earth, armchair detectives noticed a massive pile of a black substance that seemed like an odd thing to have at an airpark. Coincidentally, people were filming planes releasing a strange black substance, but this is just exhaust, we are told. Yes, it’s exhaust. And this is also exhaust. And if you don’t believe that, then it’s a fuel dump. …and if you don’t believe any of that, you’re not an aviation expert so you wouldn’t understand. Researchers also learned that this exact location, the storage facility for an airline that owns firefighting planes that don’t fight fires, was also the training grounds for both National Guard and the CIA. Then, when outraged members of the public began looking deeper into these planes, they discovered that the planes leaving contrail grids and performing lengthy fuel dumps directly over populated areas, were not only unmarked, (meaning they didn’t have any kind of insignia or numbers on them) but additionally, they were not appearing on radar; they were flying without transponders. Not being on radar is a very serious issue, nearly causing a FedEx plane to crash… three times in one flight… If you’re not familiar with transponders, with very few exceptions, aircraft above 10,000 feet must have their tracking system turned on - but one of those exceptions is if they are military (or involved in a military operation). “It is preposterous to think these planes are being used to modify the weather! They are for fighting fires!”, they tell me. To which I reply, on Evergreen Aviation’s website (which they have updated since I got these screenshots), they showed the Supertanker… Image …and raved about its firefighting capacity… Image … but if you scrolled down the page, you discovered it has other purposes… such as Weather Modification… Image “Cloud seeding!”, they scream. To which I respond, cloud seeders are tiny planes, often Beechcrafts: Close-up of a turboprop plane sprinkling chemicals into clouds in a blue sky. Cloud seeding typically takes under 30 minutes total and is performed using flares… This photo shows flares fixed on the aircraft's wing that house the silver iodide used for cloud seeding. …or canisters… A silver canister hanging from the wing of a plane. …or a tank connected to a nozzle or two: Mexico is seeding clouds to make rain — scientists aren't sure it works Meanwhile, this is the inside of an Evergreen Supertanker… the planes that hold 18 pallets worth of chemicals and have patents for exterior nozzles that release other materials into the sky… So, what exactly are these planes doing to modify the weather using chemical tanks and nozzles? Only one thing fits all of the evidence… But, according to Wikipedia, in June 2014, Evergreen declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the company died off, got rid of all of its assets and that was the end of the story. Originally, I was going to end the article on a decide for yourself cliff-hanger, but after finishing writing, I kept thinking it wouldn’t hurt to spend 10 minutes tracking down where those assets went. I would soon discover that wanting answers to such a simple question would quickly turns into a nightmare, both on and off the internet. Facebook Censors Gone Wild James Bovard Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg recently lamented how his company groveled to federal demands to censor any criticism of the Biden administration’s Covid policy. But is Facebook really launching a “Brave New World” era of free speech? Facebook notified me on Sunday morning that eight years ago, I posted a link to my Washington Times article warning of Dictatorial Democracy regardless of whether Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump won the 2016 election. The opening sentence set the tone: “The 2016 election campaign is mortifying millions of Americans in part because the presidency has become far more dangerous in recent times.” Facebook always gives users the option to “share” a “Memory” link. I tapped the button to automatically send a notice on “Dictatorial Democracy” to all my Facebook friends and followers. No such luck: Facebook notified me that they had banned sharing the piece because it violated Facebook “Community Standards.” Maybe if I had simply howled about one of the current presidential candidates being Hitler, that would have satisfied Facebook’s Community Standards? Is suppressing any mention of dictatorship a policy designed to placate federal overseers? Or are Facebook’s Community Standards guardians really as dumb as Tim Walz? Why was mentioning “dictatorial democracy” acceptable in 2016 but forbidden in 2024? After Facebook blocked my repost of the Dictatorial Democracy piece, I posted the above photo mocking their decision. Facebook banned the photo, too. Facebook permitted me to request a review of that ban. The response offered a multiple-choice menu of protests. I was disappointed there was not a “You people are boneheads” option. Their “review” process seemed as vapid as their original decree: And how does the process work? Facebook’s A.I. software checks to confirm the initial decision by Facebook A.I. to