    SCRIPTURE READING — EPHESIANS 4:29-5:2
Follow God’s example, therefore . . . and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. Ephesians 5:1-2
These “trail aliases” don’t reveal much, but they may hint at traits or preferences. Most of my conversations with hikers centered on miles hiked, the next stream, weather, gear, or the trail itself. Some conversations took place for a few minutes while resting along the trail; others took place over a few evenings at the same campsite. Sadly, those fellow hikers and our conversations are now fast becoming wisps of fading memories.

  • Africa Pharma Terror: 9-Month-Old Paralyzed, Blind + Brain-Damaged After Yellow Fever Vaccine

After a routine yellow fever vaccination in Cameroon, Africa, 9-month-old baby Grace went unconscious and “lost use of her limbs, before becoming completely blind” with “irreversible brain damage.” The vaccine-induced injury was confirmed by a pediatric neurologist in India before the Cameroon Department of Health turned a blind eye to baby Grace’s severe adverse reaction and abandoned the traumatized family.

“If the Minister of Health who is supposed to … protect the children can come out and lie against an innocent baby in this terrible situation of health, then I don’t think there is hope for the young in Cameroon at all,” mother Ndzelen Bomki Ivoline lamented on # CHDTV.

  • Duas for Palestine and Gaza in English With Transliteration and Translation
During these times, we should be more spiritually resilient and increase our ibadah, and one of the simplest forms of ibadah is by reciting duas or supplication.

Duas for Palestine and Gaza in English

    dua for palestine

It has been 75 years since the Nakba in 1948. Throughout these years, Palestinians have had to bear unimaginable oppression and suffering.

Read: Dangers and Opportunities in the Role of Religion in the Israel-Hamas War

Every time we see news of Palestinians being oppressed, displaced or killed, we can’t help but feel grief, rage, sadness, and helplessness.

Firstly, it is okay to feel these feelings and to allow yourself to process them. It's important to understand these feelings, make sense of them, and acknowledge them.

Secondly, it is during these times that we should be more spiritually resilient and increase our ibadah, and one of the simplest forms of ibadah is by reciting duas or supplication.

The beauty of making dua is that you can recite it anytime, no matter your condition and situation. Be it if you are feeling sad or happy, there is always time to recite a dua.

Allah s.w.t. mentioned in the Quran:

    وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ٱدْعُونِىٓ أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ ۚ

Your Lord has proclaimed, “Call upon Me, I will respond to you.”

    (Surah Ghafir, 40:60)

Alhamdulillah, various local organisations and mosques have stepped up in efforts to provide platforms not just for logistical aids only but for spirituality as well. One of which was reciting the Dua Qunut Nazilah, with some mosques still reciting it regularly.

    1. Dua Qunut Nazilah

    qunut nazilah
Dua Qunut Nazilah is a sunnah that is often read in times of calamity or crisis or for seeking Allah’s protection. It also can be read with the intention of assisting others facing adversity, signifying solidarity between the Muslims.

Dua Qunut Nazilah is recited on the last unit of prayer (raka’at), after the i’tidal, while still standing, and before proceeding to the sujud position, and it is also recommended to raise both hands upon reciting the Dua Qunut.

    اللهُمَّ اهْدِنَا فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ
    Allāhummah dinā fīman hadait
    وَعَافِنَا فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ
    Wa ‘āfinā fīman ‘āfait
    وَتَوَلَّنَا فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ
    Wa tawallanā fīman tawallait
    وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِيماَ أَعْطَيْتَ
    Wa bārik lānā fīma a’atoit
    وَقِنَا شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ
    Wa qinā syarra mā qadhait
    فَإنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ
Fa-innaka taqdhī wa lā yuqdho ‘alaik
    وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ
Wa innahu lā yazillu man wālait
    وَلاَ يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَادَيْتَ
    Wa lā ya’izzu man ‘ādait
    تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ

Wa sallAllāhu ‘alā sayyidinā Muhammadin-nabiyyil-ummi wa ‘alā alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam

    Meaning:

O Allah, guide me as You have guided others, grant me well-being as You have granted others, take me into Your care as You have taken others into Your care, and bless me in all that You have given me. Protect me from the evils You have ordained.

Surely, You hold command without being commanded, and those under Your care shall not be humiliated. None whom You have taken as an enemy shall taste glory. You are blessed, Our Lord, and Exalted. All praise is upon You for Your decisions. I seek Your forgiveness, and I repent to You.

O Allah, we turn to You and ask, by Your mercy and gentleness, to look upon us and all Your creations. All doors are closed except Yours, all causes ceased except Yours. There is no might or power except through You, Lord of all the worlds.

O Allah, we ask for safety, security, peace, and tranquility for the entire world and all people. Preserve these blessings upon us, our children, and our homes, Lord of all the worlds.

O Allah, aid our vulnerable brothers and sisters in Gaza and Palestine (repeated three times), and in all places, O Most Merciful of the Merciful. Take them by their hand, protect them, be gentle with them, and suppress deceit. Grant them Your protection against aggressors, remove harm, oppression, and all adversity—both apparent and hidden. Be gentle with them, in safety and well-being, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful.

O Allah, reward the victims, tend to the wounded, instill tranquility in their hearts, allay their fears, turn their sadness to happiness, Lord of all the worlds.

O Allah, intervene between them and their adversaries. Inspire them with Your guidance, open the doors of wisdom, safety, pardon, and forgiveness. O Affectionate, Benefactor, Creator of the heavens and universe.

