New old toy - trying to do Swedish meatballs.... taste very good 🏼🏻

This job isn't always the most glamorous. You can spend a lot of time sitting around waiting for things to happen that are completely out of your control. Yesterday's two hour delay was spent enjoying a tasty pasta and meatballs

After a relaxing family walk, now it’s dinner time: “Lamb Meatball Soup” with poached eggs, kelp, and a variety of veggies.
I love the sensation of poached eggs when the yolk is still liquid inside, it’s one of my favourites.

Thinking of Chicken meatballs with spaghetti dinner. Garlic bread and a light salad. Now to go to the store to see if they have any Italian meatball in the butcher shop....That is always the crap shoot if they have what ya want to make for dinner. Wish me luck !

Pytt i panna, also pytt i panne, pyttipannu, is a culinary dish consisting of chopped meat, potatoes, and onions fried, similar to a hash. The term is Swedish for "small pieces in pan". It is a popular dish in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, where it bears the name biksemad, literally meaning "mixed food". Traditionally consisting of potatoes, onions, and any kind of chopped or minced meat such as sausage, ham or meatballs, diced and then pan fried, it is often served with a fried egg, pickled beetroot slices, sour pickled gherkin slices, capers and sometimes ketchup or brown sauce. The dish was originally made from leftovers of past meals but now it is also common to prepare pytt i panna from prime ingredients.

My arch enemy figuring out dinner ! I think going with easy spaghetti and meatballs with a salad. Boring but pretty decent meal for everyone and easy to fix. Mondays,,,,,,

The hardest part of the day is figuring out what to get for dinner and something that everybody wants to eat. So tonight going with an easy one with Spaghetti and meatballs. Sweet italian chicken meatballs and linguine pasta with a country style red sauce. Some fresh basil to top it off should do the trick for dinner. Ok we are off to the grocery store to hopefully have all the ingredients.

Interesting day ahead since snow supposed to come again pretty hard need to head to the stores early on...Need some groceries since not much is really fresh in the stores as of late. Thinking Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread and need to get the Italian sausage before runs out at the butcher. Busy Hump Day People !

Paperwork and then a 5k walk in the mountains. Saw 2 deers and an owl. Thick Beautiful snow! I for sure came into X-mas mood. So now some good Music o the stereo and start doing 2pounds of meatballs for tomorrow.

Well time to get dinner going for tonight. Kids home so going with spaghetti and meatballs with some garlic bread. Sounds pretty good !

Had a good day today with the kids doing some shopping Christmas in full swing in the malls; gonna make a little pasta with red sauce, garlic bread and chicken meatballs.
