A newly released FBI report on antisemitic hate crimes in the U.S. has angered major American Jewish organizations, as the report failed to include statistics from New York City, Los Angeles and Miami – the three cities with the largest Jewish populations in the U.S.

Despite the exclusion of major metropolitan areas that have seen a surge in attacks on Jews and targeted vandalism of synagogues and Jewish-owned businesses, the report still found that antisemitic incidents had reached the third-highest level on record in 2021.

Critics noted that had the report included pertinent statistics from New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, it likely would have indicated that antisemitic incidents in 2021 reached an all-time high.

“At a time of record antisemitic hate crimes, it is appalling that the FBI’s data-gathering has been so badly botched,” said Brandeis Center Chairman Kenneth Marcus in a media statement.

“The 2021 hate crimes data is essentially useless. The problem is so bad that record-high levels of antisemitism appear in the official data as actual declines because major jurisdictions didn’t formally report it.

“This massive failure has undermined the purposes of hate crimes data precisely when we most need the data. If the FBI doesn’t quickly correct this problem, congressional committees will need to ask some serious questions,” he added.

In a press statement, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) noted that the number of agencies reporting statistics regarding antisemitic crimes to the FBI had plunged by 22 percent. No cities in the states of California and Florida provided data to the FBI for the report.

The American Jewish Committee (AJC) said in a statement that 4,000 law enforcement agencies refused to adjust their data collection systems to the FBI’s new requirements, resulting in 35 large U.S. cities “simply reporting zero hate crimes.”

“The failure by major states and cities across the country to report hate crime data essentially – and inexcusably – erases the lived experience of marginalized communities across the country,” said ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt in a statement to the media.

“Especially at a time when our communities are feeling particularly vulnerable to hate crimes and extremist-fueled attacks, it is egregious that major cities and states across the country have failed to report comprehensive data for 2021.”

He added that the ADL “urges Congress to make it mandatory for state and local law enforcement agencies that receive federal funding to participate in the FBI’s hate crime data collection efforts.”

“The FBI report on hate crimes is among the most anticipated federal government documents. But its shortcomings undermine the gravity of the problem of hate in the United States,” said American Jewish Committee CEO Ted Deutch in a press statement.

I had a chat yesterday with my older sister who lives in Germany and she told me something that I found very intriguing. Practically, wearing a mask there is mandatory, especially while using public transportation, and failing to do so will result in a fine; however, if you are wearing an “Oktoberfest costume “ you are exempt from this requirement.

my take on the financial mess that the world faces today and in the future. from 2005-2020 was IMO an umprecedent time in history, and it started with the toppling of Sadam Hussien then Arab spring and the uprising of ordinary citezens in toppling their once all mighty dictarship governements and the formation of ISIS to the GFC of 2008 then the great migration of the arabs to Europe to the mother of all govermenment driven naratives yes you guessed it COVID-19. the way i look at it is that the world had reached an inflection point with people around the world seemingly starting to rally against governments and starting to take a tiny bit of power back into their own hands which was very evident with the great migration of 2015-2016. European governments were powerless to stop it as they will have been percieved as being inhumane and racist (Germany case in point) so they let it happen, then we had the social unrest in America with BLM and again the goverments let it happen for the same reason and again it was the people taking a little power back. But how to put a stop to this without the perception of being racist or strong arm tactics?? what is the best way to switch the narrative and make the people believe that the governments are doing what they can to help you and make you believe that they want to protect you?? Enter Covid-19!!! start off by telling the world that there is a disease that is starting to spread throughout the world and to be carefull, then tell evryone that they are in lockdown (great way to stop the mass migration) and shut down nearly every small to medium sized bussiness around the world (send them broke)and not able to leave their houses (taking back that little bit of power) then tell them that they should take the vaccine for a disease that has a rather small mortality rate (start to build a compliant society) and by doing so show the people that we are here to protect you. As the weeks and months roll on vaccines become mandatory and lockdowns become harsher with people going broke from not being able to work and having their livelyhoods taken from them, then the narrative becomes that if you take the vaccine we will start to let those people that comply to leave their house and travel interstate (see we the governement are looking out for you). all the while Goverments around the world have decided it to be a great idea to print trillion and trillions of $$$ never before seen in a matter of months and handing out cheques like lollies (see we the government are looking out for you all) and at the same time creating such a financial mess that the ordinary citezen would be forced to be compliant and work even harder because of the catostophe they find themselves in. the finacial masters of this world new exactly what they were doing when they pumped trillions upon trillions of $$$ into the system, they pretended to do this to show people how much they care about them but with the end game being to devalue the $$ and send people to the brink of financial disaster and thus creating a society that depends on them and at the same time taking away their freedom. IMO Covid was a great excuse to take back power from the individual the best way they new how... put simply...lock them down (stopping mass migration, bordfer crossings, civil unrest, protesting, etc etc...), tell them to take the vaccine and we will let you out again and at the same time send everyone broke and before you know it you have a complient society that on the most part relies on their government. and the cycle of money, power and struggle starts all over again!!!
this is just my take on how we all got to this point of uncertainty and high inflation and the power struggle between the people and Governments