    2. Dua for Protection from Trials and Tribulations

In these tumultuous times, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. has clearly warned us to protect ourselves against afflictions, specifically against Dajjal.

dua for protection from dajjal palestine

    Allahumma inni a’uzubika min ‘azabil-qabr, wa a’uzubika min fitnatil-masihid-dajjal, wa a’uzubika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat. Allahumma inni a’uzubika minal-ma’thami wal-maghram.

O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of Life and Death. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from sin and debts.

    (Sunan Abi Daud)

The Prophet s.a.w. would sometimes read this supplication after the end of his prayers. This dua is usually read after the tahiyyat akhir, before giving the salam.

    3. Dua for Total Protection

Another important supplication that can be read in these times is the dua which seeks Allah’s protection and concealment of one's shortcomings.

    Allahummas-tur ‘aurati wa-amin rau’ati, wah-fazni min baini yadaiya, wa-min khalfi, wa-’an yamini, wa-’an syimali, wa-min fawqi, wa-a’uzu bika an ughtala min tahti

O Allah, conceal my shortcomings, calm my fears, and protect me from before me and behind me, from my right and my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in You from being taken unaware from beneath.

    (Sunan Ibn Majah)

One reason we should read this dua is that whatever shortcomings we had in the past would not hinder our sincere efforts to become a better person, insyaAllah.

    4. Dua for Sincere Forgiveness

In these trying times, we should increase our efforts in making more dua. Therefore, when praying for our brothers and sisters in Palestine, let us not forget to pray for ourselves as well. Let's seek forgiveness from Allah s.w.t. and make sincere repentance.

    Sayyidul Istighfar dua for palestine

O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no god but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I remain faithful to Your covenant and Your promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favours upon me, and I admit my sins. So forgive me, for indeed none forgives sins except You.

    (Sahih Al-Bukhari)

Known as the ‘Sayyidul Istighfar’, the Prophet s.a.w. mentioned that ‘whoever recites during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.’

    Read: Sayyidul Istighfar (IG Post)

    5. Dua For Reliance on Allah s.w.t.

Lastly, let’s not forget to have faith and put our unwavering trust in the Almighty in His plans.

Dua For Palestine Reliance on Allah

    اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ، وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ

Allahumma laka aslamtu, wa bika amantu, wa ‘alaika tawakkaltu, wa ilaika anabtu.

Oh Allah! To You I have submitted, and in You do I believe, and in You I put my trust, to You do I turn to.

    (Muttafaqun ‘Alayh)

Even when we find ourselves in situations we don't fully comprehend or when things seem to deviate from our plans, it's crucial to acknowledge and trust that whatever is unfolding aligns with His divine will and may ultimately be for our greater good.

Read: Dua for Firm Belief and Reliance on Allah s.w.t. (IG Post)

Also read: Our Response in Crisis will Demonstrate Our Core Values as Muslims

Finally, we should not waver in our ibadah. We should strengthen our connection with Allah s.w.t. for Allah s.w.t. is ever-ready for us to return to Him.

In a hadith qudsi reported by Abu Dharr:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah Almighty says: Whoever comes with a good deed will have the reward of ten like it and even more. Whoever comes with an evil deed will be recompensed for one evil deed like it or he will be forgiven. Whoever draws close to Me by the length of a hand, I will draw close to him by the length of an arm. Whoever draws close to Me by the length of an arm, I will draw close to him by the length of a fathom. Whoever comes to Me walking, I will come to him running. Whoever meets Me with enough sins to fill the earth, not associating any partners with Me, I will meet him with as much forgiveness.”

    (Sahih Muslim)

May Allah s.w.t. accept our sincerest efforts and ease the affairs of our brothers and sisters in Palestine, insyaAllah.