ban a post. I sit on the edge of my chair, awaiting the verdict from Facebook software. Actually, I thrashed Facebook seven years ago in USA Today for suppressing a post I did about FBI atrocities at Waco, Texas in 1993. That piece noted the Waco fire image was not the first time that Facebook erased an iconic image that the US government would be happy to see vanish. Facebook likely deleted thousands of postings of the 1972 photo of a young South Vietnamese girl running naked after a plane dropped napalm on her village. After coming under severe criticism last year, Facebook announced that it would no longer suppress that image. But Facebook was already shamelessly craven to foreign governments, including Germany, Turkey, Pakistan, and India. I warned that Facebook’s “nonchalance about engaging in the electronic equivalent of book burning abroad” signaled that the company could do the same here. Actually, the Dictatorial Democracy ban might not be the most inane ruling I have seen from Facebook this year. In June, they blocked my posting a link to a Future of Freedom Foundation podcast because it contained the cover image of my new book, Last Rights: The Destruction of American Liberty. Facebook claimed my post violated “community standards” because it was spam. How could it be spam if it was clearly labeled and included a video and link from a reputable organization – well, at least reputable to libertarians, anarchists, and hooligans? Facebook notified me that I could appeal their ruling. Fine – I can explain their blunder in three sentences. No such option. Instead, they offered a series of pages where I could check a box that looked like it was designed for kindergarten. “It’s not offensive in my region” – ya, that’s a great option to sway the Facebook Content Moderation Police in Manila. I am pretty sure that the Facebook Appellate Division never sent me their verdict on this content. Looking at that strikedown of my book cover, I wondered: Has Facebook gone full Idiocracy? Or maybe that already happened during Covid? Facebook placated the Biden White House by promising to delete any posts or comments that suggested “COVID-19 is man-made or manufactured” – even though federal agencies now admit that the virus likely came out of a US government-funded lab in Wuhan. On March 21, 2021, White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty notified Facebook that suppressing false information on Covid was not enough. A Facebook official assured the White House that Facebook was also suppressing “often-true content” that might discourage people from getting vaccinated. White House officials even ordered Facebook to delete humorous memes, including a parody of a future television ad: “Did you or a loved one take the Covid vaccine? You may be entitled…” President Biden denounced Facebook for killing people because it did not mindlessly repeat the Party Line on Covid. In June 2023, Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the feds “asked for a bunch of things to be censored that, in retrospect, ended up being more debatable or true. That stuff…really undermines trust.” A few weeks after Zuckerberg’s comment, Federal Judge Terry Doughty ruled that the White House and federal agencies “engaged in coercion of social media companies to such an extent that the decisions of the social media companies should be deemed that of the Government.” Doughty slammed the Biden administration for committing potentially “the most massive attack against free speech in United States history.” Unfortunately, condemnations of federal censorship by federal judges apparently did nothing to put starch into Facebook’s spine. Or maybe Facebook would massively censor its users even if it didn’t expect any rewards from Washington? On August 27, Zuckerberg sent a letter to a Congressional committee stating that “senior officials from the Biden administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured” Facebook to censor content. Zuckerberg regretted that his company cowered, more or less: “I regret that we were not more outspoken about it….We made some choices that, with the benefit of hindsight and new information, we wouldn’t make today.” But Zuck promised that Facebook would “not compromise our content standards due to pressure from any Administration” in the future. So we should trust that Facebook will not again become a willing executioner of Americans’ freedom of speech, except for any references to “dictator” that might discomfit people? My 2016 piece declared, “The United States may be on the verge of the biggest legitimacy crisis since the Civil War.” That legitimacy crisis has worsened over the past two presidential terms. The demolition of free speech by social media companies such as Facebook is compounding the loss of trust in American institutions. If it is no longer safe to mention the word “dictator” regarding presidential candidates, the First Amendment will be worth less than the most noxious campaign promise. Inside Israel’s torture, rape, and dehumanization centers Shocking even by Israeli standards, the horrifying truth of the occupation’s