• essay on conservatism.

    C-GPT:

Conservatism is a political philosophy that emphasizes traditional values, limited government, individual liberty, and free markets. It has its roots in classical liberalism and has evolved over time in response to political and social changes. The principles of conservatism are highly valued by many people and have had a significant impact on the world.

One of the core principles of conservatism is limited government. Conservatives believe that the role of the government should be limited to protecting individual rights and freedoms, and that excessive government interference can undermine those rights and freedoms. This principle is based on the idea that individuals are best able to make their own decisions about their lives, and that government should not interfere in those decisions unless there is a compelling reason to do so.

Another important principle of conservatism is individual liberty. Conservatives believe that people should have the freedom to pursue their own goals and interests, as long as they do not harm others in the process. This principle is closely tied to limited government, as the government's role in protecting individual liberty is seen as crucial.

Free markets are also a core principle of conservatism. Conservatives believe that free markets are the best way to allocate resources and that government intervention in the economy should be minimal. They argue that government regulations can stifle economic growth and innovation, and that businesses should be free to operate without excessive interference from the government.

Traditional values are also highly valued by conservatives. They believe that society is best served by a strong moral foundation, which is often based on religious or cultural traditions. Conservatives argue that traditional values provide a sense of stability and continuity in society, and that they help to foster a sense of community and social cohesion.

Critics of conservatism argue that it is elitist and insensitive to social inequalities. They point out that many of the principles of conservatism are more favorable to those with wealth and power, and that they do not take into account the needs of the less privileged. Additionally, some critics argue that conservatism is too focused on preserving the status quo, and that it is not responsive to the changing needs of society.

Despite these criticisms, conservatism remains an important political philosophy in many parts of the world. It has played a significant role in shaping the political landscape, particularly in the United States, where conservatism has been an influential force in politics since the mid-20th century.

In recent years, conservatism has become increasingly associated with populist movements, such as the Tea Party in the United States and the Brexit movement in the United Kingdom. These movements have focused on issues such as immigration, trade, and national sovereignty, and have challenged the established political order.

In conclusion, conservatism is a political philosophy that emphasizes traditional values, limited government, individual liberty, and free markets. While it has faced criticisms from some quarters, it remains a highly valued philosophy for many people around the world. Its principles have had a significant impact on the political and social landscape, and will continue to do so in the future.

    With a high consistent monthly income and less chance of loss, Multifamily Real Estate Investing has been a popular investment for the last two decades. As the number of tenants is increasing day by day in cities due to immigration policies and development is also a reason behind this profitable investment. But before investing in it you must know a couple of major things which are as follow;

Always calculate the cape rate and expected cash returns before investing your money.
Secondly, always choose the location as per employment rates, economic factors, development rates, and upcoming projects.

You can also get in touch with the Multifamily Mindset that has been in the industry for decades. With the best guidance from this educational institution for the investment you can proceed with your real estate entrepreneurship. Apart from this, there are many other important factors that must be considered before putting money into the apartment investment.

  • No, that's not a bunch of dust on your computer screen. It's a crap load of cranes ready to bed down for the night.

So, #SandhillCranes stop along a 90 mile strip of the #NorthPlatteRiver to pick clean the corn and soybean fields fueling themselves for the long trip North. There is a designated scenic Crane watching car tour in #KearneyNebraska and into the surrounding area. They take off from the #river to feed at first light and return from the fields at #sunset.

Here's a photo I snapped as we left from over the river. As you can see, their numbers are massive and this shot doesn't even do that fact justice. As we drove back home for another 30 miles, we saw way larger swarms of these majestic animals in the air making their way back to their beds.

It's a day well spent and you can extend the experience by renting out a campsite right on the river in the thick of them from the Autobahn Society there. This is an option most professional photographers use to get the best shots. Taking photos of them in the colorless fields makes it really hard to get great shots.

  • These are the infamous #SandhillCranes that funnel through a very narrow stretch of the #PlatteRiver in central #Nebraska each Spring during their #migration North. For some reason this area is a bottleneck for them before fanning back out to continue their journey. It's a huge spectacle each year in the state. People flock here (pun intended) from all over the world to witness it.

I've had the pleasure to catch them the last few years and am looking forward to greeting them this Spring as well.

  • Polygon Joins Hands with Xternity to Migrate Multiplayer Web3 Game Synergy Land to Layer-2 Network.

Today, to announce that Ethereum-based layer-2 scaling solution Polygon has joined hands with Xternity, a Web3 gaming development platform, to migrate and onboard a multiplayer Web3 game — Synergy Land — to the Polygon network from Solana. This move is yet another step towards making decentralized gaming more accessible and enjoyable for gamers around the world.