Dua Qunut Nazilah is recited on the last unit of prayer (raka’at), after the i’tidal, while still standing, and before proceeding to the sujud position, and it is also recommended to raise both hands upon reciting the Dua Qunut. اللهُمَّ اهْدِنَا فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ Allāhummah dinā fīman hadait وَعَافِنَا فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ Wa ‘āfinā fīman ‘āfait وَتَوَلَّنَا فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ Wa tawallanā fīman tawallait وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِيماَ أَعْطَيْتَ Wa bārik lānā fīma a’atoit وَقِنَا شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ Wa qinā syarra mā qadhait فَإنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ Fa-innaka taqdhī wa lā yuqdho ‘alaik وَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ Wa innahu lā yazillu man wālait وَلاَ يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَادَيْتَ Wa lā ya’izzu man ‘ādait تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ Tabārakta Rabbanā wa ta'alait فَلَكَ الْحَمْدٌ عَلى ما قَضَيتَ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَنَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ Falak-al hamdu ‘alā mā qadhait, wa nastaghfiruka wa natūbu ilaik اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّا نَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ، وَنَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ رَحْمَتِكَ وَلُطْفِكَ، أَنْ تَنْظُرَ إِلَيْنَا وَإِلَى خَلْقِكَ أَجْمَعِينَ Allāhumma innā natawajjahu ilaik, wa nas-aluka bihaqqi rahmatika wa lutfik, an tanzura ilaina wa ilā khalqika ajma’īn اَللَّهُمَّ قَدْ أُغْلِقَتِ اْلأَبْوَابُ إِلَّا بَابُكَ، وَقَدِ انْقَطَعَتِ اْلأَسْبَابُ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِكَ، يَا رَبَّ اْلعَالَمِيْنَ Allāhumma qad ughliqatil-abwābu illa bābuk, wa qad inqata’al-asbābu illa ilaik, wa lā hawla wa lā quwwata illā bika, yā Rabb-al-’ālamīn اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ الأَمْنَ وَالأَمَانَ، وَالسِّلْمَ وَالسَّلاَمَ، فيِ الْعَالَمِ كُلِّهِ وَلِلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، وَأَدِمْ عَلَينَا وَعَلَيهِمْ هَذِهِ النِّعَمَ، فِي أَنْفُسِنَا وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ، وَأَبْنَائِنَا وَأَبْنَائِهِمْ، وَدِيَارِنَا وَدِيَارِهِمْ يَا رَبَّ العَالَمِينَ Allāhumma innā nas-alukal-amna wal-amān, was-silmi was-salām, fil-’alami kullihi wa lin-nās ajma’in, wa adim ‘alainā wa ‘alaihim hazihin-ni’am, fi anfusinā wa anfusihim, wa abnā-ina wa abnā-ihim, wa diyārina wa diyārihim, yā Rabb-al-’ālamīn اَللَّهُمَّ انْصُرْ إِخْوَانَنَا اْلمُسْتَضْعَفِيْنَ فِي غَزَّةَ وَفِيْ فِلِسْطِيْنَ Allāhumma-nsur ikhwānanal-mustadh’afīna fī ghazzah (Gaza) wa fī filistīn (Palestine) x3 وَفِيْ كُلِّ مَكَانٍ، يَا أَرْحَمَ الرّاحِمِيْنَ. Wa fī kulli makān, yā Arhamar-Rāhimīn. Dua for Protection from Trials and Tribulations In these tumultuous times, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. has clearly warned us to protect ourselves against afflictions, specifically against Dajjal. dua for protection from dajjal palestine Allahumma inni a’uzubika min ‘azabil-qabr, wa a’uzubika min fitnatil-masihid-dajjal, wa a’uzubika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat. I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of Life and Death. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from sin and debts. (Sunan Abi Daud) The Prophet s.a.w. would sometimes read this supplication after the end of his prayers. Whoever meets Me with enough sins to fill the earth, not associating any partners with Me, I will meet him with as much forgiveness.” (Sahih Muslim) May Allah s.w.t. accept our sincerest efforts and ease the affairs of our brothers and sisters in Palestine, insyaAllah. https://muslim.sg/articles/duas-for-palestine-and-gaza-in-english-with-transliteration-and-translation

  • Trusting Allah in Difficult Times
For Muslims, the Quran and Sunnah provide solace and guidance during difficult times. Islam teaches that life is a temporary test, where hardships strengthen faith, expiate sins, and help individuals become their best selves.

    Trusting Allah in Difficult Times

In this journey of life, we often encounter trying times that test our strength, patience, and faith. When faced with adversity, finding strength and solace is something that many of us seek, and for us Muslims, the Quran and Sunnah serve as sources of comfort and guidance.

Islam presents us with a perspective that views this world as a temporal abode, where Allah tests His servants only to raise one’s level of faith when it wavers, to expiate their sins and to bring out the best version of themselves. It is important that Muslims draw on these resources within the rich tapestry of Islamic teachings in the face of adversity.

    1. Remember That Allah Does Not Burden a Soul Beyond Its Capacity

Allah s.w.t. says in the Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 286:

    لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا ٱكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ

“Allah does not require of any soul more than what it can afford. All good will be for its own benefit, and all evil will be to its own loss.”

This verse highlights the belief that Allah does not inflict nor impose a burden on a soul beyond its capacity and serves as a poignant reminder that His wisdom surpasses our comprehension and that the trials and obstacles we encounter are indefinitely tailored to our capabilities.

    2. Keep in Mind that Allah Alone is Sufficient for Us, and He is the Best Protector

There is another profound Quranic verse that encapsulates and captures the essence of faith, dependence, and submission to God’s divine will. Muslims facing the trials and tribulations of life can turn to this potent verse nestled in Surah Ali-’Imran as a source of comfort and wise counsel.

Allah s.w.t. mentions in the Quran:

    ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا۟ لَكُمْ فَٱخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَـٰنًا وَقَالُوا۟ حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ

“Those who were warned, “Your enemies have mobilised their forces against you, so fear them: the warning only made them grow stronger in faith, and they replied, “Allah (alone) is sufficient (as an aid) for us and (He) is the best Protector.”

    (Surah Ali-’Imran, 3:173)

It was recorded in Sahih Al-Bukhari that Ibn ‘Abbas explains that the verse refers to the early Muslims who faced immense opposition from their opponent. Despite being warned that a massive army had gathered against them, their faith and trust in Allah s.w.t. only grew stronger. This rooted faith stemmed from their deep understanding of Allah’s power and omniscience.

Ibn Kathir also emphasised this concept of reliance on Allah s.w.t. and explained that the verse highlights the inherent strength and resilience that faith can bestow upon individuals. When faced with intimidation and threats, the true believers’ faith remains unshakable, and their trust in Allah s.w.t. is unwavering. Our Prophet Ibrahim a.s. also uttered the same words, “Allah (alone) is sufficient (as an aid) for us and (He) is the best Protector” and placed complete reliance on Allah s.w.t. when he was about to be thrown into a fire pit. As a result, he found coolness and tranquillity amidst the blazing fire.

Thus, these faith-inspiring words signify a deep acknowledgement that placing trust in Allah s.w.t. is the key to enduring and overcoming challenges and uncertainties, and it serves as a reminder to the believers that no matter the circumstances one is in, Allah’s care and provision are boundless. He is The Bestower and The Withholder of Mercy, and He, alone, is The Remover of harm and affliction.