systematic torture, rape, and degradation of Palestinian detainees reveals a brutality buried in silence. Robert Inlakesh While the world witnesses the atrocities and massacres committed by Israel’s military assault on Gaza every day, the thousands of Palestinians detained by occupation forces – before and after the events of 7 October 2023 – face torture and death behind closed doors, alone. Worse yet, these detention horrors have been brazenly publicized and even bragged about by occupation soldiers, with violent, vocalized support from wide swathes of Israeli society. In the shadows of Israel’s prisons, tens of thousands of Palestinian detainees are enduring a relentless campaign of cruelty. Reports detail harrowing accounts of beatings, gang rape, and psychological torture, compounded by the denial of essential needs such as food, water, and medical care. This systematic abuse, carried out on an industrial scale, is staggering in its scope and savagery. Public protests have emerged – not to condemn these atrocities – but to demand the release of Israeli soldiers implicated in acts of sexual violence so severe that their victim tragically died from the injuries inflicted. Secrecy and suffering inside Israeli prisons Ronen Bar, the head of Israel’s Shin Bet security agency, issued a dire warning to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in June, describing the situation in Israeli prisons as a “ticking time bomb,” which may endanger senior Israelis abroad and expose them to “international tribunals.” Bar’s letter revealed that over 21,000 Palestinian detainees were being held, far exceeding official figures and the capacity of the centers. Rather than addressing these concerns, Israel’s extremist Security Minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, who has barred Red Cross and humanitarian access to Palestinian detainees, responded by boasting about his role in worsening conditions for prisoners. A policy paper from the Institute for Palestine Studies highlighted the draconian measures implemented as early as 17 October – a mere 10 days after the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. These measures included: Constricting living spaces; removing detainees’ beds when necessary and replacing them with mattresses on the floor, leading to overcrowding; a policy of ‘closures’ whereby prison cells are locked, and total isolation is imposed; closing prisons to all family visits or visits by the Red Cross or by lawyers, and rescinding the possibility of bringing detainees before judges so that all judicial sessions are conducted through video conference. The situation under the security minister has deteriorated to the point where Ben Gvir has openly called for the execution of Palestinian detainees, which he offers up as a “simpler solution.” Since 7 October, at least 35 Palestinian prisoners have died in Israeli jails and military detention camps. Reports of rape and abuse despite censorship While many details remain obscure, evidence from court documents, eyewitness testimonies, and leaked photos and videos paint a harrowing picture of the conditions inside these facilities. One particularly disturbing case is that of Bassem Tamimi, a resident of Nabi Saleh in the West Bank, who was released from administrative detention – a form of imprisonment without charge – physically emaciated and emotionally broken. Even Israeli news outlet Haaretz had its report on Tamimi’s treatment redacted by authorities in an attempt to conceal the breadth of prison brutality. In January, a joint report published by the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI) detailed what it called “systemic” torture of Palestinians. One testimony presented in the report, from a detainee called “Prisoner R” held in Ketziot Prison, revealed the following details: The wardens would threaten to kill the prisoners as they entered the cells … Wardens would conduct searches while the prisoners were naked, place naked prisoners against each other, and place the aluminum device used in the searches in their buttocks. In another instance, the wardens passed a card in a prisoner’s buttocks. All of this took place in sight of other prisoners and wardens, while the wardens took pleasure in beating the prisoner’s genitals. After a prisoner exchange between Israel and Hamas in late November, claims began to emerge of severe torture and rape – testimonies that largely fell on deaf ears. On 1 December, Baraah Abo Ramouz, a Palestinian journalist just released from prison, told the press that: The situation in the prisons is devastating. The prisoners are abused. They are being constantly beaten. They’re being sexually assaulted. They are being raped. I’m not exaggerating. The prisoners are being raped. Gender-based violence as collective punishment Upon exiting the prisons, many Palestinian detainees opted to remain silent on their experiences inside Israeli detention facilities due to fears of retribution but also out of a deep sense of shame and the need to preserve their honor in a conservative society. At the time, the Israeli security minister