Synergy Land is an open-world sandbox game built on blockchain technology where players can build their own virtual worlds by buying land in the form of Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs). The migration of Synergy Land onto Polygon’s Layer 2 infrastructure will enable faster transaction speeds while reducing gas costs significantly. This means that users can now enjoy playing games without worrying about high fees or slow transactions times which have been plaguing other platforms so far.

In addition, this collaboration also brings several new features such as improved user experience through better graphical performance as well as support for various NFT standards like ERC721 & ERC1155 tokens which were not available previously on Solana network. With these upgrades in place, gamers will be able to enjoy seamless gameplay with no interruptions whatsoever!

Furthermore, developers building games using Xternity's platform will now benefit from low transaction fees due to polygon’s advanced scaling solutions such as Plasma Cash and Optimistic Rollups which provide cheaper alternatives compared traditional Ethereum based networks . Additionally , they also get access tools like MetaMask Wallet integration for secure payments along with other useful developer tools provided by both companies allowing them create unique experiences within their projects .

All in all , this partnership between two leading blockchain companies marks an important milestone towards mainstream adoption of decentralized applications especially when it comes digital gaming industry . We hope that more collaborations similar nature further propel growth sector while providing users best possible experiences at same time !

  • I notice everyone is talking about Brazil...but Peru is still peripheal

Evo Morales Barred From Peru as Foreign Interests Blamed for Deadly Protests

Peru has barred Bolivia’s former president Evo Morales from entering the country, as it accuses foreign interests of stirring up deadly protests in support of the imprisoned former president Pedro Castillo.

Peru has seen weeks of violent unrest following last month’s removal from power of Castillo, who was arrested on 7 December after attempting to dissolve congress in an attempt to avert his impeachment trial.

On Tuesday, 17 more protesters were killed by security forces, bring the number of dead to almost 40.

Morales has been vocal in his support of Castillo, another leftist who came to prominence through campesino organisations, and has denounced his arrest as illegal, both on Twitter and in trips to Peru.

In a statement issued by Peru’s new government, led by President Dina Boluarte, Morales and eight other Bolivians were on Monday accused of carrying out political activities in the country, in violation of immigration laws.

Morales, however, has cast the events in in Peru as the latest in a string of “coups” by rightwing forces across the continent, including Cristina Fernández de Kirchner’s recent corruption conviction in Argentina, and his own ouster in 2019, when he resigned after a contested election, mass opposition protests and the army’s suggestion he do so.

Some leftwing governments, including Bolivia, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia, have also criticised the Castillo’s arrest and called for his reinstatement.

Morales responded to the travel ban on Twitter, saying it was meant to distract from “the human rights abuses being committed against our Peruvian brothers”.

This is not the first time that Morales has drawn controversy for his activities in southern Peru, which he and his former ministers made a habit of visiting after Castillo came to power in July 2021.

  • Everyone knows that #Pelicans live around the ocean's coastlines, but have you ever associated them with the #Midwest? Not just any part of the Midwest either. I'm talking about the landlocked area smack dab in the middle of the U.S. Is that an inappropriate wing gesture the pelican is throwing up?

I haven't research it, but think these guys/gals visit my area on the way up to the #GreatLakes region during their #migration North in the #Spring. Since they aren't here for very long and certainly not all Summer, I think it's a safe guess.

  • Hello SoMee, for my first post I'd like to show off and explain the photo I used as my avatar.

First off, the #BaldEagle is the #NationalBird of my country the #UnitedStates. Growing up we were taught this fact and most every other one about this majestic creature. The main one being that it was going extinct. We didn't have any around where I lived and had only ever seen them on TV living in remote places far away from me. So they seemed to be more of a myth.

It was only after moving away and the conservation efforts being made to bring them back finding success that I saw one in person for the first time. It was a whole #Pride migrating through one Spring, which left me in awe. One day I was driving home just after purchasing my first higher end camera that I saw this guy and had to stop to take some shots. He took no notice of me while I framed as many shots as I could and this was only one of two that turned out usable. I'm quite proud of these shots, even with the overcast skies in the background.

On top of that, a good majority of my posts will be shots I've taken of a variety of animals photographed in the wild. I hope you enjoy them and it's a pleasure meeting you. I have high hopes for SoMee and plan to make it my exclusive platform for sharing my craft.

It's the first time I've tried this type of street food and I must say that I don't love it, but my husband really liked it. He likes everything I ate the chicharrón. Who doesn't like fried chicken. This chicken is a 10 for me. My palate is not that demanding, I like simple things