The recurring utterance of “حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ” reflects not only a verbal expression of trust in Allah but also serves as a profound embodiment of Islamic teachings. The phrase adds a layer of spiritual resilience as it invites one to maintain a positive outlook, trusting that Allah’s plan is ultimately for the best, even if the immediate circumstances may seem otherwise.

what does Allah say about hard times

Palestinians search a house after an Israeli air strike, in the city of Rafah, southern of the Gaza Strip, on October 15 2023.

This is evident in various media coverage of our Palestinian brothers and sisters, where their reliance on Allah s.w.t. (Tawakkal) and admirable patience (Sabr) serve as noteworthy and compelling examples for Muslims around the world. From those who had to pull their own family members out of the rubbles themselves, to the grandfather who forcefully opened the eyes of his granddaughter to take one final look at her face and to the thousands of innocent children whose childhoods are being robbed from them – all of them echoed with a little to no hesitation: Hasbunallah Wa Ni’mal-Wakil.

Their resilience becomes a source of inspiration, urging us to introspect and embody similar outlooks and coping mechanisms in our own lives.

    3. Be Patient

Another virtue within the teachings of Islam is the virtue of patience (Sabr), and it is held in high regard, constituting an integral element of faith. To be patient is not merely about tolerating adversity and equating it to complacency and resignation but rather about embracing it as an opportunity for advancement and strengthening one’s connection with Allah s.w.t. Patience in Islam is a dynamic and active principle that involves having to endure challenges in life with resilience and complete reliance on Allah s.w.t. while simultaneously engaging in constructive efforts to overcome them.

Allah s.w.t. says in the Quran:

    وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ

"O believers! Seek comfort in patience and prayer. Allah is truly with those who are patient."

    (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:153)

    4. Understand that Everything that Happens to a Believer is Good

The Prophet s.a.w. also said in a hadith:

    مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ نَصَبٍ وَلاَ وَصَبٍ وَلاَ هَمٍّ وَلاَ حُزْنٍ وَلاَ أَذًى وَلاَ غَمٍّ حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةِ يُشَاكُهَا، إِلاَّ كَفَّرَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ

"No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness nor hurt nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that."

    (Sahih Bukhari)

Every event in a believer’s life, even if it seems unfavourable, is ultimately considered good. Thus, as a true believer in times of prosperity, gratitude should blossom, and during periods of hardship, patience should take root. Such steadfast resilience, akin to ‘beautiful patience,’ was exemplified by our Prophets, who faced numerous challenges throughout their lives.

The Treaty Of Hudaybiyah is a key example; when faced with resistance to perform pilgrimage in Makkah, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. chose patience and proceeded to engage in negotiations. The resulting treaty may have seemed unfavourable at the time. However, it exemplified patience and trust in Allah’s will and decree, which eventually led to long-term peace and success for the Muslims.

    5. Comprehend Allah’s Attributes

    how to trust Allah

That said, it is almost impossible to trust and rely entirely on Allah s.w.t. without knowledge of who He is. To truly know Allah is to delve into an understanding and acknowledgement of His Divine names and attributes, such as Al-Hafiz (The Guardian), Al-’Azim (The Most Great) and Al-Qadir (The All-Powerful). Comprehending these attributes fosters a more rooted sense of trust in Allah s.w.t. and His plans and distinguishes anxiety and worries about the unknown.

Therefore, the deeper our awareness of The Almighty, the stronger our certainty in Him, our love towards Him and consequently, the greater our reliance on Him – this is the essence of Tawakkul. In return, it will help us put everything, whether good or bad, into the proper perspective.

The phrase adds a layer of spiritual resilience as it invites one to maintain a positive outlook, trusting that Allah’s plan is ultimately for the best, even if the immediate circumstances may seem otherwise. what does Allah say about hard times Palestinians search a house after an Israeli air strike, in the city of Rafah, southern of the Gaza Strip, on October 15 2023. Read: Navigating The Crisis In Gaza: A Guide by the Asatizah Youth Network 3. Be Patient Another virtue within the teachings of Islam is the virtue of patience (Sabr), and it is held in high regard, constituting an integral element of faith. Allah s.w.t. says in the Quran: وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ "O believers! Seek comfort in patience and prayer. Allah is truly with those who are patient." (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:153) Read: Quranic Verses About Patience 4. Understand that Everything that Happens to a Believer is Good The Prophet s.a.w. also said in a hadith: مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ نَصَبٍ وَلاَ وَصَبٍ وَلاَ هَمٍّ وَلاَ حُزْنٍ وَلاَ أَذًى وَلاَ غَمٍّ حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةِ يُشَاكُهَا، إِلاَّ كَفَّرَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness nor hurt nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that." (Sahih Bukhari) Every event in a believer’s life, even if it seems unfavourable, is ultimately considered good. Read: 4 Things to Know about The Story of Hudaibiyah 5. Comprehend Allah’s Attributes how to trust Allah That said, it is almost impossible to trust and rely entirely on Allah s.w.t. without knowledge of who He is. References: Al-Quran Ibn Kathir Tafsir| Alim.org. (n.d.). • Irfan Khairi tells the story about Digital ID in Dubai "The time when the microchip is on the neck hurts two or three days", read to the end
This DIGITAL ID is also dangerous!

Since these two climbs, many have asked me about Digital ID. You know, now in Malaysia there are many who are afraid of Digital ID.