directed Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai to crack down on any celebrations by families of the released prisoners. Some 3,000 Gazan Palestinians have been detained by Israel since the current war on Gaza started last October – a number revealed by an investigation by Palestinian NGO Al Mezan Center for Human Rights. According to Al Mezan, this includes “women, children, elderly people, as well as professionals such as doctors, nurses, teachers and journalists.” Out of the estimated 3,000 detainees, 1,650 Gazans are held under the Unlawful Combatants Law – a draconian law similar to administrative detention but specific to Gazan Palestinians. They are also imprisoned without charge or legal representation, suspected of being “unlawful combatants.” They are, Al Mezan notes, “held in total isolation from the outside world” and “are neither granted the status of prisoners of war under the Third Geneva Convention, nor afforded the protections of civilian detainees under the Fourth Geneva Convention.” Another 300 (including ten children) not currently detained under the Unlawful Combatants Law are being imprisoned pending investigation. Meanwhile, in the West Bank, according to the Commission of Detainees Affairs, as of April 16 8,270 Palestinians have been arrested, including 275 women, 520 children, 66 journalists (with 45 still in custody, 23 of whom are in administrative detention). Of these, 80 women (not including women from Gaza) and over 200 minors are imprisoned. The total number held under administrative detention is more than 3,660, including more than 40 children. Since last October 7, 16 West Bank Palestinian captives have died in Israeli prison due to ”systematic measures of torture, medical crimes, the policy of starvation and many other violations and assaults conducted against male and female detainees, minors and elderly detainees,” according to a report by NGO the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society. Israeli newspaper Haaretz reports 27 Palestinians from Gaza have died since October 7: “The detainees died at the Sde Teiman and Anatot facilities or during questioning in Israeli territory.” The same article refers to a UNRWA report published by The New York Times recently, which states that detainees released to Gaza testified that they were beaten, robbed, stripped and sexually assaulted, and had access to doctors and lawyers denied. Israeli Guantanamos Reports of torture of incarcerated Palestinians (including children) have been published over the years, with more emerging in recent months. Israeli rights group B’Tselem notes that “Every year, Israel arrests and detains hundreds of Palestinian minors, while routinely and systemically violating their rights: during the arrest [and] under interrogation.” In March, the executive director of the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI) expressed extreme concern, stating that the nearly 10,000 imprisoned Palestinians is, “a 200% increase from any normal year” and that, since last October, at least 27 Palestinians have died in Israeli prison camps inside Gaza. Prisoners include children and the elderly, including an 82-year-old grandmother. These detention camps, from what I saw in January 2009 in Gaza, are large areas bulldozed flat, without tents or shelter. Former inmates describe them as “open-air cages,” where prisoners are “handcuffed and blindfolded 24 hours a day.” There are numerous new testimonies of Palestinians mistreated in Israeli detention. Examples include one elderly man from southern Gaza alleged to have been tortured so badly that his leg became infected and after seven days of medical negligence, had to be amputated. One 19-year-old told Al Mezan that “three of his fingernails were removed with pliers during interrogation” and he was, “handcuffed and bound in stress positions for long periods – three times over three days of interrogation.” Al Mezan reports all detainees “suffer from acute emaciation, fatigue and back curvature due to being forced to bend their backs and heads while walking,” and that the NGO’s lawyer who spoke with these prisoners stated he had never seen such poor prison conditions in 20 years of working with detainees. More recently, Haaretz reported on a doctor’s treatment of Palestinians in a field hospital in Israel and of horrific conditions: “Just this week, two prisoners had their legs amputated due to handcuff injuries, which unfortunately is a routine event.” According to him, all patients have all four limbs cuffed and are blindfolded and fed through a straw, meaning “even young and healthy patients lose weight after a week or two of hospitalization.” Now, compare this situation to cases when similar reports or claims come from a state targeted by Washington for regime change or designated as “rogue” or as an “adversary.” In such cases, the claims are often taken at face value, extrapolated, amplified and widely broadcast. For example, in 2017 Western media latched onto claims of a “slaughterhouse” in the town of Saydnaya, Syria, where there were supposed “mass hangings” by the Syrian government.
