    Seems when it starts raining here it will never stop but the locals don't care and even ride their scooters through a half meter flooded road. Nobody cares

  • These photos were captured as I was headed to the #gym. The area appears to have undergone significant changes as a result of the recent #rain and #cold. Lots of #flooded areas around. Unfortunately, it looks that for the time being, kids can only #swim at the #playground.

    Happy #Tuesday everyone!

    ++++++++Sunday/Rainday++++++++++
    Tonight the first real tropical Thunderstorm hit the island after been here for already more than 2 weeks. The pool nearly flooded over. But hopefully the rain will stop during the day and we can spend the day outdoors and exploring the area. As a teaser I added also a photo of yesterdays beautiful sunset.
    Wish you all a wonderful Sunday

  • Here I have fondled on the autumn of suggestions, And that it is crucial to use the scoop and the rakes, even the fakes;
    My boyhood was only a generous flood, Mingled here and there by the gifted sun, I was not a moody son;
    The explosion and the moisture have wreaked such devastation, That very small vermilion fruit lingers on my lawn;
    To recompose the flooded soils, Whither the moisture thrusts wide, the chasms as enormous as ancient shrines;
    Now, who perceives the fresh flowers that I fantasize about, Who will unearth this earth, bathed like a shore;
    And the doubtful rival that gnaws our spirits, from the blood that we lose swells and matures powerful;
    Where is the magical sustenance, that would provoke them to become influential? O grief! oh, the guilt! Only the distance consumes my existence.
    Sincerely, @izge.

  • As I have said both here and in the Telegram Group. The red warning text about original content does NOT matter and to be fullt informed one needs to answer questions like before Binance Leverage trading. One can't continue trade if one hasn't answered the 3 questions correctly. The same should apply here When registering on to the Somee platform. Please hare this issue before Somee attracts more users and we might be flooded with these Google-images...

  • Real Ancient Egyptian History VS Afrocentric Culture thief Nonsense.
    Rafael Gomez > Ancient Historians compared the Egyptians to Northern Indians not Ethiopian.
    Quote] (Flavius Philostratus, Life Of Apollonius 6.2) ... "Now the inhabitants of the marches are not yet fully black but are HALF-BREEDS IN MATTER OF COLOR, for they are partly not so black as the Ethiopians, YET PARTLY MORE SO THAN THE EGYPTIANS"
    Rafael Gomez > Note please how Flavius Philostratus describes Egyptian lighter than half breeds in matter of color. What does that mean? That Egyptian were Nubians according to these silly Afrocentric people?
    (Arrian, Indica 6.9) ... "The SOUTHERN INDIANS are rather more like Ethiopians as they are black to look on, and their hair is black; only they are not so snub-nosed or wolly-haired as the Ethiopians; The NORTHERN INDIANS ARE MOST LIKE THE EGYPTIANS PHYSICALLY"(Quote)
    Rafael Gomez > In the Above description we see Egyptians described as being similar in appearance to Northern Indians and not like Southern Indians nor Ethiopians. Northern Indians were pretty light skinned.
    (Quote) (Strabo, Geography 15.1.13) ... "As for the people of India, THOSE IN THE SOUTH ARE LIKE THE ETHIOPIANS IN COLOR, although they are like the rest in respect to countenance and hair (for on account of the humidity of the air their hair does not curl), whereas THOSE IN THE NORTH ARE LIKE THE EGYPTIANS"
    Rafael Gomez > Again the Egyptians are compared to Northern people and not Southern Indians and Ethiopians.
    Rafael Gomez > Here is what Afrocentric Dr. Soy Keita admitted before the consensus studies on North African sweeps became available
    Soy Keita > “it can be imagined that the modern diversity to be found in Egypt…. in terms of craniofacial features… skin colour… what have you, would likely have been very similar to that found in the past.”
    Rafael Gomez > Lol, he admitted Egyptians today are very similar to their ancient Ancestors as all Greek Historians are unanimous in this regard to the appearance of the Egyptians looking like Northern Indians and not like Ethiopians.
    Rafael Gomez > The only Black Egyptian Sculptures there is are from the 25th Dynasty when the Native Egyptians were being ruled By Cushite Pharaohs after King Kashta conquered Egypt. The 25th Dynasty was an illegitimate dynasty. Here is a Sculpture of a Cushite Pharaoh of the 25th Dynasty named Taharqa > https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/1033035816891830272/10fwCgtt.jpg
    Rafael Gomez > Compare that sculpture to Egyptians from the 18th dynasty as Amenhotep the 3rd for example below
    https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bb/Colossal_Amenhotep_III_British_Museum.jpg
    Rafael Gomez > There is a big difference in phenotype there which is an undebatable fact!
    (Quote) (Manilius, Astronomica 4.724) ... "The Ethiopians stain the world and depict a race of men steeped in darkness; LESS SUN-BURNT are the natives of India; The land of Egypt, flooded by the Nile, darkens bodies more mildly owning to the inundation of its fields: it is a country nearer to us and its climate imparts a MEDIUM TONE"
    Rafael Gomez > The above serves as ample evidence of the physical appearance of Ancient Egyptians and how Historians saw Egypt's climate imparting a Medium skin tone