The reason is, in Dubai, digital ID has been implemented for a long time.

I've also been using Digital ID in Dubai for a long time. But...

There is nothing to fear, other than when they want to enter their Digital ID, they need to inject a microchip on the back of their neck.

That time it hurts 2-3 days.

But after that, it's OK if you've implanted the microchip. If I touch the back of this nape, I can really feel the microchip.

In addition, digital ID makes things easier.

And the latest has just been announced by the government here, starting next year, if you want to leave the country, you don't need to bring your passport to leave Dubai.

Immigration/counter check in, everyone doesn't need to meet and look at the passport.

I just want to enter Malaysia, I have a passport. If you want to go out, you don't need to be in Dubai because of digital ID.

For example, many affairs at the government counters have been facilitated.

No need to sequential or take turn numbers. Many can be done from home through the app only.

Like last month, if I want to renew my business license, I don't need to go to "SSM" in Dubai.

Can be done through the app only.

Save a lot of time in an hour and two to bring a train, redah the clock, look for parking, pick up the number of turns, meet Arab habibi at the counter who doesn't want to smile...

And if there's not enough documents, you have to repeat everything back.

Digital ID in Dubai, reducing a lot of paperwork has been minimized.

Facilitate business affairs. But this is just a share of the experience that Digital ID Dubai has.

Of course, this digital ID has good and bad. Next time I cite bad things too.

But the one who got injected with the microchip in the back of the neck, I was joking... where is it.

I'm candy jeee.... good luck you read to the end.

If not, tomorrow MStar will release an article saying "Irfan Khairi accuses the kingdom of needing a microchip in the neck for Digital ID"

Haaa... this one is not kidding.

  • Fauci Tried to Hide U.S. Funding of Bioweapons Research, But China Openly Bragged About ‘New Era of Genetic Weapons’
Dr. Anthony Fauci funneled tens of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to bioweapons research, including experiments conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Fauci and other U.S. government officials continue to deny such experiments are related to the development of bioweapons, but China openly admits that its scientists are using gain-of-function research to create “genetic weapons.”

Editor’s note: Following is an excerpt from Robert F. Kennedy’s new book, “The Wuhan Cover-Up: And the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race.” The book, published Dec. 5, is available from Amazon and other booksellers.

Following Obama’s 2014 moratorium [on gain-of-function research], China’s efforts to co-opt NIH’s [National Institutes of Health] bioweapons research were so successful that some forty-four percent of all the gain-of-function studies that NIH had historically funded occurred at the Wuhan lab.

And as discussed previously, many of those NIH studies occurred under contract provisions that granted China proprietary and exclusive use of the resulting research.

It is an understatement, therefore, to observe that Dr. [Anthony] Fauci was not a good steward of US taxpayer research dollars. Furthermore, tens of millions of US dollars in funding from USAID [U.S. Agency for International Development] and other US government agencies have exacerbated the ferment of bioweapons research in Wuhan.

Since the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) only thinly veils its links to the People’s Liberation Army, both Dr. Fauci and Dr. [Peter] Daszak and the spooks at USAID must have known that the WIV is the centerpiece of China’s biowarfare/biodefense program.

The State Department issued a fact sheet in May 2020 revealing that the Chinese Communist Party has engaged in a national strategy of “military-civil fusion” intended to eliminate barriers between civilian research and the Chinese military “in order to achieve military dominance.”

As Elaine Dewar told Paul Thacker, “Since Xi Jinping became President, he made it clear that the military and the civilian researchers in strategic areas, such as biotechnology, had to work together. There was no distinction between civilian and military research, from that point forward.”

No one can hold high positions or conduct research at the WIV without being closely involved with, and supervised by, the military. Until late 2019, the Wuhan BSL-4 lab’s manager was Dr. Yuan Zhiming, the General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Committee within the Wuhan Branch.

On January 31, 2020, Pengbai—China’s state-run news outlet—reported that “People’s Liberation Army Maj. Gen. Chen Wei, took over the response to the epidemic,” including “supervision of the WIV.” Dr. Chen is a virologist who “leads the Institute of Bioengineering at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and [is presumptive] head of biological warfare division.”

As noted earlier, Pengbai described the general as “our nation’s ultimate expert” in biological and chemical weapon defenses, and “a goddess of war.” Her other nickname is the “Wolf Warrior.”

In contrast to Dr. Fauci’s coy reticence, the Chinese are bracingly frank in acknowledging that their gain-of-function dabbling is straight-up weapons development.

In 2015, only two years after Chinese scientists used funding from NIAID and techniques they learned from Ralph Baric to triumphantly facilitate a deadly chimeric bird flu, Chinese military scientists from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and senior Chinese public health officials published a 261-page Chinese-language military manual.

The manual’s publisher is the Chinese Military Medical Science Press—a government-owned publishing house managed by the General Logistics Department of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). The book described Chinese success at artificially manipulating animal coronaviruses to infect humans as the herald of a promising “new era of genetic weapons.”

The 2015 book offers alarming insight into how senior scientists at one of the PLA’s most prominent military universities were thinking about the gain-of-function research that Tony Fauci was already financing in their laboratories. Their thoughts align perfectly with the bioweapons ambitions for gain-of-function science that Ralph Baric unveiled in his 2007 paper.

The Chinese authors giddily proclaim their ability to enhance the military effectiveness of their new GOF pathogens using major advances in bioweapon delivery systems—including freeze-drying microorganisms—that make germ bombs easier to store, transport, conceal, and aerosolize.

A section describing strategies for maximizing impacts of biological attacks recommends the deployment of lab-generated pandemic germ bombs during dawn, dusk, night, or cloudy weather to minimize the weakening effects of intense sunlight on the pathogens. Stable wind direction and dry weather—the manual says—are ideal for delivering biobombs, since rain or snow can cause the aerosol particles to precipitate.

The book advises that favorable climate conditions will allow the Chinese military to float the toxins into the target zone. The authors boast that, in addition to psychological terror, widespread morbidity, and mass casualties, large-scale biological weapon attacks can cause many indirect consequences, including the destruction of target economies, sudden surges of patients disrupting hospitals and healthcare systems, and long-term stress leading to increased chronic mental illness—events all too familiar to Americans these days.

The editor-in-chief of this book, Xu Dezhong, is “a retired professor of infectious disease with the Air Force Medical University in Xian.” A military epidemiologist, Dezhong received the gold medal of the Military Academy Education Award, and praise as an outstanding party member. He did postdoctoral study in the US at Peter Hotez’s Baylor College of Medicine and at the CDC.

He led the SARS epidemic analysis expert group under the Chinese Ministry of Health, reporting to the top leadership of the Chinese military commission and the health ministry during the 2003 SARS crisis.

By 2020, Chinese military researchers, after benefitting from years of NIAID- and USAID-funded research, were developing pandemic coronaviruses that could quickly spread across global populations and were not the least bit embarrassed about it. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, Chinese scientists were publicly peacocking these expanding capacities.

In April 2020, seven months after COVID-19 began circulating, twenty-three Chinese scientists—eleven of them from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, the Chinese army’s medical research institute—boasted that they had used gene-editing CRISPR technology to engineer mice with humanized lungs to make it easier to develop coronavirus strains that could infect humans. In June 2021, Vanity Fair reported that United States National Security Council (NSC) investigators determined that “it became clear that the mice had been engineered sometime in the summer of 2019, before the pandemic even started.

The NSC officials were left wondering: Had the Chinese military been running viruses through humanized mouse models, to see which might be infectious to humans?” Those particular US officials had not yet grasped that this was precisely the sort of research that Dr. Fauci—along with his US military and intelligence agency partners—had been conducting and funding for years at the Wuhan lab. US scientists had developed humanized mice in 2002. NIH-funded scientists like Ralph Baric had been using humanized mice to test human infectiousness of their enhanced pathogens for nearly two decades!

  • Future Headline: COP33 Climate Conference Urges Americans to Stop Eating
    December 7, 2023
    By Simon Black, Sovereign Man

In a world full of unimaginable absurdity, we spend a lot of time thinking about the future… and to where all of this insanity leads.

“Future Headline Friday” is our satirical take of where the world is going if it remains on its current path. While our satire may be humorous and exaggerated, rest assured that everything we write is based on actual events, news stories, personalities, and pending legislation.

December 1, 2028: COP33 Climate Conference Urges Americans to Stop Eating

As world leaders gather for the 33rd COP Climate Summit, the theme of this year’s event is “Just Stop Eating.”

The United Nations, which hosts the conference, said that with extremely high oil and coal prices significantly reducing demand for fossil fuels, it is time to turn the focus on reducing the climate change affects of agriculture.

“Farming, especially the production of meat animals, is contributing to the warming of the globe at an unprecedented rate,” said Secretary-General of the United Nations Justin Trudeau as he opened the conference.

“And to tackle the root cause, we have to tackle demand— that is, people eating food.”

He said that as the fattest nation, the United States is the main problem when it comes to agricultural emissions.

“For the United States, this is not just an issue of climate change,” Trudeau continued, “This is a matter of public health. And as we learned from successfully combating Covid-19 with lockdowns and other restrictions, public health issues need the heavy hand of government to be solved.”

Since the 2023 COP28 agreement, the US has annually sent hundreds of billions of dollars in reparations payments to developing nations, compensating for its industrialization-driven greenhouse gas emissions that have disproportionately impacted these countries with natural disasters.

But experts say this is not enough.

Therefore, much of the COP33 agenda this year is focused on how to make Americans stop eating.

Some critics have noted the odd use of language which consistently uses the phrase, “just stop eating,” as opposed to “reduce food intake.”

“Of course, we don’t mean Americans should starve to death,” Trudeau said, glancing suspiciously side to side. “But it’s pretty clear a little climate change diet wouldn’t hurt.”

One breakout session will “explore the use of public health mandates to force Americans to stop eating.”

“Anything based on science can be justified as a public health mandate,” Trudeau said. “The scientific health benefits of fasting and calorie restriction are clear. And therefore these could, and should, be mandated on the American public.”

But mandates are not the only avenue that will be discussed to drastically curb Americans’ calorie intake.

Another session is called, “Appealing to Catholics with Biblical justifications to stop eating meat.”

The discussion will surround how a coordinated media effort might revive the Catholic tradition of fasting from meat on Fridays and during lent.

“If Catholics are willing to walk the walk, they would extend those traditions year round.” Trudeau said. “I think the Pope agrees, and we are working closely with him to add this to the next Papal Bull.”

But just in case traditional religion isn’t enough, COP33 will host spiritual guru Charlotte Tan who promotes the practice of sun gazing to replace meals.

“When you commune with nature, you realize the abundance around you. Gazing at the setting or rising sun can provide enough nutrients to your body to replace about half of your calories.”

Tan says that her “Nature’s Bounty” walks have also been popular among spiritually in-touch Americans.

“What we do is take a quick walk around a yard or a city block and find all the unused food resources just there for the taking. By eating edible weeds like dandelion or chickweed, people can save money, which gives them more time for meditation and activism.”

“But we don’t stop there,” Charlotte Tan continued, “Crickets, grubs, maggots— these might seem disgusting at first glance. But enlightened people realize these are just parts of nature. They are wholesome, fulfilling, and rich in high calorie lean protein. And best of all, they don’t add to a human’s carbon footprint. In fact, by eating them, we reduce it.”

Tan said that scorpions were especially popular food last year at her tent at Burning Man.

While promoting the replacement of meat like beef and chicken with protein sourced from bugs is nothing new for COP, this does represent a more creative approach.

“In the past, we have focused on data and logic to try to convince people to eat bugs,” Secretary-General Trudeau said before the conference’s first night meal of filet mignon. “This approach tackles the emotional side. Tapping into the spiritual awakening happening around the world is a great way to advance our collective mission.”

Future Headline: COP33 Climate Conference Urges Americans to Stop Eating December 7, 2023 By Simon Black, Sovereign Man In a world full of unimaginable absurdity, we spend a lot of time thinking about the future… and to where all of this insanity leads. “Future Headline Friday” is our satirical take of where the world is going if it remains on its current path. While our satire may be humorous and exaggerated, rest assured that everything we write is based on actual events, news stories, personalities, and pending legislation. December 1, 2028: COP33 Climate Conference Urges Americans to Stop Eating As world leaders gather for the 33rd COP Climate Summit, the theme of this year’s event is “Just Stop Eating.” The United Nations, which hosts the conference, said that with extremely high oil and coal prices significantly reducing demand for fossil fuels, it is time to turn the focus on reducing the climate change affects of agriculture. “Farming, especially the production of meat animals, is contributing to the warming of the globe at an unprecedented rate,” said Secretary-General of the United Nations Justin Trudeau as he opened the conference. “And to tackle the root cause, we have to tackle demand— that is, people eating food.” He said that as the fattest nation, the United States is the main problem when it comes to agricultural emissions. “For the United States, this is not just an issue of climate change,” Trudeau continued, “This is a matter of public health. And as we learned from successfully combating Covid-19 with lockdowns and other restrictions, public health issues need the heavy hand of government to be solved.” Since the 2023 COP28 agreement, the US has annually sent hundreds of billions of dollars in reparations payments to developing nations, compensating for its industrialization-driven greenhouse gas emissions that have disproportionately impacted these countries with natural disasters. Activist Post is Google-Free — We Need Your Support Contribute Just $1 Per Month at Patreon or SubscribeStar But experts say this is not enough. Therefore, much of the COP33 agenda this year is focused on how to make Americans stop eating. Some critics have noted the odd use of language which consistently uses the phrase, “just stop eating,” as opposed to “reduce food intake.” “Of course, we don’t mean Americans should starve to death,” Trudeau said, glancing suspiciously side to side. “But it’s pretty clear a little climate change diet wouldn’t hurt.” One breakout session will “explore the use of public health mandates to force Americans to stop eating.” “Anything based on science can be justified as a public health mandate,” Trudeau said. “The scientific health benefits of fasting and calorie restriction are clear. And therefore these could, and should, be mandated on the American public.” But mandates are not the only avenue that will be discussed to drastically curb Americans’ calorie intake. Another session is called, “Appealing to Catholics with Biblical justifications to stop eating meat.” The discussion will surround how a coordinated media effort might revive the Catholic tradition of fasting from meat on Fridays and during lent. “If Catholics are willing to walk the walk, they would extend those traditions year round.” Trudeau said. “I think the Pope agrees, and we are working closely with him to add this to the next Papal Bull.” But just in case traditional religion isn’t enough, COP33 will host spiritual guru Charlotte Tan who promotes the practice of sun gazing to replace meals. “When you commune with nature, you realize the abundance around you. Gazing at the setting or rising sun can provide enough nutrients to your body to replace about half of your calories.” Tan says that her “Nature’s Bounty” walks have also been popular among spiritually in-touch Americans. “What we do is take a quick walk around a yard or a city block and find all the unused food resources just there for the taking. By eating edible weeds like dandelion or chickweed, people can save money, which gives them more time for meditation and activism.” “But we don’t stop there,” Charlotte Tan continued, “Crickets, grubs, maggots— these might seem disgusting at first glance. • Promolink7 Effective Strategies to Lose Weight Quickly and Safely

Losing weight is a common goal for many people, but it can feel overwhelming when there are so many different strategies and methods out there. It's important to approach weight loss with a mindset of both effectiveness and safety, ensuring that you not only shed pounds but also maintain good health throughout the process. In this blog post, we will share with you seven effective strategies to help you lose weight quickly and safely. From adopting a balanced and nutritious diet to incorporating regular physical activity and implementing mindful eating habits, these strategies are backed by research and are designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals in a sustainable and healthy way. So, if you're ready to embark on your weight loss journey, keep reading to discover the tools and techniques that will help you succeed.

    1. Set realistic goals and create a plan

Setting realistic weight loss goals and creating a well-thought-out plan are crucial steps when it comes to losing weight quickly and safely. It's important to remember that healthy weight loss is a gradual process and requires time and dedication. First, assess your current weight and determine a realistic and achievable goal that aligns with your overall health and well-being. It's recommended to aim for a weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week, as this is considered a healthy and sustainable rate. Once you've established your goal, it's time to create a plan of action. Start by evaluating your current eating habits and identifying areas where you can make healthier choices. Incorporate a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Consider portion control to manage your calorie intake effectively. It's also essential to stay hydrated and limit sugary beverages. In addition to a healthy diet, regular physical activity is key to losing weight. Choose activities that you enjoy and that fit your lifestyle, whether it's jogging, swimming, cycling, or joining a fitness class. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity per week, along with strength training exercises at least twice a week. Another crucial aspect is keeping track of your progress. Consider keeping a food diary or using a mobile app to monitor your calorie intake and exercise. This will help you stay accountable and make necessary adjustments along the way. It's also important to celebrate small victories and acknowledge the positive changes you're making. Lastly, surround yourself with a support system. Inform your family and friends about your weight loss journey and ask for their encouragement and understanding. Consider joining a weight loss support group or seeking the guidance of a registered dietitian or personal trainer for professional advice and motivation. By setting realistic goals and creating a well-structured plan, you'll be able to embark on your weight loss journey with confidence and increase your chances of achieving long-term success in a safe and healthy manner.

    2. Adopt a balanced and nutritious diet

When it comes to losing weight quickly and safely, adopting a balanced and nutritious diet is crucial. While it may be tempting to resort to crash diets or extreme calorie restriction, these methods are not sustainable and can be harmful to your health. Instead, focus on nourishing your body with the right types and amounts of food. Start by incorporating plenty of fruits and vegetables into your daily meals. These nutrient-dense foods not only provide essential vitamins and minerals but also help to keep you feeling full and satisfied. Aim to fill half of your plate with colorful produce to ensure you're getting a variety of nutrients. In addition to fruits and vegetables, include lean proteins such as chicken, fish, tofu, or beans in your diet. Protein is essential for repairing and building muscle, which can help boost your metabolism and support weight loss efforts. Incorporate sources of healthy fats, such as avocado, nuts, and olive oil, as they provide important nutrients and help keep you satiated. It's also important to be mindful of your carbohydrate intake. Opt for complex carbohydrates like whole grains, quinoa, and brown rice, which provide more fiber and nutrients compared to refined carbohydrates. These complex carbs can help regulate blood sugar levels, keep you feeling full, and support steady energy throughout the day. Ensure you're drinking enough water to stay hydrated and promote healthy digestion. Water can also help curb cravings and prevent overeating. Limit sugary beverages like soda and fruit juices, as they are often high in calories and offer little nutritional value. Finally, be mindful of portion sizes and practice mindful eating. Slow down and savor each bite, allowing yourself to fully appreciate the flavors and textures of your food. Pay attention to your body's hunger and fullness cues, stopping when you feel comfortably satisfied. Adopting a balanced and nutritious diet is a key strategy for losing weight quickly and safely. By nourishing your body with wholesome foods and being mindful of portion sizes, you can support your weight loss goals while ensuring you're meeting your nutritional needs.

    3. Incorporate regular physical activity

Incorporating regular physical activity is a crucial strategy when it comes to losing weight quickly and safely. Exercise not only helps to burn calories, but it also boosts metabolism, builds lean muscle mass, and improves overall health and well-being. To get started, choose activities that you enjoy and that suit your fitness level. This could include brisk walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, or even dancing. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise each week. Additionally, incorporating strength training exercises into your routine can help to increase muscle mass, which in turn can boost your metabolism and help you burn more calories throughout the day. Remember to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts to avoid injury. Finding a workout buddy or joining a fitness class can also provide motivation and accountability. Lastly, don't forget to listen to your body and give yourself rest days to allow for recovery. By incorporating regular physical activity into your weight loss journey, you can not only shed pounds but also improve your overall health and well-being.

    4. Implement mindful eating habits

Implementing mindful eating habits is a crucial strategy when it comes to losing weight quickly and safely. Mindful eating is all about being present and fully aware of the food you consume. By practicing mindful eating, you can develop a healthier relationship with food and make conscious choices that support your weight loss goals. One of the first steps in mindful eating is to listen to your body's hunger and fullness signals. Pay attention to your body's cues and eat when you're truly hungry, stopping when you're comfortably satisfied. This helps avoid overeating and promotes a balanced approach to food. Another aspect of mindful eating is slowing down and savoring each bite. Take the time to chew your food thoroughly and really taste it. This not only enhances the enjoyment of your meal but also allows your body to register feelings of fullness more accurately. Eliminating distractions while eating is also important. Put away your phone, turn off the TV, and focus solely on the act of eating. This allows you to tune into your body's signals and prevents mindless eating, which can lead to consuming more calories than necessary. Planning and preparing your meals in advance can also support mindful eating. By having healthy, portion-controlled meals readily available, you're less likely to resort to unhealthy food choices or overeating due to convenience. Being mindful of portion sizes is another essential aspect. Use smaller plates and bowls to control portion sizes visually. Pay attention to serving sizes and try to avoid going back for seconds unless you're truly hungry. It's also crucial to be aware of emotional eating triggers. Many people turn to food for comfort, stress relief, or boredom. Finding alternative coping mechanisms, such as engaging in physical activity, practicing relaxation techniques, or seeking support from loved ones, can help break the cycle of emotional eating. Lastly, practicing self-compassion and forgiveness is key. Remember that nobody is perfect, and occasional indulgences are part of a balanced lifestyle. Instead of beating yourself up over a slip-up, acknowledge it, learn from it, and move forward with your healthy eating habits. By implementing mindful eating habits, you can develop a healthier relationship with food, gain better control over your eating habits, and ultimately achieve your weight loss goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
